How I quickly improved my dad’s blood flow in only 30 days and avoided the #1 cause of a heart attack or stroke: ►► http://drsam.co/yt/AvoidAHeartAttack Or see these blood flow treatments: http://drsam.co/yt/PoorBFTreatments =============================================== 6 Warning Signs Before You Have A Heart Attack =============================================== Most people don’t know, but the the primary cause of death in the US is a heart attack. Because of this, I wanted to do a short video about 6 warning signs that can be noticed, about a month before an actual heart attack happens. Think of these as warning signs similar to those on your car’s dashboard, alerting you that something is wrong and you MUST take action right away and “check” everything before your car (or heart) breaks down and something goes terribly wrong. 1 - Shortness of Breath This happens because your lungs aren’t receiving the required blood to function correctly. One thing to know is that your lungs and heart work as a “team”. So, if one of them is having problems, it will affect the other. This is the reason shortness of breath is connected with heart issues. 2 - Chest Pressure Before a heart attack happens, chest pain or pressure will increase over time. This increase might happen over the course of a few hours or days, or maybe 2-3 weeks. This kind of pain can also be spread to your arms, back and shoulders. Some may think the chest pressure is stress or indigestion. However, if it’s increasing in duration and/or intensity, it’s best to get your heart and arteries checked right away. 3 - Dizziness and Cold Sweats The typical cause of dizziness and cold sweats, is due to less blood supply to your brain and that mean that there’s poor circulation. If your body is feeling clammy and unwell… and your brain isn’t working properly and everything is foggy and slow -- then all of these can be indicators for a heart attack. 4 - Flu or Cold Something interesting to note is that many people that survive a heart attack, claim that they experienced flu or cold-like symptoms before the heart attack happened. It’s not scientifically proven, but there’s a lot of anecdotal evidence to back it up. 5 - Body Weakness Less blood flow and poor circulation cause weakness, especially in your muscles. And remember, your heart is a muscle. Thus, it’s not getting the nutrients and oxygen it needs. This is one of earliest symptoms of a heart attack. 6 - Fatigue Feeling tired and fatigue, is similar to body and muscle weakness. The narrowing of your arteries, decreases blood flow to your heart AND brain and thus, you feel overly tired all the time due to lack of nutrients and oxygen. A Common Denominator. One thing to note is that these 6 warning signs are all caused by less blood flow and poor circulation. Stress, eating the wrong foods, being overweight, lack of exercise, high cholesterol, blood sugar and blood pressure are all contributing factors to a heart attack or stroke. However, the common denominator in all of these is poor blood flow. Because of this, I have a bonus video about this topic. You can click the link below, in the description area and discover a simple tip that quickly improved my dad’s blood flow in less than 30 days … And how you can avoid the #1 cause of a heart attack or stroke. ================================================================================ Thank you for watching. I agree. I am trying as best as i know how. They are in their late 60's and fully indoctrinated within big pharma and the doctors they employ. As you surely know, this is paired usually with a stubborness which is hard to crack. I will continue fighting for them every inch of the way. Thanks again Dr. Robbins. Your soul will fair well in it's next consciousness due to the amazing things you provide freely in this life.

You have some of the greatest videos, man. Also, do you feel health care would cost less in the USA if we would all just lose weight? If we look at Europeans they aren't nearly as obese and their health costs don't seem as bad as ours. I think I saw a report that said 21% of medical expenses are due to obesity.
Dr Sam Robbins (1 year ago)
I’m glad you enjoy the videos, I try to do my best to help people. Yet, keep them short so they don’t drag out. YES, if people lost weight the entire country would be much better off. If the FDA actually did their job, the foods were healthier, the country would be much richer. And just daily exercise, like walking… all would make this country 10x healthier. We wouldn’t need the drugs or even supplements. You’ve made a great observation. Thank you =)

Let me think about it so I can give a more in-depth answer...
