If you are ONLY eating one a day with your other meals, you have options. 1. Cut the recipe in half, or 2. Put 4 meals in the freezer and 3 meals in the fridge. 3. Take one out the night before and keep in the fridge to thaw. 4. Store the yogurt sauce in the fridge and add on after you've reheated. Several studies have shown that while cooking can degrade some nutrients, it can enhance the availability of others. As a result, no single cooking or preparation method is superior for preserving 100 percent of the nutrients in a vegetable, and that includes eating vegetables raw. Boiling has been found to be better for carrots, zucchini and broccoli, than steaming, frying or serving them raw. Since the best vegetables are the ones you will actually eat, taste should be the defining factor when you decide on a cooking method. The best way to get the most out of your vegetables is to enjoy them a variety of ways -- raw, steamed, boiled, baked and grilled. I don't know how you would be able to store this food for a week because rice goes off quick?? even in the fridge sealed. And a better way to cook your chicken and veg is a steamer don't taste as good as your chicken but it might be better. Salmon especially to break up the routine for 1 day out of the 7 and still get your essential oils and protien? I'd say a meal prep for 3 days at a push. Btw not in any way trying to be a critic or down playing you video just spitballing ideas out.

Winner of a video, I have been researching "strict diet meal plan" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Reyvery Monrayden Release - (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my colleague got great results with it.

How does the chicken cook in three minutes on high? That leaves it uncooked on the inside and will make you sick...chicken takes time to cooks you have to slow cook it to cook the inside

But doesn't the yogurt go a bit funny on the chicken after a few days? Also, do you reheat your meals with the yogurt on top or just eat these cold. I tried meal prep but now opted for cooking my lunch early in the mornings before work just because I find it tastes a lot fresher.

Are these meals for anorectics or wtf? 130-150g cooked chicken is 210kcal, the sauce and added oil is 100kcal and 100g cooked rice is 112kcal so the meal is a total of 450kcal at best.... I am a below average height and weight man and this is way too little calories even for me... I would have to eat over 5 of these "meals" a day... Please correct me if im wrong

So... I've never meal prepped or anything but I find these videos very entertaining! Love these videos! Is there any way you could do either a vegetarian or vegan version? I am not vegan or vegetarian but I really like it when people make vegan/ vegetarian-friendly food that substitutes meat like veggie burgers etc. Also, is there any way to meal prep pasta? Yes, you actually do. Research has shown that microwaving is best for cooking broccoli, because it heats it up super quickly and the nutrients are still inside.
