If you are ONLY eating one a day with your other meals, you have options. 1. Cut the recipe in half, or 2. Put 4 meals in the freezer and 3 meals in the fridge. 3. Take one out the night before and keep in the fridge to thaw. 4. Store the yogurt sauce in the fridge and add on after you've reheated. Several studies have shown that while cooking can degrade some nutrients, it can enhance the availability of others. As a result, no single cooking or preparation method is superior for preserving 100 percent of the nutrients in a vegetable, and that includes eating vegetables raw. Boiling has been found to be better for carrots, zucchini and broccoli, than steaming, frying or serving them raw. Since the best vegetables are the ones you will actually eat, taste should be the defining factor when you decide on a cooking method. The best way to get the most out of your vegetables is to enjoy them a variety of ways -- raw, steamed, boiled, baked and grilled. You need more than 980g of chicken to make 7 portions of 130 grams. It loses water when cooked and becomes lighter. My 1200g of chicken got me 5 portions of 130g. You'll need about 1850g for 7 portions.

Angela Moller usually people who meal prep do it for a reason and they eat the same thing for weeks, there are other meal prep videos you can watch that can help switch things up

You should never cook broccoli, it breaks down the sulfuraphane and releases it into the water. Sulfuraphane is the healthiest part of broccoli.

Thanks for the video, however: 1) It is better to steam the brocolli (It will retain +70% calcium) 2) You did not say how it would need to be stored to stay good for 7 days (Rice is done after 2 days, when it starts to get less taste) 3) One definitely should use Olive Oil or those fats from black pig, and in less quantity Thanks

Wait... You only made 7 meals... You eat 1 meal per day? I did half a chicken breast, 1 cup broccoli, 1 cup rice- 4 meals aday and a 32oz mixed berry banana smoothie with Greek yogurt for breakfast and I lost 10 pounds in a week!!! I was trying to bulk!!!!

Hello I appreciate your nice information on this video! I have a question. In my case, there is only one Induction Range in my room. So i want to reduce the cooking procedure by replacing boiling broccoli. Can i contain fiber( i mean vegetables) as any other things? such like a salad which is not required boiling. I normally buy instant brown rice, and frozen chicken breast because of Induction Range. so i just want to check whether i can use it as same as i thought. Thank you for your nice info once again.
