You only need 1 or 2 tablespoons of it daily It has like no calories. And no, it’s not water or green tea - even though both are great for health and weight loss. What I’m referring to is Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV). So in one human clinical study1, lasting 12 weeks, 144 people were told to consume either 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of vinegar, 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of vinegar or a placebo drink every day (which contained nothing at all). Nothing else was changed in their diet or lifestyle. Those who consumed 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of vinegar per day had the following averages: Weight loss: 2.6 lbs (1.2 kg). Decrease in body fat percentage: 0.7%. Decrease in waist circumference: 0.5 in (1.4 cm). Decrease in triglycerides: 26%. This is what changed in those consuming 2 tablespoon (30 ml) of vinegar per day: Weight loss: 3.7 lbs (1.7 kg). Decrease in body fat percentage: 0.9%. Decrease in waist circumference: 0.75 in (1.9 cm). Decrease in triglycerides: 26%. What’s interesting is that the placebo group actually gained 0.9 lbs (0.4 kgs), and their waist circumference slightly increased. According to this study, adding 1 or 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to your diet can help you lose weight. It can also reduce your body fat percentage, make you lose belly fat and decrease your blood triglycerides. How Does Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) Work? So the “secret” mechanism to how apple cider vinegar works has to do with optimizing some of your fat loss hormones. In fact, I have a great video about this topic. You can watch it by clicking the link below in the description area. However, don’t get there just yet… Apple cider vinegar works through 3 simple “weight loss” mechanisms. It acts as an appetite suppressant.2 So you feel fuller, longer because of the acetic acid in vinegar. It improves your blood sugar levels3. Remember, high blood sugar and insulin converts the foods you eat, into body fat. It prevents fat accumulation because it stimulates your metabolism and makes you burn fat faster.1 It has other health benefits such as improving triglycerides, detoxing your body and improving digestion… which all help utilize the foods you eat for energy, rather than fat storage. How To Use It? I use it in my morning water … which has lemon juice, glutamine amino acid and some other nutrients. You can use it before each meal you eat, just take 1 tablespoon and wash it down with some water. You can use it like salad dressing along with some lemon juice and herbs. Just start with 1 tablespoon at a time. Then increase it multiple times during the day. Even if you just do it morning and night, that’s a great start. What’s The Best Kind? Dr. Sam. You should also tell these people not to drink the ACV straight because it attacks the tooth enamel. I drink mine with 8oz. of water using a straw and bypassing the teeth. I went from 180lbs. to 153lbs. in a little over a month.

I'm a little skinny but I regularly workout in a gym and I'm trying to gain weight obviously to enlarge the muscle mass but i got like half an inch of stomach fat if i use vinegar will that affect my appetite?

No, it should be fine. You need to limit your exercise to no more than 3x a week and no more than 45 min at a time. “Skinny” people need to work out LESS and eat MORE.
Dr. Sam, I have been taking ACV vitamins for two years. The results are negligible. Is taking the vinegar in liquid form better? Won't that be detrimental to my esophagus or insides, etc. Many thx. Thoroughly enjoy your videos.
