How I Lowered My Dad’s Blood Pressure In Just A Few days - NO Drugs or Diets: 👉 http://drsam.co/yt/LowerBPNow 5 Best Foods For Lowering Your Blood Pressure, Naturally: 👉 http://drsam.co/yt/FoodsLoweringBP Or you can watch this video: http://drsam.co/yt/SurprisingHBPFacts And the clinical studies can be seen here: 1. http://www.cdc.gov/bloodpressure/facts.htm 2. http://openheart.bmj.com/content/1/1/e000167 3. http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2005/06/14/calories-america.aspx ======================================= 🌽 #1 Food That Causes High Blood Pressure ======================================= If you didn’t already know, at least ⅓ of US adults have high blood pressure. And having hypertension is one of the leading causes of a heart attack or stroke.(1) Now, there are lots of ways to naturally lower your blood pressure and under this video, in the description area, I’ve listed some of my favorites. However, don’t go there yet because most people, including doctors, mistakenly consume less salt to lower blood pressure. However, low-salt diets typically don’t make much of a difference. What does make a big difference is lowering sugar in your diet and more specifically, “high fructose corn syrup” In a recent study in the journal Open Heart (2), the authors write: “Evidence from epidemiological studies and experimental trials in animals and humans suggests that added sugars, particularly fructose, may increase blood pressure and blood pressure variability, increase heart rate and myocardial oxygen demand, and contribute to inflammation, insulin resistance and broader metabolic dysfunction. Thus, while there is no argument that recommendations to reduce consumption of processed foods are highly appropriate and advisable, the arguments in this review are that the benefits of such recommendations have less to do with sodium—minimally related to blood pressure and perhaps even inversely related to cardiovascular risk—and more to do with highly-refined carbohydrates and sugars." The Problem Started In The 1970s Food and beverage manufacturers began switching their sweeteners from sucrose (table sugar) to corn syrup in the 1970s when they discovered that High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS) was far cheaper to use in their products. In fact, HFCS is the #1 source of calories in America!!!( 3) It’s found in almost everything you can think of. More specifically, in sodas and fruit juices. But also in many pre-packaged foods. This also includes “healthy sugars” sweetened with agave. My Proven “Prescription” and Recommendation For You You must do your best to limit and eliminate all HFCS and to do this, make sure you read labels. Again, the LESS pre-packaged the food, the better. Limit your TOTAL fructose to 25 grams or less, that’s about 100 calories daily. This includes the natural fructose found in fruits. If you are already suffering from high blood pressure or signs of insulin resistance like diabetes, overweight and high cholesterol, you should be particularly careful to limit your fructose, including that from whole fruits, to 15 grams per day or less. That’s about 60 calories daily. So there you have it. Focus more on limiting your sugars, this includes fruit sugar, fructose … and especially “high fructose corn syrup” which is found in most pre-packaged foods, especially sodas and fruit juices. Now, I wanted to keep this video short and simple so you have something to implement today and start get results right away. If you want more details on how to lower your blood pressure naturally, under this video I’ve got simple and proven solutions that you can utilize and you do NOT even have to change your diet or exercise. Dr Sam Robbins. Is eating fruit bad for blood pressure and what fruits are ?
Dr Sam Robbins (1 year ago)
yes, fruits are good for us as a food, but the sugar (fructose) in them raises our blood pressure levels.
I lowered my high blood pressure by taking 10kmg of vitamin C everyday. praise the Lord!!!!!!!

Yes, Dr, Robbins, what your saying, is true, Sugar, is a legal Global drug, it started with the Sugar cane, but I think corn syrup sugar, is much worst.
Matt White (1 year ago)
The food manuafactors, are the ones, that are putting this sugary concoction slop, in the food chain, that making people, dangerously, sick.
Dr Sam Robbins (1 year ago)
exactly Matt... sugar is like a legal drug to our health

What's going on?? Doctors and dieticians are saying to eat more fruits and vegetables. Who are we are to believe?
Tyrone Kim (1 year ago)
Dr Sam Robbins Thank you.
Dr Sam Robbins (1 year ago)
Fruits and veggies are 100% better than processed sugars and GMO foods... but in perfect world, fruit consumption should be very low and both veggies and fruits would be ORGANIC.
Susan Field (1 year ago)
What about natural honey. Is it safe or full of sugars ?
Dr Sam Robbins (1 year ago)
Let me answer it like this: it's one of the safest sugars in the world. Many people are wrong if they think they can eat as much honey as they want. Yes, honey is natural, but eating it a lot can still lead to diabetes and other health issues. However, natural honey is a lot better than processed sugar!
Dr M (1 year ago)
Great info, Thanks
John Stephan (1 year ago)
high fructose corn syrup is a man made sugar. there is no naturally occurring fructose in corn. HFCS when consumed goes directly to your liver from there it gets stored as fat. Your muscles and brain do not use it directly as it would glucose. it also shuts off the hormone grehlin which lets you know when you're full or have reached satiety. HFCS is literally poison to your body. it is why there are so many obese kids.Even babies 6months old are obese because they put this garbage in baby formula. You can't tell me a 6 month old baby isn't exercising enough. Whenever man interferes with nature they tend to screw up Uber profoundly.

Thanks for the info and i find all your video are very helpful. i started to cut off my sugar, coffee and tea now. i managed to lower down my pressure without taking any medication
Dr Sam Robbins (1 year ago)
good for you Raja!
wboquist (1 year ago)
Doesn't the amount of fructose you can tolerate depend in part on whether or not you are consuming *with* the fiber that comes with it in unprocessed fruit?
Dr Sam Robbins (1 year ago)
No, that has to do with how quickly your blood sugar will SPIKE up. However, it does NOT change the fact that fructose goes to your liver and there’s only a LIMITED amount of storage. Anything “extra” turns to body fat. Listen – enjoy your fruit occasionally. It’s life. Have it as a whole, with fiber, etc. Just don’t do it every day =)

RICHARD ACHIE (1 year ago)
Dr . Sam would you agree that if one already have hypertension, sodium increases fluid volume in the arteries and worsens the condition?
RICHARD ACHIE (1 year ago)
Dr Sam Robbins Thanks for taking the time to respond. I will share your answer with my family.
Dr Sam Robbins (1 year ago)
No. Salt actually RELAXES the body, reduces anxiety and cortisol and thus, can REDUCE blood pressure. Table salt, yes that’s bad. Another thing to keep in mind is that children have a LOT more fluid in their body and yet, no hypertension. =) The real problem with fluid is from cortisol and aldosterone levels going up! =)

ok ! I need too get this right ,If I drink one fruit smoothie a day seven days a week it's not all good for me ? Please respond .... 🤔
Dr Sam Robbins (1 year ago)
one fruit smoothie is not bad for you.. it contains vitamins, it's natural... so you're good. Again, what everyone should take away from this video is that high fructose corn syrup used in so many PROCESSED foods is 100% not good
Esme Mohair (1 year ago)
A very useful video good to know ,I think they should stop putting high fructose in many products what say you? Thank you and God bless.🙏🏼💞
Esme Mohair (1 year ago)
+Dr Sam Robbins thanks Dr S Robbins for reply God bless you.🙏🏼
Dr Sam Robbins (1 year ago)
they should stop, yes, but corn syrup is a very cheap substitute for sugar.. and sugar makes us crave foods which we need to buy from them. So although they should, they won't stop!
Doris Komba (1 year ago)
thanks for the tips
Yanis Papayanis (1 year ago)
Hi, Dr Robbins. What about Stevia Sugar? Is it safe to consume?
Dr Sam Robbins (1 year ago)
Yes, it’s good.
Samuel Benitez (1 year ago)
it'not suger but what is processed ultered foods, altered suger, alterd salted , gmo's nature is not at fault here but these companies that altered what was made perfect from it's creater, yahweh, from the begining. stop eating their so called food, and start eating food that was made perfect from the begining.
Dr Sam Robbins (1 year ago)
non gmo most fruits and veggies are great for anything, yet some help our bodies more than others (depending on the health condition)

Dr. what's better to take, Omega-3, Omega-6, both, or fish oil?
Dr Sam Robbins (1 year ago)
It depends on your diet. However, most people have too much 6, so taking more 3 is ideal. However, just taking fish oil or even Krill oil is a great start.
Dino Muzio (1 year ago)
You're telling me that real fruit is bad for you or eating too much fruit is bad for you
Dr Sam Robbins (1 year ago)
too much fruits can be bad for your blood pressure because they contain fructose but it's less dangerous than the #1 presented in the video
RICHARD ACHIE (1 year ago)
Excellent explanation Dr. Sam, you've given this topic more clarity. thank you for the research findings.
Dr Sam Robbins (1 year ago)
I have more on their way Richard!
Javilovy Nico (1 year ago)
Hi Dr. so is it save to use high amounts of natural honey? the really natural one?
Javilovy Nico (1 year ago)
Oh ok. I thought the wild natural honey was fine.
Dr Sam Robbins (1 year ago)
No, it’s not safe to use high amounts. Too much sugar, it’s not good for you in high amounts. A little bit, is fine.
Chetan R (1 year ago)

Doc,good evening !blending celery ,green apples ,carrots, and cocumber can lower bp if if taken every day?
Dr Sam Robbins (1 year ago)
It can help, but you need a lot of it. That’s why I suggest people taking extract supplements. I tried using these in a drink, it didn’t have that much of an effect. But when I did the supplements and herbal extracts, big difference http://drsam.co/yt/thisone
Stelios Kosmo (1 year ago)
Thank u for the great advise Dr. Robbins.. i have a question: ..is honey same as sugar?
Dr Sam Robbins (1 year ago)
No Stelios, it's not... Sugar is a processed food while honey is natural (if it's natural as this can also be produced by using other methods).

So eating fruits causes high blood pressure?
Dr Sam Robbins (1 year ago)
it can because they contain fructose in different quantities, but you have to choose between a candy bar and an apple, you're safer by choosing the apple

Mr Bingo (1 year ago)
+Dr Sam Robbins Ok thanks a lot.
Dr Sam Robbins (1 year ago)
yes, they can but it impacts it less than corn syrup... so that should be your mai goal: to stop consuming high fructose CORN syrup that's used as a sweetner in many of our foods...
