Another benefit is that it also reduces blood sugar spikes, which is important for healthy circulation. It contains vitamin E, which prevents cholesterol from oxidizing and also helps naturally thin the blood and thus, improves blood flow. Well, you need to masturbate often and PRACTICE holding back. Pinch the head of the penis. Or stop, do oral sex, “cool down” and restart again. You’ll get better over time.
