2. Reduce the intake of sodium.

9. Don't wear tight clothes.
Wearing tight clothes can impair your circulation, and cause numerous problems.
Also, don't wear socks which are too tight.

I just bin in hospital being in a saltwater drip, if got lack of salt, which I know is very rare, if got heartfailior, so I can't eat bananas because the potassium interferes with my heart tables, and I can't do a lot of exercise because of my heart condition.
