Since 1st Jan, I stop eating sugar, no sweets and chocolate etc. I now eat more vegetables, protein, eggs, etc. 14 days in, I am less moody. Lost 1.5 kg, waist dropped by 0.5 inch. Friends say my skin is glowing. If I feel peckish I eat protein bar with 0%sugar! Verdict: Thumbs up. I will keep going with this new way of eating.👍👍

All said in the video is very true. I wish I had the willpower and motivation to quit sugar addiction much earlier then in July 2018 but I have done it and until now (January 2019) and for the rest of my life, I'll stick to eating clean. Without sugar it really feels exactly what you say in your video, I feel great and fresh! My motivation why I quit was that I was diagnosed with a life changing auto-immune disease, and I decided to improve the condition of the disease by changing my lifestyle including diet radically. The change of the diet (eat clean, and natural foods only) is massively helping me to improve my symptoms so far, very very happy about that! Not easy to get through the withdrawals on sugar but so bloody worth it!! No cravings anymore, no need to eat anything processed sugary at all these days. Thanks guys for creating this channel, you are awesome!

Coincidentally I started my sugar cut off for a week this morning only and I stumbled upon this video now. Amazing how universe works. I had a craving in the morning when someone offered me some great sweets. But I denied even though my mind tried to make me have them. The same old trick of mind- have one piece it's alright! I am happy I overcame the initial craving. Hoping to leave this habit completely by coming days. Wish me luck!

People that stop eating sugar altogether are at risk of getting hypoglycemia. This condition is more dangerous than hyperglycemia. Hypoglycemia can lead to death faster than hyperglycemia. Also, a skinny person can get diabetes too.

I've given up sugar about 6 months ago due to a stomach condition. I lose some weight and feel good. I do however eat natural occurring sugars like fruits (sometimes honey). But since I've cut out "added sugars" it has becreally expensive to buy food because everywhere you look, pretty much everything convenient contains sugar. That's the downside... More expensive. On the other hand, I don't seem to put any excess weight on anymore, no matter how much I eat!

In 2017, I went sugar free, my life was good, I was at a good weight, organised, slept well at night etc. In 2018, I ate sugar regularly, I stressed a lot about my binge eating, weight (quite a bit since I’m a dancer), school and organisation. Looking back, my year was hectic and sugar only added to my stress and anxiety. I have a history of heart problems, and in 2017, I had virtually no symptoms, however in 2018, I often had chest pain. Coincidence? I think not. I am returning to my sugar free lifestyle as life without sugar is 10000000000000x better!! It may be hard, but the results are amazing!!

Been doing Keto for 2 months and Im down 30 pounds. I found that I can't quite give up sugar completely, but reducing intake to Keto levels (less than 50 carbs total per day) has done wonders for me. Like everything in life it's all about moderation.

I stopped eating sugary foods and restricted all carbs and I have never felt better. I lost several kilograms effortlessly and also my body stopped retaining water before my period is due so I am no longer bloated and I don't feel heavy. It's worth it, guys! I was a sugar addict so I switched to sugarfree coca cola to make me feel as if I was still getting sweet foods, but I drank it for maybe two weeks and then started switching to plain water and now I only drink water, tea, coffee and yogurt :)
