This is because the fructose sugar in fruits, can actually increase your blood pressure and cholesterol levels, while also increasing your risk for diabetes. All bad for your heart. Anyway, if fruit isn’t really that good for your health - then why am I promoting “fruit” in today’s topic? Well, the fruit I’m referring to is an Avocado! Now, most people call it a vegetable because it’s green. However, the avocado is technically a fruit, and even more specifically, a single-seeded berry. Personally, I categorize an avocado under FATS because one medium size avocado (150 grams) has about1: 240 calories 12 calories (3 grams) from protein 12 calories (3 grams + 9 grams fiber) from carbohydrates 216 of calories (24 grams) being from fat (90% of the calories) Now, the TYPE of fat is the key to avocado’s “cholesterol lowering” secret and I’ll get to that in a minute. As far as clinical proof for improving your cholesterol… One study2 saw a 16% decrease in total cholesterol after only 7 days of a diet high in monounsaturated fat from avocados and a 22% decrease of both the “bad” LDL-cholesterol and triglycerides, along with an 11% increase the “good” HDL cholesterol. In a second study3, the participants saw an average drop of 14 points in “bad” LDL cholesterol with a higher avocado diet The “Secret” Heart-Healthy Fat Now, the reason for avocado’s working so well is that 66% of the fat is from monounsaturated fats!1 Most people like olive oil as the main source of monounsaturated fats. However, I don’t because most olive oil is rancid and processed. It’s “fake”. Most of the healthier, “extra virgin oils” break down at a lower heat temperature and thus, it’s best kept UNCOOKED and eaten raw. My favorite monounsaturated fat to cook with is macadamia oil because it’s not processed very much and also has a high heat capacity, so it’s great for cooking.4 Summary So if you want a healthier heart and lower your cholesterol, decrease your sugars and increase healthy monounsaturated fats from my favorite heart-healthy fruit, an avocado! ========================================­ Thank you for watching. No, that’s fine. You want to limit it to about 25 grams or 100 calories, especially if you don’t exercise. But life is meant to be lived, so don’t stress over 2-3 servings. Just don’t have fruit all day, every day.

Great advice. Many people are still eating large amounts of fruit thinking that those sugars are healthy. I believe once someone is at their target weight, Organic fruits can be a great snack occasionally. Still, as more information comes out about the benefits of healthy fats we may eventuallyhave a healthier population. Peace

this is fully true. I started to drink green smoothie every day (1/2avocado+ raw spinat+orange juice+banana+frozen Berries), the next blood test showed 25% decrease in LDL Cholestrin value.

I'm on 1st diabetes and have high cholesterol. I started research to really lower the diabetes and started a avacado diet plus I started drinking green tea from the real leaves. I have lost 9lbs in 2 months without exercise . I would have lost more but the weekends I go crazy a little with the fatty food but I eat the avacado right after any thing fatty because I can't refuse a Bbq meat . I just have to go soon to see how my progress is on my cholesterol and sugar.

It depends on your calories, goals, body fat, etc.  I think 1 daily is fine, maximum 2. Remember, they still have a lot of calories.

I love your videos, but i am hesitant to share them because in some of your videos, you disabled the comments, and in many of your videos, you also disabled the "like" count. We cant see the number of people who liked or disliked the video. This makes me wonder if you have something to hide, or is the content of your video accurate or not. Comments section and the like/dislike count is usually a way to validate and get people's feedback on your content. To me, people who hide the like count usually do so because their videos usually gets a high dislike, which will make me wonder why. Anyway, like i said, i love your videos and hope you can enable both the like count and the comments is all your future videos. All the best.

the only way you can be sure to increase your height is if you go through a surgery... which I don't recommend. There are also tips and tricks to make you look taller - you should try those!
