I was eating mcdonald's food twice a day, I was doing early morning and late evening shifts in two jobs, my sleep pattern was terrible, I was partying and drinking, sometimes sleeping one hour a day, I was exhausted all the time for 2 MONTHS and I DID NOT GAIN A KILO! To anybody who might be reading this right now, staying at an optimal weight for our height and build is not for aesthetic reasons, but for quality of life. To be able to walk faster, to go up and down the stairs with ease, to not sweat so much, to have better sleep and more energy. Overall, to be happy. Trust me, as a 24 year old 5'6" female who went from 256 to 153 (and counting down month after month) through homemade meals, exercise & most importantly, _motivation_ , I know how great it feels to be free of all the excess body weight that would have kept me suffering had I not stopped digging my grave with my fork. 7:07 ok it stop here a lot of these things is wrong said it can be right that a lot of them is right but a lot of them are said wrong fx. You said that vegetables nuts and seeds is good then you make it sound like meat is not good but that is not what count as healthy food it is the ingredient amount that count like a steak is a steak and a carrot is a carrot but an ice cream is not an ice cream it isa lot of stuff that is mixed into a food type so can you see what I mean
