I made this very fast breakfast for my husband and his mom one morning they had to go out very early to take care of some family stuff. I used bacon instead of the ham but it was fresh and ready to go in just 5 min. You had gave me so many ideas with your videos, I don’t always choose to prep and freeze meals, but definitely doing it makes life easier. Thanks!
Very easy & manageable
Ann Mittelstadt (2 months ago)

Can they be kept in the refrigerator if they are going to all be eaten within the week?

I'm not a YouT, but remember that breakfast pizza we used to have at school? well I found out how to make it at home. pizza crust bottoms, white gravy, sausge/bacon and mozzarella cheese. make sure meat is cooked, add gravy on top of uncooked crust (cook for 5 min if you want a more crispy crust but not too much) add your meat next, if you want too add scrambled eggs, as well. (personal preferance) then load with mozzarella cheese, the more the better! and bake at 350 for 20 min. I eat some when fresh then cut into single servings and deep freeze for quick breakfasts thru the week or when you need a fast breakfast. just put on a plate and microwave for 1-2 min depending on your microwave. or toaster for 5ish min. wonderful!

Has anyone cooked them from frozen in the oven? What temp? How long? We don't use our microwave.
Karena Arreola (2 months ago)

I made these with Almond milk and bagels. The eggs made the bagels so soggy and watery. Will try regular milk next time.
Shari Mahoney (6 months ago)
Great way to cook the egg. I've made these before and the egg (cooking a few at a time) is what took me the longest. I'm making these this week 👍🏼

Why didn't I think to bake all my eggs in a pan?
A bonum Eremitae (7 months ago)
Love this! Would turning the sausages into patties/squares work as well as integrating them into the eggs? I personally love crisping up my breakfast meats before eating them. Eager to hear your thoughts! Subscribed!
3menandalady (7 months ago)
Do you think it would have been better to put all the foil wrapped sandwiches in a freezer bag? I feel like it would keep them fresher and avoid freezer burn or weird flavor from the freezer? Just curious on your thoughts. Thank you for sharing your video!
The Family Fudge (7 months ago)
We ate them so quickly that it wasn't a concern for us
Angelface :) (7 months ago)
Hmmm... think I'll make these !! :-)
Barbara Arnold (7 months ago)
Looks yummy! What would the reheat time be from frozen in a toaster oven? I'm assuming you keep the foil on
The Family Fudge (7 months ago)
i usually take them apart and toast the bread and microwave the egg to warm it up then put it all back together.

How long can I freeze them for?
Delaney Lattimer (10 months ago)
I made the english muffin ones but I used the eggs with the ranch and spinach along with Canadian bacon. Oh my they are wonderful, the eggs microwaved nice and juicy. They were not rubbery like most of the pre-made breakfast sandwiches. Thank you so much for sharing!
mumlifewithmel (10 months ago)
I love this idea. My hubby never has breakfast so maybe if I had these on hand he might grab them before going to work. He can heat them before he goes then wrap back in the foil so in an hour or so when he is ready to eat they will still be slightly warm. Better than spending money on crappy food at the café.
Sophia ghany (10 months ago)
My 6 year old , you cannot put that English muffin in front of him without him getting a taste he had one for breakfast and my 4 year old girl loves your oatmeal thank you so much ❤️

English muffins are easily separated by using a fork instead of a knife. Just stab it all around and it will cut in half quite easily.

Do you bake the eggs at 350? Where did you get your egg cracker?
I have just started my own YouTube channel (not this account) and I was wondering where your camera is when filming the sandwiches as that's the angle I'm looking for and not sure how to go it. 😊

You can also wrap them in parchment paper found at Dollar tree then wrap in foil just in case there are no napkins available.

I love this video I love eggs but my husband is lactose intolerant, no eggs or milk, I love English muffins, but I think the croissant ones need more egg it might be just me, please don't be offended, I will have to make this so that I can have something to eat in the morning with my coffee. Where did you get the egg cracker, I need one.

GS1215 (1 year ago)
Our local Costco and grocery stores don't carry the Ranch Mix in the large containers. But I remembered that in a book ("borrowed" from my Mother--called Make a Mix Cookery -1979) has recipes for mixes. Home-Style Dressing Mix: 2 tsp. instant minced onion, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. garlic powder, 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes, 1/2 tsp. momosodium glutamate, if desired. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl until evenly distributed. Put mixture in a foil packet or 1 pt glass jar. Label. Store in a cool dry place. Use within 6 months. Makes about 2 Tbsp, enough for 2 cups Home-Style Dressing. I added this to the egg mixture and it was delicious! (To make dressing add 1 cup Mayo and 1 cup buttermilk.) Warmly Becca
