And sadly, this also affects both sides of my family - heart attacks on my mom’s side and strokes on my dad’s side. Now, there are lots of reasons that may cause a heart attack or stroke - high cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar, hormonal imbalances, etc., etc. However, the bottom line and common denominator is always -- poor blood flow circulation. However, the good news is that there are about 10 crucial symptoms, that tend to occur within 30 days for having a heart attack or stroke. What’s important is that you pay attention to your body’s natural “warning signs”, so you can help avoid a heart attack or stroke. Body Weakness About a month before, unusual body weakness is a key symptom resulting from the lack of blood flow and circulation. Due to the narrowing of arteries, weakened muscles are a red flag when it comes to anticipating a heart attack in its premature state. Dizziness When there is a lack of blood flow, dizziness is another symptom that shouldn’t be taken lightly. The lack of proper circulation affects the blood flow to the brain which can result in uncomfortable dizzy spells. Cold Sweats & Excessive Perspiration Following dizziness, experiencing cold sweats is another signal that your body may be under duress. Without adequate blood flow, your body may feel clammy, cold, and generally unwell. Unusual or excessive sweating is an early warning sign of a heart attack. It might occur at any time of the day or night. Chest Pain & Tightness If you are experiencing chest pain, or pain in other areas of your body such as arms, back, and shoulders, you’ll want to seek medical attention as soon as possible. Chest pain and chest tightness are key symptoms to acknowledge in order to prevent a life threatening heart attack. Cold or Flu Symptoms Many heart attacks victims have also experienced cold or flu symptoms a month prior to their illness. This is a good indication of one’s health that shouldn’t be overlooked. Body Weakness Along with overall body weakness, constant fatigue is another strong indicator that your body is undergoing a lack of blood supply. When this is the case, your body experiences the discomfort of overexertion due to the fact that it is working a lot harder to generate sufficient blood flow. Shortness of Breath Shortness of breath is another key symptom to note when predicting a possible heart attack. With every muscle that requires oxygen and adequate blood flow, your lungs are no different. When your heart is distressed, your lungs will naturally be affected and typically show signs through a difficulty in breathing. Abdominal Pain or Indigestion Other vital signs include nausea, indigestion, heartburn or abdominal pain. Again, due to poor blood flow, nutrients aren’t being absorbed properly, leading to stomach discomfort. Insomnia Insomnia is also associated with an increased risk of a heart attack or stroke. A decrease in oxygen levels — due to poor blood flow — may trigger subtle changes that lead to anxiety, insomnia, and agitation that can’t be explained by normal circumstances. People who’ve had a heart attack often realize afterwards they began to experience anxiety and sleep problems in the months before the attack. Changes in Thinking / Remembering We all become forgetful at times, especially as we get older. However, if you noticed a dramatically worse memory for some odd reason, it’s most likely due to lack of oxygen to your brain due to poor circulation. #heartattack, #heartdisease, ======================================== ======================================== Thank you for watching. I'm 30... in as sick recently and the past week I've been dizzy light headed at times so much that it gave me anxiety.. it's hard to breath at times is this something I should worry about?..
Dr Sam Robbins (2 months ago)
Concerned, but not worried. I can’t diagnose you, but if you can get checked out by a doctor, do so. Otherwise, maybe you’re just under a lot of stress, over worked, drained, etc.

why are you saying that?
Wes Miller (2 months ago)
Does pink Himalayan salt make you retain water? I feel like I’m retaining water after using it for a day please let me know thank you
Dr Sam Robbins (1 month ago)
Yes, correct. Your body’s aldosterone levels will soon level out and you’ll be fine. Keep going.
Wes Miller (2 months ago)
I explained it wrong, I meant to say I feel like it’s retaining water under my skin blocking out my vascularity and muscles.
Wes Miller (2 months ago)
I feel like it is covering my veins, I thought it was suppose to help you get vascular. Does it take a while for your body to get use to the sodium?
Dr Sam Robbins (2 months ago)
it does Wes, I've spoken in multiple videos of mine, including this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YIQGKfXoF74
