my happy place is that I try to feel like an Olympian competing lol I act like kicking and jumping is just a natural state. Also! Big epiphany - if you hold the pulse squat with your butt instead of quads- it's so much more bearable and easier to hold in your abs

i laugh out loud every time on the pop squats bc you say clap our feet over our head 😂😂😂 gets me everytime 😆just starting fb body weight again after doing weights for few weeks-always love how i notice the increase in strength 💪🏼 thank you for the motivation!

This workout kicked my ass. For most of the second half I had to do the low impact versions lol. But I wanted a good difficult workout because my weigh day is tomorrow. I'm excited! This was my very first fitness blender workout I tried one year ago today. I got to the first water break and couldn’t finish. One of my favourites so far!!!! It really challenges all the major muscles - I love the mix of legs, upper body and abs in this HIIT/TABATA format - like that it includes the warm up and cool down. Great Job on this one!
