Erectile dysfunction is a common co-morbid syndrome in people with Diabetes. It means people with diabetes, especially Type 2 Diabetes are more likely to suffer from erection problems. Tadalafil (or cialis) has been proven to be very effective in treating erectile dysfunction in diabetic people. So, yes, you can take tadalafil. So, good luck. Now, for the people with hypertension. Like diabetes, hypertension people also commonly have ED problems. If you are taking medicines to control hypertension that fall under alpha-blockers, or that fall under nitrate drugs, or if you had an heart attack in the last six months, then you should not take viagra or tadalafil. Otherwise, you can use tadalafil as prescribed. If you are not sure the medicines you are currently using to control hypertension fall in the above categories, then please consult your physician. Hope this helps. Thanks.
