Gluten Sensitivity Symptoms and Side Effects
For more on gluten sensitivity: http://draxe.com/gluten-sensitivity-diet/?utm_campaign=Youtube-Sept-2014&utm_medium=social&utm_source=youtube&utm_term=gluten In this video, I’m going to talk about what gluten sensitivity is, symptoms, and side effects. A few of the warning signs that indicate you are gluten sensitive are digestive issues, food allergies, autoimmune disease, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, weight gain, joint pain, arthritis, brain inflammation, ADHD, autism, hypothyroidism, or hormone imbalance. Gluten is a protein found in wheat, barley, and rye that has been hybridized today, resulting in a new breed of gluten. This protein gets into your gut and causes intestinal inflammation, resulting in autoimmune disease and other problems. If you're gluten sensitive and are going gluten free, you can follow the GAPS diet, which supports your digestive system. In addition, taking supplements like L- Glutamine, digestive enzymes, and probiotics will help your body heal from gluten sensitivity. Following these tips you will notice an overall improvement in your gluten sensitivity symptoms! 10 Most WARNING Signs of Gluten Intolerance
Gluten intolerance, also called gluten sensitivity or Celiac Disease- when it’s in its most severe form- can have symptoms that range from no symptoms to life threatening or debilitating chronic health problems and anywhere in between. Often, these symptoms are not consistent from person to person and this is part of what makes gluten testing or Diagnosing Gluten Sensitivity so difficult for medical professionals. Gluten sensitivity and intolerance can manifest as much more than just IBS-like symptoms and stomach problems. That’s why doctors are more likely to dismiss the idea that you even have this because if they don’t hear about digestive problems as your chief complaint, then it must be something else. More than 55 diseases have been linked to gluten, the protein found in wheat, rye, and barley. It's estimated that 99% of the people who have either gluten intolerance or celiac disease are never diagnosed. But how can you tell if you really are gluten intolerant? For some, eating this mainly wheat-derived protein is just fine, while others experience a full range of symptoms, some of which can make life nightmarish. If you have experienced at least 7 of these 10 symptoms after eating foods containing gluten, it might be time to think about modyfying your diet. 10 Warning Signs of Gluten Intolerance Everyone Ignores!
Gluten is part of our daily lives, due to the large number of foods that contain gluten that we eat every day. We do this without realizing how much gluten we are ingesting. Breads, cakes, pizza, pastas, cookies, and biscuits all contain gluten—and there are many more also. Without a doubt foods that contain gluten are among the most consumed foods all over the world. I mean, who doesn’t like pasta, right? Meanwhile a lot of people are allergic or intolerant to gluten without realizing it. Few people know what gluten really is and where it’s found. Then, what exactly is gluten? It’s the mixture of proteins that are specifically found in the formation of grains such wheat, rye, and barley. Because many foods are made from these grains, including healthy foods such as cereal bars, gluten is widely found in our food chain. Knowing that gluten is, is an important step in improving your quality of life; however, some of the symptoms of a gluten allergy or intolerance are so common that many people don’t even realize they are allergic or intolerant to gluten. Besides that, few people know the name associated with gluten intolerance, and are therefore unable to seek treatment or change their eating habits. Have you ever heard of Celiac Disease? This sickness is an autoimmune condition that affects people with hypersensitivity to gluten. Let’s learn about the ten most common symptoms related to a gluten allergy, in order to understand the best way to create a routine to avoid gluten. 1. Digestive problems Slow digestion or indigestion is one of the main symptoms of gluten intolerance and/or Celiac Disease. It’s important to be especially alert to constant flatulence, stomach pain, bloating, and diarrhea. 2. Headache One sign of possible gluten intolerance is chronic headaches, especially after eating anything with gluten in it. This is not a symptom closely linked to Celiac Disease, but it is a good indication of whether you are intolerant to gluten. Try to pay attention whether or not the pain starts after eating foods with gluten. 3. Chronic Weakness Constant fatigue, without having performed any physical exercise, is a strong indication of gluten intolerance as well as for Celiac Disease. 4. Mental Confusion Gluten intolerance can cause confusion, dizziness, and difficulty concentrating. Be aware, as these are also symptoms associated with fatigue, stress or aging. 5. Joint Pain Gluten intolerance causes inflammation in various parts of the body, especially in the joints. 6. Immune System Problems Immune system failures can be consequences of a gluten intolerance. With Celiac Disease, the clearest symptom is anemia, which also damages the immune system. 7. Depression Gluten intolerance is also harmful to people who have depression because it intensifies the symptoms of anxiety, irritability, and sudden mood swings. 8. Skin Lesions For people who have Celiac Disease, skin lesions such as rashes, eczema, psoriasis and others, are very clear symptoms of the disease. These symptoms also appear in people with a gluten intolerance, but to a lesser degree. 9. Tooth Decay When the person has a gluten intolerance, the teeth are weakened and there is a greater chance of cavities. 10. Hormonal Disorders Hormones can also be severely affected in people with an intolerance to gluten. In cases of Celiac Disease, a very rapid increase or decrease in weight may be symptomatic of estrogen levels which are out of control. So periodic hormone-level tests are very important. What to do if you have Celiac Disease and/or gluten intolerance? If you notice more than one of these symptoms in your daily routine, the first step is to pay a visit to your doctor and ask him to order multiple tests. Ask specifically for him to run the test for Celiac Disease. After diagnosis, be prepared to eliminate gluten from your daily diet. If the symptoms are extremely bothersome, you can also do a simple test: Eat a gluten-free diet for a while and check for improvement in your condition. If you feel better, just confirm the diagnosis with the doctor so you can continue your treatment. NASTY Allergy Foods!!! Wheat & Dairy... (How to Make Natural Glue!)
Please see my website here: http://www.brettsnaturalhealth.com Please subscribe here: https://tinyurl.com/y9v8n466 Wheat & Dairy are the ultimate nasty allergy foods. Wheat allergies are very common because the gluten in wheat cloggs the digestive system causing celiac disease. Dairy allergies (milk) are also common because the casein glues up the entire body. (Additionally, to make natural glue, wheat (vegetable glue) and dairy are the main ingredients!) Wheat and dairy cause allergies because the body recognises the un-natural invader is creating stagnation and thus disease. When you build an allergic load intollerance to a food, then your body reacts causing hystamine, acid indigestion or many other symptoms. Is dairy healthy? No! Dairy causes acne, diabetes and heart disease! Is wheat healthy? No! Wheat causes gerd, irritable bowel disease, ulcers and orther gastrointestinal diseases. The bottom line: Wheat and dairy are nasty allery foods! -----------------------------

Natural home remedies for Celiac Disease (Gluten Allergy). Try these remedies to get rid of gluten intolerance. Celiac disease is a hereditary disease in which people are allergic to gluten. Gluten is a protein found in wheat, rye and barley. Damage to villi prevents absorption of nutrients to blood. Gluten Allergy can develop at any age after people start consuming foods containing gluten. If untreated, it can lead to other autoimmune disorders like lupus, multiple sclerosis, anemia, osteoporosis, infertility and miscarriage, neurological conditions like epilepsy and migraines and also intestinal cancer. People suffering from celiac disease(gluten intolerance) should completely abstain from having any gluten containing foods such as bread or beer. Symptoms of celiac disease(gluten allergy) vary among sufferers and include: • Digestive problems (abdominal bloating, pain, gas, diarrhea, pale stools, and weight loss) • A severe skin rash called • Iron deficiency anemia (low blood count) • Muscle cramps, joint and bone pain • Growth problems (in children) • Seizures • Tingling sensation in the legs (caused by nerve damage and low calcium) • Ulcers or sores in the mouth • Missed menstrual periods Presence of this celiac disease can be confirmed by a doctor after a thorough physical examination and some blood tests. A biopsy of small intestines might also be needed to confirm this disease. The patients can prevent further damage by restraining from gluten containing food foe the rest of his life. I'm back! Final Proof, Goodbye Gluten and Dairy! (Health Update) | VitaLivesFree
I'm back for good, my beautiful friends. Electricity supply is restored. Life is back to normal, which means I can get back to making videos again. I did one final experiment with gluten and dairy recently and I owe you an explanation. Around Christmas, as I was taking digestive enzymes and thought that my digestion was stronger, I decided to reintroduce gluten, in the form of spelt. Bad mistake! As the weeks passed, I found all of the issues coming back, such as blotchy skin, acne, fatigue, bloating, stomach cramps, depressions, and finally peeling nails. I don't think I need any more proof - gluten is extremely evil for me. I've also come back to the conclusion that I am casein intolerant, too. 50% of Celiac disease sufferers are dairy intolerant, so I have a pretty high chance. As my blood tests were inconclusive and I have way to do an endoscopy, I prefer to treat myself as a celiac. My sister as it, I have the genes, I've been a very sick child, gluten nearly killed me again now that I reintroduced it for 4 weeks - that's enough proof, right? I must face the truth: gluten needs to go, forever. This isn't a joke. I must find the motivation within me to stick to a gluten free diet for good and patiently for healing. It's not an easy or quick road, I know. I'm just so desperate to feel healthy. I'm sure those of you with autoimmune issues can relate to the need to just feel normal, like everyone else. If you are going through something similar, I'm sending you hugs and I'm always here if you need to talk. Goodbye gluten and dairy. We had a good time together, but you aren't good enough to me! :-) Simply yours, Vita xx SUBSCRIBE for more videos → http://www.youtube.com/user/EcceVita1?sub_confirmation=1 Visit my BLOG → http://vitalivesfree.com OTHER RELATED VIDEOS: ---------------------------------------------------------- How I'm Healing My Thyroid Naturally → https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zBiuMLWH8J8 I Have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis (Not Celiac Disease) → https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uAs9HK44v9s Chatty Update: The Real Cause of My Acne (Gluten, Casein, Fructose Intolerance) → https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iZHI4tW7n4A WHERE ELSE YOU CAN FIND ME: ------------------------------------------------------ Blog → http://vitalivesfree.com Facebook → http://www.facebook.com/VitaLivesFree Google+ → https://plus.google.com/+Vitalivesfree Twitter → http://www.twitter.com/VitaLivesFree Pinterest → http://www.pinterest.com/VitaLivesFree Instagram → VitaLivesFree Email → vita(at)vitalivesfree.com

7 Signs You Should Get Tested for Gluten Sensitivity or Celiac Disease
What's the difference between gluten sensitivity and celiac disease, and more importantly, how can you tell which one you actually have? Gluten intolerance is an increasing reality that affects more and more people. The appearance of small balls that resemble acne on the arms are one of the most common symptoms of gluten intolerance. Celiac disease is an autoimmune disease and one of the symptoms of this disease is intolerance to foods that contain gluten. Gluten is a protein that’s present in wheat, oats, barley, and rye. Celiac disease is the result of a genetic condition and can arise at any point in life. When people have this disease they suffer from an immune response that leads to the production of antibodies that affect the digestive system and the whole body in general, when gluten is ingested. But does that mean that gluten intolerance and the celiac disease are the same thing? The answer is no. A person may have an intolerance to gluten, more or less severe, and not suffer from celiac disease. In these situations the issue isn’t a genetic one, but rather related to other factors that still aren’t yet known. However, the greatest difficulty of this condition is its diagnosis. Because the symptoms are common to other pathologies and arise slowly, it’s difficult to make an initial diagnosis. ---------------------------------------- ▶ Subscribe to the channel - https://goo.gl/3tB19z ▶ Natural Cures en español - https://goo.gl/QcoLf2 ▶ नेचर क्योर्स - Natural Cures (Hindi) - https://goo.gl/okYDFd ▶ Mindfully Yours - https://goo.gl/qXiBjy Disclaimer: The materials and the information contained on Natural Cures channel are provided for general and educational purposes only and do not constitute any legal, medical or other professional advice on any subject matter. 7 Foods to Treat Gluten Intolerance | 7 Gluten free foods
Gluten-free diet has become a rage these days owing to a rise in the number of people getting diagnosed with gluten intolerance and celiac disease. Gluten intolerance refers to a condition in which a person exhibits allergy symptoms after consuming a diet containing gluten, a protein found in wheat, barley and some other grains like rye. The initial symptoms of gluten allergy range from bloating, indigestion, fatigue to some more serious symptoms like neurological problems, weight loss, skin issues and osteoporosis. For this reason it is imperative for those suffering from gluten intolerance to eliminate sources of gluten from one’s diet to lead a healthy life. Furthermore, following a gluten free diet has shown to improve the quality of health in people with no symptoms of gluten allergy. Apart from all the benefits a gluten free diet offers, there is a flip side as going completely gluten-free also means loss of certain essential nutrients that are found aplenty in gluten rich foods. Hence, while planning out a gluten free diet, one should include lots of foods rich in those nutrients to curb the possibility of nutritional deficiencies.

Gluten Free Diet: The Truth About Grains- Thomas DeLauer
Be Sure to Subscribe for 3x Videos Per Week! http://www.ThomasDeLauer.com Gluten Free Diet: The Truth About Grains- Thomas DeLauer… Those with gluten trouble should also be cautious with other grains because of proteins known as prolamins. Prolamins are proteins that exist in the seeds of cereal grains. Prolamins: Gluten consists of a prolamin and a glutelin. Prolamins are storage proteins, and they are the “hardware stores” of the wheat structure that distribute amino acids central to the plant’s development. Glutelin is the “glue” that holds these hardware stores together. Wheat gluten itself consists of the prolamin gliadin and the glutelin glutenin. Gliadin stimulates zonulin, the traffic cop of the gut lining, to allow it to pass into our digestive tract largely undigested and interacting with tissue transglutaminase (tTG), an enzyme found throughout the body. Tissue transglutaminase is a critical part of how the body functions, and specifically, how the tight junctions in the microvilli (think hairy fingers) in our gut are formed. When tTG interacts with gliadin, it creates antibodies - enzyme that is such an important part of our body is now bad - body attacks itself. Celiac disease is one of the most well-known gluten-related diseases, and those with the disease are advised to avoid more than wheat. ● Roughly 1% of people have celiac disease- Besides wheat, the following grains contain prolamins: Grain Prolamin Protein Wheat Gliadin Barley Hordein Oats Avenin Corn Zein Rye Secalin Sorghum Karirin Not all prolamins are believed to trigger celiac disease - the main ones are those from wheat, barley, and rye. Oats can be a trigger for some. So how do prolamins and gluten relate? ● The prolamin gliadin in wheat is the main protein that is believed to trigger celiacs, and gliadin is one of the proteins that makes up gluten. Prolamins can cause more problems than just celiacs disease. For those who react negatively to them, they can cause: ● Brain fog ● Joint pain ● Thyroid issues ● Chronic inflammation ● Increase intestinal permeability Many of the negative effects are due to a proinflammatory immune response to prolamins. In studies it was found that an increased production of proinflammatory cytokines occurred for both celiac patients as well as healthy controls, however the impact was greater for those with celiac disease. Studies have confirmed that gluten-sensitivity exists, and many who experience IBS have gluten sensitivity. Case Study: In a double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled study on 34 patients with IBS and without celiac disease, it was found that those who followed the gluten-free diet experienced fewer IBS symptoms, pain, fatigue, and bloating as compared with those who consumed the gluten diet. ● 34 patients ● 6 weeks of a gluten-free diet with exception of two bread slices and one muffin per day. Either with gluten or gluten-free ● The mechanism was not discovered as tests did not generate significant differences between the groups, however the reported symptoms were significantly less for those without gluten. If you have sensitivity towards gluten, it is a good idea to replace grains with starchy vegetables, such as sweet potatoes and beets. For everyone, it is a good idea to cut grains out for a week and reintroduce them one at a time to see if you have any sensitivity. What Really Happens To Your Body When You Go Gluten Free
If you're new, Subscribe! → http://bit.ly/Subscribe-to-The-List For the average eater, the words "gluten-free" are horribly confusing. This protein made up of the peptides gliadin and glutenin is found in grains such as wheat, semolina, rye and barley. It's known for giving bread its airy and fluffy substance and dough its sticky texture. But recently it's become notorious for sending dieters, restaurateurs, and the medical community into a tailspin. Why? Because every time you eat a Cronut or a turkey sandwich, your body either decides to break the gluten down and absorb it, or produce antibodies to attack it. The latter is known as celiac disease, and to a lesser extent, non-celiac gluten sensitivity. Avoiding gluten completely is, as of now, the only known treatment to help heal these conditions. But what about the rest of us who haven't been diagnosed? What really happens to the body when you give up gluten?
