Each meal should be approx. 350 calories (or fewer) Type of Protein you can include are Chicken, Turkey, Fish (any kind), tuna, tofu, eggs, beef or pork. Types of complex carbs are Brown Rice, Whole Grain Pasta, Oatmeal, whole-wheat/multigrain Bread, Wraps, Pita Bread etc. Types of Healthy Fat are Nuts, Olive Oil, Seeds, Omega-3 (from fish). In order to make this diet meal plan effective, you are recommended to follow these steps:- 1) Plan your food from the grocery store much in advance to make it stress free. 2) All the mentioned meals are interchangeable. So you can have your high tea snack for breakfast, breakfast for lunch accordingly. 3) Only use and Prepare high quality food like chicken, brown rice, vegetables or fish. So say NO to white bread, white rice, processed food and ready to meals at all. 5) You must drink 8-10 glasses of water every day. 6) Meals difference should be between 3-4 hours throughout the day. 8) Put a daily reminder of your meals, it would help you not to skip/delay any meals. 10) Exercise 3--4 times in a week for 20-30 minutes. Tip Set up a weekly exercise schedule and a weekly meal plan that includes fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and proteins. This way, both your calendar and your food plan will be set. Step 3: Pick a date Pick a date to begin your new lifestyle. Be sure to avoid overly stressful times. Once you've picked a date, stick with it. Step 4: Evaluate Evaluate your progress and your goals. Reevaluate your initial goals if necessary. Maybe things are too easy -- you can bump up your exercise routine. Or maybe you need a few more calories in your daily diet than you originally estimated. Whatever it is, be flexible with yourself. Tip Don't beat yourself up if you have a setback. Setbacks are part of changing your lifestyle. Just get back on your plan. Step 5: Focus on health Focus on improving your health. Losing weight is great, but being healthy is fantastic. Look at your new lifestyle as a healthy lifestyle that you will live longer to enjoy. Hey guys! Jessica here! Today I am sharing my weekly Weight Watchers Freestyle meal plan and meal prep. I also show you how I put together dinners for me and my family for the week. I know it can be hard trying to plan what to feed your family when you are the only one doing the Weight Watchers Freestyle program. I hope this helps someone out there :) I also decided to try a different editing style because I frequently have my children help me cook. And since they can be really chatty and kinda loud, I thought it would be easier to just show you how I do everything, and to just play a little music in the back round. Daily Dose of Pepper (now the Skinnyish Dish) Loaded Chicken Bubble up: https://theskinnyishdish.com/loaded-chicken-bubble-up-bake/ Sheet Pan Chicken Tacos: 2lbs of boneless skinless chicken breasts ( I used chicken tenderloins) 2 packets of taco seasoning (I do not count seasoning packets as points) Onions & Peppers (how much you like) Coat chicken and onions and peppers in taco seasoning. Place on a sheet pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 400 for 18-20 mins. Turn when half way done cooking. Shred chicken when it is cooked through. The best way to get the most out of your vegetables is to enjoy them a variety of ways -- raw, steamed, boiled, baked and grilled.
