Diet Plan for 6 Pack Abs (STEP BY STEP!)

Get 6 pack abs year round by following this diet plan http://athleanx.com/x/diet-plan-for-a-six-pack You’ve probably heard that 6 pack abs are obtained through a proper diet, that abs are made in the kitchen. You’d be right. That said, getting abs still remains rather elusive to many and certainly being able to maintain them year round is even harder. Not any more. In this video, I show you a 5 step plan for how to get a 6 pack that you can use to start getting your abs to show fast. Despite the fact that many are aware of the importance of proper nutrition when it comes to getting abs, it is still a mighty struggle to get them. It usually comes down to the methods those people are using to try and get them in the first place. Crash diet plans and temporary deprivation based tactics are not going to cut it long term if you want to get and keep your abs. Anything that forces you to feel as if you’re missing out or be deprived of what you really want is only going to be a temporary solution at best. As soon as you get tired of not having what you want, you’ll quickly give in and lose your ability to keep your hard earned abs. That said, the 5 step formula for getting a 6 pack starts with cutting out the obvious crap foods from your diet. You should know pretty quickly what these are. It’s the cakes, sweets, alcohol, fatty salad dressings, etc that just scream problems the minute you eat them. You know what they are and that means you know they should be gone, so do it. There’s never been a better time than now to start making the changes that are going to dramatically help you in your pursuit of your abs. Next step is to start eating more often. Yep, despite what keyboard scientists who read a few articles on google scholar want you to believe, there are far more important reasons to be eating more frequently throughout the day than whether or not this is maximally anabolic. I cover these for you in the video. Next up, you’re going to want to take another pass through that diet of yours. On this second time through, you’re going to want to remove the less obvious items that aren’t helping you as best they can to get your 6 pack abs. For me, I lay out three perfect examples. I thought these foods were healthy but I was only partially right. How they were being prepared was making all the difference in me seeing my abs consistently…or not. Moving on, you now want to eat more of the good foods you swapped in. This helps you to maintain and continue to build new muscle. Too often, people who take out the offending foods will free up many calories in their diet. If you don’t replace them with good foods you’ll likely wind up not supporting your muscle growth and be skinny without enough muscle mass. Finally, where the etching in of those abs can happen, supplementation. Use high quality supplements to fine tune your efforts and really take your results to the next level. #Day- 1 Only fruits, with the exception of bananas, litchi, mangoes and grapes. Eat lots of watermelon, melon, pomegranates, apples, lime, oranges, strawberries and any other fruit that you like. Eat 20 times a day, if you want to, but only fruits. #Day 2- Only vegetables. Begin your day with one boiled potato with a tea-spoon of butter. For the rest of the day, eat only raw, boiled or otherwise cooked vegetables without oil. Don't eat more than one potato for the day. You can eat cabbage, carrots, cucumber and other vegetables. #Day 3- combinaton of Day 1 and Day 2 you can eat fruits and vegetables of your liking, but no bananas or potatoes. do not forget to drink a lot of water. #Day 4- Bananas and Milk. You have the liberty to eat almost six bananas and have up to four glasses of milk.You can even have the highly diluted,vegetable soup (tomatoes, onions, capsicum and garlic). #Day 5- Feast Day you can eat sprouts, tomatoes and cottage cheese (paneer). You could also eat chicken or soya chunks.you can have soup. Increase the intake of water #Day 6- Similar to Day 5 you can eat sprouts, cottage cheese, chicken, soya chunks and other vegetables. No tomatoes. and you can add a soup on this day too #Day 7 This day you can have fruit juice, a bowl of rice or half roti, and any vegetable that you want to eat. Important: It is imperative to Drink 12 to 15 glasses of water every day during the course of the diet. No fruit juices(other than day seven), tea, coffee or alcohol. Slow Cooker Kalua Pork https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lje_zcJfefI Hawaiian Style Macaroni Salad https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9_bTWEq-wrQ Carnitas 2 tablespoon olive oil 1 onion diced 4 cloves of garlic minced 1 jalapeno minced 2 pounds cooked pork butt salt and pepper to taste 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon Mexican oregano zest and juice of one orange In frying pan heat oil and saute onion garlic and jalapeno. Season with salt pepper cumin and oregano. Add pork and fry until pork gets crispy exterior. Add juice and cook until all liquid is cooked off. Add orange zest and serve. Drizzle with a tablespoon of oil and season with salt. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Remove potatoes from oven and cut in half. scoop out pulp and place in bowl with remainder ingredients. Mix all ingredients together with hand mixer. Fill potato husk halves with potato filling; may add additional shredded cheese and or bacon bits to top each potato half. Return to oven and warm through 15-20 minutes. Acai Bowls https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BvBAJAIoau4 Spinach and mushroom lasagna 12 lasagna noodles 1 (15-ounce) package whole milk ricotta 2 (10-ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves FOR THE SAUCE 1/4 cup unsalted butter 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 pound cremini mushrooms, thinly sliced 1 onion, diced 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 3 cups milk, at room temperature Pinch of nutmeg salt and freshly, to taste DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 325. To make the sauce, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic, mushrooms and onion. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 3-4 minutes. Whisk in flour until lightly browned, about 1 minute. Gradually whisk in milk, and cook, whisking constantly, until slightly thickened, about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, to taste; set aside. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Spread 1 cup mushroom sauce onto the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish; top with 4 lasagna noodles, 1/2 of the ricotta cheese, 1/2 of the spinach, half the parsley, 1 cup mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup Parmesan. Repeat with a second layer. Top with remaining noodles, mushroom sauce and cheeses. Place into oven and bake for 40 minutes, or until bubbling. Let cool 15 minutes. Bread sticks For the Dough: 1 package active dry yeast 1 tablespoon sugar 1 cup warm water 1 Tablespoon Butter 3 1/2 cups flour Place warm water, sugar and yeast in bowl and let sit five minutes to activate yeast. Add butter and flour and mix until dough ball forms, knead an additional 5 minutes. Divide dough into 8 pieces and roll into 7 inch rope. Place on cookie sheet. In small bowl place 2 tablespoons melted butter, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder and a pinch of dried oregano. Brush mixture onto bread sticks. Let rise 45 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

This is a sample of a Full Meal Plan to help you Lose Weight and achieve your goals. They are made of simple ingredients, quick and very easily put together. The foundation of this meal plan has: • 3 ounces of lean protein • 1 complex carb • Unlimited vegetables • 1 healthy fat Each meal should be about 350 calories (or fewer) Example of Protein you can use: Chicken, Turkey, Fish (any kind), tuna, tofu, eggs, beef or pork tenderloin. Example of Complex Carbs: Brown Rice, Whole Grain Pasta, Oatmeal, Sweet Potatoes, Wholemeal Bread, Wraps, Pita Bread. Example of Healthy Fat: Nuts, Olive Oil, Seeds, Avocado, Omega-3 (from fish) In order for this plan to be Effective, you are recommended to: 1) Prepare Your Food in Bulk lasting 2 -- 3 days to make it stress free. 2) These meals are interchangeable. So you can have your snack for breakfast, breakfast for lunch etc. 3) Only use and Prepare high quality food like chicken, brown rice, sweet potatoes, vegetables or fish. So no white bread, white rice, processed food and ready meals at all. 4) Adjust the portion size and calories according to the product you use. Mine might be slightly difference from yours. So read the food label carefully. 5) You must drink 3-4L of water every day. 6) You must eat every 3 -- 4 hours throughout the day in small portion. 7) Make it a habit to plan and pack your meals the night before and store them in the fridge for the next day; this will make your mornings easier, which will help to keep you on track. 8) Print your meal plan and stick in on your fridge as a daily reminder to stay on track. 9) Keep a food dairy of what you eat and how you feel, which contributes towards your weight lost progress. 10) Exercise 5--6 times a week between 45 -- 60 mins for maximum result. In this video, I’m going to show you a single ab workout routine that you can do for the next 22 days straight that is going to help to carve up that midsection of yours and give you a jump start on getting your abs to pop year round. There are just 6 exercises in this ab workout, each one hitting the abs from one of their primary functions. No equipment is required to perform this ab workout routine. Because of this fact, there are no excuses either. You will be able to do this workout for your abs in just minutes and you won’t need any elaborate setup to get it done. It can be done in the comfort of your own home or in the gym if you so choose. The key to this ab workout plan is that you perform it for 22 days straight. There are two reasons for this time period. First, it gives you an opportunity to start seeing noticeable changes in your abs particularly if you pair this with a dedicated effort to improve your nutrition. You will never be able to see your abs if they are covered in fat. You need to start getting serious about your diet and eating if you want to strip away the fat and show the results of your hard work and effort. The second reason for doing this for 22 days is to help this become part of your lifestyle. They say it takes 22 days of doing something for it to become a habit. We are going to try and create a positive habit here by getting you used to training your abs. Don’t worry. The abs are a resilient postural muscle group that is built for high volume and frequent training sessions. The exercises in this ab workout follow a specific sequence. They start with those that target the lower abs using bottom up movements. These are where the top of the body from the waist up stays rather stationary while the bottom does the movement. This can be seen in the heels to the heavens exercise. Next you perform a bottom up rotation movement. This one is going to be filled by the step through planks. Here you want to try and keep your upper torso still again while you create rotation from the bottom using your legs to step through and across your body. You will be able to feel this burn almost from the first few reps. Keep going until you reach the extinction time as described in the video. Move on next to the midrange movement known as the “X” man crunch. This is a great way to bring both the top to the bottom and the bottom to the top. Aim for completing the 12 reps that are suggested for extinction on this ab exercise and move onto the final three exercises. These will hit the obliques, top down movements and top down with rotation. You will see that this is not going to take very long. The benefit and power of this ab workout is that it is hitting the abs and obliques from every angle and in each of the 6 primary ways of hitting them. Ingredients 1 whole chicken (about 3 pounds), washed, patted dry and cut into quarters Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper For the dip: 1 cup buttermilk milk For the dredge: 1 cup crushed pork rinds 1 cup coconut flour Sea salt Vegetable oil, for frying For the spicy coating: 1/2 cup hot frying oil 3 tablespoons cayenne pepper 1 tablespoon packed light brown sugar Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper 1 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder Pickle slices, for serving Directions Dry-brine the chicken: In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with 1 tablespoon kosher salt and 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper; cover and refrigerate overnight or up to 24 hours. Marinate chicken in buttermilk 8-12 hours. In a separate bowl, whisk together the coconut flour and crushed pork rinds. Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture, then dip in the milk mixture, then in the flour mixture again, shaking off the excess after each step. Heat the vegetable oil in a iron skillet if you have one. Set a wire rack on top of a rimmed baking sheet and set aside. Working in batches, fry until crisp, 15 to 17 minutes for breast quarters and 18 to 20 minutes for leg quarters. Remove the chicken and let it drain on the rack. Make the spicy coating: Carefully ladle the lard or frying oil into a medium heatproof bowl and whisk in the cayenne pepper, brown sugar, 3/4 teaspoon sea salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, the paprika and garlic powder. Baste the spice mixture over the hot fried chicken and serve immediately; garnish with pickles. "Fathead" Pizza Dough: 12 oz Shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese 2-3 Tbsp (1 1/2 oz) Full Fat Cream Cheese 1 Large Egg 3/4 cup blanched Almond Flour 1/2 tsp each of your choice of seasonings (onion powder, garlic powder) 1/4 tsp each of Salt and Pepper Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a pizza pan with parchment paper. Measure your mozzarella and cream cheese on a food scale in a large, microwavable bowl. Microwave the mozzarella and cream cheese for 1 minute. Stir together and microwave for another minute. Remove and stir until a dough forms. Immediately, while hot, add in the remaining ingredients. Continue to stir until all ingredients are combined. Place the dough on the parchment paper and using your hands, spread into a thin, even layer, covering the pan. Pierce the dough all over with a fork and bake for 12 minutes. Check the dough at the 6 minute mark in case you need to pierce the dough again. Remove from the oven and add on your toppings, cheese, and sauce of choice. Bake for another 5 minutes.

So no processed, junk food and ready meals at all. 4) Adjust the portion size and calories according to the product you use. Mine might be slightly difference from yours. So read the food label carefully. 5) You must drink 3-4L of water every day. 6) You must eat every 3 -- 4 hours throughout the day in small portion. 7) Make it a habit to plan and pack your meals the night before and store them in the fridge for the next day; this will make your mornings easier, which will help to keep you on track. 8) Print your meal plan and stick in on your fridge as a daily reminder to stay on track. 9) Keep a food dairy of what you eat and how you feel, which contributes towards your weight lost progress. 10) Exercise 5--6 times a week between 45 -- 60 mins for maximum result. Cook the cauliflower florets in a large pot of boiling salted water for 5 to 6 minutes, until tender but still firm. Drain. Meanwhile, melt 2 tablespoons of the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Add the flour, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon for 2 minutes. What I eat in a day - Slimming World - SP Plan - 6lbs off in 6 days! After dieting with Slimming World for a couple of months and getting slow losses, I decided to try Slimming World SP plan! For anyone who doesn't know what this is, its a slightly more regimented plan which focuses more on Speed Foods and Protein Sources. You can have 1 A choice, 2 B choices and still have your 15 syns! I was amazed by the results I received in my first week, and will be continuing the plan. I'm new to YouTube so a bit too scared to show my ugly mug at this point, but if I get enough questions about the plan, I might brave it and do a Q and A video! You will also see from my meals, that I am vegetarian, so I'd like to emphasize this plan is not exclusively for people who eat meat. I hope you enjoy the video. Perfect to freeze for another time or put on a grill for your large get-together. Perfect for 30 day meal planning, freezer meal planning, or preparing ahead for any occasion. Here's the basic recipe for the amount of hamburger we bought. :) approx. 8-10 lbs of hamburger 2 very large onions 1 TBSP black pepper 2 TBSP pink (Himalayan) salt 2 TBSP parsley (which we were out!) 10 eggs 1.5 packages of unsalted 'saltine' crackers Mix, blend, form, freeze or cook - that easy! Ketones are aerobic only. High intensity exercise like the 100 yard sprint or olympic lifting, is purely anaerobic and requires glucose Low intensity exercise like a walking, jogging, elliptical, cycling, hiking, etc. can be purely aerobic (if done at a low enough intensity) The purely aerobic exercise will allow ketones to be the dominant fuel burned. When given a choice the brain, heart and muscles will choose ketones over glucose, they can only do this if both are present in the blood (3) Study - Journal ‘Cell Metabolism’ Study looked at the effects of exogenous ketone administration in 39 high performance athletes to see how the body utilises different forms of energy during exercise Each of the 39 athletes completed 3 experimental trials consisting of 1 hour of constant load cycling (high-intensity at 75%) - athletes were given a ketone ester (KE), carbohydrate (CHO) or fat (FAT) drink 15 minutes prior to the start of the exercise and 45 minutes into the 1 hour trial Athletes who ingested the KE drink, were found to display lower levels of lactate, plasma free fatty acids (FFA), glycerol and plasma glucose than those athletes that ingested the CHO or FAT drink, throughout the entire 1 hour exercise trial period Suggests that KE might have some sort of sparing effect on intramuscular glucose stores, most likely due to the suppressive effect on muscle glycolysis And suggests that ketones were oxidised as an alternative to pyruvate, reducing the reliance on glycolysis to provide acetyl-CoA needed for the TCA cycle (5) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- References 1) Ketones and Exercise – What You Need to Know. And these two are very helpful to make the process of getting to lower body fat percentage more manageable. In a nutshell IF is really just delaying the first meal for a few hours after waking up and then eating the last meal a few hours before bed. The window can be quite flexible, although it's a good idea to have some consistency to link the fasting with your circadian rhythm and hunger signaling. One big downside of the traditional 5-6 meals a day approach is that you're training your body to expect food every few hours. And on a diet it can get quite difficult to deal with hunger. However, the 5-6 meals approach does work as well as IF. It simply comes down to what works best for the individual. There's definitely cases where individuals couldn't adjust themselves to do the 8 hour window Intermittent fasting protocol. And that's fine. At the end of the day what matters is that you stay within your daily calorie goal, and that you hit the appropriate macronutrient ratio based on your needs. Even though fasting can make dieting easier for some people it's in no way an ultimate one-size-fits-all magical solution for everyone. Keep this in mind. Additionally, when it comes to eating out on dieting there's a few general rules I like to follow. Eating in restaurants can be great, and the food is awesome as well however it's important to put this into the right context of dieting. The goal of the chef in the restaurant isn't necessarily to help you hit your macros. And even though the restaurant can have the nutritional information of every meal outlined the person preparing to food will almost always add more ingredients to make the food tastier. This is standard practice. And those ingredients are usually added fat in form of oil or butter, and/or extra carbohydrates. It's important to know this because as you're estimating your caloric intake the restaurant meal typically has 20% and up to 50% more calories than you think. And since you're aiming to get your weekly caloric deficit this can easily add a lot of extra calories to your diet and put you off your goal. So my general rule is to eat out only 3-4 times a week if I'm deeper into the diet. And for all the other meals I will go for homemade cooked meals or food that has clear nutrition labels (cheese, whey, pre-made meat, cans of fish, bread etc...) This gives you more control over your intake and there's less risk of overeating. Enjoy the video, this whole rest day I had about 2000 kcal as a target. In the end I got slightly more finishing at 2058 calories which is totally fine. Sprinkle with additional paprika, broil for approximately 8 minutes. Thai Coconut Red Curry -2 to 3 pounds chicken breast cut into cubes and marinated in Thai Coconut Marinade for 6 hours. -1 tablespoon peanut oil -1 large garlic clove minced -1 1/2 teaspoons minced ginger -2 tablespoons Kitchen Curry Red Paste -11 oz Thai Red Curry Sauce (Trader Joe's) -13.5 oz Coconut Milk Heat oil in frying pan; add garlic, ginger and curry paste; cook for 30 seconds. Add chicken and cook for 10-15 minutes. Add Thai Red Curry Sauce and coconut milk; reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Chicken Salad 4 cooked chicken breast, cubed 3 ribs celery diced 1/2 cup chopped pecans 1/4 cup chopped parsley salt/pepper to taste enough mayonnaise to moisten salad Mix all ingredients in bowl. Never Fail Pie Crust Ingredients 3 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup shortening 1 teaspoon salt 1 egg 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar 5 tablespoons water Directions Whisk together the flour and salt. Blend in shortening until texture resembles coarse crumbs. Mix together egg, vinegar, and water. Pour into flour mixture, and mix together. Roll dough out between wax paper; no extra flour is needed to roll out dough if wax paper is used. Makes two 9 inch pie crusts. Chicken Pot Pie -1/3 cup butter -1 onion diced -2 carrots peeled and diced -2 celery ribs diced -2 cloves garlic minced -1/3 cup flour -4 cup chicken broth -2 chicken bullion cubes optional -4 cups cooked chicken cubed -3 potatoes peeled cooked and cubed -1/2 cup frozen peas 1/3 cup light cream In pot melt butter and saute onions for a few minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Add celery, and carrots and cook for a few minutes. Add garlic and flour cook for a minute. Add chicken cubes if desired and chicken broth. Cook until sauce comes to temperature. Add chicken, potatoes, peas and cream; bring back to temperature. Place in 13 x 9 inch baking dish and cover with 1/2 of never fail pie crust. May whisk egg and 1 teaspoon of water to brush on top of pie crust; sprinkle with kosher salt. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, reduce heat and bake for 45 more minutes at 350. All of them are super easy to make, will take less than 5 minutes are very healthy and yummy. 1- Brownies- No bake, Vegan and Gluten Free ******************************************* 1 cup nuts- I have taken almonds+ walnuts 1Tbsp- Chia seeds 2 Tbsp- Unsweetened Coconut 4 Tbsp- Raw Cacao Powder. If you dont have that you can use coco powder as well 1/4 tsp- Sea salt 1 cup- Mejdool dates, pits removed Blend everything in the blender except dates. After the rest of the ingredients gets blend add Mejdool dates. Take out the mixture on a parchment paper and form a shape. Put extra walnuts to garnish and give the brownies a good crunch. Freeze them for 20-30 minutes and cut them into pieces. 2- Healthy Oats+Flax seeds energy bites ********************************************* 1 cup rolled oats (OLD fashioned even better) 1/2 cup peanut butter (or almond butter) 1/3 cup RAW honey 1/2 cup ground flax seeds 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut 1/3 cup raw sunflower seeds (unsalted) 1 Tbsp. Add oil, flour and salt. Mix to form dough ball, and then knead for 5 minutes. Let dough rest until it doubles in size. Roll dough out on a floured surface and form into round circle. California Kitchen Pizza copycat BBQ Chicken Pizza INGREDIENTS 10 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts , cut into 3/4-inch cubes 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 tablespoons favorite barbecue sauce ( we use a spicy-sweet sauce) bbq chicken pizza dough cornmeal or semolina or flour , for handling 1/2 cup favorite barbecue sauce 2 tablespoons shredded smoked gouda cheese 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 1/4 small red onion , sliced into 1/8-inch pieces 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro DIRECTIONS To make BBQ Chicken: In a large frying pan, cook the chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat until just cooked, 5 to 6 minutes. Do not overcook. Set aside in the refrigerator until chilled through. Once chilled, coat the chicken with 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce; set aside in the refrigerator. To make the pizza: Place the pizza stone in the center of the oven and preheat to 500 degrees F for one hour before cooking pizzas. Use a large spoon to spread ¼ cup BBQ sauce evenly over the surface of the prepared dough within the rim. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon smoked Gouda cheese over the sauce. Cover with ¾ cup shredded Mozzarella. Distribute half the chicken pieces evenly over the cheese (approximately 18 pieces). Place approximately 18 to 20 pieces of red onion over the surface. Sprinkle an additional ¼ cup Mozzarella over the top of the pizza. Transfer the pizza to the oven; bake until the crust is crisp and golden and the cheese at the center is bubbly, 8 to 10 minutes. When the pizza is cooked, carefully remove it from the oven; sprinkle 1 tablespoon cilantro over the hot surface. Add the other half the oil and seasoning to the chicken; add to the sheet tray. Bake in pre heated 400 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serve with flour tortillas and your choice of toppings; shredded cheese, guacamole, hot sauce, salsa and sour cream. Serves 4-6 Guacamole -6 ripe avocados -2 limes jiuced -4 oz can diced ortega cgilies -1 jalapeno minced -1/2 red onion finely minced -2 roma tomatoes diced -salt to taste -garlic powder taste -1/2 bunch cilantro minced Mash avocados with fork and add all ingredients in bowl. Cover bowl with cloth and let rise until dough is double in size. Divide dough into 16 pieces and roll into balls. Place on greased 13x9 inch pan. Cover with cloth and let rise for about 45 minutes. Bake in pre heated 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes. Rolls should be golden brown. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and brush on top of baked rolls.
