Signs That Your Body Is High Of Sugar, Must Aware
Diabetes is often called the silent killer because of its easy-to-miss symptoms. It initially presents with few symptoms, which can be easily overlooked. Research says that one out of three people who have it don’t even know about it. While others are unaware that they have diabetes in its early or even middle phases. If you've been feeling off, talk to your doctor about getting a simple blood test that can diagnose the disease. And pay attention to these subtle diabetes signs and symptoms. 1. Frequent urination (polyuria): The kidneys start working harder to get rid of the excess glucose from the blood. So if you notice that you have to urinate more often, this could be a warning sign. 2. Excessive thirst (polydipsia): This symptom links with the previous one. As you lose more fluids, the body will try to replenish them, hence the constant need to drink. 3. Increased hunger (polyphagia): Due to extreme highs and lows in blood sugar levels, the body develops a sudden urge to eat. The cells don’t get enough glucose, so you crave it. 4. Dry mouth: You experience a lack of moisture in the mouth, which can be both unpleasant and dangerous. Gum diseases are a known complication of diabetes. 5. Unexplained weight loss or weight gain: As insulin can’t get glucose into the cells, the body reacts as if it would be starving and starts using proteins from the muscles. On the other hand, increased consumption of sugary foods can lead to weight gain. 6. Fatigue: Excessive tiredness can develop when body constantly compensates for the lack of glucose in the cells. It is not uncommon to also feel irritable and in a bad mood. 7. Vision problems: High blood sugar also affects the eyes. It changes the shape of the lens and eyes. As a result, your vision becomes blurry. If sugar levels stay high for a long period of time, this can cause permanent damage and can even lead to eyesight loss. 8. Headaches – A headache can develop due to elevated blood sugar levels and is considered an early sign of hyperglycemia (high blood glucose). 9. Skin changes: Velvety dark skin, known as achantosis nigricans, can appear on the neck, groin and armpit. You can also observe other unusual skin changes and itchiness, especially around the vaginal or groin area. 10. Infections, cuts and bruises that do not heal:This classic sign of diabetes is a consequence of blood vessel damage. Excessive amounts of sugar harm the veins and arteries, so they become less able to transport blood to where it is needed to repair and heal the damage. 11. Yeast infections: Since bacteria and fungi thrive in a sugary environment, infections can become more common. 12. Numbness and tingling in hands and feet: This symptom is a result of nerve damage – neuropathy – that is connected with diabetes. Tingling and numbness can be accompanied by burning pain and swelling. 13. Sexual dysfunction: Diabetes also damages blood vessels and nerves in the sex organs, which can lead to different sexual problems. With the right diet, exercise regimen and, if necessary, medications, diabetes can be kept under control, and the person can continue to live a fulfilling life.

How do you prevent sweating after eating?
How do you prevent sweating after eating? Gustatory sweating is sweating that occurs on the forehead, scalp, neck, and upper lip while eating, talking, or thinking about food. For many people, sweating occurs due to eating hot and spicy food. For others, however, it happens frequently after eating any food. In these cases where eating any food causes sweating, it is most likely due to nerve damage in or around the parotid gland, the gland in the cheek that produces saliva. When this occurs, it tends to happen on one side of the face and is known as Frey's syndrome. In some rare cases, people with diabetes mellitus may experience bilateral gustatory sweating, with sweating on both sides of the face. In this video, we compare gustatory sweating with regular sweating and look at what can be done to treat or prevent cases of gustatory sweating.

8 Serious Diseases Signaled by Our Skin
Here are the most common skin problems which can appear if there is something wrong inside your body. It is very important to be aware of the signals our skin can give us! Usually, we don't think that much about our health, until there's something wrong with it. A lot of the severe illnesses progress quietly in early stages, so you find out the truth only when you visit a doctor for a regular appointment or, even more horribly, when it becomes way too serious. TIMESTAMPS Dark spots 1:04 White patches 1:53 Rashes 2:57 Edemas 4:05 A great number of new moles and tags 5:12 Acne, blackheads, clogged pores 6:09 Flaking 7:23 Excessive sweating 8:30 SUMMARY - If you noticed dark spots, which all of the sudden popped up on your skin, this could be a symptom of adrenal insufficiency or Addison’s disease. Your adrenal glands do not generate enough steroid hormones. Addison's disease may be caused by various factors, including stress. - Another signal of health problems is white patches that start to appear on your skin. In this case, your skin loses pigmentation, and this disease is called vitiligo. It develops when cells called melanocytes are killed by the body’s immune system, causing the area of skin to turn white because the cells no longer make pigment. - Any sudden rashes on your skin show that there is something wrong with your body. It could be an allergy to food, home chemicals, medical drugs, or even a contagious disease, such as chicken pox. In any case, it is better to turn to a doctor because allergic reactions can lead to serious consequences. One of them is a Stevens-Johnson syndrome, which is a severe skin reaction. - If you have edemas every day, it is worth seeing an endocrinologist because they can be a sign of hypothyroidism. This condition can occur when the thyroid gland fails to produce sufficient quantities of hormones. The following symptoms can accompany this disease: dry skin, face and limb edemas, hair loss, fragile nails, and weight gain. - There are many reasons why moles can appear on the skin. A basic and most common one is heredity. If your parents have big birthmarks, you may also have them. Other reasons can be either excessive ultraviolet exposure or hormone imbalance. In most cases, moles are harmless.  - Pretty much everyone suffered from acne at one point or another. And don't get me started on blackheads, this thing is unavoidable. Today numerous commercials and cosmetic brands show us an unbelievable amount of products that claim to clear your skin from acne and blackheads completely. And people usually trust them buying more and more, without realizing that clogged pores are just the consequence and not the main reason. Of course, it's easier just to wash your face and hope it will all go away instead of going on a strict diet and figure out the main root of your skin problems, but if you want to have a fresh and free-from-acne skin, visiting the doctor is inevitable. - In most cases, flaking is not that big of a deal. It is a temporary condition with an easy treatment. However, when the flaking is intense and accompanied by other symptoms, it can be a sign of a serious disease. The reasons for flaking can be a vitamin deficiency, hormone imbalance or allergic reaction. - If you are inside a well-ventilated space with optimal temperature and you are not nervous, then you shouldn’t be sweating as if running a cross-country race. If you find yourself in such situation constantly, it's time to sound the alarm. The reason for excessive sweating can be the toxic diffuse goiter, or Graves’ disease, an autoimmune disease that affects the thyroid. All of us are quite busy and can be a bit scared to go to the doctor with some problems, thinking that maybe they will just go away as suddenly as they appeared. Sometimes this happens, but other times your condition may silently progress. Don't put off visiting a doctor, if you are feeling a certain serious discomfort. If it's nothing much, then great! But if there's something wrong, it's better to find it in the early stages, when it's way easier to treat it. 10 Diseases You Can Get Through KISSING!
10 Diseases You Can Get Through KISSING! Number 10: Gum Disease. The American Dental Hygiene Association (ADHA) reported that 80% of Americans have gum disease. The scary thought is that these statistics are only based on people who have had a dental screening. Can gum disease be transmitted through kissing? According to Dr. Mark A. Reynolds. Chairman of the periodontics department at the University of Maryland Dental School, the answer is yes. Research has found that the bacteria that cause gum disease can be passed from one person to another through saliva. Number 9: Cold Sores. Cold sores, or fever blisters, are caused by a herpes simplex virus or HSV-1. These small, fluid-filled lesions occur in the area around your mouth, most commonly on and around the lips. Cold sores are highly contagious and can spread through skin to skin contact like kissing, or contact with genital secretions. It can also spread by sharing a cup, eating utensils, or lip balm or lipstick with someone who has it. Number 8: Polio. Polio is a highly infectious disease caused by a virus. It invades the nervous system, and can cause total paralysis in a matter of hours. Among those paralysed, 5% to 10% die when their breathing muscles become immobilized. Symptoms include fever, limb pain, fatigue, headache and stiffness in the neck. Polio is spread through contact with stool from an infected person. Although less common, polio transmission occurs through contact with respiratory droplets or saliva. Number 7: Syphilis. Syphilis is a highly contagious disease spread primarily by sexual activity, including oral and anal sex. Occasionally, the disease can be passed to another person through prolonged kissing or close bodily contact. If left untreated, syphilis can cause serious and permanent problems such as dementia, blindness, or death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, new cases of syphilis have doubled between 2005 and 2013. In 2014, the number of new cases had risen to 19,999. Number 6: Mumps. Mumps is an extremely contagious viral infection of the salivary glands that most commonly affects children. The most obvious symptom is swelling of one or both of the salivary glands on the sides of the face. Complications can include encephalitis, meningitis, painful swelling of the testicles or the ovaries; pancreatitis; and hearing loss. The virus is spread through coughing, sneezing, kissing or sharing drinks, utensils, food or water bottles. Number 5: The Kissing Disease. Infectious mononucleosis, or mono, refers to a group of symptoms usually caused by the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV). It typically occurs in teenagers, but you can get it at any age. The virus is spread through saliva, which is why some people call it “the kissing disease.” The symptoms may include fever, sore throat, swollen lymph glands in the neck and armpits, headache, fatigue, muscle weakness, swollen tonsils, and night sweats. Number 4: Cytomegalovirus. Cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection is a disease caused by a type of herpes virus. The infection is spread through blood transfusions, organ transplants, respiratory droplets, saliva, sexual contact, urine, and tears. Symptoms may include These may include enlarged lymph nodes, especially in the neck, fever, fatigue, loss of appetite, malaise, muscle aches, rash, and sore throat. Number 3: Rubella. Rubella, also known as German measles, is a disease caused by the rubella virus. Although considered a mild illness, it can be very serious for pregnant women and their developing babies. Rubella is spread by contact with saliva or mucus from the mouth, nose or throat of an infected person. When an infected person coughs or sneezes, the virus spreads through droplets in the air. Sharing food, drinks or cigarettes, or kissing someone who has the virus can also put you at risk. Number 2: Hepatitis B. Hepatitis B is a virus (HBV) that infects the liver and can cause liver inflammation called "hepatitis." The virus is spread by contact with blood, semen, and vaginal secretions. It can spread from the mother to her child during birth. Common causes of transmission include unprotected sexual contact, sharing needles among injection drug users, re-use of contaminated needles and syringes, and sharing of razor blades or toothbrushes. Number 1: Bacterial Meningitis. Bacterial meningitis is a serious illness caused by germs that are usually passed from one person to another through coughing and sneezing, and through kissing, sexual contact, and contact with infected blood. Sharing eating utensils, glasses, food, or towels can also spread the bacteria. Although symptoms may vary, the more common signs and symptoms of meningitis include high fever, stiff neck, severe headaches, vomiting, discomfort of bright lights, drowsiness, and lack of appetite.

Q&A 316 - Scaring, Teeth, Dry Skin, Moving Lymph...
Have a question for YouTube? Click the link below and select "Ask a YouTube question " for your subject. http://www.drmorsesherbalhealthclub.com/pages/contact 00:34 – Jaz – “I am a 33-year-old female from Hawai‘i who currently lives in Greece. Until I was 20, I ate the typical American diet. While I always loved and ate plenty of fruit and a fair amount of vegetables, I ate pork chops, steak, and roast beef like it was my job. My consciousness began to shift in my early 20s, and by the time I was 26 I had left meat behind for good. 98% of the time I have been dairy-free (ghee–have a weakness for Indian food). For a few years in between 2007 and now, I ate fish/seafood but those days are long gone. I am grateful for this shift in consciousness, even if it took quite a while.”… 22:10 – Farnas – “How can we move our lymph? Sport? Rebounding? But what if my kidneys are not filtering how can I move my lymph?? My whole life I had excessive sweating. I was diagnose with Hyperhidrosis. about 3 years ago I had a surgery to remove my sweat glands under my arms. But know I now that sweating is very important for my body L and now I regret what I did a lot L my kidneys are not filtering L and cannot sweat a lot now so what should I do???? How can I support my IG track? Which herbs?” 32:54 – Brianna – “Can a raw food diet heal scaring? And what system is poor healing if scars linked to? I have both minor and severe scarring from an injury I attained as a child and minor scarring from an injury several weeks ago. I really want to heal them completely (they are bright red) but have not been successful. Thanks so much or all you do!” 40:09 – Bri – “Hi dr morse! I'm a 17 year old female just graduating high school; and I really need your help! I have a question regarding detoxification. I went on all fruit (mostly organic) for over a year; with absolutely no cheating whatsoever. In this time several of my teeth began to rot and I lost all my enamel. With this in mind; I also never felt better. I want to return to this diet; however I am extremely fearful that this will happen again(I spent over 3000 on my teeth to fix it). Thanks!” 45:48 – Susanne – “Hi, my name is Susie and I have had very dry skin since I was a baby. My mum tried to find cures and went to any doctor she could find, but they all only gave her creams and she was/is determined it comes from the inside. I still have not found the cause after 39 years and was wondering if you have any ideas? My skin is dry and cracks in dry cold climate and gets better in the sun. No eczema or sensitivity, get red very easily and extreme points are heels, chins and calves, but all over really.” 50:40 - Nicolas - Are sprouted Fenugreek seeds a good addition to our diet? I read very good things about them, apparently a good expectorant and act as a broom for the digestive track. Any thoughts? Can I do GI broom morning and evening or is it too much? I did it once and I felt very tired the following morning. Maybe too much pulling at once drained my nerve energy in the detox process? (see video.) 01:05:39 – Unknown - Hello i have been battling this weird illness for 6 months now. been to the hospital 3 times and they send me back home with pain killers and antibiotics. I suspect it is Lyme. My symptoms started in my upper jaw and roof of my mouth. it would feel like someone is beating me in the head with a bat and my face would start tingling. i am only 20 years old and a student. i live in fort lauderdale. i just had my wisdom teeth taken out thinking that would relieve my symptoms. For some reason i notice it is worse whever i eat bananas or anything that has sugar on it. dentist cant find anything either. i do have amaglams and 1 root canal but with limited funds it is hard for me. i would appreciate any advice you can give? 01:11:13 – Jenna - This may be a crazy question. But I am wondering what exactly do you consider to be fruits? For instance, I have always heard that foods like cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, zucchini, squash ect are all considered fruits as well. Is this your belief as well? 01:14:33 – Jenn’sPOV - Thank you. You're so helpful. How does one "go after the lymphatic system"? I have hyperthyroidism so I know raw is helpful, but maybe exercise and other things as well?

The 16 Most Common KETO Side-Effects & Remedies
Download the Keto-Adaptation Remedy Card: http://drberg.com/keto-adapt-card Take Dr. Berg's Free Keto Mini-Course: http://pxlme.me/-i717vtY Dr. Berg talks about the side effects that can occur from doing the ketogenic diet. This is called keto adaptation. Your body is switching over to fat burning from sugar burning and additional nutrients are needed. So I listed out all the potential problems that can occur and what to do about them. If you have muscle cramps, palpatations, feeling weak, bad breath, dizziness, keto flu, keto fatigue, feeling cold, etc. I listed out what you need. Lots of people need potassium, B1, and even sodium. but this way you can know whats going on and what to do about it. Hey Guys, in this video we’re going to talk about keto adaptation symptoms and solutions. When you start with ketogenic diet, you may have any one of these symptoms. Muscle cramps is usually a low potassium situation, you need to increase your potassium levels. Palpitations or Heart Arrhythmias, also increase more potassium because when you lose the glycogen reserve you lose a lot of water and the water comes with electrolytes, so the need of potassium will go way up. If you feel week that means you need more sodium, sea salt would handle it. Bad breath means you are consuming too much protein, cut down protein and maybe add some apple cider vinegar for digestion. Dizzy, that could means three things but when doing keto it means to increase your sodium because you are losing more fluid and the blood pressure goes too low and sea salt retains water. For fatigue, you need to up your B1 and B5 and nutritional yeast works great for that. If you feel more cold in intermittent fasting take some high quality iodine sea kelp, you can also do sea vegetables as well. Not satisfied after a meal means you need more fat. When your body adapts to ketosis and you actually start healing insulin resistance, the need for fat goes down because your body is running in your own fat. Right Shoulder pain means you are consuming too much fat or too many nuts which is irritating the gallbladder, there is a nerve that goes into the right shoulder that could be going up to your neck, head or jaw, having those symptoms cut back the fat and the nuts for it to go away. When having constipation, avoid too much cheese. Too much cheese and meat could constipate a person, increase your vegetables and potassium. Attention Women 5 Kinds of Vaginal Bumps By Health Center
5 Kinds of Vaginal Bumps Every Woman Should Know About To be honest, vagina requires upkeep more than any body organ. Surprisingly, some of the efforts we put to make it good such as shaving, cleaning and waxing with perfumed powders and soaps only worsens it and causes awful itch, rashes and Vaginal Bumps. Have you ever wondered whether the bumps of your vagina are healthy, you are not alone. Vaginal bumps are very common, particularly during the years of child-bearing or when you are advancing in age. The good news is that, when you notice these symptoms occurring where don’t expect them, there is no need to worry as suggested by Sherry Ross. You should be vigilant to note the changes to your skin around this area and seek early medical attention. Here are 5 kinds of vaginal bumps that every woman should know about. A tender bump near the opening of the vagina It is also commonly known as Bartholin’s cyst. This condition appears when the glands on both sides of the opening of the vagina get blocked, this makes the fluid that they secrete to go back inside the glands. According to Kameelah Philips, this condition is characterised by a tiny bump at the opening of the vagina. It is painful and tender to the touch, but when treated it is totally harmless. A warm compress with a tub soaked in warm water can manage the bumps when given time to heal. If you experience much pain and find difficulties when urinating and walking, it is advisable you see your doc as it may require your cyst to be drained. Pimples that are flesh-colored They are tiny, harmless bumps that appear when the sweat ducts gets blocked. Besides occurring on your vagina, they can also appear on your face around the eyes, chest, underarms, and belly. This condition is characterised by flesh-colored pimples that are benign and they not tender to touch. Vaginal Boils These are blisters that are filled with pus. They are often caused by the method of grooming such as waxing or shaving. The boils around the vagina can be caused by a leaden razor. The tools you use in your body should be cleaned since the bathroom can harbour bacteria. Therefore, ensure you regularly change your razor. In addition, before shaving make a protection of the vaginal skin with a soapy coating. Ingrown hair This is hair that does not disappear post-groom. When you groom, shave, or wax the areas around your vagina, most likely you might find an ingrown hair. The hair bumps occur when there is curling back of cut pubic hair beneath the surface of the skin. It continues to grow causing an inflammation or a bump. There are common irritants that aggravate this condition such as detergents, fragrant soaps, bath salts warming gels, condoms among others. Conclusion It is not likely that bumps on your vagina can worry you. Most of them can disappear on their own or managed at home or treated. When having sexually transmitted infections, it can only be managed with treatment. It is important you undergo treatment early to minimise the chances of complications. ======================================== Source : http://positivemed.com ======================================== Disclaimer: The materials and the information contained on Health Center channel are provided for general and educational purposes only and do not constitute any legal, medical or other professional advice on any subject matter. How to Stop a Sneeze? | #aumsum #kids #education
A sneeze is controlled by the trigeminal nerve present in our face. When irritants like dust and pollen enter our nose, the trigeminal nerve triggers sneezing to expel them out with huge force and pressure. Now, many people close their nostrils and mouth to stop a sneeze. But this can lead to transfer of force and pressure inside their heads, thus damaging their eardrums or other tissues. Normally, sneeze should not be stopped. But in exceptional situations, a relatively safe way to stop a sneeze is to press our finger above our upper lip. Since the trigeminal nerve is also present above our upper lip, such pressing action also sends a signal through that nerve to the brain. This interrupts the sneeze response and distracts the brain, thus helping in stopping our sneeze. Also, don't forget to subscribe to our YouTube channel.

Diabetes Frequently Asked and Question - Part 3
11. What are a hypo and the symptoms? If your blood sugar level drops too low, there won’t be enough sugar in your bloodstream for the insulin to feed the cells of your body. That is what we call hypoglycemia or hypo. Try to remember how you feel when you have a hypo and make sure that your friends and teachers know what to look for if it ever happens. Here are some of the symptoms that you may feel: - Hunger - Shaking/wobbly legs - Butterflies in the tummy - Pale and sweating - A headache and faintness - Sleepy or irritable - Blurred vision There are different reasons why you can have a hypo but its mainly when you've had: - Too much insulin - Not enough food - An unusual amount of exercise - A delayed meal - Stress or hot weather 12. What do I do if I have a hypo? Take sugar or food containing sugar straight away followed by a sandwich or digestive biscuits. If you are unable to swallow, Hypostop TM can be used. This is a sugary gel that can be rubbed onto your lips and gums. If it doesn't work, you may be given an injection of glucagon and possibly go to the hospital to see a doctor. It is very important that you always have sweet foods or sugar with you. Other people may not know that you have diabetes. You should carry an ID card or ID tag saying that you have diabetes and explaining what to do if you're not feeling well 13. Will my diabetes ever go away? Unfortunately, you won't grow out of diabetes, and it will always be there. However, you can treat your diabetes by injecting the insulin that your body is not able to make any more. 14. Whats going to happen when I go back to school? As soon as you feel better, you will be able to go back to school as usual and do all the things you used to do: playing with your mates, doing exercise, going for a picnic or a day trip with your class. Nothing will really change actually! 15. Can I still go to parties? Of course, you can! An occasional treat is all right and with a little bit of planning everything will be fine. Try to stick to sandwiches, pizza, popcorn or crisps. A piece of birthday cake is fine too! If there aren't sugar-free or light fizzy drinks, try to drink squash/fruit juices or bring your sugar-free drink. 16. Can my friends catch my diabetes? Unlike chicken pox or flu, you can't catch diabetes or give it to anyone else. So, none of your friends will become diabetic if they play with you. What Are Vitamin D Deficiency Symptoms?
For more info: https://draxe.com/vitamin-d-deficiency-symptoms/?utm_campaign=Youtube-Apr-2015&utm_medium=social&utm_source=youtube&utm_term=vitaminddeficiency In this video I’m going to talk about the benefits of vitamin D as well as symptoms of vitamin D deficiency. In certain studies, Americans has been found to be the #1 population in vitamin D deficiency. Some of the main symptoms of vitamin D deficiency are a weakened immune system, candida or bacterial overgrowth, emotional ups and downs, hormone imbalance, trouble putting on muscle or losing weight, weakened bones or teeth, cancer, heart disease, or diabetes. Vitamin D supports having a healthy immune response, digestive health, hormone balance, and more. The biggest causes of vitamin D deficiency are not getting enough sunlight, certain chemicals from plastic bottles (bpa), and toxicity. Try to get outside everyday for about 20-30 minutes of natural sunlight. Certain foods that are sources of vitamin D are wild caught fish, raw fermented milk, mushrooms, and eggs. However, there are small amounts in the food you eat. For a good supplement, I would recommend a high quality vitamin D supplement. You don’t want to take vitamin D2, but you do want to take vitamin D3. For supplementation, take about 2000-5000 IUs a day. However, if you have a severe deficiency, then for 1-2 months, you may take 5000 IUs twice daily. Lastly, you want to take your vitamin D3 with some form of fat like coconut oil or avocado to help absorption in your body. I Kissed My Crush at a Party

Comment, like, share this story. In sixth grade the most popular girl in school, famous for her amazing, over-the-top parties with great food and dancing and Mariachi bands, invited the whole class to her house for an end-of-the-year total blowout! Now, Rio really liked this one boy in her class - Umberto - and she had a crush on him for a long, long time. It turns out, he liked her too - everybody knew it. People at school were all talking about it, even asking them "when are you going to kiss?!?" Yes, this is one of those first kiss stories. Rio had never kissed anybody before. She'd only had a few crushes and had held hands with a boy maybe once or twice. 'Berto was in the same boat - never been kissed. And it just sort of seemed like it was implied and understood - they were going to kiss at the upcoming party! Now they weren't boyfriend and girlfriend, a couple...yet! She gets to the party, and everyone is there, everyone knows each other and parents are there too, and right away Rio was nervous - sweaty, blushing, giggling with her friends - butterflies in her stomach. There was really nothing else to talk about other than THE KISS and so Rio sat inside a circle of friends, students and best friend while they asked her when she was going to do it. And there was Berto and his friends, and they were all making fun of him and making kissy faces and sounds. Later Rio and her friend are dancing and another girl runs over and pulls them aside - "Berto wants to see you," she says in a weird, sly, voice. She brings Rio downstairs and there is Berto and his friends, laughing and pushing each other and acting like boys. Suddenly, Rio and Berto are surrounded, and all their friends have their cellphones out ready to take movies and pictures, and the couple is just there awkwardly looking at each other and turning red, looking away from each other, sweating, whistling - AWKWARD - and then, their crowd of friends starts chanting: KISS - KISS - KISS - KISS! Berto was very shy and just sort of cowered there, blushing red and sweating. Rio thought, "is he going to kiss me?" But she got real brave real fast - no chicken, that's for sure - so, she grabs him by the shirt and just presses her lips up against his. First kiss, and she had never experienced anything like this before! It was nice, better than nice, and it lasted - six seconds! It was a party kiss. All their friends were cheering - Woooooooo - and snapping photos and videos! They wanted another - AGAIN, AGAIN they shouted. Berto was like, "oh no, that's okay" but Rio spun him around and kissed him again, and then again. Were they making out? Maybe not but it might have been the best kiss ever. It was a hot kiss not a hot mess! And that was it - even though their friends wanted to see more, she was done - enough for a first kiss and ran upstairs to take a breather! What Causes Hyperventilation?
What Causes Hyperventilation? Hyperventilation is a condition in which you start to breathe very fast. Healthy breathing occurs with a healthy balance between breathing in oxygen and breathing out carbon dioxide. You upset this balance when you hyperventilate by exhaling more than you inhale. This causes a rapid reduction in carbon dioxide in the body. Low carbon dioxide levels lead to narrowing of the blood vessels that supply blood to the brain. This reduction in blood supply to the brain leads to symptoms like lightheadedness and tingling in the fingers. Severe hyperventilation can lead to loss of consciousness. For some people, hyperventilation is rare. It only occurs as an occasional, panicked response to fear, stress, or a phobia. For others, this condition occurs as a response to emotional states, such as depression, anxiety, or anger. When hyperventilation is a frequent occurrence, it’s known as hyperventilation syndrome. Hyperventilation is also known as: rapid (or fast) deep breathing over breathing respiratory rate (or breathing) — rapid and deep Common causes of hyperventilation There are many factors that can lead to hyperventilation. This condition most commonly results from anxiety, panic, nervousness, or stress. It often takes the form of a panic attack. Other causes include: bleeding use of stimulants drug overdose (aspirin overdose, for example) severe pain pregnancy infection in the lungs lung diseases, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or asthma heart conditions, such as a heart attack diabetic ketoacidosis (a complication of high blood sugar in people with type 1 diabetes) head injuries traveling to elevations over 6,000 feet hyperventilation syndrome When to seek treatment for hyperventilation Hyperventilation can be a serious issue. Symptoms can last 20 to 30 minutes. You should seek treatment for hyperventilation when the following symptoms occur: rapid, deep breathing for the first time hyperventilation that gets worse, even after trying home care options pain fever bleeding feeling anxious, nervous, or tense frequent sighing or yawning a pounding and racing heartbeat problems with balance, lightheadedness, or vertigo numbness or tingling in the hands, feet, or around the mouth chest tightness, fullness, pressure, tenderness, or pain Other symptoms occur less often and it may not be obvious they’re related to hyperventilation. Some of these symptoms are: headache gas, bloating, or burping twitching sweating vision changes, such as blurred or tunnel vision problems with concentration or memory loss of consciousness (fainting) Make sure to let your doctor know if you have recurring symptoms. You may have a condition called hyperventilation syndrome. This syndrome is not well understood and has similar symptoms to panic disorder. It’s often misdiagnosed as asthma. Treating hyperventilation It’s important to try to stay calm in acute cases of hyperventilation. It may be helpful to have someone with you to coach you through the episode. The goal of treatment during an episode is to increase carbon dioxide levels in your body and work to slow your breathing rate. Home care You can try some immediate techniques to help treat acute hyperventilation: Breathe through pursed lips. Breathe slowly into a paper bag or cupped hands. Attempt to breathe into your belly (diaphragm) rather than your chest. Hold your breath for 10 to 15 seconds at a time. You can also try alternate nostril breathing. This involves covering your mouth and alternating breathing through each nostril. For instance, with mouth covered, close the right nostril and breathe in through the left. Then alternate by closing the left nostril and breathing in through the right. Repeat this pattern until breathing has returned to normal. Some people may find that vigorous exercise, such as a brisk walk or jog, while breathing in and out of your nose, helps with hyperventilation. Stress reduction If you have hyperventilation syndrome, you will want to figure out what is causing it. If you suffer from anxiety or stress, you may want to see a psychologist to help you understand and treat your condition. Learning stress reduction and breathing techniques will help to control your condition. Acupuncture Acupuncture may also be an effective treatment for hyperventilation syndrome. Acupuncture is an alternative treatment based on ancient Chinese medicine. It involves placing thin needles into areas of the body to promote healing. One preliminary study found that acupuncture helped reduce anxiety and the severity of hyperventilation. Medication Depending on the severity, your doctor may also prescribe medication. Examples of medications for hyperventilation include: alprazolam (Xanax) doxepin (Silenor) paroxetine (Paxil)

Top Home Remedies for Clogged Arteries | Causes, Symptoms and cures For Clogged Arteries Naturally
The Most Common Causes and Symptoms of Clogged arteries: Causes : Smoking. Obesity. Type 1 and Type II diabetes. High blood pressure. High LDL cholesterol levels. Lack of physical exercise. Inflammation from other diseases, such as arthritis. Symptoms : Angina (chest pain). Numbness on one side of the body. inability to move an arm or a leg. Shortness of breath. Palpitations . An irregular heartbeat. Weakness or dizziness. Nausea. Sweating. Loss of appetite. Here are the top home remedies for clogged arteries. Number One : Turmeric Turmeric is another spice that can help treat clogged arteries and make your heart healthy and more functional. Curcumin, the main component of turmeric, has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that help prevent blood platelets from forming clots. Moreover, turmeric extracts can lower the level of low-density lipoproteins (LDL), or ‘bad’ cholesterol, to reduce buildup in the arteries. It can also relax blood vessels and reduce the risk of a heart attack or stroke. Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder and a little honey to a glass of warm milk. Drink it 1 or 2 times daily. Take turmeric supplements. The usual recommended dosage is 400 to 600 mg 3 times daily. However, consult a doctor before taking any supplements. Also, include turmeric powder in your cooking. Number Two : Ginger Ginger is another effective remedy for clogged arteries. It contains compounds like gingerols and shogaols that have cardiovascular benefits. Ginger prevents plaque buildup or lessens existing plaque by lowering total cholesterol and blocking oxidation of LDL. Drink 2 to 3 cups of ginger tea daily. Make the tea by adding 1 teaspoon of grated ginger to a cup of hot water. Let it steep for 5 minutes, strain and add a little honey. Alternatively, eat a small piece of raw ginger on an empty stomach daily or take ginger capsules after consulting your doctor. Note: Do not use ginger remedies if ginger causes gastric upset or heartburn, or you have gallbladder problems or gallstones. Number Three : Garlic Garlic is one of the best remedies for clogged arteries. It helps widen blood vessels and improve blood circulation. According to a 2007 study done at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, garlic can help relax blood vessels by up to 72 percent more than a placebo. Moreover, garlic lowers bad cholesterol levels and reduces the risk of heart attacks or strokes. Add 3 chopped garlic cloves to a cup of milk and boil it. Allow it to cool and drink it daily before going to bed. Also, include garlic in your cooking or take garlic supplements after consulting your doctor. Number Four : Cayenne Pepper The compound capsaicin present in cayenne pepper prevents bad cholesterol, or LDL, oxidation. This in turn reduces bad cholesterol levels in the blood, which is one of the main reasons behind clogged arteries. It also improves blood circulation and reduces the risk of heart attack and stroke. Add ½ to 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper to a cup of hot water. Drink it 2 times daily for a few weeks. You can also take cayenne supplements, but only after consulting your doctor. Number Five : Lemon Lemon is high in vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant that helps improve blood pressure and reduce inflammation of the arteries. Plus, lemon helps lower blood cholesterol levels and keep arteries clear by preventing oxidative damage in the blood stream. Mix the juice of 1 lemon in a glass of warm water, along with a little honey and black pepper powder. Drink it 1 or 2 times daily for a few weeks. Alternatively, boil 1 tablespoon of lemon peels in 4 cups of water for 20 minutes. Strain and add honey. Drink 1 cup, 3 or 4 times daily for several weeks. Number Six : Fenugreek Seeds You can also use fenugreek seeds to treat clogged arteries. These seeds have saponins that can help reduce the level of the artery-clogging LDL cholesterol. Moreover, the high amount of fiber in fenugreek seeds plays a key role in reducing bad cholesterol levels. Soak 1 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds in water overnight. The next morning, eat the soaked seeds along with the water on an empty stomach. Another option is to add 1 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds to 1 cup of water. Boil it for 5 minutes, strain and add a little honey. Drink it 1 or 2 times daily. Follow either of these remedies daily for several months. Number Seven : Red Yeast Rice Red yeast rice can also help unclog arteries as well as reduce the risk of having a heart attack. It has natural monacolins that can lower the level of LDL cholesterol. Moreover, it has phytosterols, beta-sitosterol, campesterol, stigmasterol, isoflavones and many trace minerals that are good for overall cardiovascular health. You can cook and eat red yeast rice like any other white or brown rice. All Photos Licensed Under CC . Source : www.pexels.com www.pixabay.com www.commons.wikimedia.org www.publicdomainpictures.net

Pneumonia: Meaning and Symptoms
Pneumonia: Meaning and Symptoms What is pneumonia? Pneumonia is an infection in one or both lungs. It can be caused by bacteria, viruses, or fungi. Bacterial pneumonia is the most common type in adults. Pneumonia causes inflammation in the air sacs in your lungs, which are called alveoli. The alveoli fill with fluid or pus, making it difficult to breathe. Read on to learn more about pneumonia and how to treat it. Symptoms What are the symptoms of pneumonia? Pneumonia symptoms can be mild to life-threatening. The most common symptoms of pneumonia can include: coughing that may produce phlegm (mucus) fever, sweating, and chills shortness of breath chest pain Other symptoms can vary according to the cause and severity of the infection, as well as the age and general health of the individual. Symptoms by cause Viral pneumonia may start with flu-like symptoms, such as wheezing. A high fever may occur after 12–36 hours. Bacterial pneumonia may cause a fever as high as 105°F along with profuse sweating, bluish lips and nails, and confusion. Symptoms by age Children under 5 years of age may have fast breathing. Infants may vomit, lack energy, or have trouble drinking or eating. Older people may have a lower-than-normal body temperature. Is pneumonia contagious? Most kinds of pneumonia are contagious. Both viral and bacterial pneumonia can spread to others through inhalation of airborne droplets from a sneeze or cough. But while you can become infected with fungal pneumonia from the environment, it doesn’t spread from person to person. Risk factors Who is at risk of pneumonia? Anyone can get pneumonia, but certain people are at higher risk: infants from birth to age 2 years, and individuals ages 65 years or older people who have had a stroke, have problems swallowing, or are bedridden people with weakened immune systems because of disease or use of medications such as steroids or certain cancer drugs people who smoke, misuse certain types of illicit drugs, or drink excessive amounts of alcohol people with certain chronic medical conditions such as asthma, cystic fibrosis, diabetes, or heart failure How is pneumonia diagnosed? Your doctor will start by asking you questions about when your symptoms first appeared and about your medical history. They’ll also give you a physical exam. This will include listening to your lungs with a stethoscope for any abnormal sounds, such as crackling. Your doctor will also likely order a chest X-ray. Typically, pneumonia can be diagnosed with the physical exam and the chest X-ray. But depending on the severity of your symptoms and your risk of complications, your doctor may also order one or more of these tests: A blood test. This test can confirm an infection, but it may not be able to identify what’s causing it. A sputum test. This test can provide a sample from your lungs that may identify the cause of the infection. Pulse oximetry. An oxygen sensor placed on one of your fingers can indicate whether your lungs are moving enough oxygen through your bloodstream. A urine test. This test can identify the bacteria Streptococcus pneumoniae and Legionella pneumophila. A CT scan. This test provides a clearer and more detailed picture of your lungs. A fluid sample. If your doctor suspects there is fluid in the pleural space of your chest, they may take fluid using a needle placed between your ribs. This test can help identify the cause of your infection. A bronchoscopy. This test looks into the airways in your lungs. It does this using a camera on the end of a flexible tube that’s gently guided down your throat and into your lungs. Your doctor may do this test if your initial symptoms are severe, or if you’re hospitalized and your body is not responding well to antibiotics. How is pneumonia treated? Your treatment will depend on the type of pneumonia you have, how severe it is, and your general health. Prescribed treatment Antibiotic, antiviral, and antifungal drugs are used to treat pneumonia, depending on the specific cause of the condition. Most cases of bacterial pneumonia can be treated at home with oral antibiotics, and most people respond to the antibiotics in one to three days. Your doctor may also recommend over-the-counter (OTC) medication to relieve your pain and fever, as needed. These may include aspirin, ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin), and acetaminophen (Tylenol). Your doctor may also recommend cough medicine to calm your cough so you can rest. However, coughing helps remove fluid from your lungs, so you don’t want to eliminate it entirely. Home treatment

White spots on the cornea of the eye. This is a fairly common phenomenon among people who wear contact lenses and may be a sign of a corneal infection. Even small eye injuries caused by wearing contact lenses can lead to such an infection and then to a corneral ulcer. People who wear lenses with an expired shelf life or daily contact lenses for a long time (including overnight) are particularly at risk. 2. A white circle around the iris of the eye. Most often it’s a sign of aging, which isn’t a reason to worry. But if you’re far from retirement age, a white circle around the iris can signify high cholesterol and triglycerides levels, which often means an increased risk of a heart attack or stroke. 3. Red eyes. The cause of red eyes may be insufficient sleep, prolonged work, or exposure to wind or sun. If the eyes redden without special reason, it may signify such diseases as increased intraocular pressure (glaucoma), high intracranial pressure, and diabetes. 4. Dry eyes. Dry eyes cause discomfort and itching, and eye rubbing damages the delicate skin around them. This leads to the sagging of the eyelid and wrinkles and also increases the effect of air, making eyes even drier. The most common cause of eye itching is a seasonal allergy. If excessive dryness is accompanied by increased sensitivity to light, this may indicate Sjogren’s syndrome, a rare immune system disorder. 5. Colorless specks in front of the eyes. Such floaters are particularly visible against a background of clear skies, dazzling snow, or a well-lit white wall. From time to time, each of us sees them, but a sharp increase in their number should alert you: this may be a sign of a retinal tear or detachment. 6. Swollen red eyes. This is a consequence of fatigue and lack of sleep and is often mistaken for a sign of infection. Such a symptom can also appear in lovers of eye drops with a whitening effect. Their long-term use can do more harm than good. 7. A yellowish spot near the iris. Some people notice a yellowish area or a bump on the eye white, called pinguecula. This is a sign of aging of the conjunctiva, and it’s found mainly in elderly people. In addition, the development of the disease is provoked by UV rays, so most often pinguecules appear in people who spend a lot of time in the sun. This can be compared with a callus on the skin. They also occur with systematic irritation from wind, dust, and smoke. Pinguecula is an innocuous growth that doesn’t have a negative effect on vision. 8. Involuntary tears. It sounds a little paradoxical, but involuntary tears can be a sign of a dry eye. Thus the eye tries to make up for the lack of moisture. This phenomenon is common among those who spend a lot of time at the computer or in front of the TV. Has it suddenly become difficult to close one eye and control its lachrymation? This is a symptom of paralysis of the nerve, which controls the face muscles. It can be a complication after a viral infection. 9. A small dark dot on a background of flickering wavy lines. These symptoms may indicate poor cerebral circulation. Yet, as a rule, the dots appearing and disappearing from the visual field indicate the opacity (destruction) of the vitreous humor. The most common cause is the general aging of the body. However, people with metabolic disorders — diabetes, vascular disorders, and diet fans — are at risk. 10. Disappearing image in the visual field. If from time to time you notice an image disappearing from certain areas of your visual field, this is a sign of an eye migraine. It can be accompanied by headaches due to cerebral circulatory disorders. An eye migraine is harmless. There’s no precise explanation of its occurrence, and there are no methods of treatment. 11. Blurred vision. Myopia isn’t the only reason for blurred vision: it can be a sign of diabetes. If, in addition to blurred vision, you notice glares and halos around the light sources, this may indicate cataracts — a partial or complete opacification of the lens of the eye 12. Yellow eye whites. Most often, the cause lies in the decrease in the functionality of the liver and bile ducts. Yellowness may become the main symptom of hepatitis.

Say Goodbye To Underarm Odor With These 5 Home Remedies!
Say Goodbye To Underarm Odor With These 5 Home Remedies! Body odor is caused by the putrefaction processes in the body when we eat animal products and refined, processed food. Opposite to popular belief, sweat doesn’t cause body odor because the latter is unscented. There are bacteria in the armpits, near hair follicles, on the scalp and on the groin area. When the sweat comes in contact with bacteria, the release of chemicals causes unpleasant body odor. Our body doesn’t stink, the smell is caused by the bacteria that react with the food that we consume. Body odor usually varies from person to person. However, some types of smell can tell that there is some health problem. If the body odor smells like bleach, then the person may have kidney or liver disease. A person suffering from trimethylaminuria, a rare genetic condition, smells like fish. Diabetics have a fruity body odor. Gender also plays a role. Women often smell like onions, because of high levels of sulphur. Men smell like cheese because of high levels of fatty acid. Sweating is a natural process, but what can we do to avoid some unpleasant situations caused by too much sweating? Using an antiperspirant increases the risk of Alzheimer’s disease. Antiperspirants contain aluminum, which can be dangerous when is absorbed. Antibacterial soaps on the other hand contain triclosan, an ingredient that kills human cells. Body odor is not a serious body condition but can be a problem for our self-esteem. Here we will present you some natural tips that will help you to reduce body odor. Change your diet. You should avoid red meat, foods lacking in fiber, and the foods with added sugars, refined white flour and hydrogenated oils. Add more plants to your menu, vegetables, sprouts, greens and fresh fruits. Herbs and mints like parsley, licorice, rosemary, oregano, celery and cilantro are very useful for neutral body odor. Use baking soda. Mix a teaspoon of baking soda with a few drops of water. Apply the moistened mixture on the armpits. Rinse it regularly, with water. After this, you can proceed with your shower routine. Take a Chlorella supplement or probiotics. Chlorella eliminates body odor and also freshens breath. Probiotics support oral health. Apply extra virgin coconut. Apply it on your skin. It contains the lauric acid which is a natural antibacterial. Replace your deodorant with fresh lemon juice. Acidity from lemons stops the growth of microorganisms. But, before applying it, make sure that the juice is not too acidic, it may burn your skin. smelly underarms home remedies, home remedies for underarm odor, home remedy for underarm odor, underarm odour home remedies, underarm smell home remedy, underarm bad smell treatment, underarms smell home remedies, home remedies for underarms smell, under arms bad smell, underarm odor treatment, underarm odor remedy, underarm smell solution, underarm smell, body odor solution, how to prevent underarm odor, baking soda for underarm odor, body odor remedies, homeyog http://homeyog.com/say-goodbye-to-underarm-odor-with-these-5-home-remedies/ https://youtu.be/XwmOPUfgymI

Darkening of the skin in certain areas may also occur. Under certain circumstances, an adrenal crisis may occur with low blood pressure, vomiting, lower back pain, and loss of consciousness. An adrenal crisis can be triggered by stress, such as from an injury, surgery, or infection.[1] Addison's disease arises from problems with the adrenal gland such that not enough of the steroid hormone cortisol and possibly aldosterone are produced,[1] most often due to damage by the body's own immune system in the developed world and tuberculosis in the developing world.[2] Other causes include certain medications, sepsis, and bleeding into both adrenal glands.[1][2] Secondary adrenal insufficiency is caused by not enough adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) (produced by the pituitary gland) or CRH (produced by the hypothalamus). Despite this distinction, adrenal crises can happen in all forms of adrenal insufficiency. Addison's disease is generally diagnosed by blood tests, urine tests, and medical imaging.[1] Treatment involves replacing the absent hormones.[1] This involves taking a corticosteroid such as hydrocortisone and fludrocortisone.[1][3] These medications are usually taken by mouth.[1] Lifelong, continuous steroid replacement therapy is required, with regular follow-up treatment and monitoring for other health problems.[4] A high-salt diet may also be useful in some people. If symptoms worsen, an injection of corticosteroid is recommended and people should carry a dose with them. Often, large amounts of intravenous fluids with the sugar dextrose are also required. Without treatment, an adrenal crisis can result in death The signs and symptoms include fatigue; lightheadedness upon standing or difficulty standing, muscle weakness, fever, weight loss, anxiety, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headache, sweating, changes in mood or personality, and joint and muscle pains. Some patients have cravings for salt or salty foods due to the loss of sodium through their urine.[8] Hyperpigmentation of the skin may be seen, particularly when the patient lives in a sunny area, as well as darkening of the palmar crease, sites of friction, recent scars, the vermilion border of the lips, and genital skin.[9] These skin changes are not encountered in secondary and tertiary hypoadrenalism.[10] On physical examination, these clinical signs may be noticed:[8] Low blood pressure with or without orthostatic hypotension (blood pressure that decreases with standing) Darkening (hyperpigmentation) of the skin, including areas not exposed to the sun. Characteristic sites of darkening are skin creases (e.g. of the hands), nipple, and the inside of the cheek (buccal mucosa); also, old scars may darken. This occurs because melanocyte-stimulating hormone (MSH) and ACTH share the same precursor molecule, pro-opiomelanocortin (POMC). After production in the anterior pituitary gland, POMC gets cleaved into gamma-MSH, ACTH, and beta-lipotropin. The subunit ACTH undergoes further cleavage to produce alpha-MSH, the most important MSH for skin pigmentation. In secondary and tertiary forms of adrenal insufficiency, skin darkening does not occur, as ACTH is not overproduced. 12 Indications Of Low Blood Sugar And How To Avoid Them
12 Indications Of Low Blood Sugar And How To Avoid Them. ★Subscribe for latest updates☛ https://goo.gl/iv1ZQo Like car needs fuel to move, your body needs energy to function properly. Your blood normally contains certain amount of glucose, which enters your body cells and nourishes them. Glucose is converted from high-carb foods like rice, cereals, fruits and vegetables. When you eat any of these products, your pancreas produces insulin to convert carbohydrates into the blood sugar. If levels of your blood glucose drop down, your brain may suffer from energy deprivation, and your hormonal balance may be disturbed. This may result in really dangerous consequences and even to death. Hypoglycemia commonly occurs in people, who live with diabetes, if they take too much sugar-regulating medications, skip meals or exercise too hard. Blood glucose may dramatically decrease in those, who don’t have diabetes, though it’s not so common. It was found that certain medicines like quinine and salicylates (in high doses), can trigger drop of blood sugar levels. Alcohol misuse can significantly damage the liver, which is known for its ability to store glucose and release it when necessary. In rare cases, abnormal cells may form a tumor in the pancreas and secrete excessive amount of insulin. Many of diabetes sufferers can recognize early symptoms of hypoglycemia and treat it by themselves, eating a lump of sugar or glucose tablet. However sometimes people can’t feel changes in their blood sugar levels. If it’s about you, remember that it’s extremely important to monitor your blood glucose measures regularly, i order to prevent serious complications. So, what are the most common signs of hypoglycemia? 1. Shaky hands and trembling 2. Extreme fatigue that appears suddenly 3. Headache 4. Abrupt severe hunger 5. Feeling dizzy or lightheaded 6. Sweating 7. Nervousness and irritability without any reason 8. Heart palpitations and irregular heart beats 9. Hazy vision even if you haven’t had vision problems earlier 10. Poor coordination 11. Skin paleness 12. Loss of consciousness and seizures (in severe cases) Once you’ve noticed first symptoms of hypoglycemia, take 15 g of fast-acting carbs like fruit juice or candy. Remember that high amounts of fat and protein in the product slow down absorption and delay acting time of the sugar. In advanced cases, injection of glucagon or intravenous infusion of glucose may be the only effective treatment for hypoglycemia. If you consume insulin or other diabetes medications, don’t forget to control your blood glucose levels and regulate doses, depending on your physical activity and day schedule. Normalize your eating plan and take food regularly. It’s worth talking with your family members, friends and colleagues about your disorder and explaining them what to do, if you have hypoglycemia. Keep simple carbs (glucose tablet, a piece of sugar) handy to treat dropping blood sugar before it reaches severe stage. ★★★Check This Video to Know More► https://youtu.be/GZmmhf2n-Ac ---- Also, Check out ---- ✅Video#1☛ 10 Delicious Snacks To Eat If You Have Diabetes► https://youtu.be/5zhU6N0_JxU ✅Video#2☛ Avoid These 10 Foods If You're Trying To Lose Weight Fast► https://youtu.be/YHJC8QCtT3o ✅Video#3☛ 10 Low Calorie Foods You Need To Start Including In Your Diet To Help Slim Down► https://youtu.be/UsrZP2jxNUs ✅Video#4☛ 30 Best Ways To Lose Weight For Women Over 30► https://youtu.be/Z9pUfQ-fFdI ✅Video#5☛ Home Remedies That Help You Get Rid Of Cholesterol Deposits Around The Eyes► https://youtu.be/iyy5m81S_0Q ✔✔✔Home Remedies► https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XpD27RjUAFs&list=PLnRitu2CXTxXEu_e5LE8gimq1zGOhOG8v ✔✔Tips & Tricks► https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qfOoSzRzXJo&list=PLnRitu2CXTxVoUsceCvchFqbX2iwveIRh ✔Check out this playlist to find more Health & Wellness related videos► https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLnRitu2CXTxVeeed4eHMxBRD7hgr85VX3 ---- Images licensed under CC https://www.beachfrontbroll.com/ Video Editing: https://lumen5.com/ ---- ★★★Disclaimer★★★ The information provided on this channel and its videos are for general and educational purposes only and do not constitute any legal, medical or other professional advice on any subject matter.
