You Think That 120/80 Is a Normal Blood Pressure? You Are Completely Wrong!

02:07
You Think That 120/80 Is a Normal Blood Pressure? You Are Completely Wrong! A lot of people think that 120 over 80 indicates a normal blood pressure and if the blood pressure is higher or lower than this value, the person usually consult his/her physician. However, it appears that the value that has been considered a high blood pressure until now is no longer the case. Namely, according to the ESC Association there are new guidelines according to which a normal blood pressure is 140/90. However, this doesn't apply for diabetics and elder people in who the limit is 130 over 80. Previously, people thought that they have a high blood pressure when their blood pressure is 139/89 and start taking medications. Nonetheless, since this isn't the case anymore, you shouldn't be afraid if your blood pressure has the abovementioned values because it doesn't increase your risk of stroke or heart attack. Low blood pressure is when the systolic blood pressure is less than 90 mmHg or when the diastolic one is less than 60 mmHg. If you have an extremely low blood pressure, that is, less than 80/50 mmHg or if you experience a sudden drop in blood pressure, you need to consult your physician for further tests and treatment. When undiagnosed and left untreated for a longer period of time, both high and low blood pressure can lead to numerous other health problems. Therefore, consult a doctor as soon as possible in order to establish the main reason for your blood pressure problems and then address them adequately and avoid more serious health consequences. 🌡 The Best Blood Pressure Levels For Total Health & Longevity

How I Lowered My Dad’s Blood Pressure by 23% In Just A Few days - NO Drugs or Diets: 👉 http://drsam.co/yt/SeeHowILoweredIt Or you can watch these videos: http://drsam.co/yt/LowerBPNaturally Refferences: 1. Sprint Research Group, Wright JT, Jr., Williamson JD, et al. A Randomized Trial of Intensive versus Standard Blood-Pressure Control. Accessed August 22, 2016. 3. http://www.cdc.gov/bloodpressure/facts.htm. Accessed June 14, 2016. ======================================= 💖 The Best Blood Pressure Levels For Total Health & Longevity ======================================= Linda asks: “Dr. Sam - my blood pressure levels are all over the place and my doctor has me on various drugs to lower it. Before the drugs, I was around 160-180 systolic and with the drugs I’m around 120-150. Sorry, I don’t remember the bottom number. Unfortunately, I feel horrible with the lower blood pressure, shouldn’t I feel better? Honestly, I felt fine with the higher blood pressure. What’s the best BP levels for me?” This is a very important question because ⅓ of adults over the age of 20 have high blood pressure. And the older we get, the worse the numbers become. For example, over 60% of the population over the age of 65 has high blood pressure. For women, it’s even worse because of menopause.2,3 Sadly, 70% of the population doesn’t even know they have high blood pressure, which greatly increases your risk of death by 43%, in addition to other health ailments.2,3 Now, before I get to Linda’s question, here’s a quick chart on blood pressure levels. As you can see, anything in the red that’s over 140/90 is considered “high” blood pressure. The yellow zone is better, but still a problem. Ideal range is in the green, which is LESS than 120/80. I prefer around 110/70. Now, the reason I like it lower is because studies1 have found that lower than 120 mmHG Systolic (top number) caused 43% lower risk of cardiovascular death 38% lower “heart failure” 27% in less deaths 25% lower deaths from “first” heart attacks 17% lower heart attacks 11% lower strokes So lower is better, as long as you feel fine… and preferably done naturally - through specific diet, exercise and supplements. Now, getting back to Linda’s question - she feels worse with the “lower” numbers because of the stupid prescription drugs. So, that’s the first thing I want to point out. Secondly, she stated that she “felt fine” when her levels were higher. This is another problem with high blood pressure. You feel fine because there aren’t any real symptoms. That’s why it’s known as the “silent killer”. So if you want to live longer, lowering your blood pressure levels below 120/80 is a huge benefit and a necessity for total health. I would skip the drugs and try to do it naturally. Below this video, I’ve got a link to another video about how you can quickly and naturally lower your blood pressure levels, so make sure you take a look right now, while it’s fresh on your mind. ======================================== Thank you for watching. 💔 Salt Does NOT Cause High Blood Pressure, It LOWERS It - Backed By Clinical Studies

I’ve listened to my doctor, I’ve changed my diet and I’ve removed all the salt and still, there’s barely any improvement! ” However, in regards to salt and hypertension, that’s a myth! So here’s the reality check based on facts and clinical studies - not what so-called “expert” or “website” said. High quality salt is essential for life. So logically it makes sense that salt is important and needed. As far as clinical evidence, in one study of over 6250 people, cutting salt intake did NOT reduce the risk for heart attacks, strokes or death.1 In another study in 2013, it showed that lower salt consumption actually INCREASED your risk of death from heart disease.2 A review of the available research reveals that much of the science behind the supposed link between “salt and high blood pressure” is dubious and doubtful at best. According to Scientific American:3 "Intersalt, a large study published in 19884, compared sodium intake with blood pressure in subjects from 52 international research centers and found NO relationship between sodium intake and the prevalence of hypertension. In fact, the population that ate the most salt, about 14 grams a day, had a lower median blood pressure than the population that ate the least, about 7.2 grams a day... For every study that suggests that salt is unhealthy, multiple ones reveal that it does not." So what about the studies that show lowering salt is good for blood pressure? A 2004 analysis of 11 salt-reduction trials found that over the long-term, low-salt diets decreased systolic blood pressure by 1.1 millimeters of mercury (mmHg) and diastolic blood pressure by 0.6 mmHg. That equates to reducing your blood pressure from 120/80 to 119/79.6 A 2006 study in the American Journal of Medicine study compared the reported daily sodium intakes of 78 million Americans to their risk of dying from heart disease over the course of 14 years. The study concluded that lower sodium diets led to HIGHER death rates among those with cardiovascular disease!7 I can go on and on, but I hope you see where this is leading. Salt is good for you. Not only is salt relatively benign, it's actually a nutritional goldmine,... Regular table salt will damage your health, while natural salts are profoundly healing. Here's a quick break-down of their basic ingredients: Natural salt: 84 percent sodium chloride, 16 percent naturally-occurring trace minerals, including silicon, phosphorous, vanadium, magnesium, potassium, etc. Processed (table) salt: 97.5 percent sodium chloride, 2.5 percent man-made chemicals, such as moisture absorbents and flow agents. These are dangerous chemicals. Processing table salt also radically alters and damages the structure of the salt. While natural salts, containing the minerals and electrolytes, are vital for water balance, enzyme production, stress reduction, immune system, adrenal and thyroid function. What’s The Best Salt? You want to use unrefined natural salts, such as Himalayan Salt or Celtic Sea Salt. Celtic salt is slightly better because it has a little less sodium and more magnesium. How I Lowered My Blood Pressure To 120/70

07:04
Heart Health Video - http://healthyat60plus.com/blood-pressure/ Questions - call me at 609-410-4790 How I Lowered My Blood Pressure To 120/70 Email - http://healthyat60plus.com/contact hi guys and this news update we want to talk about blood pressure specifically high blood pressure and how I took my blood pressure down to 120 over 70 pretty much all the time when I take it at home when I go to the doctor within a point or two that's pretty much where it is this is Arnold brought it healthy at sixty plus if you have any questions about this video or any of the videos in my channel just give me a call or text me at 6:09 410 forty seven ninety now let's see what we have today so my blood pressure wasn't particularly outrageously high work with guys and women who have blood pressure has been 180 190 200 over 110 120 so that's those numbers are crazy mine was 135 maybe into the 140 over 90 or so and it just was creeping up over time it wasn't particularly high my doctors weren't all that all concerned about it but blood pressure doesn't have to be sky-high to cause health problems which is where I found out and even slightly elevated blood pressure can set the stage for serious health problems as I was doing research into blood pressure that's what really spurred me on to do something about it and bring it down from that 130 140 numbers so there are a number of things that even moderately high blood pressure causes and here are a few of them people age 50 with a systolic blood pressure of 130 that's the top number have a forty five percent greater risk of developing dementia in later life I mean that's crazy that's a that's a that's almost 50 percent increased risk so and 130 is not particularly high people with 130 are really thrilled about it high blood pressure is often called the silent killer because it doesn't cause any initial symptoms unless your blood pressure's just totally Scott I rock it and then you could have headaches and lightheadedness and a number of other things but the damage accrues with time and the damage conclude stroke heart disease kidney issues and vision problems the researchers have found that people who had above normal blood pressure and they're considering normal to be 120 over 80 to 139 over 89 and that's probably a little high when they were under 30 if they had these numbers when they above those numbers when they were under 30 they were more likely to have signs of heart disease in middle-age even younger people are starting to have high blood pressure if your systolic blood pressure remember that's the top number is between 120 129 there's a 30% increase in the likelihood of a stroke or heart disease and if the number creeps up to 130 or above the increased jumps to about 50% and you know like I said I'm at 120 give or take so I'm in that that little number there but probably 90% of the people in the US anyway had blood pressures way above 120 I mean 120 my doctor just does backflips he's just thrilled when I when I show him those numbers and for guys the damage high blood pressure does to your blood vessels will restrict blood flow throughout your body over time and if the man's blood flow to the pelvic area becomes compromised he could start to suffer from Edie and I talked to a lot of men who have Edie due to blood flow issues and lastly high blood pressure can damage vessels in the back of the eye and may cause other eye problems they can affect your vision so we've seen people whose vision has cleared up once they've started a process that works on you know increasing blood flow and while high blood pressure can be a silent condition your eye doctor can catch it early during your annual dilated eye exams they're able to see what it looks like in the back of your eye so these are the things that I've researched and saw and said well this is crazy you know I can't have these risk factors simply because of elevated or mildly elevated high blood pressure a member of mine was creeping to 140 so I researched them what to do there's certainly lifestyle you can lose some weight which I did you can change your diet and I eliminated the caffeine from my diet which wasn't really a good thing that was really spiking my blood pressure but one of the things that I did that worked great and that really brought it down that really did the job is something called nitric oxide therapy in nitric oxide therapy is a natural way to work with high blood pressure and some other issues such as other cardiovascular issues complications from diabetes and blood sugar issues cholesterol issues and because nitric oxide therapy helps with blood flow and high blood pressure for men it helps with erectile dysfunction now the product that I personally use is something called pro Archer 9 plus but whether you decide to use pro our joint plus or some other method that that may or may not be out there nitric oxide therapy is the answer to working with high blood pressure

Plus, high blood pressure causes fatigue, hair loss, impotence, memory problems, inflammation and lots of other ailments that negatively affect the quality of your life. And personally speaking, this is very important for me because I have a family history of high blood pressure. The shocking statistics reveal that 33% of Americans over the age of 20 have high blood pressure.1 And 90% have hypertension by age 65.1,2 And worst of all, 72% of people don’t even know they have high blood pressure.2 And the bigger problem is that high blood pressure has no warning signs or symptoms. People think high blood pressure causes headaches or dizziness, but these are rare. So What’s The Solution? Okay, so now we know just how bad it is – so, what are the solutions? In a previous video I’ve covered all the various drug options and how they all have negative side-effects. They’re okay to short term to quickly lower extremely high blood pressure. However, it’s not a long-term solution by any means. Lifestyle improvements – Better diet, more exercise, stress management and losing weight are all very important – simply for a healthier life. And I’ve covered this topic in a previous video as well. Unfortunately, for many people – lifestyle improvements take a lot of effort, time and money. Additionally, the resulting lower blood pressure isn’t very big. So people are left disappointed and frustrated. A Faster, Easier Solution And this is where supplements come in. The correct herbal extracts, vitamins and minerals, can dramatically improve your blood pressure quickly and naturally, in a short amount of time … with the least amount of effort. And because of this, people are able to lower their blood pressure and KEEP it at a healthy level daily, month after month… year after year. So in doing the research for myself and my family, I discovered 10 natural ingredients that are clinically proven to lower blood pressure: Let’s first start with the top 5 clinically proven herbal extracts. Grape Seed Extract English Hawthorn Berry Extract Celery Seed Extract Pomegranate Extract Lycopene Extract Let’s not forget our vitamins and minerals. The top 5 most important ones are: Magnesium blend - There are many forms of magnesium and each has a different function, bioavailability and absorption factor. Potassium is very important because it balances sodium, which causes water retention and higher blood pressure levels. It’s a natural diuretic. Vitamin D3, B6 and C work together to improve stress hormones such as cortisol and aldosterone levels, both causing hypertension. And finally, one of my favorite amino acids, L-Arginine. ======================================== Thank you for watching. Please feel free to comment, like or share with your friends. ► TOP 10 Causes Of High Blood Pressure

07:22
How I lowered my dad's blood pressure, without drugs or diets ►►http://drsam.co/yt/SeeItYourself ======================================= Top 10 Causes Of High Blood Pressure ======================================= 1. AGE Most people don’t realize that AGE is one of the BIGGEST factors for high blood pressure. I discuss this in my very important article, but what’s important to note is that after the age of 40, 33% of the population has high blood pressure and after the age of 60, over 71% of the population has hypertension! So, if you’re over the age of 40 and have high blood pressure, it may not be your fault. But it IS your responsibility to fix it right away and here is how I lowered my dad’s blood pressure naturally, in just 30 days. 2. GENETICS & FAMILY HISTORY Well, not much can be done here. This is in fact my own problem because I have a family history (on my dad’s side) of hypertension, heart attacks and especially strokes. You can read more about it, include my personal favorite solution that my dad, my family and I use to promote healthy blood pressure levels, naturally! 3. SMOKING Come on people, smoking has NO health benefits. STOP smoking! 4. ALCOHOL A little bit of alcohol is okay, especially if it’s organic red wine. But drinking every night will cause damage to your heart, arteries and liver. Alcohol is a toxic and it’s acidic, both being bad for your body. 5. BEING OVERWEIGHT Similar to smoking, being overweight has no health benefits. And the older you get, the harder it is to lose that unwanted fat. 6. SODIUM Salt has its benefits actually. Regular table salt or salt found in processed foods and packages is BAD for you. However, “natural” salts such as Himalayan rock or Celtic sea salt is GOOD for you and can actually help LOWER blood pressure. I’ll discuss this in a future article. 7. STRESS Well know stress is bad. However, you can’t get rid of it. What’s important is the MEANING you give to stressful situations. If you freak out, get negative and focus on the problem the entire time … you put your body under extra stress. The secret is to focus on the SOLUTION and to know that “this too shall pass” and worrying about the problem isn’t going to help anything… Especially our blood pressure or heart. 8. LACK OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY We sit too much these days. Just get outside and walk daily, even if it’s just for 15-20 minutes. It’ll do wonders for your physical AND mental health! 9. MEDICAL CONDITIONS This goes back to “genetics”. And if you know you have a genetic “problem”, which is making things worse, then you MUST make changes to your life-style because your body is more sensitive than the average person. This is a similar problem with my dad and why he had a stroke. 10. MEDICATION Ironically, many “heart” medications actually cause more heart PROBLEMS in the long run. They can increase your cholesterol, blood sugar or blood pressure levels. They can decrease blood flow and circulation. And they all cause extra stress on your liver and kidneys, which then cause more problems for your heart. How To Reduce High Blood Pressure Naturally | How To Prevent High Blood Pressure Naturally

03:44
How To Reduce Blood Pressure | How To Prevent Blood Pressure | How To Lower High Blood Pressure | Lifestyle | Diet Hey, guys! This weeks video is about high blood pressure and how you can prevent getting it with simple yet effective lifestyle changes. Healthcare professionals refer to high blood pressure as the silent killer and for a good reason! High blood pressure increases risks of many diseases and shortens your life significantly. WHAT IS HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE: Blood pressure is measured in millimetres of mercury (mmHg) and is given as two figures: Systolic pressure – The pressure when your heart pushes blood out. Diastolic pressure – The pressure when your heart rests between beats. As a general guide: High blood pressure is considered to be 140/90mmHg or higher (or an average of 135/85mmHg at home) Ideal blood pressure is considered to be between 90/60mmHg and 120/80mmHg Low blood pressure is considered to be 90/60mmHg or lower. A blood pressure reading between 120/80mmHg and 140/90mmHg could mean you're at risk of developing high blood pressure if you don't take steps to keep your blood pressure under control. HOW TO PREVENT HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE: High blood pressure can often be prevented or reduced by eating healthily, maintaining a healthy weight, taking regular exercise, drinking alcohol in moderation and not smoking. SALT & DIET: Cut down on the amount of salt in your food and eat plenty of fruit and vegetables. The NHS Eatwell Guide highlights the different types of food that make up our diet, and shows the proportions we should eat them in to have a well-balanced and healthy diet. Salt raises your blood pressure. The more salt you eat, the higher your blood pressure. Aim to eat less than 6g (0.2oz) of salt a day, which is about a teaspoonful. Eating a low-fat diet that includes lots of fibre – such as wholegrain rice, bread and pasta – and plenty of fruit and vegetables also helps lower blood pressure. Aim to eat five portions of fruit and vegetables every day. Eatwell guide link: https://www.nhs.uk/Livewell/Goodfood/Pages/the-eatwell-guide.aspx ALCOHOL INTAKE: Regularly drinking alcohol above recommended limits can raise your blood pressure over time. Staying within these recommended levels is the best way to reduce your risk of developing high blood pressure: Men and women are advised not to regularly drink more than 14 units a week. Spread your drinking over three days or more if you drink as much as 14 units a week. Find out how many units are in your favourite drink and get tips on cutting down: https://www.nhs.uk/Livewell/alcohol/Pages/alcohol-units.aspx GET ACTIVE & LOSE WEIGHT: Being active and taking regular exercise lowers blood pressure by keeping your heart and blood vessels in good condition. Regular exercise can also help you lose weight, which will also help lower your blood pressure. Adults should do at least 150 minutes (2 hours and 30 minutes) of moderate-intensity aerobic activity such as cycling or fast walking every week. CUT DOWN CAFFEINE: Drinking more than four cups of coffee a day may increase your blood pressure. If you're a big fan of coffee, tea or other caffeine-rich drinks, such as cola and some energy drinks, consider cutting down. STOP SMOKING: Smoking doesn't directly cause high blood pressure, but it puts you at much higher risk of a heart attack and stroke. Smoking, like high blood pressure, will cause your arteries to narrow. If you smoke and have high blood pressure, your arteries will narrow much more quickly, and your risk of heart or lung disease in the future is dramatically increased. SLEEP: Long-term sleep deprivation is associated with a rise in blood pressure and an increased risk of hypertension. It's a good idea to try to get at least six hours of sleep a night if you can. 💓 10 Best Supplements For Increased Blood Flow to Whole Body & Penis

05:47
How I quickly improved my dad’s blood flow in only 30 days (copy the same formula): 👉👉 http://drsam.co/yt/Blood-Flow-Boost Or watch how to increase blood flow to your hands and feet: 👉 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WJ4eidWS0bw #bloodflow #penis ==================================== 💓 10 Best Supplements For Increased Blood Flow to Whole Body & Penis ==================================== Most experts agree that proper blood circulation is a key factor in health, fitness, and longevity. Unfortunately, most people over the age of 30 suffer from poor blood flow. Typical symptoms are cold hands and feet, headaches, fatigue, memory problems, poor sleep, muscle loss and lowered libido for both men and women, causing erectile dysfunction in men. There are a number of different ways to improve your blood flow -- such as diet, exercise, massage, stretching and taking supplements. Which is what I’m going to discuss in today’s video - the 10 best vitamins, minerals and herbs, that are clinically proven to help improve blood flow and help strengthen your arteries and blood vessels. I’ll do a quick summary of these ingredients in today’s video and will also give you a link for additional details about each, if you’re interested. Carnitine Carnitine helps your body produce energy and plays important role in heart and brain function, muscle movement and many other body processes. It’s especially important for improving blood flow to your brain and heart. Most people have heard of the cheaper form, which is L-Carnitine. However, what’s important to note is that there are different forms of Carnitine and the best are Acetyl L-Carnitine L-Carnitine Fumarate Glycine Propionyl L-Carnitine (GPLC) A specific combination of these 3 forms has been clinically validated to improve blood flow. Again, I’ll give you more details in a minute. Magnesium Most people do not obtain adequate amounts of magnesium in their diets and this is unfortunate because magnesium is one of the body’s most important minerals. It is required as a cofactor in hundreds of enzymatic processes within cells. In regards to improving blood flow, what’s important to note is that magnesium helps Relax smooth muscles within blood vessels, which improves blood circulation Balance out calcium and thus, prevents calcium buildup in the arteries and vessels. Similar to carnitine, there are different forms of Magnesium and each has a specific function. The optimal blend contains Magnesium Glycinate Chelate, Magnesium Citrate, Magnesium Aspartate, Magnesium Oxide N-Acetyl L-Cysteine (NAC) One of my favorites supplements is an amino acid called, NAC. It helps detox your liver and kidney removes heavy metals and toxins Boosts your immune system by increasing Glutathione All of this improves circulation. Nattokinase Nattokinase is an enzyme (a protein that speeds up reactions in the body) that is extracted from a popular Japanese food called natto. It’s nature’s very own natural blood thinner, which helps support healthy blood pressure and improved circulation. However, what’s very special about it is that it fights Fibrin Buildup, which is a fibrous mesh that reduces blood flow, which can over time, lead to heart failure and a heart attack. White Willow Extract Do you know how Aspirin was first discovered? ... It was in nature from the White Willow Extract, which is the original (or natural form of) aspirin because it contains a natural ingredient called “salicin” that’s similar to aspirin, but without the usual negative side-effects. Used in small dosages, it also helps naturally thin the blood and improves blood flow. It also acts as a natural anti-inflammatory. Tea (Green & Black) The antioxidants in tea promote cardiovascular health and improve circulation. This is true for both black tea and green tea. Black tea improves blood vessel health1, while green tea has been associated with a lower rate of coronary artery disease2. Both have been shown to improve circulation.1,2 Make sure you get the “extract” version, which is high in Polyphenols and antioxidants. Vitamin D, E and K2-7 Finally, 3 of the best vitamins for improving blood flow are D3 - which you should be taken for overall health benefits, including blood flow E - it helps reduce inflammation and thins the blood. In fact, in a clinical study3, it was found that there was a nearly 50% reduction in heart attacks in people who take Vit E daily. K2-7 - a special form of Vitamin K, which takes excess calcium OUT of your blood vessels and put it into your bones, where it's needed. ======================================== Thank you for watching. 💓 #1 Cause Of High Blood Pressure - Shocking Facts!

I’ve done this because hypertension is called the “silent killer” because there are no symptoms for it. And of course, high blood pressure can lead to a heart attack or stroke and it’s more of a problem in my opinion, than having “high” cholesterol. Additionally, going from a high blood pressure (over 140/90 mmHg) to normal levels (120/80 mmHG ), let alone to ideal blood pressure levels (115/75 mmHG) dramatically improves your life by1 38% lower risk of heart failure; 43% lower risk of cardiovascular death; 27% lower risk of mortality overall. However, today I’m going to reveal the #1 cause of high blood pressure and NO, it’s not your diet, lack of exercise or stress! It’s because of the negative changes in your hormones, due to AGING! First, take a look at the stats and chart from the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) of high blood pressure among adults2 over the age of 18 between 2015-2016 The first bar on the left that’s kinda black, shows the TOTAL number of people who have high blood pressure. Basically, it’s 30% of the population over the age of 18. That’s a lot. What’s worse is that this does NOT take into account PRE-hypertension numbers, which means even more people have “almost” high blood pressure and don’t even know it. The second, gray bar, shows the % from age 18-39. Men are 9.2% and women 5.6%. It’s not much, but the numbers are higher by 2% compared to 2013, just 2-3 years before and their even high in 2018.3 The third, green bar, shows the % for age 40-59. Men are at 37.2% and women 29.4%. This is a MASSIVE jump, up 420% for men and a whopping 525% for women!!! Why such a huge jump all of a sudden?... Because men’s testosterone starts to declined in his late 20’s and even more so in his 30’s. However, there’s a huge drop starting in his 40’s and it’s called “andropause”. And women, they start “menopause” in their 40’s as well, which causes massive negative changes in all their hormones - estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, adrenal and thyroid hormones Finally, the forth, lighter-green bar, shows the % for age 60 and over. Men are 58.5% and women 66.8%. Both age groups are significantly worse. But the women are much worse because the negative changes in hormones because of menopause is more dramatic than men’s “andropause” So What Does This Mean For You? Well, you’re probably thinking “great, there’s nothing I can do. I can’t turn back time, so I guess this is it?!!” No, this just means you have to be more proactive about monitoring and improving your blood pressure levels as you age, especially after the age of 40. Now, the best way to find solutions to problems, is to know the CAUSE of it. So what you need to do is make some simple lifestyle changes and utilize specific nutrients that a more “mature” body needs, because of the changes in hormones, ... so your body can help heal itself naturally, from within. This is the ONLY long-term, safe solution for improving your blood pressure and overall health… and I think you’d agree with this. In fact, this is why there are over 75 different blood pressure drugs with over a dozen different mechanism. This is also why most people with hypertension end up taking on average 2 drugs AT THE SAME TIME, to make improvements. Of course, if you have extremely high blood pressure, such as 180/120, then you MUST take a drug right away to lower it fast and get it under control immediately. YES, lifestyle matters because DIET - what you put in your body (food and liquids), EXERCISE - How much, how often and what kind. STRESS MANAGEMENT - emotional and physical SUPPLEMENTS - herbs, plant extracts, vitamins, minerals and amino acids ======================================== Thank you for watching. ♥ WARNING - High Blood Pressure Kills More Women Than Men!

05:54
My Favorite Formula For Lowering Blood Pressure Naturally: ►►http://drsam.co/yt/ProvenHBPFormula ======================================= ♥ WARNING - High Blood Pressure Kills More Women Than Men! ======================================= Most people think that “heart” conditions and high blood pressure is more of a “man’s” problem, but it’s actually the opposite! In fact, high blood pressure affects more women than men! Did you know that if you’re a woman, aside from smoking … your biggest risk factor for having heart problems is high blood pressure?... And this is because women have smaller blood vessels in the heart, making them more vulnerable to high blood pressure and inflammation of the blood vessels. In fact, the statistics are startling…. High blood pressure affects one in four women, and kills significantly more women than men: 59% of women compared to 44% of hypertensive men, according to American Heart Association’s 2016 statistics. By the way, your goal for healthy blood pressure levels should be 120/80 or lower. What Causes High Blood Pressure In Women? Pregnancy: The increased blood volume required to nurture a growing fetus—can potentially raise blood pressure to extremely high levels. For this reason, expectant mothers also should have blood pressure readings taken often. Also, hypertension can develop rapidly in the last three months of pregnancy. When this happens, a woman may need treatment—even after delivery. Menopause: Normal age-related hormonal declines, often cause a woman’s arteries to become less elastic and more constrictive, thus contributing to high blood pressure. Unfortunately, giving women synthetic hormones (estrogen and especially progesterone) makes this situation only worse. Metabolic Syndrome: Data from a five-year National Health and Nutrition Examination study of adults with hypertension revealed what causes hypertension in women: imbalance in cholesterol levels, high blood sugar levels and excess abdominal fat. These are typically associated with “metabolic syndrome”, which often leads to heart disease and diabetes. Pain Medications DOUBLES The Problem A report from the Harvard School of Medicine revealed that women taking painkillers such as acetaminophen (Tylenol) and ibuprofen (Advil and Motrin) increased their risk for high blood pressure by almost 100% That’s DOUBLE the rate! And this is because of the fluid retention and decreased kidney function due to these drugs. So, only take these drugs occasionally, as needed and definitely not daily or more than 3x weekly. By the way, aspirin does not cause hypertension, but it has its own set of negative side-effects. Synthetic Hormones Makes Thing Worse Synthetic hormone replacement therapy (HRT), such as medroxyprogesterone found in drugs like Progestin and Provera, can also intensify high blood pressure by causing blood vessels to constrict. Additionally, an increase in progesterone causes a decrease in estrogen, which is NOT what you want because estrogen tends help blood pressure in women. Ironically, higher estrogen levels in men increases blood pressure. 5 Best Way For Women To Protect Themselves From High Blood Pressure Manage your stress levels - sleep better, journal, relax and be more mindful of your feelings. “Don’t sweat the small stuff”. Lose unwanted fat. Eat better - more healthy fats, fish, fiber, vegetables, while decreasing carbs, sugars, alcohol and processed foods. Exercise regularly - walking and lifting weights are best, 3-4x weekly is plenty. Take natural herbs and vitamins that are clinically proven to help lower high blood pressure - such as Hawthorne Berry, Grape Seed, Celery Seed, Pomegranate and Lycopene extract… Along with Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium, D3 and B6. Remember, women really need to be careful with their blood pressure, especially if you’re over the age of 40 and are pre-menopausal or have gone through menopause. 10 Signs And Symptoms Of Hypertension (High Blood Pressure)

04:02
Hypertension, also known as high blood pressure, is defined as high pressure in the arteries, that are the vessels which carry blood from the heart to the body. It’s easy to tell whether an adult has high blood pressure because there’s a standard set of measurements: Normal blood pressure—systolic under 120 mmHg and diastolic under 80 mm Hg; Pre-hypertension—systolic 120-139 mmHg or diastolic 80-89 mmHg; Stage 1 hypertension—systolic 140-159 mmHg or diastolic 90-99 mmHg; Stage 2 hypertension—systolic ≥160 or diastolic ≥100 mmHg. Approximately 86 million adults (about 1 out of every 3) in the United States have hypertension. Many factors can affect blood pressure, including - smoking, leading a sedentary lifestyle, a diet with a high salt intake, being overweight or obese, long-term sleep deprivation, a diet focused on meat, dairy products, and eggs, high LDL cholesterol, alcohol abuse or chronic alcohol use, or a family history of high blood pressure. If high blood pressure remains untreated, it can cause kidney failure, heart disease, and increases the risk of stroke. High blood pressure commonly has no symptoms and is often labeled "the silent killer." However, a few people with high blood pressure may experience: #1 Vision problems - hypertension can damage the vessels supplying blood to your retina, causing retinopathy. This serious condition can lead to blurred vision, bleeding in the eye, and complete loss of vision. #2 Nausea - a sensation of unease and discomfort in the stomach with an urge to vomit. #3 Headaches - some individuals with hypertension may experience headaches, but they usually don't occur unless the pressure is notably raised. #4 Erectile Dysfunction - the inability to have and maintain an erection becomes increasingly common in men as they reach age 50. But high blood pressure damages the lining of blood vessels and causes atherosclerosis, limiting blood flow to the penis. #5 Kidney Damage - a high blood pressure can cause damage to the filters and blood vessels in the kidney, making removal of waste from the body difficult. #6 Fatigue - feeling tired all the time and experiencing difficulty with everyday activities, such as climbing stairs, shopping, walking, or carrying groceries. #7 Mental function can also change as a result of hypertension with many experiencing difficulties finding words, memory loss, and an inability to focus. #8 Heart palpitations - to "make up for" the loss in pumping capacity, the heart beats faster. #9 Chest pain which may radiate to the back, arms, neck or jaw. #10 Ringing in the ear - considering the immense amounts of blood flowing in and out of the head and this area, it is no surprise that hypertension can affect one’s hearing. Note - According to various studies, foods or beverages that may help reduce hypertension include - whole grains, legumes, flax seeds, beets, dark green leafy vegetables, sweet potatoes, potatoes, hibiscus tea, and foods high in potassium (such as pistachios, bananas, raisins, almonds, dates). February is heart health month, and VOA's Carol Pearson looks at a study that provides clues to young people about keeping their hearts healthy. The study looks at high blood pressure, which can lead to heart attack or stroke. It finds that high blood pressure in people as young as 18 increases their risk for heart disease.

Top 15 Healthy Foods Good For The Heart And Blood Pressure

03:51
#1 Tomatoes provide vitamin C, lycopene, and alpha- and beta-carotene. Interestingly, cooking may actually increase the health benefits of this lush fruit because although cooked tomatoes have less vitamin C, their lycopene content is more available. #2 Apples are high in vitamin C and dietary fiber (a medium apple has 4 grams of fiber). According to the researchers from Harvard University, for every 10 grams of fiber you consume, your risk for coronary heart disease drops by approximately 14%, plus, fruit fiber was found to be especially protective. #3 The polyphenols in grapes can help to protect you from heart disease by suppressing the process of atherosclerosis, a type of heart disease resulting in the buildup of low-density lipoprotein in artery walls. This condition can cause a stroke or a heart attack. #4 Oatmeal is high in soluble fiber, that can lower total and LDL cholesterol because it acts as a sponge in the digestive tract and absorbs the cholesterol which is then eliminated from the body. #5 Red cabbage protects against heart disease, largely due to its high concentration of beta-carotene, resveratrol, and vitamin C. According to a study conducted by the Department of Epidemiology at Harvard School of Public Health, one serving a day of vegetables and fruits, especially those that are high in vitamin C, like cruciferous vegetables, results in a 4% lower risk of coronary heart disease. #6 Bananas have one of the highest potassium contents available. Low potassium levels are associated with a risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, stroke, cancer, arthritis, infertility, and digestive disorders. #7 Oranges have the cholesterol-fighting fiber pectin. They are also a good source of potassium, that helps control blood pressure. In one recent study, 2 oranges per day boosted blood vessel health as well as it lowered blood pressure in men. #8 Cantaloupe may prove useful in the treatment of different forms of heart disease because of its anti-inflammatory abilities. Heart disease, including atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries), is usually attributed to high levels of inflammation as one of the leading causes. #9 Mango contains a good amount of potassium which increases the fluid level. In addition, the high levels of fiber and vitamin C in mangoes help to lower serum cholesterol levels, specifically Low-Density Lipoprotein. #10 Flaxseeds contain omega-3 fatty acids (the best source), pectins, and dietary fiber to boost heart health. You can take them in milled or ground form to reap the greatest benefit. #11 The potassium, fiber, vitamin C, and B6 found in kale support heart health. An increase in potassium intake along with a decrease in salt (due to its sodium content) intake is the most important dietary change that sufferers of a cardiovascular disease can make to improve their health. #12 Garlic seems to reduce LDL and total cholesterol, especially in people who have high cholesterol. However, HDL cholesterol and triglycerides do not seem to be affected. #13 Walnuts are a good source of omega-3 fats which are beneficial for the heart, particularly when you use these monounsaturated fats in place of trans- and saturated fats. Thus, you raise your “good” HDL cholesterol and cut your “bad” LDL cholesterol. #14 Asparagus boasts two nutrients which help lower LDL blood cholesterol - saponins (nutrients that stop the digestive tract from absorbing cholesterol) and soluble fiber. Asparagus also contains potassium, which helps regulate blood pressure, and vitamin K, that can help with blood clotting. #15 Black beans are packed with heart-healthy nutrients, such as folate (vitamin B9), antioxidants, and magnesium. Additionally, their dietary fiber content helps control both cholesterol and blood sugar levels.   Thank you. This was our video with healthy foods for your heart or a heart healthy diet. Keto and Blood Pressure

CORRECTION: At the end, it should be "INCREASE" potassium DATA: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3362178/ https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16467502 https://journals.lww.com/acsm-healthfitness/fulltext/2012/05000/SODIUM,_POTASSIUM,_AND_HIGH_BLOOD_PRESSURE.6.aspx https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/28396533 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4566462/ https://vitamindwiki.com/Vitamin+K2+decreases+arterial+stiffness+%28cleans+arteries%29+%E2%80%93+RCT+Feb+2015 Take Dr. Berg's Free Keto Mini-Course: http://pxlme.me/-i717vtY or go here: https://www.drberg.com/how-to-do-ketosis In this video, Dr. Berg discussed about Keto (Ketogenic Diet) and blood pressures. Sodium and the opposing mineral potassium works together and our body needs 4x as much potassium that we do with sodium. To lower sodium, increase the potassium that will automatically give the ratios the body needs. Potassium helps lowering or normalize blood pressure, we need to take at least 7 to 10 cups of leafy greens per day. A calcified artery usually comes after a chain reaction from damage of high sugar and high levels of insulin because the calcium and the cholesterol is triggered by the damage on the artery wall. Cause of High Blood Pressure: • High sodium higher fluid volume – Potassium helps lowering or normalize blood pressure. Increasing potassium will also help lower insulin and improve insulin resistance. • Artery Calcified – hardening of the arteries and plaquing. Coronary Artery Calcification scan is a great test to detect any calcification in the artery. Vitamin K2 with D3 – helps decalcify and helps remove excess calcium from either the joints or arteries and puts it on the bone where it should belong. It comes from fatty foods, grass-fed meats or dairy. The actual vitamins in fatty foods has the ability to calcify or protect the arteries from accumulating too much calcium. • High Insulin – The arteries become stiff and the blood pressure will go up. It is associated with insulin resistance. • Statins – A medication to lower cholesterol but several of the risk factor is diabetes, insulin resistance and insulin spike. Hey guys today we are gonna talk about keto (ketogenic diet) and blood pressure, probably should add in there IF or intermittent fasting as well. But people can then be put in a diuretic, pull their fluid out and then lower their blood pressure. So one point I wanna bring out is the relationship between sodium and the opposing mineral potassium, they both work together. And we need 4x more potassium as we do with sodium. So what does that mean? It means that if you want to lower sodium, you wanna increase your potassium. Because that is automatically will give you the ratios that you need rather than try to lower your sodium, yes you can do see salt which I recommend but you would be much better off increasing your potassium and one of the reason is because potassium automatically will help you lower your blood pressure or normalize blood pressure and most people do not consume enough potassium-rich foods and I am not talking about bananas, I am talking about leafy greens. The average person consumes 1.6 cups of vegetable per day, we need at least 7 cups to hopefully even 10 if you can actually do that. And that would actually give you a lot closer amounts for your potassium. Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, 52 years of age is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. However, most people don’t realize that having high blood pressure ALSO causes erectile problems.3 In fact, high blood pressure also causes a decrease in libido and loss of interest in sex for women as well!3 And this is important to know because 33% of Americans over the age of 20 have high blood pressure.1 And 90% have hypertension by age 65.1,2 And worse yet, 72% of people don’t even know they have high blood pressure.2 So statistically speaking, if you’re watching this video … you probably do NOT have “optimal” blood pressure levels. And if you’re experiencing any form of erectile dysfunction … or a decrease in your libido … or you simply want to improve your “performance” in the bedroom, it’s extremely important that you improve your blood pressure. Hypertension & Physical Causes Blood vessel damage from high blood pressure (HBP or hypertension) reduces blood flow throughout your body. Lower blood flow to the pelvis can negatively affect the sex lives of both men and women. Men - High Blood Pressure and Erectile Dysfunction In a man, the effects of high blood pressure on sexual function are more physically apparent than they are with women. Erectile dysfunction happens when there’s not enough blood flow to the penis to allow for an erection. Basically, a common cause of erectile dysfunction (impotence) is damage to the lining of the arteries to the penis. Because of this, there’s less blood getting to the penis and thus, you end up have a “limp dick”. Blood pressure can damage your arteries by causing them to become thicker, or even to burst. This can restrict blood flow to your penis, which can cause impotence. Women - High Blood Pressure, Loss of libido & Interest Women with high blood pressure may have lower libido and less interest in sex, especially if the condition is contributing to fatigue. If a woman’s blood flow to her vagina is reduced, it may also affect how her body responds both before and during intercourse. Blood Pressure Drugs and Impotence So if high blood pressure wasn’t bad enough for your sex life, the typical solutions are even worse! Unfortunately, most doctors will simply prescribe blood pressure drugs, which are known to cause erectile dysfunction.4 In fact, it’s estimated that over 70% of men who take blood pressure medications, decide to get off of them because of these negative side-effects.4,5 Natural Solutions As I’ve stated in all of my videos, you do NOT need to take drugs to help fix your health challenges. Nature already has the solutions. Under today’s video, I’ve given you links to proven, all-natural solutions for lowering your blood pressure. In fact, it’s the SAME formula that my dad and I use personally. So whether you’re a man or women and you want to improve your sex drive, libido and help fix any erectile problems, make sure you optimize your hormones and lower your high blood pressure. ======================================== Thank you for watching.
