DO YOU HAVE HALF MOON SHAPE ON YOUR NAILS? THIS IS WHAT IT MEANS

01:49
Look at your fingernails, did you notice a white half-moon shape that starts at your nail beds? In fact, it is a very important part of the nail. That little area is called the “lunula,” Latin for “little moon.” and it’s more than just a built-in design element. It actually says a lot about your health. In traditional Chinese medicine, lunula is viewed as a barometer of one’s health. The condition of the lunula really is an indication of your health. When your health declines, it is manifested in changes to the lunula, or the disappearance of it altogether. And when your health is restored, your lunula returns to its original condition. According to medical experts, having 8 to 10 milky white lunulas on both hands means that everything is alright with your health. Whiter the Lunula, the stronger the health. • The less Lunulae a person has, the lower the energy, overall health and immunity. If you have Lunulae on the thumbs only, you lack physical energy and you may get sick easily. Missing Lunulae • One study has shown that missing fingernail moons are associated with various systemic disorders including issues with your thyroid or pituitary gland, iron deficiency, chronic renal failure, depression and possible B-12 deficiency. Have your iodine and Vitamin B-12 levels checked. Have your thyroid function and blood pressure checked. To sum up, the lunula is considered a sign of how healthy you are. Therefore, any change should be taken seriously and get checked.

HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE | HYPERTENSION | HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE SYMPTOMS AND TREATMENT IN URDU/HINDI

07:37
HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE | HYPERTENSION | HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE SYMPTOMS AND TREATMENT IN URDU/HINDI HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE: High blood pressure is also known as hypertension, caused by the increase in blood circulation in the body. If it is not treated on time, it can cause brain haemorrhage, coma and even death. For this reason it is vital that it be taken proper care of. The most important thing to know about high blood pressure control what it exactly it, what causes and what are the ways to treat this health condition. Heart Pumping and Blood Pressure: Human body contains 5-6 liters of blood depending on the sex and age. Almost 5 liters of blood passes through the heart and is purified every second. Heart separates deoxygenated blood from oxygenated blood, send the deoxygenated blood to the lungs for getting oxygen and the oxygenated blood to all part of the body. This process is done by the contraction & relaxation of the heart muscles, each cycle called a heart beat. After purifying the blood, it delivers the blood to all body parts through veins and arteries. The amount of heart beats depends on the flow of blood from the heart. If the pressure of blood flow is high, the heart beat rate will also be higher. Same is the other way around. This increased or decreased blood pressure causes the veins & valves to contract and expand accordingly putting pressure on the blood vessels and the heart. Symptoms: Headache Vomit Low energy level Weak eye sight Improper working of digestive system How to measure the blood pressure & its diagnosis: The first step in high blood pressure treatment is diagnosing whether a patient has high BP of low. If the blood circulation is 140 / 90 torr or higher, then it will be categorized as high blood pressure. 139 / 89 torr pressure is known as pre-hyper tension, which indicates that it is the starting point of blood pressure. Diagnosis process needs to be carried according to following parameters: Sample should be examined three times in a week. If the blood pressure of the patient is very high then one should wait for half hour then check the blood pressure again. The blood pressure is measured with a strip and from upper part of arm. BP is measured in “mmhg”, which is known as Cardiac Output or heart rate; increased heart rate indicates high blood pressure. According to the American Heart Association blood pressure in measured in two parameters; Dialectic mmhg and Systolic mmhg. In a healthy human being, the level of systolic & dialectic blood mmhg should be according to the following figures. Systolic mmhg: hypertension 90, 90 – 119 Dialectic mmhg: hypertension 60, 60 – 79 High Blood Pressure Treatment: It important to avoid the things that cause high blood pressure in the first place. Hypertension is divided into five stages, first two stages are not very dangerous and by self precautions, you can prevent severe hypertension. At this stage patient should avoid foods with high fats, smoking & exercise regularly. Salt is the main cause of high blood pressure and drug therapy & Beta blockers are suggested for the patients. Eating a healthy diet and emphasizing on natural diet like fruits and vegetables can help control blood pressure a lot. If you have developed High BP, it is very important that you get checkup every now and then. Lastly, it depends on you that how much you are willing to control hypertension. Take things lightly, take exercise, take some time out for yourself away from routine life, go out with friends and add fun to your life. You won’t even know when you came out of it. Hypertension is a silent Killer We must know all about hypertension and prevent it. Hypertension is another name for high blood pressure. It can lead to severe complications and increases the risk of heart disease, stroke, and death. Blood pressure is the force exerted by the blood against the walls of the blood vessels. The pressure depends on the work being done by the heart and the resistance of the blood vessels. Medical guidelines define hypertension as a blood pressure higher than 130 over 80 millimeters of mercury (mmHg), according to guidelines issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) in November 2017. Around 85 million people in the United States have high blood pressure. Hypertension and heart disease are global health concerns. The World Health Organization (WHO) suggests that the growth of the processed food industry has impacted the amount of salt in diets worldwide, and that this plays a role in hypertension. Fast facts on hypertension: Here are some key points about hypertension. More detail is in the main article. Normal blood pressure is 120 over 80 mm of mercury (mmHg), but hypertension is higher than 130 over 80 mmHg. Acute causes of high blood pressure include stress, but it can happen on its own, or it can result from an underlying condition, such as kidney disease. Unmanaged hypertension can lead to a heart attack, stroke, and other problems. Lifestyle factors are the best way to address high blood pressure. What Do Your Blood Pressure Numbers Really Mean?

05:29
What Do Your Blood Pressure Numbers Really Mean? Put a thermometer in your mouth and it’s pretty easy for you to determine whether your temperature is too high. Slap a blood pressure cuff on your arm, however, and it’s not quite as clear if the reading’s a real problem. That’s because blood pressure numbers aren’t as intuitive. What the heck does 120/70 or 130/80 really mean? The readings might sound like gibberish, but it actually can benefit you to broaden your understanding of them—and how it affects your heart. What Is Considered High Blood Pressure? First, a breakdown of what your reading entails. The top number is your systolic pressure, or the pressure that arises from your heart pumping blood into your bloodstream, says Kevin Campbell, M.D., an assistant professor of cardiology at the University of North Carolina. The bottom number is your diastolic pressure. That’s the relaxation phase of the pumping process, when your heart’s ventricle is filling and getting ready to take in the next pump. Both numbers are important to your heart health. A normal blood pressure reading will clock in below 120/80. To put it another way, your systolic will be below 120 and your diastolic will be below 80. (Low blood pressure, called hypotension, occurs when your reading measures lower than 90/60. Generally, it’s not a medical problem unless it’s associated with another medical condition, or causes symptoms like as dizziness, fainting, or fatigue.) If your reading hits between 120-139/80-89, you have what’s considered prehypertension. If it reaches above that benchmark, you have hypertension, or full-fledged high blood pressure. High blood pressure is divvied up into two categories: 140-159/90-99 is stage one hypertension, and 160/100 or higher is stage two hypertension, a more serious condition. It generally takes three readings to be formally diagnosed with prehypertension or hypertension. If your first reading comes back high, your doctor might have you come back in for a recheck in a week or two.

Is Synthetic Motor Oil Better For Your Car?

07:23
Is synthetic motor oil better than conventional oil? Synthetic Motor Oil Myths - https://youtu.be/Se8-W7rK0H4 Thank you to Pennzoil for bringing me out to the 2016 Canadian GP and sponsoring this video! This video has been compensated by GarageMonkey and its advertiser. All opinions are mine alone. Subscribe for new videos every Wednesday! - https://goo.gl/VZstk7 The viscosity of an oil is its resistance to flow. A greater viscosity means more resistance to flow, or a thicker oil. A lower viscosity means a thinner oil. Before understanding the benefits of synthetic motor oils, like this Pennzoil Platinum derived from natural gas, we first need to understand the rating system used for motor oils. You’ll often hear 5W-30, or 0W-20 as ratings used in cars today. These are multi-grade viscosity oils, meaning their viscosity grade changes with temperature. The first number, followed by a W, is the cold rating (W stands for Winter), and this means the oil behaves like an SAE 5 grade motor oil (using 5W-30 as the example) while cold, but at operating temperature, at about 100 degrees C, it operates like an SAE 30 grade motor oil. Now 30 is higher than 5, so initially it may seem that the oil would get thicker at higher temperatures, which is obviously not the case. A straight SAE 30 grade oil will be thicker at lower temperatures, as will a 5 grade oil. Even though a 30 weight oil is thicker than a 5 weight oil, at 100C the 30 weight will be thinner than a cold 5 grade oil. Low viscosity at low temperatures is important, because this is where a significant amount of engine wear occurs, so it’s critical to maximize oil flow to protect the engine. At colder temperatures, thinner oils will flow better and thus offer better protection. For a conventional oil, for example while creating a 5W-30 oil, you’ll start with a base oil similar to an SAE grade 5 motor oil, and include additives to alter the viscosity rating. To improve low temperature flow, pour point depressants (PPDs) are added. To increase the viscosity at high temperatures, viscosity index improvers (VIIs) are added. VI improvers are polymers which expand in heat, making it more difficult for flow, thus increasing the viscosity. Synthetic oils, however, can have base oils which are already formulated as a multi-grade oil, meaning you don’t necessarily need additives, or as much additives, to alter the viscosity at different temperatures. The major benefit here is that additives tend to break down over time, so synthetic oils will maintain their original viscosity properties much better throughout the engine oil drain interval versus conventional oils. (Diagram illustrating viscosity vs temperature) If you were to plot two 5W-30 motor oils, one conventional and one synthetic, at the beginning of the oil change interval, they would have similar viscosity properties. At the end of the interval, however, the synthetic would act nearly identical to the original oil, while the conventional oil would be thicker at low temps, and thinner at high temps. Now does this mean that with synthetic motor oils you can extend your engine oil drain interval? No! It just means your engine is better protected throughout the engine oil drain interval. There are still additives (anti-wear, dispersants, anti-foam, detergents, rust inhibitors, corrosion inhibitors) which wear out over time, so you should always change at whatever interval your owners manual suggests. KISHANGANJ | aajtaknews1.com | BLOOD PRESSURE IN PREGNANCY

08:37
AAP aaztaknewslive.com | KISHANGANJ | aajtaknews1.com | BLOOD PRESSURE IN PREGNANCYNEWS AND TECH, EDUCATION ow will my blood pressure change in pregnancy? It’s perfectly normal for your blood pressure to change a little during pregnancy. The hormone progesterone relaxes the walls of your blood vessels. This may make your blood pressure fall during your first trimester and second trimester You may find you feel faint if you stand for too long or get up quickly. Your blood pressure is at its lowest in mid-pregnancy and starts to rise gradually again from 24 weeks pregnant. By this time, you’ll have made an extra litre (1.8 pints) of blood, which your heart has to pump around your body. If all is well, your blood pressure will return to its pre-pregnancy levels in the last few weeks before your baby is born. How is my blood pressure measured? Your midwife will use a small monitor to measure and record your blood pressure at every antenatal check-up. Before your midwife measures your blood pressure, she’ll ask you to sit down and remove any tight clothing from your arm. Then she’ll wrap a cuff around your arm above your elbow and pump air into it. The cuff inflates and briefly stops the blood flow in the main blood vessel in your arm. It will feel tight, but it shouldn’t hurt. Then the air in the cuff is slowly released. The cuff is attached to the monitor, which calculates your blood pressure and shows a reading to your midwife. The reading will show two figures that look like a fraction: for example, 110/70. The first, or top, number tells your midwife about your blood pressure as your heart pushes the blood round your body (systolic blood pressure). The second, or bottom, number is your blood pressure when your heart relaxes between beats (diastolic). What’s normal for you could be different from other mums-to-be, so it’s best not to compare results. The average blood pressure range if you’re healthy is between 110/70 and 120/80, although this varies a lot in pregnancy. Your midwife will tell you if your numbers are high. She’ll diagnose high blood pressure if your top figure (systolic) is 140 or higher, or your bottom figure (diastolic) is 90 or more. There are three grades of high blood pressure (hypertension): mild hypertension is when your top figure is between 140 and 149 and your bottom figure is between 90 and 99 moderate hypertension is when your top figure is between 150 and 159 and your bottom figure is between 100 and 109 severe hypertension is when your top figure is 160 or greater and your bottom figure is 110 or greater During an antenatal appointment, if your midwife discovers you have high blood pressure, she’ll ask you to come back and have it checked again or go to your local maternity unit for monitoring. If it’s severe, you may be admitted to hospital until it falls. High blood pressure has different names, depending on what stage in your pregnancy you develop it: Before you’re 20 weeks pregnant, if you have high blood pressure, it’s called chronic hypertension or pre-existing high blood pressure. This means you probably had high blood pressure before you became pregnant. You’ll only know for sure if this is the case if your blood pressure stays high after your baby is born. After 20 weeks, high blood pressure is called gestational hypertension. This is the name for high blood pressure that develops only during pregnancy. Gestational hypertension isn’t usually a problem, although you’ll be referred to hospital for more testing and monitoring, just in case.

Hello friends… welcome back to NANDYZ tv. If you have High Blood Pressure and if You want to get rid of it naturally then you are at the right place as in this video we will see how to control high blood pressure naturally at home i-e without any medication. To know more on this topic connect with us as below: Link To Channels HomePage ======================== https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCl4esMiWqUdsDrDFA2qSZjg Subscription Link =============== https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCl4esMiWqUdsDrDFA2qSZjg?sub_confirmation=1 Video Title In Hindi ( In Case you are Hindi Speaking ) - उच्च रक्तचाप यानि की हाई ब्लड प्रेशर से मुक्ति पाने की प्रकितिक उपाय =================================================== First, let’s have a quick idea on what is blood pressure; Ideally you would have heard of a figure of 120/80 when your blood pressure was measured. But you might not have known the meaning of it. Now it’s time that you know about it so that you can appreciate the controlling measures that we will discuss afterwards. Blood pressure is a measure of the force that our heart uses to pump blood around our body. It has two figures: systolic pressure and diastolic pressure. Systolic pressure is the measure of how fast our heart pushes blood out (In case of of the example of 120/80, 120 is the Systolic pressure) whereas Diastolic pressure is the measure of rest that our heart takes in between beats (In case of of the example of 120/80, 80 is the diastolic pressure). If for some reason our heart pumps blood above 140 unit and the rest period goes above 90 unit then that condition is classified as High Blood Pressure Or Hypertension and immediate measures must be taken to control it to avoid medical emergency. But instead of swallowing pills if there were some natural methods that could control High Blood Pressure then that would have been so nice..Isn’t it ? Fortunately there are some methods and we will discuss those now. Lemons Lemons help to reduce high blood pressure by keeping our blood vessels soft and pliable. It contains vitamin c which is a strong antioxidant and helps to neutralize the harmful effects of free radicals. • Squeeze the juice from 1 or 2 lemons in a cup of warm water. Mix 1 teaspoon of honey with it. • Mix it well and drink it daily in an empty stomach. Garlics Garlic cloves creates nitric oxide and hydrogen sulphide which helps good blood flow, removes gas and reduces the pressure on the heart. • Eat one or two crushed garlic cloves daily. You can simply crush them with your hands. If you do not like eating raw garlic or if it causes a burning sensation, then take it along with a cup of milk. Watermelon Seeds Watermelon seeds contain cucurbocitrin, which helps widen the blood capillaries that in turn reduces blood pressure levels. • Grind equal quantities of dried watermelon seeds and poppy seeds (khus khus). Take one teaspoon of this mixture in the morning on an empty stomach. As An alternate for above method you can also3 • Take 2 teaspoons of crushed, dried watermelon seeds to one cup of boiled water. Steep it for about an hour, then strain it. Take 3/4 tablespoons of this water at regular intervals throughout the day. cayenne pepper Cayenne pepper prevents platelets from clumping together and accumulating in the blood and hence It helps in smooth blood flow. • Mix ½ tablespoon of cayenne pepper powder to a bowl of tomato soup and Eat every day in the morning. Beetroot Beetroot contains nitric oxide and it helps to boost oxygen delivery to the heart. In this way it helps to lower high blood pressure. So try to drink 1 cup of beetroot juice everyday Pomegranate It helps to lower both systolic and diastolic pressure. So Drink 1 cup of pomegranate juice every day for 4 weeks. Above are the foods which really works for high blood pressure. Along with these do Regular exercise, Avoid alcohol, and Say not to added salt. Apart from the above methods take Olive Oil which can lower both systolic and diastolic pressure, Coconut water which can decrease systolic blood pressure, tomato and Banana to control Blood Pressure. That’s all for the video. Do share your views on how effective you found the methods discussed. If you liked the video then please subscribe and share the video. It may help someone you love and need this information. Thank you and see you in our next video. Till then stay organic, Stay Healthy. Credit for All pictures Used in the Video - www.freepik.com

Surprising Banana Health Benefits

06:05
1. Potassium Bananas are among the most convenient food sources of potassium. This mineral is essential for maintaining proper heart function and regulating normal blood pressure. Numerous studies have shown the effectiveness of potassium rich foods like bananas in lowering high blood pressure. So much so that the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) allows the banana industry to make official claims (much like they would a pharmaceutical drug) of their ability to reduce the risk of high blood pressure and stroke. Further research by the New England Journal of Medicine suggests eating bananas regularly in your diet can cut your risk of having a stroke by up to 40%. The potassium in bananas is also beneficial for your kidneys and bones. A good potassium intake suppresses calcium excretion in the urine that can lead to painful kidney stones. This suppression of calcium loss also reduces your risk of developing osteoporosis and brittle bones. A banana or two a day can have some serious health benefits.banana benefits 2. More Energy Even with the proliferation of brightly colored ‘sports’ drinks, ‘energy’ bars and ‘electrolyte’ gels (these are loaded with unhealthy chemicals and coloring by the way) you often see athletes eating bananas just before and even during sports. Watching tennis for instance, it’s not uncommon to see the players snacking on a bit of banana in between games. If a banana can keep a professional tennis player going, it’s got to rank pretty well in the high-quality energy source stakes. Personally, I find the combination of natural sugars, balanced with the soluble fiber and potassium, to provide a good stable energy when eaten half an hour before gym or a run. I’ve experimented with this – running or weights with, or without a banana – and seem to consistently do better when I have one before training. Some people are worried about bananas spiking blood sugar, but tests show they actually have a glycemic index of around 52, with 24 g of available carbs (lower the less ripe they are). That’s a glycemic load in the vicinity of 12 which isn’t considered that high. These figures will obviously vary depending on variety and ripeness. Bananas make a great snack at work when your energy is lagging and while they might not be the most obvious weight loss food, they are only about 100 calories and can satisfy those sweet cravings. So if you can replace candy bars and other junk foods with bananas, you might just have a really important step towards losing weight. As an added bonus your energy will be much more steady and consistent.banana benefits 3. Helps Digestion Bananas are a great source of dietary fiber that most of us don’t get nearly enough of. Fiber helps the food you eat move smoothly through the digestive tract and improves elimination. A couple of bananas may be a healthier choice than laxatives to treat occasional constipation. Turning to another important element of digestion, bananas are rich in fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS for short thankfully). FOS is known as a prebiotic since it feeds the important friendly bacteria in the digestive tract that help us absorb nutrients more efficiently. Bananas are also known to help relieve the symptoms of heartburn. So once again, try reaching for the natural cure with banana rather than antacids (though if this page gets shared around too much the makers of Metamucil and Mylanta and not going to be happy!). 4. Good for Ulcers Eating bananas regularly may help protect against stomach ulcers. Compounds in bananas seem to create a thicker protective barrier in the stomach against hydrochloric acid. Bananas also contain protease inhibitors that work to eliminate certain bacteria in the stomach implicated as a major cause of stomach ulcers.banana benefits 5. High in Vitamin B6 Bananas are particularly high in vitamin B6. This vitamin is important for creating hemoglobin for healthy blood. B6 is also involved in maintaining proper blood sugar levels, synthesizing and breaking down amino acids and producing antibodies for a stronger immune response in your body. Just one banana has a full fifth of your recommended daily intake of vitamin B6. And they taste much better than vitamin pills too! 6. Vitamins and Minerals Alongside the high levels of potassium and vitamin B6 already mentioned, bananas also have good levels of vitamin C, magnesium and manganese. They are also a source of most of the other B vitamins and smaller amounts of trace minerals like iodine, iron, selenium and zinc.banana benefits watch full video for more Ghar Ka Khana : https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCTnETM8SXLVChvnf6wAfyxg

Automotive HVAC Pressure Diagnostics

Automotive HVAC Pressure Diagnostics... LINKS: http://www.autodiagnosticsandpublishing.com/TransTS.html http://www.autodiagnosticsandpublishing.com/CBT_Auto_Traning.htm Pressure analysis diagnostics is the cornerstone of properly doing a climate control system assessment. As we all know, the HVAC systems is composed of a high and a low pressure side. The orifice tube or expansion valve is the one components in between these two refrigerant conduits. The compressor of course is the one in charge of pressurizing the refrigerant. Pressure analysis is by far the best, and probably in many cases, the only way to properly diagnose the dozens of specific issues with the automotive HVAC system. But first, here are the various scenarios relating to pressure analysis. Before we go into it, it is important to understand what the baseline pressures should be. The normal HVAC baseline is about 39 PSI on the Low-Side, and about 250 PSI on the High-Side. How far away we deviate from this baseline, is what's going to determine our issue. Here are the different analysis scenarios. Case 1... High pressure on the Low Side and baseline pressure on the high side. This may translate to say about ... Epidemiology and history of diabetes mellitus - One Health

05:43
Diabetes Mellitus - Epidemiology and history of diabetes mellitus - One Health 👉👉👉 Get It Here: http://tinyurl.com/lydyceh 👈👈👈 Epidemiology of diabetes mellitus As of 2016, 422 million people have diabetes worldwide, up from an estimated 382 million people in 2013 and from 108 million in 1980. Accounting for the shifting age structure of the global population, the prevalence of diabetes is 8.5% among adults, nearly double the rate of 4.7% in 1980. Type 2 makes up about 90% of the cases. Some data indicate rates are roughly equal in women and men, but male excess in diabetes has been found in many populations with higher type 2 incidence, possibly due to sex-related differences in insulin sensitivity, consequences of obesity and regional body fat deposition, and other contributing factors such as high blood pressure, tobacco smoking, and alcohol intake. The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that diabetes mellitus resulted in 1.5 million deaths in 2012, making it the 8th leading cause of death. However another 2.2 million deaths worldwide were attributable to high blood glucose and the increased risks of cardiovascular disease and other associated complications (e.g. kidney failure), which often lead to premature death and are often listed as the underlying cause on death certificates rather than diabetes. For example, in 2014, the International Diabetes Federation (IDF) estimated that diabetes resulted in 4.9 million deaths worldwide, using modeling to estimate the total amount of deaths that could be directly or indirectly attributed to diabetes. Diabetes mellitus occurs throughout the world but is more common (especially type 2) in more developed countries. The greatest increase in rates has however been seen in low- and middle-income countries, where more than 80% of diabetic deaths occur. The fastest prevalence increase is expected to occur in Asia and Africa, where most people with diabetes will probably live in 2030. The increase in rates in developing countries follows the trend of urbanization and lifestyle changes, including increasingly sedentary lifestyles, less physically demanding work and the global nutrition transition, marked by increased intake of foods that are high energy-dense but nutrient-poor (often high in sugar and saturated fats, sometimes referred to as the "Western-style" diet). How To Check Your Pulse Rate in Easy Steps

04:57
how to check your pulse, Checking your pulse allows you to determine your heart rate without any special equipment. This can be useful if you're trying to lose weight or you have a brain condition. Read on to find out how easy and painless it is to check your pulse (1) Use your index finger and middle finger when finding your pulse. Don't use your thumb, as its own pulse is strong enough to interfere with your reading. Find the radial pulse. This is the pulse on the side of the wrist nearest your body. Use the pads of your fingers. Place them just below the wrist creases on the thumb side. Press lightly until you feel the blood pulsing under your skin. If necessary, move your fingers around a bit until you feel the pulse. (It's there, just not always easy to locate.) Find the carotid pulse. To feel a pulse on the side of the neck just below the jaw line, place your index and middle fingers in the hollow between the windpipe and the large muscle in the neck. Press lightly until you feel a pulse. This is sometimes easier than finding the pulse in your wrists. (2) Check and record your heart rate. Use a watch or clock with a second hand or digital second display. Count the number of times you feel a throb for one minute (60 seconds). This is the most accurate method. If you're in a hurry, you could count the beats you feel for 15 seconds and multiply by four or count beats for 30 seconds and multiply by two. These options will work but are not quite as accurate as counting for a full minute. (3) Establish your normal heart rate. The normal resting heart rate for an adult is 60-100 beats per minute. Normal heart rate for children under 18 is 70-120 beats per minute. This applies to a person who is at rest. Any physical activity will increase the pulse rate. (4) Check the strength of the pulse to see if it is strong or weak. The strength of your pulse cannot be calculated precisely, but experienced professionals will characterize a pulse as "weak", "faint", "strong", or "bounding". This is an indication of the health of the heart and vascular system (5) Check the rhythm of your pulse. You're looking for regularity of pulsations and the pauses between them. If your pulse is steady, note it as "regular." If you detect a skip or other fluctuation in the pulse, it may be termed "irregular." This is not necessarily a cause for alarm, but if you note a consistent irregularity, you should seek medical advice (as noted below) What To Do If You Can't Find Your Pulse (1) Try using your fingertips instead of laying your fingers across your wrist. Place the tips in different places and stop at each location for five seconds. (2) Try varying the pressure of your fingertips on your wrist. Sometimes either lightening your touch or pressing harder will help you find a pulse. (3) Try checking for a pulse while dropping your hand toward the floor. Holding your hand up near your head can make your pulse less distinct. Dropping your hand will slightly alter your blood flow through that wrist and make it easier to detect a pulse. (4) Use a stethoscope. If you have such an instrument, use it here. Lift up or remove your shirt, hold the stethoscope against your bare chest, and listen. Count each beat as you hear it, and listen for any skipped beats. Finding Your Maximum And Target Heart Rates (1) Find your potential maximum heart rate. This is the highest your pulse rate can get. You will use your potential maximum heart rate to determine your target heart rate. To find yours, follow this formula: 220 - your age = predicted maximum heart rate. Try exercising intensely for 30 minutes. Check your heart rate immediately after (or even during) your exercise. Compare your actual exercising heart rate to your potential maximum rate. The numbers should be fairly close. If you're taking your pulse during exercise, keep your feet moving as you do so or blood might accumulate in your extremities. (2) Find your target heart rate. This is 60 to 85 percent of your maximum heart rate. The reason there is a range rather than a solid number is that everyone has a different fitness level. While you exercise, check your pulse for 15 seconds. how to check your pulse

Nevertheless for some, it is much better than high blood pressure. Many people who have low bloodstream pressure are healthy and have no signs related to lower than normal readings. Yet for others it can cause feeling giddy and fainting or it can also indicate serious heart, endocrine or nerve disorders. Low stress is simply a condition where a person's blood pressure is much lower than typical. It is also called hypotension or syncope, which points to fainting. This can cause symptoms such as dizziness or lightheadedness. Low blood pressure happens when the flow of blood is too low to offer enough oxygen and nutrients to essential internal organs, including the brain, heart, and kidney; the organs do not function normally and may be permanently destroyed. It should be mentioned that unlike high bloodstream pressure, which is described on the basis of blood pressure alone, low blood pressure is identified generally by signs and symptoms of low bloodstream flow. In fact, a lot of people may have a stress of 90/50 and have no signs or symptoms of low stress, and, therefore, not have low blood pressure symptoms. Other folks who normally have a blood pressure of 130/80 may develop hypertension blood pressure lower your blood pressure lower blood pressure immediately how to control blood pressure normal blood pressure level low blood pressure readings treatment for low blood pressure how to prevent high blood pressure effects of low blood pressure blood pressure high blood pressure during pregnancy chronic hypertension causes for low blood pressure foods that reduce blood pressure low blood pressure high pulse what raises blood pressure sudden high blood pressure natural remedies to lower blood pressure risks of high blood pressure lower diastolic blood pressure Orthostatic hypotension is another common form of low blood pressure. This kind of comes from an unexpected change in body position. It happens usually from prone and moving to an upright position. In fact, low stress in healthy people without symptoms or body damage needs no treatment. All patients with symptoms possibly due to low stress should be considered by a doctor. People who have had a major drop in bloodstream pressure from their normal levels even without the development of symptoms also should be examined. Your doctor needs to identify the cause of the reduced blood vessels pressure since treatment will rely upon the cause. Low stress is not as treacherous as high bloodstream pressure. For people who have hypotension, sufficient rest and rest is very important. Also, sleeping in daylight is different from sleeping at night. Persons who have night careers make it a point to sleep during day. Even if you have sufficient sleep low blood vessels pressure still arises. If perhaps you have low blood vessels pressure it is recommended that you have regular the consumption of flat iron to avoid anemia or other disorders that are caused by low blood vessels pressure. Consult your doctor at once if you ever feel dizzy, have chest pains, shortness of breath, and an abnormal heartbeat, fever higher than 101 degrees, headache, and stiff neck or severe spine pain.

4 Essential Ingredients Chocolate Cacao Part 1

09:58
http://www.superfoodhealthyliving.com/article-Marine-Phytoplankton.html Chocolate contains 4 essential ingredients that make it one of the best foods for health: 1. Magnesium: For the heart to be at its peak performance, it requires two minerals more than any other, magnesium and potassium. Magnesiums concentration in the heart muscle is eighteen times greater than in the bloodstream. Magnesium is the primarily mineral missing when heart problems occur. It increases the overall vigor of the heart muscle. This mineral also decreases blood coagulation thus lowering blood pressure and helping the heart pump more effectively. Cacao, of course, is a fantastic food source of heart-supporting magnesium. 2. Antioxidants: According to research, cacao beans are super-rich in antioxidant flavonols. Cacao beans contain 10,000 milligrams (10 grams) per 100 grams of flavonol antioxidants. This makes cacao one of the richest sources of antioxidants of any food. But when the cacao bean is processed into cacao powder or chocolate bars, the flavonol level decrease dramatically.
