5 Foods That Destroy Your Hormones and Skin

04:06
Once we leave the teenage years, we may think acne is a thing of the past. But later in life, an imbalance of hormones can shake things up and acne takes center stage again. An endocrine imbalance is the culprit responsible for triggering hormonal acne. Women in mid-cycle and/or right before their periods are easy prey. These are the two times a month when estrogen and testosterone spike. These two hormones can accumulate if not properly detoxed. And when estrogen dominates, the complexion is fertile ground where inflamed skin and acne can thrive. Luckily there is a natural solution that may provide relief. The first step is to pay attention to your diet. The food you ingest can disrupt your hormones which in turns, produces inflammation. But on the flip side, the right kinds of food can balance hormones and soothe your skin. In today’s video we’ll examine the foods which work for and against your hormones. Foods to Avoid 1. Soy Soy has been on the suspect list of instigating acne. If you think you are sensitive to soy, try eliminating it from your diet and see if your condition improves. It contains phytoestrogens which can create a hormonal imbalance. 2. Dairy Excess dairy consumption can contribute to a surplus of hormones that can lead to acne. Dairy is also a primary cause for leaky guy syndrome. 3. Gluten Like dairy, Gluten can disrupt hormones. It can create intestinal inflammation and produce a domino effect of health issues. 4. Caffeine Caffeine is a kick-starter for millions every morning. Yet it often comes with a tradeoff. It can take its toll on your skin’s immune response. A steady combination of coffee and tea can strip away many essential vitamins which are essential to maintaining a vibrant complexion. 5. Canola, Sunflower, Safflower and Vegetable Oil If you have acne-prone skin, put these oils on your radar as ones to avoid. They have certain nutrients that can ignite a fire storm on your complexion, especially during peak estrogen days. The Best Foods for Your Complexion 1. Avocados Avocados contain a substance that can bring hormone levels back under control. Adding avocados to your diet can be a natural defense system to ward off inflammation. 2. Turmeric Another spice you may already have in your kitchen cabinets is Turmeric. Besides its natural ability to reduce inflammation, pain and swelling, it’s also a remedy for your skin. 3. Chia Seeds One of the highest sources of omega-3’s in nature can be found in this gluten-free grain. These little marvels can stabilize blood sugar, improve insulin sensitivity and keep blood pressure spikes in check. 4. Cinnamon In your spice rack, you may already have a secret weapon. Cinnamon. This aromatic spice contains anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties that help regulate hormones. 5. Pomegranates Mood swings can be tempered by eating Pomegranates. They produce the same estrogens that female ovaries do. They also are rich in anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. -------------------------------------------------------- Disclaimer: The materials and the information contained on Natural Cures channel are provided for general and educational purposes only and do not constitute any legal, medical or other professional advice on any subject matter. Do Allergic Eczema present as dry, red & hard crust? - Dr. Rasya Dixit

01:45
Eczema is a condition where there is a lot of dryness and oozing and sometimes even irritation, itching and even crusting over the skin, Whenever we see any of these things, the first thing to ascertain what is the cause of eczema. Eczema can be because of multiple causes including atopy, which is like an innate allergy, that means you are allergic from inside or an external allergy because only when you know what is the cause of the eczema, will we be able to prevent eczema. The particular episode of eczema can be treated by using a thick moisturizer, soap free body wash, soap free face wash and uses of mild steroid creams under the guidance of dermatologist. If there is any oozing or redness, the doctor might add on an oral or a topical antibiotic to reduce all these things. But to know why cause of the eczema, we can do a patch test or examination of the skin by history taking. So first when you have eczema, you use a lot of moisturizers and acid detergents and you see how it is and see if it is responding , if it is not responding, please see a dermatologist who can do a full examination, take a full history and tell you what are the things to do to recover completely.

Treatment For Rare Skin Conditions | Embarrassing Bodies

15:01
A number of patients come to the embarrassing bodies clinic for a number of skin conditions and diseases first is Keith, 31, who’s developed a seeping sore scalp that has left his hair growing in clumps. Dr Christian reveals that Keith has developed a rare form of Folliculitis, an inflammation of the hair follicles caused by a bacterial or fungal infection. Keith is prescribed an ongoing treatment of antibiotics and topical creams to battle the fungus. Next is David, who has come to the clinic to see Dr Christian about a troubling skin infection in his armpit. Dr Christian diagnoses the condition as Hidradenitis Suppurativa, caused by blocked sweat glands. Having already tried antibiotics without success, Dr Christian prescribes a temporary treatment of strong steroids, although these do improve the condition they are not a long term solution and David is sent to see a plastic surgeon. At St John’s Hospital in Livingston, David is given a skin graft which completely removes the infected skin and replaces with layers of healthy skin taken from David’s thigh. We revisit a relieved David four months after his surgery to see the condition completely cured. Next is a Sophia who is suffering with Hyperpigmentation. Like any other skin condition, can lower the sufferer’s self confidence. Dr Pixie McKenna talks to a patient whose social life has been placed on hold because of this Embarrassing Illness, and recommends a course of laser treatment and lotion to enable her to stay out clubbing with her mates all night long… Finally in the clinic is 12 year old Michael, who has been teased for years about a large birthmark under his chin. Dr Pixie diagnoses the mark as a Sebaceous Naevus, little sebaceous glands, that have a waxy texture and are yellow/orange in colour, that clump together to form a mark on the skin. The condition is most likely to appear on the scalp, but can also be on the ears, neck or face. Dr Pixie is worried that the birthmark will only get bigger as Michael get’s older, and as there is also the risk that tumours can develop, she advises that the mark is removed. Dr Russell Emerson, consultant dermatologist, shaves off the raised areas and after 5 minutes part of the mark is removed. It will take further treatments to remove it fully, but Michael is very happy with the result so far. Click here to subscribe to the channel: https://goo.gl/Ro2hdY Produced by Maverick TV.

Breastfeeding and Eczema: What's the Connection? ~ Integrative Dermatology

03:21
I'd like to talk a little bit about breastfeeding and eczema and what it has to do with Integrative Dermatology. The whole idea of eczema is to try to reduce the allergies that are coming to the infant that would be coming if you fed all different kinds of foods that come from the table. And the idea being that the infant is adapted to having breast milk as a much gentler much healthier, much less allergy containing food than saying giving cow’s milk or soy milk or something like that. So what you really want to do is have a less allergenic product to feed the baby with. Now here is the problem, if you have allergies coming out into your breast milk, then that could aggravate the baby. And how would that happen? That could happen if you have a problem known as a leaky gut, which means there is a defective barrier between your intestines and your bloodstream. So that food substances that aren't completely broken down get out into the blood and get into the breast milk and cause allergies in the baby. And this problem, this leaky gut seems to be more and more common. Why is it more common? Because lots of people are eating huge amounts of sugar. The American public eats 150 pounds of sugar per person per year. So that's a lot, it creeps into all of our different foods, and of course it's tasty. And the problem is we have a lot of yeasty food, bread, wine, beer and fungal related foods are cheese and mushrooms. All of those convince the immune system in the gut to allow more yeast to grow, more yeast causes more inflammation, more inflammation causes more leakage across the membrane disruption of the barrier. And all of these substances get in that shouldn't get in. Now if they were completely broken down to amino acids, that wouldn't be a problem. But also we have problems with digestion, so the combination of digestive problems, inflammation from overgrowth of the wrong organisms like yeast  And the foods that may also be allergens;  potent allergens like milk and gluten, all these things together can lead to leakage across the gut. And by the way gluten itself can cause leakage. So all that combined allows things to leak across and get into the blood stream and then formed into the milk and therefore a lot of the babies who are given breast milk are getting the allergens you are trying to avoid in the first place. So it's really important to fix leaky gut before you get pregnant. Because you don't want to correct your digestive system when you got a baby growing in there. So we have a big problem in the world today of too many pregnant women with leaky gut leading to too many allergen getting across to the babies even in breast milk, and too many allergies so that babies are born with eczema in higher and higher numbers.

How does Creatine work?

01:56
http://www.axislabs.net/pure-micronized-creatine-monohydrate.html Creatine is a natural compound made in the body and is derived from the diet through meat products. In the body, Creatine is changed into a molecule called phosphocreatine which serves as a storage reservoir for regenerating ATP. ATP is the chemical source of energy for muscle contraction and quick energy. Phosphocreatine is an important source of ATP energy in muscle tissue and studies have shown that Creatine can increase the performance of athletes in activities that require quick bursts of energy, such as sprinting and weight lifting. Creatine supplementation combined with strength training has been shown to cause dramatic improvements in muscle hypertrophy (size) and strength through cell volumization and increased protein synthesis. BACKGROUND DATA: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4684134/ https://www.standardprocess.com/Standard-Process-Document-Library/Information-Sheets/PMG-Information-Sheet.pdf http://www.drsharonrabb.com/articles/protomorphogens.html https://www.seleneriverpress.com/archivetags/autoimmune-theory-protomorphology/ Dr. Berg gives his best tip for autoimmune conditions. Autoimmune condition are condition whereby the body is attacking itself. Most of these conditions are treated with steroids, which are anti-inflammatory. Steroids are adrenal hormones. Standard Process Inc. is a good company to get glandular tissue supplements. Dr.Berg gives his best tip on Autoimmune conditions. An autoimmune condition is when your body making antibodies against itself. Instead of attacking microbes, it attacks itself. If you were to ask someone with an autoimmune disease, they would tell you it happened after physical or emotional stress. For instance: Addison is when the immune system mistakenly attacks the adrenal glands. Treatment is usually steroid for these conditions. But the best tip is to consume glandular organ. A person that has Addison can consume glandular adrenal from another species cow or goat. How would this help? When you consume this, your antibodies that were attacking adrenal glands will start to attack the decoy in the stomach, which in return will give your adrenal glands a break. Over time this will help deplete antibodies, so there are no more antibodies to attack itself. The recommendation is to take glandular in a small amount for an extended period. Standard process have certain products that have glandular in them and are very clean. You can also buy organ such as liver or products that have thyroid extract. Can The Cause of Eczema Be A Simple Food Allergy?

01:32
DOWNLOAD CURE FOR ECZEMA AT: http://www.VanishEczema.net What is eczema? Eczema, also known as atopic dermatitis, is a chronic allergic condition in which the skin develops areas of itchy, scaly rashes. What are the symptoms of eczema? Eczema can occur on almost any part of the body but is most common on the face, scalp, inside of elbows, knees, ankles, and hands. It typically appears as extremely itchy patches on the skin. Eczema can get worse when scratched; in fact, itchy skin may appear normal until scratched; the irritating action may then cause the characteristic rash and scales to develop. Other symptoms include: Areas of dry, leathery skin Blisters that ooze and crust over Redness and inflammation in the affected area Scratching can introduce infectious agents into the skin, leading to secondary complications including bacterial infection and permanent scars. What are the causes of eczema? Eczema is caused by a reaction similar to that of an allergy and can promote chronic inflammation. The condition will often wax and wane and accompany other allergic conditions such as asthma. In some cases, a specific substance, such as certain soaps, detergents, or metals, dust mites, and animal dander, can trigger eczema. For many people, however, there is no known allergen that causes this reaction. Eczema can be worsened by dry climates, exposure to water, temperature changes, and stress. Who is likely to develop eczema? Eczema is particularly common in infants and children. A person's risk of developing the problem also increases if he or she has a family history of eczema or allergic conditions such as asthma and hay fever. How is eczema diagnosed? Physicians usually diagnose eczema by conducting a physical exam and asking questions about the patient's symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and habits. What is the conventional treatment for eczema? Conventional doctors often recommend a combination of self-care techniques and medical therapies to treat eczema. First, people with eczema should avoid any potential triggers that appear to make symptoms worse. Take warm, not hot, showers or baths. Use soap as sparingly as possible, and apply a soothing, hypoallergenic moisturizer immediately after bathing. Physicians may also suggest using over-the-counter anti-itch lotions or low-potency steroid creams. When these measures don't alleviate eczema, the doctor may prescribe one or more of the following treatments: Steroids. Prescription steroid creams and ointments - and, in severe cases, oral steroid medications - can relieve the itching and inflammation of eczema, but they can have side effects such as skin thinning and are not recommended for long-term use. Immunomodulators. Newer prescription creams called calcineurin inhibitors (such as pimecrolimus and tacrolimus) work by modulating the body's immune response. Although these drugs don't have the same side effects as steroids, their long-term safety isn't yet clear. What therapies does http://www.VanishEczema.net recommend for eczema? In addition to the self-care approaches mentioned above, it is recommended considering the following natural treatments for eczema: Allergy is ultimately an inflammatory condition and diet can profoundly influence inflammation throughout the body. Follow an anti-inflammatory diet and avoid pro-inflammatory ingredients. Skin disorders are often strongly linked to psychological stress; conversely, stress-relieving techniques can often be extraordinarily effective in providing relief. Try visualization or hypnotherapy to take advantage of the mind/body connection in allergic skin disorders. Try aloe vera gel, calendula lotion or cream, and chaparral lotion on irritated skin. Take gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). This unusual fatty acid is found in evening primrose oil, black currant oil and borage oil but is very hard to come by in the diet. GLA appears to have nourishing effects on skin, hair, and nails. Take 500 mg twice a day and expect to wait six to eight weeks to see results. Eliminate milk and all milk products, which may irritate the immune system. In addition, therapies in both homeopathy and traditional Chinese medicine have proven effective for many skin conditions and are worth exploring. See the websites of the National Center for Homeopathy and the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine to find practitioners.

GOT DRUGS ??? MEAT & Milk DOES (Steriods Growth Hormones Antibiotic USDA FDA Vaccine Autism Weed Pil

10:28
***READ*** SOOO MANY DRUGS - 450!!! Animals raised for meat in factory farms are often genetically manipulated to grow unnaturally large and hence more profitable for the agricultural industry. Chickens slaughtered in the United States, for example, are bred to weigh a staggering nine pounds today compared to just two pounds in the 1950s. They are bred to grow so fast, in fact, that debilitating deformities are common. According to a study by the Center for Food Safety, over 450 animal drugs, drug combinations, and other feed additives are administered to animals to achieve increased growth and keep them alive in conditions that would otherwise kill them. Indeed, 99.9 percent of chicken and 78 percent of beef consumed in the United States come from overcrowded factory farms. Since these factory farms are filthy and packed tightly with animals, disease and infection run rampant. To make matters worse, the Center for Food Safety found that drugs posing “significant threats” to humans, animals, and the environment are administered to animals. Shockingly, these have been approved by the FDA and are on the market. Of the drugs studied, 12 are banned for use as animal drugs in other countries, but not in the United States. Ractopamine is used to increase an animal’s muscle mass and overall weight before slaughter, but the risks posed to consumers and the environment are not fully known. As for animals, ractopamine has resulted in more reports of sickened or dead pigs than any other livestock drug. It also increases lameness, broken limbs, and immobility. Cardiovascular stress, musculoskeletal tremors, increased aggression, hyperactivity, acute toxicity, and genotoxicity are just a few of the behavioral changes and other problems linked to ractopamine. Despite mounting evidence of health risks from arsenic exposure, from 1940 to 2016 the FDA approved arsenic-based compounds, or arsenicals, for use in animal feed for growth promotion, improved feed efficiency, and desirable pigmentation. Consequently, cumulative exposure to arsenic greatly increased among Americans, with documented cases of arsenic residues in chicken products. Evidence that inorganic arsenic compounds are readily absorbed from the gastrointestinal tracts of humans also abounds. Synthetic antioxidants, such as ethoxyquin, are used to slow down rot and increase meat’s shelf life. Although recognized by the FDA as poisonous, ethoxyquin is added to drinking water at poultry farms to enhance the yellow of egg yolks. Despite the FDA’s acknowledgement of the dangers, there has been no reevaluation or restriction of the drug for animals. Eighty percent of all antibiotics in the United States are administered to farmed animals to curb infections, treat diseases, or promote growth and feed efficiency. While the doses are low and nonlethal, they allow bacteria to mutate and become resistant. This heightens the threat of antibiotic-resistant infections, which are expected to kill approximately 10 million people each year by 2050, according to a 2015 study. Take a stand for your health, the environment, and the billions of animals who suffer and die each year. Withdraw your support from the cruel and immoral animal agriculture industry. Why are billions of our taxes still given to this unhealthy industry that has a large part in destroying our health care...NO free range (often not much better so know your source) and organic meats are not possible for 8 BILLION humans and is very wasteful, bad for our planet, health care and much more so simply leave animals alone and go vegan. Can Ayurveda help to manage Atopic Dermatitis or Eczema in children?- Dr. Chetali Samant

08:54
Atopic dermatitis or eczema is a very common childhood illness as it is an autoimmune disorder. It can be hereditary. The signs cam vary from child to child and even in an adult the signs can be very different. Some of the common signs are grey reddish scaly patches sometimes circular or oddly circular sometimes seen in the neds of the elbows or bends of the knees. Sometimes seen on the foot also, on the ankles, on the neck or the nape of the neck, on the folds of the eyelids, sometimes around the mouth and around the neck. The most irritating symptoms that bothers the children with atopic dermatitis is itching. There is uncontrollable itching which most of the times may be due to food, the skin is extremely dry and most of the times it may be associated with food. The skin is extremely dry and no matter how much moisturiser you tend to use does not help does Ayurveda help in atopic dermatitis? Yes, there are several ways to approach atopic dermatitis in children with Ayurveda. One of the most common ways we do is to start using the Ayurvedic herbs which purifies the blood and which strengthens the immune system. Hence manage the body to manage the autoimmunity which is triggering rapid destruction if skin cells for the chid., There are emollients, Ayurvedic moisturisers and creams to keep the skin moisturised and to keep the skin moisturised and to reduce inflammation and these creams are non-steroidal in nature. Most of the Ayurvedic herbs that are used to treat the skin conditions like eczema etc are extremely bitter. How can we give these medicines to children? Thanks to modern advancement we have these herbs suspended in the form of syrups which are very safe for the body and very palatable. We have medicines to help in blood purification, medicines to help in allergy and help to bring down the itching especially. Over a period of time the patches which appear here and there and patches which might be irritating the child and cause intense itching can disappear with good advise and follow up with the doctor. We advise not to continue the same set of medicines especially in children over a long period of time. With many times, with recurrent use, the body can accept the Ayurvedic medicines as food. So do follow up with your doctor and it may be a long process to give oral medicines and get atopic dermatitis Under control. Also the creams used in Ayurveda are not steroid based. Steroids get absorbed from the skin and they are not good for health. It demands recurrent use of steroid based creams, the moment you stop oral or topical steroids, there are high chances that there will be rebound occurrence of a larger scale and more widespread occurrence of eczema for that chid. So as long a s possible avoid using steroidal creams unless it is unbearable to the child or if it is really widespread or if it is not responding to Ayurvedic medicines the otheer oart of treating atopic dermatitis ]or eczema in a child is dietary modification an also to the mother, if the child is an infant most of the staple food is the mother’s milk. Many of the dietary advices are given to the mother, like leaving out foods which are obvious triggers for dysfunctioning or for increasing the autoimmunity or triggering the widespread allergies in the child’s body. One of the things that work really well a s leaving out nuts. Although your child may not be allergic to nuts, always try to keep the consumption of nuts and proteins on the lower side. Proteins can trigger rapid allergic responses in the body. You might have heard of people having allergy to shrimp or shell fish. Leaving out nuts like groundnuts, walnuts, peanuts really help to keep the eczema and the itching under control. Another thing is leaving out dairy. Dairy which is laced with pesticides and the antibiotics which are fed to the cows and the hormones which are also triggering the autoimmune reactions inside the body. Leaving the non-organic dairy helps the chid tremendously when it comes to autoimmune disorders and that is the last advise we give to the parents and the last advise is to leave out gluten or wheat products. Other thing is leaving out processed foods with artificial flavourings, artificial colours and all kinds of artificial additives. Most of the food that we buy from the supermarket need to be left out from the child’s diet as far as possible try to go organic if your child is suffering from atopic dermatitis or eczema. Make sure that you use as less as outside foods as possible. So the Ayurvedic medicine and the dietary recommendations what we give do helps lot on the long term management and complete treatment of atopic dermatitis in children and also in adults.

How Natural Remedies Helped Fight Off My Allergies

04:52
Claudia has suffered from severe allergies all her life and in this video, she tells her story. Claudia's allergies and allergic eczema were so bad that they were affecting her mental and physical health. She used steroid cream for her allergic eczema but it wasn't a long term solution. Eventually, the dermatologist did an allergy patch test on Claudia's back (which was REALLY itchy) and she finally found out what she was allergic to. Some of her allergies were a surprise. She found out she was allergic to cinnamon, something that she used almost every day! After these results, Claudia turned to natural and alternative remedies to help get rid of allergy symptoms. Now, she barely suffers from allergies and a lot of her natural remedy videos come from her own experiences of what works to fight off her allergies!

Eczema Triggers | What Can Cause an Eczema Flare Up?

02:50
In this video Dr. Peter Lio gives the current expert thinking in answer to the question "what are some common eczema triggers?” Shared with you by The Eczema Company. To learn how we can help, visit http://www.eczemacompany.com. ~~~ Characterized by red, itchy skin that is scaly, dry, cracks and sometimes has oozing skin blisters or lesions, eczema is irritating at best, but during severe flare ups can be very painful. Care and prevention is therefore very important for your health, comfort and general well-being as you manage your eczema. A big part of this is learning your triggers so that you may avoid them. Some of the more common triggers include: 1. Temperature changes and Humidity Levels: Cold, dry weather is a very, if not the most, common trigger for eczema patients. For many people this is a huge trigger and, if living in cold climates, the wintertime can often be difficult. On the other hand, many patients also flare up when it is warm and humid. Sometimes, simply getting warm from exercise or exertion can cause problems. 2. Environmental factors: Lots of things in the environment can also trigger an eczema flareup. True allergens, such as pollen, mould and ragweed can be triggers. Pet dander and pet saliva can also be problematic for many people. 3. Nutrition: We also know that certain foods can trigger eczema. Most of the foods that we think cause issues are actually true food allergies on the part of the patient. However some food just seem to be inflammatory for certain people, even with negative allergy results. This is where things like gluten and dairy may cause issues for many people, perhaps due to an inflammation response, even if they test negative for an allergic reaction. In these cases, the patients find that they're doing better when they're off of those foods. 4. Stress: It turns out that stress is a big trigger as well. And of course when we're feeling flared up that often contributes to stress which then makes this vicious cycle. Learning to recognize and control your stress level can be considerably helpful with both your eczema and your day-to-day life. 5. Not enough sleep: Poor sleep is another trigger for many people. All of these things can come together and many patients find that multiple factors are happening at once. What's very frustrating for patients is that they are doing everything they can to avoid their triggers, but still have flareups. This may be what you’re experiencing. What’s important to understand is that your triggers may not necessarily be the underlying cause . If you're lucky enough to have only a few triggers, and you find that if you avoid them your skin is clear, then you don’t need us. But for most patients, even when they are really trying to avoid their triggers the norm is that they still experience eczema. Our goal is to help you avoid everything you feasibly can, but then we still often need to treat the underlying disease because it is still there and the triggers are simply fuelling it. A new study shows that dairy protein causes abdominal pain and stomach aches. The dairy industry has figured out how to take out some of the protein making the product safer for humans – but not really. And if we could get almost all Americans to run just 30 minutes per week, the benefits would be amazing. Here are some stats that will amaze you and maybe get you to start running too!

Treatment options for allergies in Children - Dr. Gayatri S Pandit

01:44
If the child is suffering from food allergies such as a peanut allergy or a nut allergy, egg allergy or a milk allergy, then avoidance if such allergens is of utmost important in the treatment. In few cases with milk allergy and egg allergy, then the child can outgrow those allergens over a couple of years. Whereas in case of respiratory allergens with the airborne allergens such as house dust mite and pollen, the fungal or the cockroach allergens. The parents need to be adequately counseled about the avoidance measures that they have to take care for their child, the adequate pharmacological treatment has to be taken for the symptom control. For example, intranasal corticosteroids, spray in case of an allergic steroids, inhaled steroids in case of bronchial asthma. If the doctor has fund that there is a significant reaction in case of allergy testing or invitro testing and if the symptoms are present and the genetic history is also there and also if the child is above 5 years, it is better to start with immunotherapy so that the progression if the disease can be halted.
Eczema and Allergies - Why It's Important to Treat the Root Cause

05:42
Allergies and Eczema: why it’s important to treat the cause, not just symptoms More people are understanding why treating the root cause of health problems is much more powerful and effective, than just treating the symptoms. It’s actually very important not to mask symptoms. Because symptoms are a part of your body’s communication, to tell you that something is wrong. When the body is out of balance, symptoms arise to get your attention. These symptoms need to be respected and listened to, rather than be suppressed, as unfortunately some medications do. Eczema is a great example of that. In conventional medicine, many times the symptom of eczema is suppressed using steroid medication. Of course it’s understandable why someone would want a red, uncomfortable, and itchy rash to go away. A steroid medication usually does that, but often times, as soon as you stop using it, the rash comes back. However, if the CAUSE is addressed, it leads to a more permanent healing. While there is a genetic susceptibility to eczema and allergies, environmental factors plays a great role in its development. Naturopathic Doctors refer to this as the “total load,” in that a cumulative effect of stress (mental emotional, physical), continual exposure to the allergens, a weak immune system, poor digestion, alcohol, smoking and chemical pollutants can overwhelm the immune system and eventually lead to the allergy cascade. Treatment therefore involves reduction of these factors. Part of this reduction involves addressing food sensitivities, which is on the rise. The most common food allergies are dairy, gluten, eggs, That said, there may be other foods that could be triggering eczema. There are a few specialized lab companies that test for IgG delayed food sensitivities. Identifying these can provide a great deal of information to those with chronic lingering symptoms besides eczema, such as IBS, constipation, diarrhea, fatigue, acne, and chronic inflammation. Another method, which is the gold standard, is called the Allergy Elimination Diet. This involves complete avoidance of all the suspected food allergens for at least 2 weeks followed by their re-introduction, one at a time. Should certain symptoms such as eczema dissipate upon elimination, this alone is a sign that there are food allergies involved. And should the symptom return upon re-introduction of that food, complete avoidance of that food is recommended. Allergy Elimination Diet is a powerful way to make the connection between how particular foods affect the individual’s energy and overall health. Also keep your home free of chemicals, mold and dust, and use hypoallergenic products. Finally, I have found homeopathy to be very effective in the treatment of eczema and seasonal allergies. Homeopathy’s effectiveness is dependent upon the selection of the correct remedy based on the individual’s constitution. Homeopathy is safe for babies, pregnant and breastfeeding mothers, and does not have side effects like certain antihistamines or decongestants. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dc-fDlQTdzU&feature=youtu.be http://www.harmonyhealingclinic.com/ Dr. Lena Kian (408) 730-0700
How to manage sudden swelling of the face especially near eye region? - Dr. Sunita Rana Agarwal

03:36
First we need to know what could be the causes of the sudden swelling of the face. It can be as diverse as an allergy, infection, ant bite, systemic disease like renal disease, or thyroid disease. However when we go only into the eye most often it is ant bite. Ant bite, insect bite will be usually only on one eye. If it is going two eyes then it is going to be contact dermatitis. That means the person has put some eye makeup or powder or soap and the skin of the eye has got very inflamed and swollen. Whatever be the condition we need to first find that out because we are also comparing this with a systemic condition. It is very essential to get a complete blood count, bleeding time, clotting time, renal function test, liver function test and thyroid levels. History will tell you was there any infection, allergy or insect bite. You will have to treat the systemic disease. Treating the local disease you will have to keep the eye clean. It will be dependable on what the person likes. If it is inflammation the person would like hot fermentation. If it is an allergy the person would like a cold compress. Along with that you will require some antibiotics if there is an infection, steroid medication if there is an allergy. Put a piece of cucumber in the refrigerator and cover your eyes. Take some fresh milk cream and use that as a night cream. This usually will tide over infection, allergies and bites. This will not go to the systemic conditions

MuscleBlaze Creatine Monohydrate-Review-Uses-Side Effects-Precautions and Full Details

08:14
MuscleBlaze Creatine Monohydrate is an ideal source of pure and unadulterated creatine monohydrate. A serving of MuscleBlaze Creatine Monohydrate serves 3g of unadulterated creatine. It gets absorbed instantly in your body and gives a quick supply of energy to your muscles, by resynthesizing ADPs into ATPs (the energy currency) of your body. During high intensity activities, like lifting, sprints, your muscles use the ATP stored in the muscles. Sooner the number of ATPs exhaust, you start feeling fatigued. MuscleBlaze Creatine Monohydrate builds energy which allows you to sustain longer in the gym and helps you attain lean muscle mass. MuscleBlaze Creatine Monohydrate contains 100% pure pharmaceutical-grade creatine monohydrate Each serving of MuscleBlaze Creatine Monohydrate serves 3g of fast-absorbing creatine for building strength and endurance Instant absorption of creatine gives a continuous supply of energy to your muscles Helps increase protein synthesis, muscle volumization No fillers added What is micronized creatine monohydrate? Micronized creatine is essentially creatine monohydrate, except it has been micronized, which means that the molecules of creatine have been divided or cut up. This increases their surface area up to 20 times, increasing its absorption and reducing stomach discomfort. Do I need to take my creatine with carbohydrates to make it effective? Whenever we digest carbohydrates, our pancreas secretes a hormone known as insulin. The simpler the carb, the higher the burst of insulin our pancreas releases to deal with them. The good thing about insulin is that it actually drives nutrients into our muscles to assist them in recovery. If Creatine is taken with fast burning carbs, it will increase the absorption rate in the muscles. However, insulin is also responsible for fat storage. Therefore it is best suited to use a sugar spike like this with a post workout meal. Which supplement is better creatine or protein? Amino acids are the building blocks of our muscles. If the body does not get enough of these, then there is no point in working out. Creatine is an outstanding supplement, but if a choice has to be made between getting at least 1 gram a day of protein or 1 gram a day of Creatine, opt for protein. Can I take creatine and protein at the same time? Firstly, protein is a food product. If creatine and protein are not taken at the same time, then one must probably be following a strict vegetarian diet and still he/she would end up consuming around 40 grams a day, just from normal foods. To top this off, creatine is not of much use without a significant protein intake. It is recommended that the proper consumption of both would provide the best results. Since creatine makes you gain weight should I not take it on a cut? Yes, creatine causes the body to hold water, but that is a good thing. The fact that muscles are super hydrated even on a cut is fantastic. If anything, creatine will assist in maintaining more lean mass while dieting. Is there anything I can take to make creatine a more effective supplement? It is to be noted beforehand that creatine will not work if the body is not properly hydrated. Super hydrating the body will also improve the weight room pumps tremendously. Creatine is good stacked with high glycemic carbs, as well as sodium. They both facilitate creatine transport into the muscle cells. This is recommended only for post workout meal. Does caffeine affect creatine monohydrate? According to creapure, one of the most respected manufacturers of creatine monohydrate in Germany, large doses of caffiene may hamper the performance results while taking creatine. However, smaller doses of caffeine such as coffee and most pre-workout powders should be ok. Is it allergic or unsafe? Creatine does not contain any allergic content. Creatine is not a hormone. Therefore it does not have the side effects associated with any pro-hormone or any illegal steroid.

7 Cystic Acne Home Remedies that Really Work

05:19
One of the worst kinds of acne is cystic acne. This type of acne feels like soft, fluid- filled lumps under the skin’s covering. These big, red lumps can be painful and can cause harm to the skin, and will probably leave scars. They usually come on your face, chest, back, upper arms, or shoulders. Taking proper care of your skin and a healthy lifestyle are very  important for treating cystic acne. There are also some simple home cures that can help treat  it by bringing down swelling and fighting infection. 1. Turmeric To get rid of cystic acne, you can use turmeric. This spice has curcumin, which naturally brings down swelling and eases pain. Also, it kills bad germs and fights the infection. Add a little water or unrefined sesame oil to 1 to 2 teaspoons of turmeric powder to make a paste. Put this paste on the hurt area and leave it on for about 1 hour before washing it off. Do this one or two times a day for a few days. 2. Apple Cider Vinegar Apple cider vinegar is another great cure for cystic acne. Because it’s an astringent, it helps get rid of extra oil to cure acne and ease pain and swelling. It also helps clean the skin and balance the skin’s acid level. Mix equal amounts of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar and water. Dip a cotton ball in the mixture and put it on the hurt skin. Let it sit for about 15 minutes, then wash it off with water. Do this two times a day for a few days. 3. Tea Tree Oil Tea tree oil goes into the skin easily to help unblock  the sebaceous glands, clean pores, and dry out the acne. Put 1 or 2 drops of tea tree oil onto a cotton ball and pat it gently onto the hurt area. Leave it on for a few hours or overnight. People with sensitive skin should mix 1 part tea tree oil with 3 parts water before putting it on. Use this once a day for a week. Note: Some people are allergic to tea tree oil, so test it on a little bit of skin before using it. 4. Baking Soda Another great cure for cystic acne is baking soda. This is because it kills germs and brings down swelling. Baking soda can pull extra oil out of blocked pores and clean away dead skin cells. It also evens out the acid level of your skin, leaving it healthy and glowing. Mix 1 teaspoon of baking soda with enough cucumber juice to make a thin paste. If you do not have cucumber juice, you can use plain water. Put it on the hurt area. Let it sit for a couple of minutes and then wash it off with warm water. Do this one or two times a week. Note: Make sure to moisturize your skin after using baking soda. 5. Fuller's Earth Fuller’s earth is a type of clay that is good for curing cystic acne. It helps get rid of extra oil and dead skin cells, leaving clean and smooth skin. It even lowers the chance of scars forming. Mix 1 to 2 tablespoons of fuller’s earth with enough water to make a paste. Mix in a ½ teaspoon of honey. Put it on your face. Let it dry on its own, then wash it off with water. Do this one or two times a week. 6. Indian Lilac Indian lilac, also called neem or margosa, is a popular Ayurvedic cure for cystic acne. It kills germs and bacteria to help fight the cause of the problem. It also eases signs like pain and swelling. Taking neem into the body even helps wash out poisons and cleans your blood. Put the paste of neem leaves on the hurt area of the skin. Let it dry on its own before washing it off with warm water. Do this two times a day for a few days. 7. Dietary Changes By making some changes to your diet you can stop any type of acne, including cystic acne. Here are some things you should change. Follow a low-glycemic diet with whole grains, beans, fresh fruits, and green vegetables. Eat nuts and seeds that are full of vitamins A and E. Drink a lot of water throughout the day to flush harmful poisons out of your body. Eat little or no dairy, like milk and cheese, until the acne is gone. Don’t eat oily, fatty foods and spicy foods that can make the acne worse. Don’t eat junk foods and foods full of sugar. Milk Bath to Cure Eczema - 100% Organic, Safe and Effective - Cure Eczema Without Spending a Dime!

http://www.VanishEczema.net Get expert advice on the different treatments that control the condition eczema http://www.VanishEczema.net Eczema is a chronic, non-contagious skin condition with various manifestations, and as such is known by many names. Atopic eczema, atopic dermatitis, infantile eczema, seborrhoeic eczema, and varicose eczema are but a few of the many types of this skin disorder. The most common type is atopic dermatitis, which is often seen in infants and small children. (Nine out of ten of eczema cases happen in children younger than five years old.) Rarer forms include dyshidrotic eczema, which occurs in warm weather, and nummular eczema, which occurs mostly during winter. http://www.VanishEczema.net During an eczema flare-up, the person experiences itching and rashes that may be red or brownish, scaly, dry, thick, leathery, crusty or flaky. These may also appear as blisters oozing fluid, or as small, elevated bumps on the skin. In some cases, the skin simply becomes thick, rough and red. When scratched, eczema rashes may be infected, and this can worsen the inflammation. The rashes are often found on the arms, legs, chest, hands, or the face. In children, the rashes typically appear on the cheeks, elbows or knees, especially in skin folds. Eczema is believed to be caused by a hereditary impairment of the immune system. A person with eczema often has family members who also have eczema, asthma or hay fever. The standard treatment is anti-itch topical medications, including anti-histamines. This treatment only relieves the symptoms, and does not cure eczema. There is, in fact, no known cure for eczema. It is a lifelong skin problem that recurs every now and then. While eczema has no cure, there are many management strategies to keep it under control, relieve the itchiness and discomfort, and prolong the time between recurrences. Besides medicinal anti-itch lotions, there too are eczema home remedies and skin care measures that can be used to manage eczema effectively. Eczema home remedies include herbs and natural ingredients that can be made into lotions, pastes or ointments, and then applied on the rashes or affected skin areas. They are proven effective in providing relief from itching and inflammation. The herbal ingredients that may be used include virgin coconut oil, blueberry leaves, mashed papaya seeds, licorice, dandelion leaves, turmeric powder, bitter neem leaves, chamomile, camphor, aloe vera, spearmint leaves, witch hazel and nutmeg. http://www.VanishEczema.net eczema atopic dermatitis rash steroid cream allergy allergic itchy skin skin rashes

HOLLE Formula - HOLLE GOAT MILK STAGE 3 https://myorganicformula.com/collections/holle-organic-formula/products/holle-organic-goat-milk-stage-6 Hi, and welcome to MYORGANICFORMULA dot COM - Preparations Guide. Today, (take and show package in your hand) I am showing you how to prepare HOLLE Goat Milk Stage 3 Holle recommends the following water to powder measurements: For 5.7 OZ of mixed formula use 5 OZ of boiled water and 5 spoons of formula For 6.7 OZ of mixed formula use 6 OZ of boiled water and 6 spoons of formula For 7.9 OZ of mixed formula use 7 OZ of boiled water and 7 spoons of formula Since the product is from Germany, mixing instructions on the back of the package are in German. Therefore, Myorganicformula will always send exact instruction translations along with every order. This is what you’ll need: A water boiler, two sterilized bottles, nipples, the closing lid, and rings, along with the formula powder and measurement spoon that come in every package. First, wash your hands with soap to prevent infections. Boil the water to make it free of bacteria, and use only good quality drinking water. When ready, pour the desired amount of water into one of the bottles. Before adding the formula, cool the water in the bottle to between 104 and 122 degrees Fahrenheit. When the water has cooled, pour 3⁄4 into the other bottle and add the formula by using the measurement spoon. Dip the spoon into the powder and fill it lightly. You may remove any powder that spills out when over-filled with formula. Now close the bottle using the lid and shake it until the powder is completely mixed with the water. Then fill up with the missing 1⁄4 of your boiled water, until bottle has reached the recommended amount of mixed formula then shake again. Wait until the temperature is right for your baby, which is around 98 degrees Fahrenheit. You can test it on your wrist if it feels right. Replace the lid with nipple, and your bottle is ready to be fed to your baby. Thank you for watching our Myorganicformula preparations guide and check us out on www.myorganicformula.com.
