RHR: Is it Possible to Get Off Thyroid Medication?

37:57
In this episode of Revolution Health Radio (RHR) we discuss "Is it Possible to Get Off Thyroid Medication?" As is often the case, when we look at a question like this, it becomes a lot more complex and it may seem initially, on the surface. Let’s tackle issues number two through four first, because they’re actually going to inform the answer to the first question, which is, is it possible to get off thyroid medication? In terms of diagnosing Hashimoto’s, it’s actually not quite as straightforward as just doing an antibody test and seeing what the results are. I wish it were. It would make my life a lot easier, for sure. But the first-line test you do, typically what I do, is for antibodies. By antibodies, I mean thyroperoxidase and thyroglobulin antibodies, these are the two antibodies that tend to be elevated in Hashimoto’s. Thyroperoxidase is elevated a lot more often than thyroglobulin. It’s more sensitive to Hashimoto’s. It’s not more specific. So you’ll tend to see it elevated more frequently. In this episode, we cover: 3:15 What Chris ate for breakfast 6:36 Are antibodies reliable in diagnosing Hashimoto’s? 14:50 Can you reverse autoimmunity? 19:13 3 issues that cause T4 to T3 conversion problems 30:46 Is it possible to get off thyroid medication? Side Effects of Stopping Thyroid Medication Abruptly (& Why you Shouldn't do it)

12:12
This video will discuss the side effects of stopping thyroid medication abruptly. Is it safe to stop taking your thyroid medication? The answer is no for several reasons which I will explain here. But first, we need to talk about why you are taking thyroid medication, to begin with. Thyroid medication is prescribed to those people who are deficient in thyroid hormone (meaning their body isn't producing enough). So if you were to stop taking your thyroid medication then your body would revert back to whatever it was capable of producing before you started taking thyroid medication. This process usually results in certain symptoms including: - Hair loss - Weight gain - Depression - Increased pain - Increased fatigue - And other symptoms of hypothyroidism But why do you experience these symptoms? These 4 reasons will help you understand why you will most likely feel worse if you do: #1. Your body may be reliant upon thyroid medication. If you've had your thyroid removed or if it's been destroyed by radioactive iodine then you may not be able to produce thyroid hormone on your own. In this case, you will be required to take thyroid hormone. #2. Your HPT axis may be blunted. Taking thyroid medication blunts the normal HPT axis in your body and it can take weeks to months for this system to recover. During this period you will most likely feel very poorly. #3. Your body may not be able to produce thyroid hormone by itself. Conditions such as Hashimoto's damage the thyroid gland and even though you may be able to produce some thyroid hormone you may not be able to produce enough to sustain yourself. #4. Thyroid supplements do not replace thyroid medication. Lastly, you want to make sure that you use supplements to compliment your medication but not to replace it. Supplements can help improve natural conversion and production of thyroid hormone but they aren't as powerful as thyroid medications. Recommended thyroid supplements to enhance thyroid function: - For thyroid hormone production and conversion: https://www.restartmed.com/product/thyroid-adrenal-reset-complex/ + https://www.restartmed.com/product/t3-conversion-booster/ - For hair loss: https://www.restartmed.com/product/thyroid-hair-regrowth-complex/ - For weight management: https://www.restartmed.com/product/gut-bomb-350-billion/ + https://www.restartmed.com/product/functional-fuel-complete/ - For gut health: https://www.restartmed.com/product/ultra-biotic-x100/ - For energy and adrenal health: https://www.restartmed.com/product/thyroid-adrenal-reset-complex/ + https://www.restartmed.com/product/power-b-complex/ I'm Dr. Westin Childs and I focus on thyroid health, hormone balance, and weight loss. Patient says no to Synthroid, heals hypothyroidism naturally, holistically.

03:07
Exoman's son had a blood test and was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. The doctor told him that he needed to be put on the thyroid stimulating drug, Synthroid. He rejected the meds and tried the natural or holistic approach of diet with lots of good vegetables (especially the green leafy kind) and exercise. Several months later his thyroid levels which were way too are now normal.

How To Take Levothyroxine Properly | Best Way To Take Thyroid Medication | When To Take Synthroid

03:25
How To Take Synthroid Properly | Best Way To Take Levothyroxine Correctly | When To Take Thyroid Medication After Eating Hey guys! This weeks video is all about how to take your thyroid medication properly to get the most out of it. Levothyroxine is a medicine used to treat an underactive thyroid gland (hypothyroidism) which affects 1 in 70 women and 1 in 1,000 men in the UK. The thyroid gland makes thyroid hormone which helps to control energy levels and growth. Levothyroxine is taken to replace the missing thyroid hormone. KEY FACTS: • Levothyroxine starts working straight away, but it may be several weeks before your symptoms start to improve. • The most common side effects of levothyroxine are caused by taking a bigger dose than you need. Your doctor can lower your dose to help reduce any side effects. • Before you start taking levothyroxine, your healthcare professional will do a blood test to see what dose you need. Once you start taking the medicine you'll have regular blood tests to see how well it’s working. HOW AND WHEN TO TAKE: • Unless told otherwise by your prescriber or healthcare professional take levothyroxine once a day in the morning, ideally at least 30-60 minutes before having breakfast or a drink containing caffeine like tea or coffee. • Both breakfast and caffeinated drinks can stop your body taking in levothyroxine properly so it doesn't work as well. • If you can't take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach take levothyroxine at least 2 hours after eating food. • If you buy any medicines, check with a pharmacist that they are safe to take with levothyroxine. Levothyroxine should not be taken at the same time as indigestion remedies or preparations containing calcium or iron (which are contained in some vitamin products). These types of medicines reduce the amount of levothyroxine absorbed by your body. Leave at least 2-4 hours between taking your dose of levothyroxine and any such preparation. • Soya interferes with thyroxine absorption, therefore if you are taking thyroxine you should try to avoid soya. If you wish to take soya, there should be as long a time interval as possible between eating the soya and taking the thyroxine. • Avoid products such as kelp, as they may interfere with thyroid function & wellbeing. Kelp is derived from seaweed and is naturally high in iodine. Because of this it is sometimes marketed as a "thyroid booster" and can be purchased in dry preparations and tablets. As with iodine itself, it is of no health benefit to those with thyroid disease. • Levothyroxine medication interactions link - https://bnf.nice.org.uk/interaction/levothyroxine.html (THIS LINK ONLY WORKS IF YOU LIVE IN THE UK. -Here's an alternative, pop in all your medicines and check for specific interactions- https://www.drugs.com/drug_interactions.html BLOOD TESTS: Your healthcare professional will do regular blood tests to check the levels of thyroid hormones in your body before and after starting levothyroxine. These will allow your doctor to adjust your dose to suit you. At the start of treatment you can expect to have blood tests often. Once your hormone levels are stable, you’ll usually have a blood test after 4 to 6 months, and after that once a year. You may need blood tests more often if you: • Are pregnant • Start or stop a medicine that can interfere with levothyroxine • Have any symptoms that could mean your dose is not quite right MISSED DOSES: If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember, unless it's almost time for your next dose. In which case just skip the forgotten dose. Do not take 2 doses together to make up for a missed dose. If you forget doses often, it may help to set an alarm to remind you. You could also ask your pharmacist for advice on other ways to help you remember to take your medicine. Want to see more videos about everything health and pharmacy? 10 Important Tips for Taking Synthroid: Dosing, Side Effects, T3 Medications & More

18:27
Today is all about Synthroid. If you take this medication then you'll want to learn more about these 10 tips and tricks that you can use to help feel better. Synthroid is one of the most common thyroid medications used to treat hypothyroidism but it's not without problems. These tips are designed to help you find your optimal dose, help you understand if you are absorbing Synthroid, help you figure out if you need a new medication and more. 10 Tips to know when taking Synthroid: #1. Peripheral T4 to T3 conversion First off, you need to understand that Synthroid contains the inactive thyroid hormone T4. This means that in order for thyroid hormone to be utilized in your body it must first be activated through peripheral thyroid conversion. Several factors including genetics, inflammation, nutrient deficiencies and so on can impact this process. There are situations in which you may be taking enough Synthroid but your body is not able to activate it. #2. Absorption of Synthroid In order for your body to use Synthroid, it must also be absorbed in your intestinal tract! Several medications, supplements, and even foods can impact how much you absorb. Do your best to take Synthroid away from supplements such as Calcium and Iron which can limit absorption. #3. Are supplements helping or hurting you? Some supplements can decrease absorption but there are others that can help. The use of Selenium and Zinc can help your body activate Synthroid after it is absorbed. #4. The time of day that you take Synthroid Synthroid can be safely taken in the morning but it can also be taken at night. Studies have shown that patients who take it in the evening actually have higher free T4 and free T3! #5. Levothyroxine vs Synthroid: Are they the same? Levothyroxine and Synthroid both contain the same active ingredient but they are not considered bio-equivalents. Some patients do better on Synthroid over Levothyroxine so switching which one you take can impact how you feel. #6. Tirosint Tirosint is another T4 only medication but it is unique because it has the fewest inactive ingredients. Tirosint is more expensive than Synthroid but it can be used in cases where you may be reacting to fillers or dyes in Synthroid. #7. Dosage In order for Synthroid to work properly, you must be getting an adequate dose. You can ensure that you get a high enough dose by following all of the thyroid lab tests (more info below). #8. Switching to NDT or T3 medication Your thyroid naturally produces both T4 and T3 but Synthroid only has T4. In some cases, you may need to switch medications or add T3 in order to feel better. #9. The full thyroid lab panel While monitoring your dose you need to be looking at more than just the TSH. If you take Synthroid you should be looking at the following tests: - TSH - Free T3 - Total T3 - Free T4 - Reverse T3 These tests will give you an idea as to how your body is utilizing Synthroid. #10. Synthroid side effects Lastly, make sure that you watch our for the side effects of Synthroid which include: - Weight gain - Hair loss - Heart palpitations - Rashes - Headaches - Insomnia - Hot flashes - Changes in menstrual cycle Any of these side effects may indicate you need to switch medications! 10:11
Are you taking too much Synthroid? Synthroid is the most commonly prescribed medication in the US which means that millions of people are taking this medicine. Of those millions, there will always be a small percentage who are either taking too much or too little. We are going to focus on those people who are taking too much. Symptoms of taking too much Synthroid include... Common but less serious side effects: Increased hair loss Weight loss (sometimes but not always) Tremors in the extremities Jittery sensation Heart palpitations Anxiety Flushing of the skin Heat intolerance (not able to stand hot environments) Rare, but serious side effects of Synthroid overdose include: Osteoporosis or decreased bone density Heart enlargement Atrial fibrillation Chest pain Shortness of breath *If you experience any of these symptoms you should seek medical care as soon as possible. If you are experiencing any of these side effects then you can check your blood work to confirm that you are indeed taking too much. If you are you will most likely see the following changes: - Suppressed TSH (sometimes a low TSH) - High free T4 - High free T3 (sometimes) These, in combination with the symptoms listed above, are signs that you are taking too much thyroid medication. Levothyroxine Side Effects - Complete List + Dosing Guide for Patients

21:10
In this video, I go over the complete list of Levothyroxine side effects ranging from weight gain to hair loss and everything in between. Yes, Levothyroxine can cause hair loss and it can also cause weight GAIN. How can that be if levothyroxine is supposed to boost your metabolism? In this video I explain how the metabolism of thyroid hormone in your body from T4 to reverse T3 may help explain why many people actually gain weight on this particular medication. I also go over the recommendations I give to patients if this happens to them. I also go over how to determine which thyroid medication is right for YOUR Body and how to dose your levothyroxine. When patients have reactions to levothyroxine it's from 1 of 3 reasons typically: 1) they are reacting to a filler ingredient or a dye within the medication itself. 2) they are converting or metabolizing the thyroid hormone into by products that don't promote proper activity 3) they are getting too much thyroid hormone for THEIR body (this one is less common) The side effects when patients react to fillers or dyes include reactions like facial swelling, edema, hives, itching sensation, etc. The side effects from improper metabolism include reactions like weight gain, hair loss, slower than normal metabolism, cold hands/extremities, etc. The side effects from TOO much medication include hot flashes, tachycardia or rapid heart rate, palpitations, hair loss, intolerance to heat. The treatment for each of these reactions is quite different and I explain what to do depending on how you are reacting. Leave your questions below! Does Levothyroxine Cause Weight Gain? What to do if it is slowing down your metabolism

22:11
Does Levothyroxine cause weight gain? That is the question I am going to answer in this video today. Here is a common problem: patients with hypothyroidism present to their doctor, get put on T4 medication like Levothyroxine or Synthroid and they CONTINUE to gain weight - despite no change in their diet or exercise routine. How can this be? In this video, I answer what I think is going on in many patients and it has to do with T4 to reverse T3 conversion when certain patients are given medications that contain T4 only. In the setting of inflammation, trauma, infections, liver/kidney issues, low-calorie diets, and nutrient deficiencies the body can take T4 and convert it into the thyroid blocking metabolite reverse T3. High levels of reverse T3 then compete for binding at the T3 cellular receptor site and put the brakes on thyroid and metabolic function. So how do you treat this condition? Most patients will need medication containing T3 like natural desiccated thyroid or liothyronine/Cytomel to "flush" the system. I also give several tips that I use in my office to help boost thyroid function if your doctor isn't willing to give you medication with T3 in it: 1. Optimize T4 to T3 conversion - I recommend the combination of zinc plus selenium. 2. Fix your adrenals - Consider using adrenal adaptogens or adrenal glandulars both of which can enhance cortisol and improve your stress response. 3. Add high-intensity exercise - To help lower insulin and leptin levels. 4. Reduce inflammation and find hidden sources of inflammation - the easiest first place to look is at your diet. 5. Lower leptin and insulin levels - It will be impossible to lose weight with leptin resistance and/or insulin resistance and both conditions reduce T4 to T3 conversion. Recommended thyroid supplements to enhance thyroid function: - For thyroid hormone production and conversion: https://www.restartmed.com/product/thyroid-adrenal-reset-complex/ + https://www.restartmed.com/product/t3-conversion-booster/ - For hair loss: https://www.restartmed.com/product/thyroid-hair-regrowth-complex/ - For weight management: https://www.restartmed.com/product/gut-bomb-350-billion/ + https://www.restartmed.com/product/functional-fuel-complete/ - For gut health: https://www.restartmed.com/product/ultra-biotic-x100/ - For energy and adrenal health: https://www.restartmed.com/product/thyroid-adrenal-reset-complex/ + https://www.restartmed.com/product/power-b-complex/ If you are interested in having Dr. Childs evaluate your labs you can find more information here: https://www.restartmed.com/lab-testing/ You can read more on my website here: https://www.restartmed.com/ This video is not intended to be used as medical advice. Thyroid Conversion Chart - Armour thyroid vs Synthroid vs T3

14:43
In this video I explain how to convert from armour thyroid to levothyroxine or from levothyroxine to T3. It is based off of a thyroid conversion chart that I create which is more accurate than the traditional conversion chart used by most Doctors. If you can convince your Doctor to switch you from Levothyroxine or T4 to NDT then make sure you are getting the right dose. Many providers and patients make the mistake of lowering their total dose of thyroid hormone when doing this process and feel worse afterwards. By using the chart above you can get the proper dose of NDT, T4 or Armour thyroid when converting. Here are some basic guidelines: In these examples NDT = Armour thyroid, WP thyroid or Naturethroid 50mcg of T4 = 1 grain of NDT = 25 mcg of T3 100mcg of T4 = 2 grains of NDT = 50mcg of T3 150mcg of T4 = 3 grains of NDT = 75mcg of T3 200mcg of T4 = 4 grains of NDT = 100mcg of T3 In addition I also give some practical advice on how to switch from T4 only medications like Levothyroxine to Natural Desiccated thyroid medications like Armour thyroid. In general I recommend starting the titration slow and periodically increasing your total dose every 10-14 days to prevent negative side effects from the T3. I also go over some of the average dosages of patients on T4, NDT and T3 in my practice. These numbers vary based off of the individual but these ranges can help determine if your dose is high enough. More information in the video and the full blog post can be found here: http://www.restartmed.com/levothyroxine-dosage/ You can read more on my website here: https://www.restartmed.com/ This video is not intended to be used as medical advice. Treating Hypothyroidism With Synthroid

02:16
Learn How To Cure Hypothyroidism At: http://www.HypothyroidRevolution.org In alternative medicine, there is very little difference in curing hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism. This is because the treatment involves assisting the thyroid to heal, in either case. Those with hyperthyroidism should not use iodine, because it could overdrive the thyroid, worsening the condition. Curing thyroid disease requires a long-term commitment for a period of at least a year. Creating this problem took years of self-poisoning, so fixing it is neither quick, nor easy. Hypothyroidism medications are addictive, and the body becomes reliant on them, which is why the mainstream establishment maintains that people must take them forever. Those who have been taking hypothyroidism medications for years must slowly wean themselves from the drugs. Abruptly stopping these medications will result in extreme fatigue, and additional thyroid problems. Treatment Recommendations Eliminate and discard all non-stick cookware Eliminate Soy - Soy suppresses thyroid function, imbalances hormones, and it has been shown to cause goiters (an enlargement of the thyroid gland) in previously healthy individuals, which shows that it disrupts iodine usage. Adhere to an Alkaline Diet - This is extremely helpful when curing any chronic disease. Reference the Body pH and Disease article to guide you. Balance Estrogen Levels (Women) - Excess estrogen slows down the thyroid gland. This means eliminating birth control medications, increasing the fiber in the diet, and avoiding all non-organic meats. Growth hormones in meats lead to imbalanced hormones. Reduce dairy intake, because milk often contains lots of estrogen; primarily because cows are milked frequently during pregnancy. Exercise - Find a physical activity that is fun, and do it often. We believe that exercise could half the cure time in some cases, and curing is not possible without it. Hemp Fiber - This is a broad spectrum supplement and a mild laxative. L-Tyrosine - Tyrosine is a natural amino acid which helps the body produce its own thyroid hormone. This is also known to help with the depression, which usually accompanies hypothyroidism. Most naturopaths recommend that 500 mg. be taken 2-3 times daily. L-Arginine - Arginine is known to stimulate the thyroid and its hormones. It also improves immune function, improves fertility, and alleviates erectile dysfunction. Iodine - The thyroid needs iodine to function properly, and lots of people now suffer from iodine deficiencies. To test yourself, place some iodine (we use 2%) on your stomach. Make a dot the size of a silver dollar (or twice the size of a British 50p). If it disappears within 12 hours, then you are iodine deficient. Keep adding iodine in increasing amounts, until it no longer disappears in a 12-hour period. This works due to the fact that the body absorbs iodine at the rate at which it is needed. Do not use povidone iodine and do not orally consume iodine. This is especially an important precaution for those with Hashimoto's thyroiditis. Avoid all sources of fluoride - As already mentioned, fluoride suppresses the thyroid, and is likely to be the leading cause of hypothyroidism. Drink spring water, avoid soft drinks, use fluoride-free toothpaste, use a shower filter, and throw away non-stick cookware. Both coffee and tea naturally contain fluoride, so use iodine to compensate if these drinks are indispensable. Eat a natural diet - To help the body to heal itself, remove burdens on its immune system. This means that all processed foods, artificial flavors, colors, preservatives, white flour, white sugar, table salt, hydrogenated oils, aluminum, high fructose corn syrup, and etcetera should be eliminated from the diet. Organic food is the ideal. Do not trust marketing that reads "All Natural", because this phrase is unregulated, so anyone can use it for anything. Read labels carefully. Chlorophyll - Supplementing with chlorophyll provides essential copper, helps oxygenate the body, builds healthy red blood cells, and it overall assists with skin health. Chlorophyll is a safe method of orally supplementing with copper. Those who are using our Colloidal Copper Lotion are unlikely to need more copper. Zinc and Selenium: Studies indicate that severe zinc or selenium deficiencies can cause decreased thyroid hormone levels. Never take zinc on an empty stomach. Brazil nuts are high in both zinc and selenium. Coconut Oil: Buy organic, cold-pressed, coconut oil from a health food store. Take around 1 teaspoon of it daily. You can also use it to cook with, but be warned that it smokes at low cooking temperatures, so it should only be used for low-heat cooking. Coconut oil speeds the metabolism, encourages production of the thyroid hormone, and kills candida yeast.

Synthroid (levothyroxine sodium) Side Effects

02:41
Synthroid (levothyroxine sodium) side effects video. Synthroid (levothyroxine sodium) is a synthetic compound identical to T4 (levothyroxine) produced by the human thyroid gland used to treat hypothyroidism due to many causes (for example: * thyroid removal, * thyroid atrophy, * functional T4 deficiency, * radiation treatment of the thyroid, * and other causes). Synthroid is also used for pituitary TSH suppression. Synthroid is available in generic form. Common side effects of Synthroid include: fever, hot flashes, sensitivity to heat, sweating, headache, nervousness, irritability, nausea, sleep problems (insomnia), changes in appetite or changes in weight, changes in menstrual periods, and temporary hair loss. Notify your doctor if you experience serious side effects of Synthroid including rapid heartbeat, fluttering in your chest, or chest pain. Synthroid is prescribed in tablets that range from 25 to 300 mcg in strength and is usually taken once a day with a full glass of water (about 8 ounces) 30 to 60 minutes before breakfast for best absorption into the body. Children can take the medicine if the tablet is crushed and put into about 1 to 2 teaspoons of water; do not store or delay giving this crushed pill suspension. Doctors often may have to slowly increase the dose; patients should not increase or decrease this medication themselves. Because some preparations of the drug may contain iodine or lactose, patients should tell their doctors about such allergies or reactions to these components. Many drugs can inhibit Synthroid's absorption by the body; other medications may increase or decrease its effectiveness once it is absorbed. Providing a complete list of medications to the doctor will help with getting the correct dose established for each individual patient. Pregnant and lactating females need to discuss the dose and use of this medication with their caregivers. Always consult a doctor for any medical advice. Please subscribe and like this video for more medication side effect videos!

Beyond Synthroid

03:50
All medications have risks, so the question of whether or not it’s safe is only a piece of the issue that she’s probably really wondering. She’s probably also wondering, is this the best medication for her particular condition? Synthroid is the most common thyroid prescription, and as practitioners, we get a little bit married to our particular way of doing it. Many doctors, they prescribe Synthroid. Many natural practitioners want to prescribe Armour. Someone else might think that the compounded, made-by-your-pharmacist T3 combination is the best. And the truth is that there’s no perfect medication for every person with Hashimoto’s. Especially with Hashimoto’s, you get people sensitive to different binders and fillers, so they might do fine on a particular generic of Synthroid, they might not. They might need more of the T3, which is where things like Armour come in handy.

Natural Remedies for Hypothyroidism and Hashimoto’s Disease

06:01
For more info on autoimmune diseases: https://draxe.com/autoimmune-disease-symptoms/ In today’s video I’m going to share with you the three steps to overcome hypothyroidism and Hashimoto’s Disease. I’ll walk you through the top diet, supplements, and natural treatments to do so. Hypothyroidism is technically an autoimmune form of Hashimoto’s Disease, where your body is attacking itself and causing issues with the thyroid. What a lot of people don’t realize is that all disease begins in the gut. So, if you want to fix your thyroid, you need to heal your gut first. There’s a specific diet and specific supplements to take to heal leaky gut. Regarding your diet, going gluten free and grain free for a total of 90 days will improve hypothyroidism or Hashimoto’s. Make sure when you do start consuming grains, you consume sprouted grains. Also add lots of organic vegetables, fruits, bone broth, and organic meats, which are all easy on your gut. You also want to include probiotic-rich foods in your diet like kefir. You want to avoid fast food, excess sugar, and gluten. This diet is similar to the GAPS diet. Secondly, you want to get specific supplements to improve your hypothyroidism and Hashimoto’s disease. You want to consume selenium, ashwaghanda, and Vitamin B12. Additionally, making sure you’re detoxing your body, getting rid of silver fillings, and switching to natural cleaning and personal care products. If you want to overcome hypothyroid and Hashimoto’s disease, follow these steps and you will see great improvements! *This content is strictly the opinion of Dr. Josh Axe, and is for informational and educational purposes only. Let Me Show You The Weight Destroyer Program discount STEP 1 Click this link http://bit.ly/1CIBs0I STEP 2 close the window opened, a massage will appear ask not to leave STEP 3 press don't leave or open page STEP 4 repeat step 2 but this time its your discount press stay in page I purchased the weight destroyer program before few weeks and in summary I can tell you that I am not disappointed. This nutrition program is much more detailed and easy to follow compared to other similar programs on the internet which I've tried using before and the support service from Michal Wren and his team is very good so far. I personally really like that Michal Wren not only give you a comprehensive list of foods and recommended serving sizes that will lead to fast weight loss results but also explains everything behind the recommendations so you can fit the weight destroyer program for your personal needs easily and to know what you should eat and what you should not based on the specific state of your body. In addition, the fact that this program designed not only for weight loss but also for other health benefits is also big advantage, at least for me. With that said, don't believe to the reviews online which promise to you very fast results without almost any work at all. It is simply not true and without dedication you won't get any results at all. In addition, this program is all about nutrition and it is not a workout program so if you are looking for a program that combines both then this weight destroyer program is probably not for you. Anyhow, I must admit that with the complete refund guarantee from Michal Wren I do not think that there's something to lose... These are my thoughts about the weight destroyer program so far and I hope that they help you. By the way, if you want to receive something like 35% discount on the original retail price and to get the complete system for a limited time price, then down below is one link which I've found on popular fitness forum and used to get the weight destroyer program for the best price online... Hear How Chiropractic Care Got Jillian Off Of Her Thyroid Medication

01:26
After coming to see Dr. Patrick Ray for just a few months, Jillian has been able to completely get off her thyroid medication. To learn more about chiropractic services at Chiropractic Plus in Thornton, CO, visit http://cochiropractor.com/our-chiropractic-services/. Hi! My name is Jullian. I'm 25. I started Maximized Living four months ago. I've always been interested in going to a chiropractor. I've played rugby for five years, so my body's been through a lot of impact and stress. And I was invited to an informative dinner and once I heard what Dr. Ray had to say and how the body should be working, and the importance of nerve supply, I knew I had to go and change my life. And that was the day. Since I started I noticed a lot of results. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and acid reflux three years ago and had to take two pills a day for each of those. And even after a week I noticed my acid reflux was decreasing, my energy was increasing. And I just wake up now and I'm energized and, slowly I started to, get off of my Synthroid. Dr. Ray put me on a detox and thyroid supplement. And now I can say that I don't take those two pills anymore and I'm so excited about that because I thought I had to take them for the rest of my life. And I'm just continuing with the process because the results after four months...I can't wait to see how I'm going to feel, what it's going to be like once I'm subluxation free. So, I'm really excited and I'm so happy! So I just wanted to say thank you.
