Thuốc chẹn alpha-1 Khi bạn căng thẳng, cơ thể sẽ sản xuất một loại hormone có tên gọi là catecholamin. Chúng sẽ gắn kết với các thụ thể alpha adrenergic ở trên mạch máu và làm co mạch, từ đó gây tăng huyết áp. Nhóm thuốc chẹn alpha sẽ giúp ngăn các catecholamin liên kết với các thụ thể alpha và làm giảm huyết áp. − Cardura (Doxazosin mesylate), Minipress (prazosin hydrochloride), Hytrin (Terazosin hydrochloride) 7.
