The first thing to remember is 70% or 80% of our body is made up of water. You have to hydrate. Drink 1.5 to 2 liters of water every single day. The cells need that nourishment and need that moisture of your skin has to look very soft and supple and this is also required for all the cellular functions in the body. So drinking water is extremely important. What you eat is what you are. We don’t need any special instructions for that. So you have to eat a healthy clean diet, atleast 85% of the week, which means 18 out of 21 meals in your week have to be balanced nutritious meals. Balanced being, getting balanced amount of vitamins, minerals, enough fiber, adequate pulses, getting your fruits and vegetables in order, supplementing yourself with all the vitamins necessary for skin and hair growth. Vitamin A, C, E , B complex vitamins and all the foods that are rich, which are very colourful, contain a lot of carotenoids and antioxidants. Sweet potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, berries, all the dry fruits, all the nuts that you can eat are extremely good in antioxidants and you have to supplement with antioxidants to combat the free radical damage that is caused by all the environmental pollutants and triggers.
