► TOP 10 Causes Of High Blood Pressure

07:22
How I lowered my dad's blood pressure, without drugs or diets ►►http://drsam.co/yt/SeeItYourself ======================================= Top 10 Causes Of High Blood Pressure ======================================= 1. AGE Most people don’t realize that AGE is one of the BIGGEST factors for high blood pressure. I discuss this in my very important article, but what’s important to note is that after the age of 40, 33% of the population has high blood pressure and after the age of 60, over 71% of the population has hypertension! So, if you’re over the age of 40 and have high blood pressure, it may not be your fault. But it IS your responsibility to fix it right away and here is how I lowered my dad’s blood pressure naturally, in just 30 days. 2. GENETICS & FAMILY HISTORY Well, not much can be done here. This is in fact my own problem because I have a family history (on my dad’s side) of hypertension, heart attacks and especially strokes. You can read more about it, include my personal favorite solution that my dad, my family and I use to promote healthy blood pressure levels, naturally! 3. SMOKING Come on people, smoking has NO health benefits. STOP smoking! 4. ALCOHOL A little bit of alcohol is okay, especially if it’s organic red wine. But drinking every night will cause damage to your heart, arteries and liver. Alcohol is a toxic and it’s acidic, both being bad for your body. 5. BEING OVERWEIGHT Similar to smoking, being overweight has no health benefits. And the older you get, the harder it is to lose that unwanted fat. 6. SODIUM Salt has its benefits actually. Regular table salt or salt found in processed foods and packages is BAD for you. However, “natural” salts such as Himalayan rock or Celtic sea salt is GOOD for you and can actually help LOWER blood pressure. I’ll discuss this in a future article. 7. STRESS Well know stress is bad. However, you can’t get rid of it. What’s important is the MEANING you give to stressful situations. If you freak out, get negative and focus on the problem the entire time … you put your body under extra stress. The secret is to focus on the SOLUTION and to know that “this too shall pass” and worrying about the problem isn’t going to help anything… Especially our blood pressure or heart. 8. LACK OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY We sit too much these days. Just get outside and walk daily, even if it’s just for 15-20 minutes. It’ll do wonders for your physical AND mental health! 9. MEDICAL CONDITIONS This goes back to “genetics”. And if you know you have a genetic “problem”, which is making things worse, then you MUST make changes to your life-style because your body is more sensitive than the average person. This is a similar problem with my dad and why he had a stroke. 10. MEDICATION Ironically, many “heart” medications actually cause more heart PROBLEMS in the long run. They can increase your cholesterol, blood sugar or blood pressure levels. They can decrease blood flow and circulation. And they all cause extra stress on your liver and kidneys, which then cause more problems for your heart. I’ve done this because hypertension is called the “silent killer” because there are no symptoms for it. And of course, high blood pressure can lead to a heart attack or stroke and it’s more of a problem in my opinion, than having “high” cholesterol. Additionally, going from a high blood pressure (over 140/90 mmHg) to normal levels (120/80 mmHG ), let alone to ideal blood pressure levels (115/75 mmHG) dramatically improves your life by1 38% lower risk of heart failure; 43% lower risk of cardiovascular death; 27% lower risk of mortality overall. However, today I’m going to reveal the #1 cause of high blood pressure and NO, it’s not your diet, lack of exercise or stress! It’s because of the negative changes in your hormones, due to AGING! First, take a look at the stats and chart from the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) of high blood pressure among adults2 over the age of 18 between 2015-2016 The first bar on the left that’s kinda black, shows the TOTAL number of people who have high blood pressure. Basically, it’s 30% of the population over the age of 18. That’s a lot. What’s worse is that this does NOT take into account PRE-hypertension numbers, which means even more people have “almost” high blood pressure and don’t even know it. The second, gray bar, shows the % from age 18-39. Men are 9.2% and women 5.6%. It’s not much, but the numbers are higher by 2% compared to 2013, just 2-3 years before and their even high in 2018.3 The third, green bar, shows the % for age 40-59. Men are at 37.2% and women 29.4%. This is a MASSIVE jump, up 420% for men and a whopping 525% for women!!! Why such a huge jump all of a sudden?... Because men’s testosterone starts to declined in his late 20’s and even more so in his 30’s. However, there’s a huge drop starting in his 40’s and it’s called “andropause”. And women, they start “menopause” in their 40’s as well, which causes massive negative changes in all their hormones - estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, adrenal and thyroid hormones Finally, the forth, lighter-green bar, shows the % for age 60 and over. Men are 58.5% and women 66.8%. Both age groups are significantly worse. But the women are much worse because the negative changes in hormones because of menopause is more dramatic than men’s “andropause” So What Does This Mean For You? Well, you’re probably thinking “great, there’s nothing I can do. I can’t turn back time, so I guess this is it?!!” No, this just means you have to be more proactive about monitoring and improving your blood pressure levels as you age, especially after the age of 40. Now, the best way to find solutions to problems, is to know the CAUSE of it. So what you need to do is make some simple lifestyle changes and utilize specific nutrients that a more “mature” body needs, because of the changes in hormones, ... so your body can help heal itself naturally, from within. This is the ONLY long-term, safe solution for improving your blood pressure and overall health… and I think you’d agree with this. In fact, this is why there are over 75 different blood pressure drugs with over a dozen different mechanism. This is also why most people with hypertension end up taking on average 2 drugs AT THE SAME TIME, to make improvements. Of course, if you have extremely high blood pressure, such as 180/120, then you MUST take a drug right away to lower it fast and get it under control immediately. YES, lifestyle matters because DIET - what you put in your body (food and liquids), EXERCISE - How much, how often and what kind. STRESS MANAGEMENT - emotional and physical SUPPLEMENTS - herbs, plant extracts, vitamins, minerals and amino acids ======================================== Thank you for watching. ☝️ 3 Pressure Points That’ll Instantly Lower Your Blood Pressure Naturally

05:23
How I Lowered My Dad’s Blood Pressure by 23% In Just A Few days - NO Drugs or Diets: 👉http://drsam.co/yt/LongTermLowBP Or you can watch this video: http://drsam.co/yt/WorstFoodForBP ======================================= ☝️ 3 Pressure Points That’ll Instantly Lower Your Blood Pressure Naturally ======================================= Lowering high blood pressure is a very important topic not only for avoiding a heart attack or stroke, but simply for a longer life. And personally speaking, this is very important for me because I have a family history of high blood pressure, which has typically lead to strokes on my dad’s side of the family and heart attacks on my mom’s. The good news is that there are lots of simple ways to lower high blood pressure, naturally. And today I’m going reveal 3 simple pressure points on your body, that will instantly lower your blood pressure. Something important that I want to bring to your attention about today’s topic is that these solutions are for instant results, NOT long-term solutions … which I’ll get to at the end of today’s video. So if you’re feeling stressed or your blood pressure is rising, you can almost instantly and quickly use today’s 3 pressure points to lower your blood pressure and help avoid anything bad from happening. If nothing else, you’ll get instant relief and relaxation. Acupressure Point LI4 LI 4, which stands for “Large Intestine 4”, is an extremely useful acupressure point that is extensively used to treat chronic pain, acute stress and various types of diseases along with treatment for high blood pressure. This point is situated in the webbing between the forefinger and the thumb… right in the middle as you see here. It calms and balances blood flow throughout the body and clears stagnation. As an added benefit, it also boosts your immunity. The most effective way to apply pressure to LI 4 is to slide your thumb along the webbing until you reach the junction of the thumb and index finger bones. How to apply acupressure? Begin by moving your thumb in a small circular rubbing motion over LI 4 for a few seconds. Then you can apply gentle to moderate thumb pressure depending on how sensitive the area feels. If there is any pain, it should be a “good hurt,” not severe or uncomfortable. You can hold the point as long as you are comfortable, up to several minutes. I typically suggest about 20-30 seconds, then take a few second break and then repeat as often as you’d like. PC 6 PC 6 or Pericardium 6 is yet another important acupressure point for treating high blood pressure. It soothes and helps the heart and circulatory system in their proper functioning. This point is also known as the Inner Gate, and it is located on the inner forearm, approximately three finger-widths away from the wrist crease as you see here. This point can be stimulated by applying firm pressure to the point using your index finger or thumb. Again, apply pressure for about 20-30 seconds, then take a break and repeat as needed. G20 The G20 is below the base of your skull, in the hollows on both sides of the neck, between the two vertical neck muscles. Putting pressure here lowers your blood pressure, reduces headaches and stress by relaxing your nervous system. Use your thumbs, fingers, or knuckles to gradually apply pressure into the hollows of your skull. Close your eyes as you tilt your head back slowly. Take long, slow deep breaths as you hold for two to three minutes. Direct the pressure slowly and firmly into the center of your head. Other Acupressure Points Now, there are lots of other acupressure points -- on your feet, arms, legs, and so forth. I picked these 3 areas for lowering your blood pressure because you can do them any where, any place -- they’re easy to access. It’s just your hand, forearm/wrist and the back of your head. Easy access, you can do it yourself and you’ll get fast relief. ======================================== Thank you for watching. Please feel free to comment, like or share with your friends. 🌽 #1 Food That Causes High Blood Pressure

04:07
How I Lowered My Dad’s Blood Pressure In Just A Few days - NO Drugs or Diets: 👉 http://drsam.co/yt/LowerBPNow 5 Best Foods For Lowering Your Blood Pressure, Naturally: 👉 http://drsam.co/yt/FoodsLoweringBP Or you can watch this video: http://drsam.co/yt/SurprisingHBPFacts And the clinical studies can be seen here: 1. http://www.cdc.gov/bloodpressure/facts.htm 2. http://openheart.bmj.com/content/1/1/e000167 3. http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2005/06/14/calories-america.aspx ======================================= 🌽 #1 Food That Causes High Blood Pressure ======================================= If you didn’t already know, at least ⅓ of US adults have high blood pressure. And having hypertension is one of the leading causes of a heart attack or stroke.(1) Now, there are lots of ways to naturally lower your blood pressure and under this video, in the description area, I’ve listed some of my favorites. However, don’t go there yet because most people, including doctors, mistakenly consume less salt to lower blood pressure. However, low-salt diets typically don’t make much of a difference. What does make a big difference is lowering sugar in your diet and more specifically, “high fructose corn syrup” In a recent study in the journal Open Heart (2), the authors write: “Evidence from epidemiological studies and experimental trials in animals and humans suggests that added sugars, particularly fructose, may increase blood pressure and blood pressure variability, increase heart rate and myocardial oxygen demand, and contribute to inflammation, insulin resistance and broader metabolic dysfunction. Thus, while there is no argument that recommendations to reduce consumption of processed foods are highly appropriate and advisable, the arguments in this review are that the benefits of such recommendations have less to do with sodium—minimally related to blood pressure and perhaps even inversely related to cardiovascular risk—and more to do with highly-refined carbohydrates and sugars." The Problem Started In The 1970s Food and beverage manufacturers began switching their sweeteners from sucrose (table sugar) to corn syrup in the 1970s when they discovered that High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS) was far cheaper to use in their products. In fact, HFCS is the #1 source of calories in America!!!( 3) It’s found in almost everything you can think of. More specifically, in sodas and fruit juices. But also in many pre-packaged foods. This also includes “healthy sugars” sweetened with agave. My Proven “Prescription” and Recommendation For You You must do your best to limit and eliminate all HFCS and to do this, make sure you read labels. Again, the LESS pre-packaged the food, the better. Limit your TOTAL fructose to 25 grams or less, that’s about 100 calories daily. This includes the natural fructose found in fruits. If you are already suffering from high blood pressure or signs of insulin resistance like diabetes, overweight and high cholesterol, you should be particularly careful to limit your fructose, including that from whole fruits, to 15 grams per day or less. That’s about 60 calories daily. So there you have it. Focus more on limiting your sugars, this includes fruit sugar, fructose … and especially “high fructose corn syrup” which is found in most pre-packaged foods, especially sodas and fruit juices. Now, I wanted to keep this video short and simple so you have something to implement today and start get results right away. If you want more details on how to lower your blood pressure naturally, under this video I’ve got simple and proven solutions that you can utilize and you do NOT even have to change your diet or exercise. However, if someone has a problem with insulin, potassium is even more deficient. Potassium is controlled by insulin. When there is insulin resistance, potassium becomes deficient. By spiking potassium in a pre-diabetic or a diabetic state, the need for insulin can reduce. How To Lower Blood Pressure Quickly - Quick Natural Way To Lower Your BP

03:45
http://BPgoLow.com/Virgina-Sturms-Natural-Solutions-To-High-BP How to lower blood pressure quickly when you find its shot up - soak your feet in warm water. You will get almost immediate but temporary relief. I was so luck I knew about this solution when I had my own emergency, the day my BP shot way too high. A megadose of a supplement I took (Vit B12) backfired. If you're ever in such a quandary, what do you do - call your doctor, go to the ER? Yes, please do that. For me, I soaked my feet in warm water. I'm not recommending this as a substitute for proper medical treatment. I'm just saying this is what I did myself, and it worked for me. One day, before leaving home, my BP was 171/113. They say high BP (hypertension) is a "silent disease", but it does whisper softly. I felt it. It was an uncomfortable feeling, a strong sense of "something isn't right". For some it may be a slight headachy feeling, or a tightness in the head, or dizziness. If you stop and think, you can feel it if ever your BP shoots way too high. If ever it does, you'll then be searching for answers as to how to lower blood pressure quickly, like I was. Soaking your feet can significantly reduce blood pressure. You don't need to add add anything to the water. Just plain hot tap water will do. Nothing fancy. It's the heating of the feet that does it. Why does it work? I don't know. It's a curious physiological reaction you can use to your own advantage. Signs of High Blood Pressure During Pregnancy

01:47
What are the signs of high blood pressure during pregnancy? If you are afraid you have high blood pressure, you need to see a doctor. High blood pressure is dangerous. What could it cause? In the worst scenario, it could cause a stroke, heart attack or pre-eclampsia and premature delivery. What are the symptoms I need to be on the lookout for? You could see symptoms like visual disturbances. I feel that way when I've been throwing up so much I'm dizzy. You'd have blurred vision and sensitivity to light. You might also have headaches that won't stop and the sound of blood rushing in your ears. I suppose a grocery store blood pressure monitor would be more certain. If you think your blood pressure is going up, you need to get to a doctor. Pre-eclampsia can be life threatening. How can I prevent it? In theory, having a healthy cardiovascular system and limiting salt intake help. In reality, we don't have a good preventative measure. If only they could give me high blood pressure medicine to treat it. The only cure is delivering the baby, but that all too often leads to a stillbirth or preemie. I know that high blood pressure can ruin your kidneys, making pregnancy far worse than the regular literal bathroom runs the baby already causes. Prenatal diabetes raises the risk of high blood pressure, and pre-eclampsia has a strong correlation to it. Unlike the peeing in bleach test to determine a child's gender. If you felt light headed or had blurred vision after that, it is due to chlorine fumes, not high blood pressure. How often does pre-eclampsia occur? High blood pressure shows up in around one in fifteen pregnancies, and your odds go up with age, obesity and having multiples. The only thing worse than multiples is multiple preemies. That is guaranteed to give you high blood pressure if you didn't already have it.

However, most people don’t realize that having high blood pressure ALSO causes erectile problems.3 In fact, high blood pressure also causes a decrease in libido and loss of interest in sex for women as well!3 And this is important to know because 33% of Americans over the age of 20 have high blood pressure.1 And 90% have hypertension by age 65.1,2 And worse yet, 72% of people don’t even know they have high blood pressure.2 So statistically speaking, if you’re watching this video … you probably do NOT have “optimal” blood pressure levels. And if you’re experiencing any form of erectile dysfunction … or a decrease in your libido … or you simply want to improve your “performance” in the bedroom, it’s extremely important that you improve your blood pressure. Hypertension & Physical Causes Blood vessel damage from high blood pressure (HBP or hypertension) reduces blood flow throughout your body. Lower blood flow to the pelvis can negatively affect the sex lives of both men and women. Men - High Blood Pressure and Erectile Dysfunction In a man, the effects of high blood pressure on sexual function are more physically apparent than they are with women. Erectile dysfunction happens when there’s not enough blood flow to the penis to allow for an erection. Basically, a common cause of erectile dysfunction (impotence) is damage to the lining of the arteries to the penis. Because of this, there’s less blood getting to the penis and thus, you end up have a “limp dick”. Blood pressure can damage your arteries by causing them to become thicker, or even to burst. This can restrict blood flow to your penis, which can cause impotence. Women - High Blood Pressure, Loss of libido & Interest Women with high blood pressure may have lower libido and less interest in sex, especially if the condition is contributing to fatigue. If a woman’s blood flow to her vagina is reduced, it may also affect how her body responds both before and during intercourse. Blood Pressure Drugs and Impotence So if high blood pressure wasn’t bad enough for your sex life, the typical solutions are even worse! Unfortunately, most doctors will simply prescribe blood pressure drugs, which are known to cause erectile dysfunction.4 In fact, it’s estimated that over 70% of men who take blood pressure medications, decide to get off of them because of these negative side-effects.4,5 Natural Solutions As I’ve stated in all of my videos, you do NOT need to take drugs to help fix your health challenges. Nature already has the solutions. Under today’s video, I’ve given you links to proven, all-natural solutions for lowering your blood pressure. In fact, it’s the SAME formula that my dad and I use personally. So whether you’re a man or women and you want to improve your sex drive, libido and help fix any erectile problems, make sure you optimize your hormones and lower your high blood pressure. ======================================== Thank you for watching. Signs of High Blood Pressure

03:52
http://bit.ly/bloodPressureNow Signs of High Blood Pressure Blurry vision, trouble breathing, nausea, and disorientation are all serious signs of high blood pressure—especially when experienced together. Generally, such signs don't manifest themselves until someone reaches critical blood pressure levels that require immediate medical attention. If unattended, severe levels of blood pressure can result in life-threatening episodes, such as seizures, aneurysms, and heart attacks. High blood pressure can also cause metabolism to fluctuate, resulting in weight gain and an increased risk of diabetes, strokes, and heart problems. Very high blood pressures can also cause permanent damage to one's vision. The signs of high blood pressure, or hypertension, are often so subtle as to appear nonexistent. When they do manifest, the most conspicuous signs of high blood pressure are dizziness, blurry vision, breathing problems, and a pounding pulse. Less clear symptoms include headaches, nose bleeds, and nausea. Most individuals with early-stage hypertension don't experience noticeable or worrisome symptoms, although some do. Potentially life-threatening levels of high blood pressure typically are reflected in one or more of the aforementioned symptoms. Individuals who don't yet experience constant, severe blood pressure levels may not realize their condition, due to subtle or nonexistent symptoms. What symptoms do manifest may be difficult to interpret as signs of high blood pressure. Such individuals may experience an increase in headaches, for example, or have more nose bleeds. Occasionally, they may experience a faster heart rate that results in the sensation of a pounding in the chest, neck, and head. They may also experience irregular heartbeats. Such symptoms are likely to continue to manifest if high levels of blood pressure become more severe. Due to the fact that signs of high blood pressure are notoriously difficult to detect, it's important that adults be vigilant about having their blood pressure checked at least once every couple of years. Many cases of high blood pressure—cases that would otherwise go undetected—are discovered during a routine doctor's visit. Without routinely checking one's blood pressure, hypertension problems might not become apparent until they reach severe levels. If for some reason a visit to a doctor is problematic, many grocery stores feature stations where individuals can check their blood pressure for free or for a nominal fee. These stations are able to give a general idea of one's blood pressure, but their readings aren't nearly as accurate as at a doctor's office. Certain demographics should be extra vigilant about detecting signs of high blood pressure. Blood pressure is affected by age, which means that as individuals get older, they should accordingly take more measures to regulate and monitor blood pressure. Blood pressure is also affected by being overweight, and stress also can cause blood pressure to rise. Diets insufficient in potassium and vitamin D, and diets too rich in sodium are known to elevate blood pressure as well. Individuals who smoke tobacco or drink alcohol also should be aware that such substances can adversely affect blood pressure. Pregnant women also are at an increased risk for hypertension, which can lead to preeclampsia, a possibly deadly condition. Lastly, anyone whose family has a history of complications with blood pressure should be extra vigilant about watching out for their own increased risk of developing hypertension http://bit.ly/bloodPressureNow Signs of High Blood Pressure https://youtu.be/s95FX_mGOlc

Hypertension relates to rush of blood pressure in the arteries. Constant high blood pressure can lead to life-threatening complications like: • Heart attack • Stroke • Kidney failure • Eye damage • Arteriosclerosis, etc. Normally, systolic and diastolic blood pressure should be around 120/80 mm/Hg. However, when it shoots up to 149 mm/Hg and 90 mm/Hg or more, then it is referred to as hypertension. Systolic blood pressure measures the pressure in the arteries when the heart muscles contract. Diastolic reading refers to the pressure exerted on the artery walls between heartbeats as the heart relaxes. The most common symptoms of this condition are: • Severe headache • Shortness of breath • Nausea • Dizziness • Nosebleed • Palpitation However, many people do not experience the symptoms even when the blood pressure readings are alarmingly high. Hypertension cannot be attributed to one single factor. It can be caused by a combination of factors such as: • Smoking • Alcoholism • High-salt diet • Lack of exercise • Stress • Obesity • Genetics • Increasing age • Chronic kidney disease • Pregnancy • Adrenal diseases • Certain medications, antidepressants, decongestants, oral contraceptives, etc. But don't lose heart. To keep the 'silent killer' at bay, some simple home remedies can be of use to you: Home Remedy 1 • Take a cup of warm water. • Squeeze half a lemon in it. To reduce sourness, you can add honey. • Mix it well. • Drink this on empty stomach, regularly. Home Remedy 2 • Grind equal quantities of dried watermelon seeds and poppy seeds (khus khus). • Take 1 teaspoon of this mixture in the morning on an empty stomach and again in the evening. • If you do not have poppy seeds, just add ground watermelon seeds in warm water and steep for half an hour. Strain the solution and drink it. Home Remedy 3 • Have 1-2 crushed garlic cloves daily. • If you do not like eating raw garlic or if it causes a burning sensation, then take it along with a cup of milk. Tips • Include watermelons and bananas in your diet. • Coconut water is also good for high blood pressure and nausea. • Have oats. • Avoid alcoholic and caffeinated beverages. • Reduce salt intake. To avoid salt, flavor your food with herbs and spices, even lemon.

Does High Blood Sugar Make You Sleepy?

06:01
In this video, you can find out why you feel tired and what can you do to fix this and get healthy again. Discover why Dr. Sam Robbins, a health expert, recommends Blood Sugar Optimizer™ as one of the solutions for improving your blood sugar and glucose levels. http://drsam.co/yt/MakeYouSleepy-BSO ************************ Does High Blood Sugar Make You Sleepy? ***************************** One of the symptoms of diabetes or pre-diabetes is excessive sleepiness. However, the cause of it is probably different than you’d guess. You would think that a high blood sugar would create a “sugar rush” which would give you a boost of energy. This is true if you are healthy and you don’t have insulin problems. What causes high blood sugar? A high blood sugar emerges when there isn’t enough insulin to manage it or when insulin is not effective enough because your body is “insensitive” to insulin. Insulin is a hormone produced by your pancreas and it is needed to transport glucose and sugar from the blood to all cells in your body. When cells receive the correct amount of sugar, they create energy. Why you feel tired? If your pancreas is unable to produce a sufficient amount of insulin or if you are not reacting properly to insulin, your cells won’t receive the right amount of glucose that they need to produce energy. The result is that you feel tired all the time or you become forgetful or you can’t think clearly and many people become moody. There are even more factors that can make you feel tired when you have high blood sugar from eating the wrong type or amount of foods. When your blood sugar goes too high your kidneys are working overtime to eliminate the excess of glucose and sugar from your blood. This makes you tired in 2 major ways: First, you lose energy because you are overworking your kidneys and secondly, you will urinate much more oftentherefore you will be dehydrating and this would make you feel tired. If you don’t fix this you will become diabetic! My long-term goal for you is to normalize your blood sugar so you don’t become diabetic in the future! You don’t want your blood sugar to be Low (hypo) or High (hyper). What can you do to fix this and get healthy again? What is your best & safest solution? The most effective and safest products use a combination of different nutrients and ingredients, at specific proven dosages, creating a special synergy, which will help create healthy blood sugar & glucose levels, without serious negative side effects. Fortunately, there’s “all-in-one” solution called Blood Sugar Optimizer™, which contains the above key ingredients, in specific extracted dosages — in addition to a couple other helpful ingredients. The feedback has been amazing and since the product has been around for almost a decade, you know it works! I am 25 weeks pregnant with high blood pressure. How can I lower it?

03:00
Preeclampsia is a condition of pregnancy caused by something that occurs during pregnancy that causes a woman's blood pressure to go up. For most people a normal blood pressure is about 120 over 80. If your blood pressure starts to slowly creep up and it's 140 over 90 or greater, then the doctor is probably going to start monitoring you. You can expect them to draw your blood and test your urine and watch your baby and also ask you a lot about certain symptoms you might be feeling like headaches, dizziness, blurry vision, and a sudden increase in swelling. If you're at home and ever have this persistent headache that you just can't kick it's always a good idea to go get your blood pressure checked. In your specific case you mentioned that your blood pressure was 144 over 72, the doctor tested your urine and it sounds like there's not any protein there. You want to know what you can do to lower your blood pressure. There really is nothing you can do to reverse the process once it's started but you can do something to try to slow it down. If the doctor has told you to be on bed rest or modified best rest then follow their advice because when we are at rest our blood pressure is lower. Your blood pressure at rest may slowly start to creep up because if your body is developing preeclampsia this will naturally happen. Because the cause is pregnancy the cure is delivery. It never starts to reverse itself until you've actually delivered the baby. This becomes very complicated if you're preterm. You did mention that you're 25 weeks and obviously we don't want to deliver you at this point unless it's necessary. You're the best incubator for your baby and there are no other incubators out there that are better. But sometimes if you develop preeclampsia then it becomes necessary to deliver the baby for their wellbeing and for yours. Ultimately complications of this can be as severe as a stroke and seizures for you. These things can also compromise the baby and there can be compromised blood flow to the baby because the high blood pressure also affects your blood's ability to flow through the placenta. They'll watch you very closely. They'll monitor your blood, your urine, your baby, combine all of these pieces of the puzzle together and it might come to the point where you have to deliver early for the wellbeing of you and your baby. Hopefully that's not the case. Hopefully you can carry your baby to full term. If you're developing it this early then I would keep in close contact with your doctor and make sure if you start to have suspicious symptoms that you get your blood pressure checked right away. Again, the only thing you can do is be at rest most of the time. Do this under the direction of your doctor and ask your doctor if they feel like it's necessary in your case. If you have any other questions for me feel free to ask them on our Facebook page and recommend us to your friends and family too.

In fact, research has demonstrated1-3 the vital role this mineral plays in your cardiovascular health, by reducing your risk for hypertension, stroke, heart attack and plaque build-up in your arteries. This invaluable mineral is important to the health of every cell and organ, playing a role in over 600 different reactions in your body. So what mineral am I speaking of?... It’s Magnesium! When magnesium levels are low, you can have major problems in your muscles and organs. Symptoms of a deficiency can include unexplained fatigue or muscle weakness, abnormal heart rhythms, eye twitches, muscle spasms, restlessness, insomnia and even hair loss. It is quite possible to be unaware of a deficiency, which is why it has been dubbed the "invisible deficiency." Some researchers estimate that up to 80% of American do not get enough magnesium from their diet to replace the magnesium lost.(1) I bring this up because studies have shown that less than 25% of US adults are getting the minimum requirements for magnesium - which is only about 300 mgs for women and 400 mgs for men.(2) Magnesium & Blood Pressure I could go on and on about the importance of Magnesium, but I hope you get the point. However, today I want to focus on lowering your blood pressure. If you didn’t already know, 1 out of 3 Americans (33%) suffer from high blood pressure (hypertension).3 … which can increase your risk of having a heart attack or stroke. Sadly, ½ of these people don’t even know they have hypertension and less than 20% have this under control.(3) In fact, having high blood pressure is known as the “silent killer” because there are no real symptoms. Other than getting your blood pressure tested regularly, it’s hard to tell if yours will be elevated or if it’s normal. However, the good news is that in a clinical study5, people who had the highest levels of serum magnesium, had a 48% lower risk of hypertension 69% lower risk of type 2 diabetes 42% lower risk for CAC, which is the hardening of your arteries. All very positive for your heart and overall health. Better Than A Drug? One type of drug prescribed for hypertension are “calcium channel blockers”. These are medicines which relax and widen blood vessels, therefore allowing the blood to flow through the blood vessels smoothly, lowering blood pressure. The good news is that magnesium acts like a calcium channel blocker, easing blood vessel flow and lowering blood pressure – naturally, without any synthetic drugs. It was found in a human clinical study6 of more than 8,500 people that a higher intake of magnesium may decrease the risk of high blood pressure. Where To Get Your Magnesium From Unfortunately, getting optimal magnesium levels can be difficult because most foods are depleted of vitamins and mineral. And most supplements of magnesium are poorly absorbed. FOODS As far as best “magnesium-rich” foods, most of it is greens and vegetables: Spinach Beet greens Collard greens Turnip greens Broccoli -Raw seeds -Raw nuts -Fatty fish SUPPLEMENTS Obviously, taking a pill a lot easier and more efficient. Unfortunately, there are about 9 common forms of magnesium supplements, which can get very confusing. Magnesium Amino Acid Chelate Magnesium Oxide Magnesium Citrate Etc. So What’s The Best Form? Over the years, I’ve tested many different forms and combinations and I’ve discovered the best is a combination of 4 different magnesium's, which are clinically proven for maximum absorption: TRAACS® Magnesium Glycinate Amino Acid Chelate Albion® Di-Magnesium Malate Magnesium Citrate ======================================== Thank you for watching. How to Lower Blood Pressure Fast - And Naturally - Soaking Feet In Warm Water

06:17
http://bpgolow.com/Virginia-Sturm-30-Ways-Naturally-Lower-BP How to Lower Blood Pressure Fast with feet soaking, breathing and meditation. That's what this video is all about. They say high BP is a silent killer. But you can feel it when your BP is dangerously high. It's an unpleasant feeling. That something isn't quite right. That something is seriously off. Perhaps a slight headache, or a ringing in your ears? And you're mentally foggier, perhaps more anxious. You're breathing probably gets heavier. So it's not quite silent. It whispers to you. This feeling doesn't happen too often, but when it does, I pull out all the stops to bring my BP down. Feet soaking worked for me a few months ago. But one YouTube subscriber commented he tried it, and it failed. And it failed for me too when I tried it just recently. Use a larger volume of water to hold the temperature warm! That was my takeaway lesson. Also, focusing on the breath helps tremendously. Slow the breathing down and extend the outbreath. The outbreath is the vehicle for calming you down. I made this video so you have an option in knowing how to lower blood pressure fast and naturally.

My Favorite & Most Powerful Herbal Solutions For Lowering Blood Pressure: 👉 http://drsam.co/yt/NaturalBPSolution Or Watch This Video With 8 Best Foods For Lowering Your Blood Pressure, Naturally: 👉 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lGnVNS63NdU And See How I Lowered My Dad’s Blood Pressure In Just A Few days - NO Drugs or Diets Here: 👉http://drsam.co/yt/DadBPStory ======================================= ☝️ These 5 Pressure Points Will Instantly Lower Your Blood Pressure ======================================= There’s lots of different ways to improve your health and this also applies to today’s topic of lowering your blood pressure. Of course, lifestyle improvements is the most important: Diet - what you eat/drink and don’t eat/drink Exercise - both cardiovascular and lifting weights Stress Management Nutritional Supplements In fact, at the end of today’s video I’ll tell you exactly how my dad lowered his blood pressure, naturally. However, when it comes to lowering blood pressure, you can also do so with 5 simple and proven pressure points on your body. This is really important because obviously you don’t need drugs. But also because the benefits are felt instantly and it’s super easy and convenient. You can activate these pressure points anytime, anywhere. Just remember that in the US, 33% of the population has “high” blood pressure. Over 50% has “pre” high blood pressure. Sadly, about 75% of people don’t even know they have high blood pressure and thus, are at risk for a heart attack, stroke or kidney problems. And this is why hypertension is called “the silent killer”... people just don’t know they have it and there are no clear symptoms either. 5 Pressure Points So, let’s get start with: Pressure point #1 - LI 4 (Large Intestine 4) LI 4 (Large Intestine 4) is really easy to get to. It’s in that “meaty” part your upper hand, between your thumb and forefinger. Just use your other hand’s thumb to apply pressure for 1-2 minutes or treat it with a pulsating movement. In addition to lowering blood pressure, it also helps treat chronic pain and boosts your immune system. Pressure Point #2 is PC 6 (Pericardium 6 or “Inner Gate”) PC 6 (Pericardium 6 or “Inner Gate”) is also easy to get to. It’s on your inner forearm. To find it, go approximately 3 finger up from your wrist - it’s at the bottom of your inner forearm basically. It helps your heart and settles your blood pressure by regulating your circulatory system. It can also treat nausea, headaches, and motion sickness. Pressure Point #3 is LV 3 (Liver 3) This is on your foot, between your big toe and second toe. Again, apply pressure for about a minute. This helps with blood pressure, in addition to menstrual pains and anxiety. In general, your feet have a variety of pressure points, which, when massaged, can bring a great improvement to your health. In fact, there’s an entire healing practice focused on your feet and it’s called, Reflexology. Pressure Point #4 is GB 20 (Gallbladder 20 or the “Wind Pool”) This is found at the base of your neck, right under your skull. There are 2 points actually on each side of your vertebrae. Again, apply gentle pressure on both of these points, left and right, for about a minute. Pressure Point #5 is GV 20 (Governing Vessel 20 or “Hundred Convergences”) This is found at the top of your head, in the middle. You can massage or press this point to lower blood pressure, treat dizziness, or just to feel more rested. ======================================== Thank you for watching. People think high blood pressure causes headaches or dizziness, but these are rare. So What’s The Solution? Okay, so now we know just how bad it is – so, what are the solutions? In a previous video I’ve covered all the various drug options and how they all have negative side-effects. They’re okay to short term to quickly lower extremely high blood pressure. However, it’s not a long-term solution by any means. Lifestyle improvements – Better diet, more exercise, stress management and losing weight are all very important – simply for a healthier life. And I’ve covered this topic in a previous video as well. Unfortunately, for many people – lifestyle improvements take a lot of effort, time and money. Additionally, the resulting lower blood pressure isn’t very big. So people are left disappointed and frustrated. A Faster, Easier Solution And this is where supplements come in. The correct herbal extracts, vitamins and minerals, can dramatically improve your blood pressure quickly and naturally, in a short amount of time … with the least amount of effort. And because of this, people are able to lower their blood pressure and KEEP it at a healthy level daily, month after month… year after year. So in doing the research for myself and my family, I discovered 10 natural ingredients that are clinically proven to lower blood pressure: Let’s first start with the top 5 clinically proven herbal extracts. Grape Seed Extract English Hawthorn Berry Extract Celery Seed Extract Pomegranate Extract Lycopene Extract Let’s not forget our vitamins and minerals. The top 5 most important ones are: Magnesium blend - There are many forms of magnesium and each has a different function, bioavailability and absorption factor. Potassium is very important because it balances sodium, which causes water retention and higher blood pressure levels. It’s a natural diuretic. Vitamin D3, B6 and C work together to improve stress hormones such as cortisol and aldosterone levels, both causing hypertension. And finally, one of my favorite amino acids, L-Arginine. ======================================== Thank you for watching. Please feel free to comment, like or share with your friends. High and Low Blood Pressure Symptoms and Precautions in Hindi

14:19
Blood pressure (BP) is the pressure exerted by circulating blood upon the walls of blood vessels. When used without further specification, "blood pressure" usually refers to the arterial pressure in the systemic circulation. It is usually measured at a person's upper arm. Blood pressure is usually expressed in terms of the systolic (maximum) pressure over diastolic (minimum) pressure and is measured in millimeters of mercury (mm Hg). It is one of the vital signs along with respiratory rate, heart rate, oxygen saturation, and body temperature. Normal resting blood pressure in an adult is approximately 120/80 mm Hg. Blood pressure varies depending on situation, activity, and disease states. It is regulated by the nervous and endocrine systems. Blood pressure that is low due to a disease state is called hypotension, and pressure that is consistently high is hypertension. Both have many causes which can range from mild to severe. Both may be of sudden onset or of long duration. Long term hypertension is a risk factor for many diseases, including kidney failure, heart disease, and stroke. Long term hypertension is more common than long term hypotension in Western countries. Long term hypertension often goes undetected because of infrequent monitoring and the absence of symptoms. Review of Lisinopril High Blood Pressure Medicine (Is it safe Prinivil Tensopril Zestril hipril CHF)

08:52
This is my personal review of the high blood pressure medication medicine Lisinopril. Lisinopril also is used to treat congestive heart failure CHF, medication after a heart attack and stroke. Is it dangerous safe to take? I have had a few comments stating that Lisinopril is bad for you and will give you bad side effects. What is the alternative? I'm not saying you shouldn't research your medicine and try to get off of it but you have to consider the 2 evils. Would you rather have a dry cough and dizziness or high blood pressure that can give you a stroke, wear your organs out, and eventually kill you. If you have been prescribed the medicine talk to your doctor and try another medicine, try to lower it by natural means WHILE still taking the medicine. Please just don't quit cold turkey because of something you read on the internet. Take it slowly.
