► TOP 10 Causes Of High Blood Pressure

07:22
How I lowered my dad's blood pressure, without drugs or diets ►►http://drsam.co/yt/SeeItYourself ======================================= Top 10 Causes Of High Blood Pressure ======================================= 1. AGE Most people don’t realize that AGE is one of the BIGGEST factors for high blood pressure. I discuss this in my very important article, but what’s important to note is that after the age of 40, 33% of the population has high blood pressure and after the age of 60, over 71% of the population has hypertension! So, if you’re over the age of 40 and have high blood pressure, it may not be your fault. But it IS your responsibility to fix it right away and here is how I lowered my dad’s blood pressure naturally, in just 30 days. 2. GENETICS & FAMILY HISTORY Well, not much can be done here. This is in fact my own problem because I have a family history (on my dad’s side) of hypertension, heart attacks and especially strokes. You can read more about it, include my personal favorite solution that my dad, my family and I use to promote healthy blood pressure levels, naturally! 3. SMOKING Come on people, smoking has NO health benefits. STOP smoking! 4. ALCOHOL A little bit of alcohol is okay, especially if it’s organic red wine. But drinking every night will cause damage to your heart, arteries and liver. Alcohol is a toxic and it’s acidic, both being bad for your body. 5. BEING OVERWEIGHT Similar to smoking, being overweight has no health benefits. And the older you get, the harder it is to lose that unwanted fat. 6. SODIUM Salt has its benefits actually. Regular table salt or salt found in processed foods and packages is BAD for you. However, “natural” salts such as Himalayan rock or Celtic sea salt is GOOD for you and can actually help LOWER blood pressure. I’ll discuss this in a future article. 7. STRESS Well know stress is bad. However, you can’t get rid of it. What’s important is the MEANING you give to stressful situations. If you freak out, get negative and focus on the problem the entire time … you put your body under extra stress. The secret is to focus on the SOLUTION and to know that “this too shall pass” and worrying about the problem isn’t going to help anything… Especially our blood pressure or heart. 8. LACK OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY We sit too much these days. Just get outside and walk daily, even if it’s just for 15-20 minutes. It’ll do wonders for your physical AND mental health! 9. MEDICAL CONDITIONS This goes back to “genetics”. And if you know you have a genetic “problem”, which is making things worse, then you MUST make changes to your life-style because your body is more sensitive than the average person. This is a similar problem with my dad and why he had a stroke. 10. MEDICATION Ironically, many “heart” medications actually cause more heart PROBLEMS in the long run. They can increase your cholesterol, blood sugar or blood pressure levels. They can decrease blood flow and circulation. And they all cause extra stress on your liver and kidneys, which then cause more problems for your heart. How to get rid of high blood pressure & hypertension after 2 weeks!

07:27
Over time, 90 percent of people suffer from high blood pressure! It goes up as we age. A bad diet and bad habits like smoking, drinking, lack of exercise will all contribute to high your problems. Blood pressure is the force that your blood exerts on the walls of the arteries it flows through, just like water flowing through a garden hose pushing against the rubber. When people have high blood pressure—also called hypertension—it’s often because blood vessels are too rigid to expand when the heart pumps. High blood pressure can trigger heart attacks and strokes and also can damage the surrounding organs too. It will send blood to the heart, causing the veins, arteries. This will slowly open them up and rejuvenate the heart. An average healthy blood pressure is 120/80. 120 the higher number—is the pressure on blood vessel walls during a heartbeat. 80 the lower number—is the pressure between beats. The vibration techniques will help to clear any blockages that have accumulated. Once the blockages are cleared, the other organs in your body will also benefit. Try this for 2 weeks and your pressure will start to go back to normal. You can get checked by the doctor to see the results. Go before and after and let me know how you get on. Keep me updated daily with how you feel. I want you to get better.

How to Reduce High Blood Pressure Without Medications in Only 5 Minutes

01:54
Point number one This is not even a point, but a line. It passes behind the earlobe to the middle of the clavicle. This line should not be pressed, not massaged, but very slowly pampered almost imperceptibly with a hand movement from top to bottom, barely touching the tips of his fingers. Repeat this procedure 10 times on one side, and another round on the other side. Point number two This point is on the face part at the earlobe level, at a distance of half a centimetre from the ear in the direction towards the nose. This point should be massaged with the fingertips for about 1 minute on each side of the face, respectively. You may push hard, but without causing any pain. It is important that you feel a bit of pressure on that point.

☝️ 3 Pressure Points That’ll Instantly Lower Your Blood Pressure Naturally

05:23
How I Lowered My Dad’s Blood Pressure by 23% In Just A Few days - NO Drugs or Diets: 👉http://drsam.co/yt/LongTermLowBP Or you can watch this video: http://drsam.co/yt/WorstFoodForBP ======================================= ☝️ 3 Pressure Points That’ll Instantly Lower Your Blood Pressure Naturally ======================================= Lowering high blood pressure is a very important topic not only for avoiding a heart attack or stroke, but simply for a longer life. And personally speaking, this is very important for me because I have a family history of high blood pressure, which has typically lead to strokes on my dad’s side of the family and heart attacks on my mom’s. The good news is that there are lots of simple ways to lower high blood pressure, naturally. And today I’m going reveal 3 simple pressure points on your body, that will instantly lower your blood pressure. Something important that I want to bring to your attention about today’s topic is that these solutions are for instant results, NOT long-term solutions … which I’ll get to at the end of today’s video. So if you’re feeling stressed or your blood pressure is rising, you can almost instantly and quickly use today’s 3 pressure points to lower your blood pressure and help avoid anything bad from happening. If nothing else, you’ll get instant relief and relaxation. Acupressure Point LI4 LI 4, which stands for “Large Intestine 4”, is an extremely useful acupressure point that is extensively used to treat chronic pain, acute stress and various types of diseases along with treatment for high blood pressure. This point is situated in the webbing between the forefinger and the thumb… right in the middle as you see here. It calms and balances blood flow throughout the body and clears stagnation. As an added benefit, it also boosts your immunity. The most effective way to apply pressure to LI 4 is to slide your thumb along the webbing until you reach the junction of the thumb and index finger bones. How to apply acupressure? Begin by moving your thumb in a small circular rubbing motion over LI 4 for a few seconds. Then you can apply gentle to moderate thumb pressure depending on how sensitive the area feels. If there is any pain, it should be a “good hurt,” not severe or uncomfortable. You can hold the point as long as you are comfortable, up to several minutes. I typically suggest about 20-30 seconds, then take a few second break and then repeat as often as you’d like. PC 6 PC 6 or Pericardium 6 is yet another important acupressure point for treating high blood pressure. It soothes and helps the heart and circulatory system in their proper functioning. This point is also known as the Inner Gate, and it is located on the inner forearm, approximately three finger-widths away from the wrist crease as you see here. This point can be stimulated by applying firm pressure to the point using your index finger or thumb. Again, apply pressure for about 20-30 seconds, then take a break and repeat as needed. G20 The G20 is below the base of your skull, in the hollows on both sides of the neck, between the two vertical neck muscles. Putting pressure here lowers your blood pressure, reduces headaches and stress by relaxing your nervous system. Use your thumbs, fingers, or knuckles to gradually apply pressure into the hollows of your skull. Close your eyes as you tilt your head back slowly. Take long, slow deep breaths as you hold for two to three minutes. Direct the pressure slowly and firmly into the center of your head. Other Acupressure Points Now, there are lots of other acupressure points -- on your feet, arms, legs, and so forth. I picked these 3 areas for lowering your blood pressure because you can do them any where, any place -- they’re easy to access. It’s just your hand, forearm/wrist and the back of your head. Easy access, you can do it yourself and you’ll get fast relief. ======================================== Thank you for watching. Please feel free to comment, like or share with your friends. What Does High Blood Sugar Feel Like?

06:51
Get my diabetes management guide here https://goo.gl/B8zLuA For those of you watching with diabetes, you probably know the answer to this question. But I have been asked with those with diabetes this question before. Hyperglycemia, high blood sugar or high blood glucose is the sign for all types of diabetes. The body can no longer regulate the blood sugar in your blood for one of two reasons: 1.The pancreas is no longer making enough insulin. 2.The body’s cells have become so resistant to insulin that the pancreas cannot keep up. Either way, the result is that glucose is accumulating in the bloodstream rather than being moved into the cells. But what does this feel like? How does your body react? Let me first say that you may feel some or all of the symptoms we discuss today. Hyperglycemia can affect different people in different ways, but there are some symptoms that are common among MOST people with diabetes. There are 3 most common and we will discuss those. But there are others. The most common signs of high blood sugar I call PolyCubed: . 1.Polyuria == This is excessive urination. You are constantly needing to run to the bathroom, like at least once an hour if not more often. This is caused by a dual chain reaction. The cells are pumping water into the bloodstream to try and dilute the glucose and bring it back to normal, and the kidneys, unable to reabsorb this fluid during filtering, are uncontrollably flushing water from the body. The result is runaway urination. 2.Polydipsia is the result of polyuria. It is excessive thirst. This is a response to the dehydrating effects of polyuria; it’s the body’s attempt to rehydrate itself. According to Wil Dubois BS, AAS, CPT, the relationship between excessive urination and excessive thirst is often misinterpreted by people experiencing high blood glucose, especially before diabetes is diagnosed. Many people assume that excessive urination is caused by the excessive thirst and not the other way around. So they are quick to discount the excessive urination, thinking “Well, I’ve been drinking a lot lately…” 3.Polyphagia is the final main symptom of high blood glucose level. It is excessive hunger. It is not so much caused by the high blood glucose level as it is a low insulin level. the amount of insulin in the blood is insufficient to move glucose molecules from the bloodstream into the cells, where they can be used as fuel for cellular processes. If cells aren’t able to gain access to glucose, they send out hunger signals and the brain’s hypothalamus triggers the sensation of hunger. Those are the 3 main signs of high blood sugar. Most everyone who has a blood sugar level above 150 will experience one or all of these symptoms.Usually at least 2 of them. Another symptom you may feel is fatigue. Your body is working so hard to regulate your blood sugar and your cells can’t get the fuel they need to work properly. This will cause you to feel very tired. You will want to rest constantly. As the glucose levels rise in your blood stream, other symptoms are possible to appear. One that is very common of others I have talked to is blurred vision. Sometimes you see what I call “little snowmen” in your peripheral vision. This is the beginning of diabetic retinopathy. The tiny blood vessels in your eyes cannot carry the thicker blood causing oxygen levels in the optic nerve to drop. You may also experience one or more of the following after days of high blood glucose levels: Rapid, deep breathing. A fast heart rate and a weak pulse. A strong, fruity breath odor. Loss of appetite, belly pain, and/or vomiting. Lightheadedness. Headache Unexplained, rapid weight loss Tingling in hands and/or feet Scratches or sores that take a long time to heal It is difficult to answer what each individual will feel like when their blood sugar is high. It really depends on the individual and how high the blood glucose level is. Believe it or not, there are people who feel worse when their blood glucose levels are normal. They get used to how it feels to have elevated blood sugars and “normal” is not normal to them. If you experience any 2 of the PolyCubed symptoms and you have not been diagnosed with diabetes, you should get to your health care provider as soon as possible and ask them to check your blood glucose level. If you have diabetes and you experience any of the other symptoms, you need to make sure you keep a check on your blood sugar and if it remains high, see your health care provider and ask for an A1C test, this can help tell you how long your levels have been high. You may need to have your medication adjusted. High blood sugar is not something to just dismiss. It can have very serious consequences. If you even suspect you have high blood sugar, contact your health care provider.

http://bpgolow.com/Virginia-Sturm-30-Ways-Naturally-Lower-BP How to Lower Blood Pressure Fast with feet soaking, breathing and meditation. That's what this video is all about. They say high BP is a silent killer. But you can feel it when your BP is dangerously high. It's an unpleasant feeling. That something isn't quite right. That something is seriously off. Perhaps a slight headache, or a ringing in your ears? And you're mentally foggier, perhaps more anxious. You're breathing probably gets heavier. So it's not quite silent. It whispers to you. This feeling doesn't happen too often, but when it does, I pull out all the stops to bring my BP down. Feet soaking worked for me a few months ago. But one YouTube subscriber commented he tried it, and it failed. And it failed for me too when I tried it just recently. Use a larger volume of water to hold the temperature warm! That was my takeaway lesson. Also, focusing on the breath helps tremendously. Slow the breathing down and extend the outbreath. The outbreath is the vehicle for calming you down. I made this video so you have an option in knowing how to lower blood pressure fast and naturally.

6 SIGNS THAT YOU MAY HAVE HIGH CHOLESTEROL

05:02
Why is it so important to keep cholesterol at the normal levels and how to maintain it within the health limits? Cholesterol is a vital, fat-like substance that is contained in each cell of our body, as well as in our blood. Most of the cholesterol is produced by the liver, and the rest is procured through food. Please subscribe, click the bell and watch this video until the end to know the complete information. Cholesterol has extremely important reasons for our body and functions: it participates in the construction of cell membranes and in the formation of sexes and adrenal hormones; without cholesterol, the body can not synthesize vitamin D, which is indispensable to healthy bones, nor produces bile acid, without which fat in the body cannot be processed properly. When an excess of cholesterol accumulates in the body, it can not be broken down and this increases the risks to our health. The main danger is the onset of atherosclerosis, which in turn is the cause of most cardiovascular diseases such as a heart attack for example. The causes of increased levels of cholesterol in the blood are different: hereditary predisposition, chronic liver disease thyroid gland and diabetes. A sure way to maintain a normal cholesterol level is regular testing. Specialists recommend except for total, to monitor still poor (LDL) and good (HDL) cholesterol, as well as triglycerides. It is known that 20 years is the age in which the first examination for determining the values of cholesterol should be done. Revealed in time, increased cholesterol can be overcome and can not lead to serious health problems later. Here are 6 signs that you may have high cholesterol. 1. yellow growths on your eyelids. Did you know that yellowish eyelid can be a sign of high cholesterol? Take a good look at the eyelids, if you notice yellow spots, make a doctor’s appointment, check your cholesterol levels and your heart’s health. Also, do you notice painless yellow growths of the upper and lower eyelids? This phenomenon is called “xanthelasma” and it is a clear indication that you have high blood cholesterol levels. 2. gray-colored ring around your cornea. Often this is a sign of aging, so it should not be a cause for worry. But if you are far from retired, the gray circle around the iris may indicate high cholesterol and blood fat, which very often means a risk of heart attack or stroke. This gray colored ring or lacquer is actually composed of cholesterol that collects in the deeper parts of your cornea. 3. tingling sensation in the hands and feet. The tingling sensation of the hands and feet may indicate a problem in your body. This should be taken seriously because these symptoms can be caused by serious health problems. If the blood vessels are blocked by cholesterol, it is likely that you will feel tingling in your hands and feet, because your peripheral nerves are not getting do enough blood oxygen and nutrients for their proper functioning. 4. pain in the neck and back of the head. Because cholesterol levels that are too high can cause some of your blood vessels to block, it’s very possible that your circulation is obstructed. Such can leave your neck sensitive and deteriorate from time to time. The shoulder can also be felt in the same way. Medical practitioners say that high blood cholesterol levels can also make you have a headache, especially in the back of your head. 5. rapid or pounding beating of the heart. When a person says that she has heart palpitations, she thinks of the inner feeling that her heart beats something different from the usual one. Or, it simply has the awareness of the heartbeat. Most of the time, heart palpitations are harmless and they are often experienced after exercise or engaging in the intense physical activity. Sometimes they are due to anxiety, stress, and the intake of certain drugs. Palpitations may also indicate problems with the cardiovascular system, but and high cholesterol levels are one of them. Clogging the blood vessels due to cholesterol can lead to an accelerated operation of your heart. 6. unhealthy diet and lifestyle. If you eat plenty of fatty foods and avoid fruits and vegetables that contain a lot of fiber if you are a smoker and if you drink alcohol in excessive amounts, if you are overweight and do not exercise regularly, then there is a great chance that your cholesterol level is already high. But sometimes high cholesterol depends on our genes. About 1 in 500 people have a specific genetic mutation that leads to the accumulation of cholesterol in their blood. These people suffer from high cholesterol regardless of their lifestyle. if you suspect that you may have high cholesterol then please start eating a healthy diet and get levels checked out at the hospital. 💓 What’s Worse - Low or High Blood Pressure?

06:08
How I Lowered My Dad’s Blood Pressure In Just A Few days - NO Drugs or Diets. 👉👉 http://drsam.co/yt/Improve-BP 3 Pressure Points That’ll Instantly Lower Your Blood Pressure Naturally: 👉 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DYdPjTGeVI4 #bloodpressure ==================================== 💓 What’s Worse - Low or High Blood Pressure? ==================================== The other day I was asked an in important and interesting question: “Dr. Sam - I have borderline high blood pressure and my wife typically has low blood pressure, what’s worst for your health?” So, the fast answer is that in the “short run”, it’s low blood pressure. In the long run, it’s high blood pressure. But, let me quickly explain... What Do The Numbers Mean To understand blood pressure reading, it is important to understand what blood pressure is. As you already know, the heart pumps blood through the chambers of the heart, then it goes to the vessels to transport the blood throughout the body with the circulatory system. Your blood pressure measures the pumping action of the heart. The top number reading is known as the systolic blood pressure, it is the force exerted on the walls of the arteries when the heart contracts to pump oxygenated blood. The bottom reading is the diastolic blood pressure. It is the pressure reading when the heart is resting in between beats. Category Systolic BP (top) Diastolic BP (bottom) Severe Hypotension (low) 50 – 59 mmHg 33 – 39 mmHg Serious Hypotension (low) 60 – 89 mmHg 40 – 49 mmHg Borderline Hypotension (low) 90 – 109 mmHg 50 – 69 mmHg Normal Blood Pressure 110 – 119 mmHg 60 – 79 mmHg Prehypertension (high) 120 – 139 mmHg 80 – 89 mmHg Stage 1 Hypertension (high) 140 – 159 mmHg 90 – 99 mmHg Stage 2 Hypertension (high) 160 – 180 mmHg 100 – 110 mmHg Hypertensive Crisis (high) Higher than 180 mmHg Higher than 110 mmHg Signs and Symptoms of Hypotension and Hypertension Hypotension Hypertension Dizziness Lightheadedness Syncope Blurring of vision Inability to concentrate Nausea Cold, clammy skin Pallor Thirst Body weakness Rapid and shallow breathing Tachycardia Dizziness Severe Headache Nose bleeding Irregular heartbeat Chest pain Blurring of vision Fatigue or body weakness Confusion Difficulty of breathing Hematuria Nausea and vomiting Normal, Low & High Ideally, you want your blood pressure to fall within the normal range, most of the day. However, those who suffer from stress, anxiety, high cholesterol, obesity and the like, they have increased risk of having a high blood pressure and in severe cases it can lead to heart attack or stroke. On the other end, some people suffer from low blood pressure due to certain diseases or conditions, this can lead to shock or even worse – death. Low Blood Pressure (Hypotension) Low blood pressure is alarming because it can be very life threatening if prompt medical attention is not rendered. The causes range from dehydration, blood loss and some surgical disorders. It is manageable as long as the origin of the condition is determined and properly treated. BOTTOM LINE: In the short run, low BP is worse because you can go into shock and die. Or simply pass out and if it’s while driving or something similar, could result in death or bad accident. However, this is more extreme and rare. High Blood Pressure (Hypertension) Blood pressure constantly changes throughout the day depending on the level of activity, physical and emotional status. If your blood pressure is elevated and stays elevated throughout the day and continues for a few days or weeks, then it’s something to be concerned about. Something interesting to note is that the older you get, the higher the blood pressure typically becomes and this is due to a variety of lifestyle reasons (poor diet, lack of exercise, being overweight, etc.). However, the primary cause/reason for higher blood pressure as you age, is due to the negative changes in your hormones. But don’t worry, there’s hope. I discuss this in further detail at my website because I have a family history of hypertension. You can get the details by clicking the link below, in the description area at the end of this video. So don’t go there just yet... BOTTOM LINE: High blood pressure is a problem when it’s consistent and ongoing because of the pressure it puts on your organs (heart, brain, kidneys, etc.) and the end result could be a heart attack or stroke. Thus, in the long-run, high blood pressure is worse. ======================================== Thank you for watching. Please feel free to comment, like or share with your friends. 🌽 #1 Food That Causes High Blood Pressure

And having hypertension is one of the leading causes of a heart attack or stroke.(1) Now, there are lots of ways to naturally lower your blood pressure and under this video, in the description area, I’ve listed some of my favorites. However, don’t go there yet because most people, including doctors, mistakenly consume less salt to lower blood pressure. However, low-salt diets typically don’t make much of a difference. What does make a big difference is lowering sugar in your diet and more specifically, “high fructose corn syrup” In a recent study in the journal Open Heart (2), the authors write: “Evidence from epidemiological studies and experimental trials in animals and humans suggests that added sugars, particularly fructose, may increase blood pressure and blood pressure variability, increase heart rate and myocardial oxygen demand, and contribute to inflammation, insulin resistance and broader metabolic dysfunction. Thus, while there is no argument that recommendations to reduce consumption of processed foods are highly appropriate and advisable, the arguments in this review are that the benefits of such recommendations have less to do with sodium—minimally related to blood pressure and perhaps even inversely related to cardiovascular risk—and more to do with highly-refined carbohydrates and sugars." The Problem Started In The 1970s Food and beverage manufacturers began switching their sweeteners from sucrose (table sugar) to corn syrup in the 1970s when they discovered that High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS) was far cheaper to use in their products. In fact, HFCS is the #1 source of calories in America!!!( 3) It’s found in almost everything you can think of. More specifically, in sodas and fruit juices. But also in many pre-packaged foods. This also includes “healthy sugars” sweetened with agave. My Proven “Prescription” and Recommendation For You You must do your best to limit and eliminate all HFCS and to do this, make sure you read labels. Again, the LESS pre-packaged the food, the better. Limit your TOTAL fructose to 25 grams or less, that’s about 100 calories daily. This includes the natural fructose found in fruits. If you are already suffering from high blood pressure or signs of insulin resistance like diabetes, overweight and high cholesterol, you should be particularly careful to limit your fructose, including that from whole fruits, to 15 grams per day or less. That’s about 60 calories daily. So there you have it. Focus more on limiting your sugars, this includes fruit sugar, fructose … and especially “high fructose corn syrup” which is found in most pre-packaged foods, especially sodas and fruit juices. Now, I wanted to keep this video short and simple so you have something to implement today and start get results right away. If you want more details on how to lower your blood pressure naturally, under this video I’ve got simple and proven solutions that you can utilize and you do NOT even have to change your diet or exercise. 🌡WARNING: Two Blood Pressure Drugs Increase Your Risk Of Death! 👈

03:42
How I Lowered My Dad’s Blood Pressure In Just A Few days - NO Drugs or Diets: 👉👉 http://drsam.co/yt/Lower-Your-BP Or watch How To Lower Your Blood Pressure, Naturally: 👉 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=25zDNw3ZQU8 #hypertension #highbloodpressure Refferences: https://accscientificsession.acc.org/ ==================================== 🌡WARNING: Two Blood Pressure Drugs Increase Your Risk Of Death! 👈 ==================================== High blood pressure (hypertension) is a major risk factor for heart disease, which can lead to a heart attack or stroke. In fact, hypertension is called the “silent killer” because it doesn’t have any real symptoms. Additionally, most adults over the age of 35 have prehypertension and don’t even know it. Especially with today’s extra stressful life-styles. And a major cause of it is actually aging and the negative changes in your hormones as you age. But, I’ll get to that in a minute. Today’s topic is about two very popular blood pressure drugs, that actually increase your risk of death and thus, should be avoided! In a recent 2018 study1, scientist found that people using alpha blockers and/or alpha-2 agonists to control their blood pressure, show increased variability in blood pressure measurements between doctor visits, which is associated with an increased risk of death. And this study was based on more than 10,500 patients between, 2007-2012, during a 5 year timespan. Basically this means that these drugs are not consistent in keep your blood pressure stable. Due to the increase in variability and thus, fluctuations throughout the day, dramatically increases your risk of a heart attack or stroke and ultimately, death. These drugs aren’t doing what they are designed to do. The fluctuations throughout the day, actually put more stress on your body, which causes other negative hormonal changes. The researchers stated that other hypertension class of drugs such as Ace Inhibitors, Calcium Channel Blockers and Thiazide diuretics are safer. However, these drugs have numerous side-effects as well, including Mental and physical fatigue Muscle weakness Erectile Problems Weight gain Anxiety, nervousness and depression What’s interesting to note is that there are half a dozen different TYPES of hypertension drugs, with almost 70 drugs in total, all designed to lower blood pressure. And an overwhelming 88% of the time - dosages need to be increased and/or multiple hypertension drugs are used in combination to help lower blood pressure. This is all just horrible news, especially considering the fact that blood pressure rises steadily with age due to a variety of factors, one of the primary ones being the negative changes in your hormones due to aging. I mention all of this because I have high blood pressure on both sides of the family, especially my dad’s. So for sure, I got him off the medications years ago because we only saw the negative side-effects and knew that it was only going to get worse as he got older. ======================================== Thank you for watching. I’ve done this because hypertension is called the “silent killer” because there are no symptoms for it. And of course, high blood pressure can lead to a heart attack or stroke and it’s more of a problem in my opinion, than having “high” cholesterol. Additionally, going from a high blood pressure (over 140/90 mmHg) to normal levels (120/80 mmHG ), let alone to ideal blood pressure levels (115/75 mmHG) dramatically improves your life by1 38% lower risk of heart failure; 43% lower risk of cardiovascular death; 27% lower risk of mortality overall. However, today I’m going to reveal the #1 cause of high blood pressure and NO, it’s not your diet, lack of exercise or stress! It’s because of the negative changes in your hormones, due to AGING! First, take a look at the stats and chart from the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) of high blood pressure among adults2 over the age of 18 between 2015-2016 The first bar on the left that’s kinda black, shows the TOTAL number of people who have high blood pressure. Basically, it’s 30% of the population over the age of 18. That’s a lot. What’s worse is that this does NOT take into account PRE-hypertension numbers, which means even more people have “almost” high blood pressure and don’t even know it. The second, gray bar, shows the % from age 18-39. Men are 9.2% and women 5.6%. It’s not much, but the numbers are higher by 2% compared to 2013, just 2-3 years before and their even high in 2018.3 The third, green bar, shows the % for age 40-59. Men are at 37.2% and women 29.4%. This is a MASSIVE jump, up 420% for men and a whopping 525% for women!!! Why such a huge jump all of a sudden?... Because men’s testosterone starts to declined in his late 20’s and even more so in his 30’s. However, there’s a huge drop starting in his 40’s and it’s called “andropause”. And women, they start “menopause” in their 40’s as well, which causes massive negative changes in all their hormones - estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, adrenal and thyroid hormones Finally, the forth, lighter-green bar, shows the % for age 60 and over. Men are 58.5% and women 66.8%. Both age groups are significantly worse. But the women are much worse because the negative changes in hormones because of menopause is more dramatic than men’s “andropause” So What Does This Mean For You? Well, you’re probably thinking “great, there’s nothing I can do. I can’t turn back time, so I guess this is it?!!” No, this just means you have to be more proactive about monitoring and improving your blood pressure levels as you age, especially after the age of 40. Now, the best way to find solutions to problems, is to know the CAUSE of it. So what you need to do is make some simple lifestyle changes and utilize specific nutrients that a more “mature” body needs, because of the changes in hormones, ... so your body can help heal itself naturally, from within. This is the ONLY long-term, safe solution for improving your blood pressure and overall health… and I think you’d agree with this. In fact, this is why there are over 75 different blood pressure drugs with over a dozen different mechanism. This is also why most people with hypertension end up taking on average 2 drugs AT THE SAME TIME, to make improvements. Of course, if you have extremely high blood pressure, such as 180/120, then you MUST take a drug right away to lower it fast and get it under control immediately. YES, lifestyle matters because DIET - what you put in your body (food and liquids), EXERCISE - How much, how often and what kind. STRESS MANAGEMENT - emotional and physical SUPPLEMENTS - herbs, plant extracts, vitamins, minerals and amino acids ======================================== Thank you for watching. When I Have A High Blood Pressure, I Use This Pressure Point Technique

13:21
Acupressure has been used for centuries to relieve all kinds of pain and muscle tension. Check out these massage techniques that will help you to get rid of a headache without any pills. No special medical knowledge is needed! 3:56 Your hands have numerous active points that give your power over your body and mind. Have a look at these tips that will help improve your well-being in less than 5 minutes! 6:27 If you look at your fingernails, you’ll notice light areas at the base. These are moons or lunulae. Their change in color, shape, or size can indicate not only the presence of a disease but also the predisposition to it. Such diagnostics help you notice the problem in time and take action. 8:53 Once you don’t get enough sleep, that’s it. People seem terribly annoying, work stalls, and the future seems unattractive. Lots of stress, hypodynamia, hours spent at the wheel or computer — it all makes our back muscles stiff and prevents us from relaxing before sleep. That’s why we toss and turn for hours before getting a shallow and troubled sleep. 11:54 Do you always sit and stand with a good posture? Probably, no. However, a good posture gives you a lot of advantages. So, let's "sit straight" together! How To Lower Blood Pressure Quickly - Quick Natural Way To Lower Your BP

03:45
http://BPgoLow.com/Virgina-Sturms-Natural-Solutions-To-High-BP How to lower blood pressure quickly when you find its shot up - soak your feet in warm water. You will get almost immediate but temporary relief. I was so luck I knew about this solution when I had my own emergency, the day my BP shot way too high. A megadose of a supplement I took (Vit B12) backfired. If you're ever in such a quandary, what do you do - call your doctor, go to the ER? Yes, please do that. For me, I soaked my feet in warm water. I'm not recommending this as a substitute for proper medical treatment. I'm just saying this is what I did myself, and it worked for me. One day, before leaving home, my BP was 171/113. They say high BP (hypertension) is a "silent disease", but it does whisper softly. I felt it. It was an uncomfortable feeling, a strong sense of "something isn't right". For some it may be a slight headachy feeling, or a tightness in the head, or dizziness. If you stop and think, you can feel it if ever your BP shoots way too high. If ever it does, you'll then be searching for answers as to how to lower blood pressure quickly, like I was. Soaking your feet can significantly reduce blood pressure. You don't need to add add anything to the water. Just plain hot tap water will do. Nothing fancy. It's the heating of the feet that does it. Why does it work? I don't know. It's a curious physiological reaction you can use to your own advantage. I made this video because if ever you need to know how to lower your blood pressure quickly, this is one natural, quick and easy solution. My BP was dropped from about 170/100 down to 140/80, rising a bit thereafter, but not as high as it was before the feet soaking treatment. What a RELIEF!!! I hope you find this video on lowering blood pressure quickly helpful to you. Good luck with managing your hypertension. Once you know how to lower your blood pressure quickly, and get your BP down to safer levels, if you need to find other more permanent solutions for natural BP reduction, please go to http://BPgoLow.com/Virgina-Sturms-Natural-Solutions-To-High-BP

And personally speaking, this is very important for me because I have a family history of high blood pressure. The shocking statistics reveal that 33% of Americans over the age of 20 have high blood pressure.1 And 90% have hypertension by age 65.1,2 And worst of all, 72% of people don’t even know they have high blood pressure.2 And the bigger problem is that high blood pressure has no warning signs or symptoms. People think high blood pressure causes headaches or dizziness, but these are rare. So What’s The Solution? Okay, so now we know just how bad it is – so, what are the solutions? In a previous video I’ve covered all the various drug options and how they all have negative side-effects. They’re okay to short term to quickly lower extremely high blood pressure. However, it’s not a long-term solution by any means. Lifestyle improvements – Better diet, more exercise, stress management and losing weight are all very important – simply for a healthier life. And I’ve covered this topic in a previous video as well. Unfortunately, for many people – lifestyle improvements take a lot of effort, time and money. Additionally, the resulting lower blood pressure isn’t very big. So people are left disappointed and frustrated. A Faster, Easier Solution And this is where supplements come in. The correct herbal extracts, vitamins and minerals, can dramatically improve your blood pressure quickly and naturally, in a short amount of time … with the least amount of effort. And because of this, people are able to lower their blood pressure and KEEP it at a healthy level daily, month after month… year after year. So in doing the research for myself and my family, I discovered 10 natural ingredients that are clinically proven to lower blood pressure: Let’s first start with the top 5 clinically proven herbal extracts. Grape Seed Extract English Hawthorn Berry Extract Celery Seed Extract Pomegranate Extract Lycopene Extract Let’s not forget our vitamins and minerals. The top 5 most important ones are: Magnesium blend - There are many forms of magnesium and each has a different function, bioavailability and absorption factor. Potassium is very important because it balances sodium, which causes water retention and higher blood pressure levels. It’s a natural diuretic. Vitamin D3, B6 and C work together to improve stress hormones such as cortisol and aldosterone levels, both causing hypertension. And finally, one of my favorite amino acids, L-Arginine. ======================================== Thank you for watching. Please feel free to comment, like or share with your friends. ►5 High Blood Pressure Solutions - Clinically Proven!

06:40
My favorite solution for lowering my dad’s blood pressure in just a few days: ►►http://drsam.co/yt/ReduceHBPToday ======================================= 5 Clinically Proven Solutions for Lowering Your High Blood Pressure ======================================= Thus, about 66% of the adult population has above “optimal” blood pressure levels and it only gets worse as you get older.2 The “Silent Killer” This is why high blood pressure is known as the “silent killer” because you don’t really feel like there’s anything wrong until it’s too late! And I’m very familiar with this topic because I have a family history of heart attacks and strokes, some of them caused by high blood pressure. In fact, under today’s video I’ve got a short report about how I quickly lowered my dad’s high blood pressure - without drugs or restrictive diets. Make sure to take a look after you finish this short video. I bring all of this up because I want to emphasize just how important it is for your health and longevity to make sure you control your blood pressure levels. So let’s get started with the top 5 clinically proven solutions for lowering high blood pressure. Drugs / Prescription Medications Like I said, hypertension is such a massive health problem that blood pressure drugs are the #1 most prescribed drugs in America.3 In fact, out of the top 10 most prescribed drugs - THREE of them are blood pressure drugs! And the crazy part is that there are 11 TYPES of “blood pressure lowering” drugs, which is a total of over 80 DIFFERENT medications all trying to lower hypertension. And yet, the problem is getting worse each and every year. I don’t like these drugs because they have lots of negative side-effects. However, they are valuable for SHORT-TERM usage to quickly put you into a “normal” range. But it’s definitely not a long-term solution. Diet What you eat is very important and one of the best types of diets for lowering blood pressure is a DASH diet4 - which stands for Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension. This is similar to the Mediterranean diet - both being successful at reducing hypertension and promoting weight loss at the same time. DASH promotes the consumption of vegetables, fruits, lean protein, whole grains, and low-fat dairy, and recommends avoiding sugars, red meat, and salt. Many believe that the low-sodium is responsible for its success. However, salt probably doesn't have that much to do with it... I believe the primary reason why it works so well is because it restricts your intake of fructose—as does the Mediterranean diet. The idea that salt promotes high blood pressure is actually, at least in part, a myth. Exercise Exercise has many health benefits as I’m sure you know. One of the best is the simple fact that you get some stress release. And I think we can all agree that we live in very stressful times and this additional stress contributes to hypertension. The best exercise is a combination of BOTH: Aerobic (with oxygen) - walking, jogging, swimming, dancing, etc. Anaerobic (without oxygen) - resistance exercise with weights, cables, machines, etc. Ideally 3x weekly for 30-45 minutes is a good goal. However, even a 15 minute daily walk will do wonders for your health and blood pressure levels. Rest & Relaxation Most “experts” don’t emphasize the importance of rest and relaxation - both physical and mental. Your mind is more powerful than your body and with the extra stress and worry in our modern life-styles, you MUST make some time to “unplug” and “reboot” your system. Meditation, stretching, reading, napping, walking, writing your thoughts, getting a massage, laughing, hugging, playing, etc… are all great ways to reduce your stress hormones and improve your blood pressure levels. You MUST do this daily. As my friend Tony Robbins says, this can be your “hour of power” or “30 minutes to thrive” or “15 minutes to fulfillment”. Specific Herbs, Vitamins & Minerals Most supplements don’t work. But there are a few herbs and minerals that are clinically proven to help lower your blood pressure levels naturally and quickly. Many times better than prescription medications and WITHOUT the negative side-effects. The top 5 clinically proven herbal extracts are: Grape Seed Extract English Hawthorn Berry Extract Celery Seed Extract Pomegranate Extract Lycopene Extract Click here for a natural solution: ►http://drsam.co/yt/ReduceHBPToday Or look at these: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=25zDNw3ZQU8 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TfS74a_MSgg ======================================== Thank you for watching. ► How To Lower Your Blood Pressure Naturally

12:08
How I lowered my dad's blood pressure, without drugs or diets: ►►http://drsam.co/yt/LowerYourBP ======================================= How To Lower Your Blood Pressure Naturally ======================================= This is a really important question because most people don’t know that high blood pressure (hypertension) is the most important risk factor for premature deaths… It accounts for over 50% of all deaths caused by cardiovascular disease and 14% of all total deaths each year! Globally, high blood pressure affects 27% of the population and the stats are even worse in the US, about 35% of the population! And get this, it has been estimated that 90% of Americans are expected to develop high blood pressure by the age of 65. I’m very familiar with the stats because I have a family history of high blood pressure (my dad’s side), causing heart attacks and strokes. “Normal” Is Still Too High The newest research suggests that even “normal” blood pressure (120–129 / 80–84 mmHg) increases the risk of death from cardiovascular disease by 46% on average. For women, the risk was slightly lower. But for men, it was much higher—80%, regardless of age. These results are alarming in light of the fact that 33% US citizens have a blood pressure in the normal/high range (129–139 / 84–95 mmHg).... Drugs Don’t Even Work Making the problem worse, studies have shown that prescription drugs for “high normal” blood pressure and even mild hypertension are not effective. A large review of randomized, clinical trials (performed by the prestigious Cochrane Collaboration) found that anti-hypertensive drugs used to treat mild hypertension (140–159 / 90–99 mm/Hg) did not reduce disease complications or the risk of death. What Does All Of This Mean For You?… Even mild hypertension, while still in the “normal” range, can nearly double your risk of heart disease and thus, potentially leading to a heart attack or stroke. So that means we need to… Lower Your Blood Pressure, Naturally High blood pressure affects only 1% of hunter-gatherer populations following a traditional diet,.... but its prevalence increases when those cultures adopt a western diet and lifestyle … DIET Remember that your genes and hormones are primary controlling factors in how you look and feel. And, what you EAT controls your hormones and thus, dictates “gene expression”. Eating the wrong foods can cause hypertension. Pay attention to: Less Sugar & Simple Carbohydrates – When your blood sugar spikes up, typically from eating sugar or from processed/refined carbohydrates, your blood pressure goes up and blood flow decreases. More Vegetables & Fruits – These foods have higher levels of potassium, magnesium, minerals and vitamins which help lower blood pressure. In fact, this is why Blood Pressure Optimizer, utilizes the most potent blood pressure lowering extracts from Hawthorn Berries, Grape Seeds, Celery Seeds, Pomegranate and tomatoes. Less Meat & More Fish – Cold water fish has many blood pressure lowering benefits, primarily because of the healthy fats. The very opposite of modern day meats. If you don’t want to take fish oil pills, just have cold water fish 3-4x weekly. LIFESTYLE Lose Weight – Being overweight is never good for your body, and this includes hypertension. Exercise – You don’t need much. Just get out and WALK daily, even if it’s just 3x a week for only 15-20 minutes. Sleep – My sleep is horrible and as we get older, it seems to get worse for most of us. Try to get to bed earlier. Go Outside – Sunlight helps lower blood pressure. And by walking outside 3x weekly, you’ll get two benefits in one. Relax – We live in stressful times, so you need to take a “time-out” daily and relax. SUPPLEMENTS The right supplements can positively affect your hormones and can dramatically improve your blood pressure naturally, without any of the negative side-effects of drugs. Combined with a better diet and lifestyle, you’re good to go. This is why I formulated Blood Pressure Optimizer for dad and myself. It’s safe and works quickly because it utilizes clinically researched, natural ingredients such as: Grape Seed Extract English Hawthorne Berry Extract Celery Seed Extract Pomegranate Extract Lycopene Extract Try Blood Pressure Optimizer™ … Click here for a natural solution: ►http://drsam.co/yt/LowerYourBP ======================================== Thank you for watching. EAT THIS to LOWER Your BLOOD PRESSURE! Cure HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE Naturally By Add THIS to Your DIET!

10 Ways to Control High Blood Pressure Without Medication. Cure HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE Naturally! By making these 10 lifestyle changes, can lower your blood pressure, reduce your risk of heart disease. If you've been diagnosed with high blood pressure, you might be worried about taking medication to bring your numbers down. Lifestyle plays an important role in treating your high blood pressure. If you successfully control your blood pressure with a healthy lifestyle, you might avoid, delay or reduce the need for medication. Here are 10 lifestyle changes can make to lower your blood pressure and keep it down. 1. Lose extra pounds and watch your waistline Blood pressure often increases as weight increases. Being overweight also can cause disrupted breathing while you sleep (sleep apnea), which further raises your blood pressure. Weight loss is one of the most effective lifestyle changes for controlling blood pressure. Losing just 10 pounds (4.5 kilograms) can help reduce your blood pressure. Besides shedding pounds, you generally should also keep an eye on your waistline. Carrying too much weight around your waist can put you at greater risk of high blood pressure. In general: Men are at risk if their waist measurement is greater than 40 inches (102 centimeters). Women are at risk if their waist measurement is greater than 35 inches (89 centimeters). These numbers vary among ethnic groups. Ask your doctor about a healthy waist measurement for you. 2. Exercise regularly Regular physical activity at least 30 minutes most days of the week can lower your blood pressure by 4 to 9 millimeters of mercury (mm Hg). It's important to be consistent because if you stop exercising, your blood pressure can rise again. If you have slightly high blood pressure (prehypertension), exercise can help you avoid developing full-blown hypertension. If you already have hypertension, regular physical activity can bring your blood pressure down to safer levels. The best types of exercise for lowering blood pressure include walking, jogging, cycling, swimming or dancing. Strength training also can help reduce blood pressure. Talk to your doctor about developing an exercise program. 3. Eat a healthy diet Eating a diet that is rich in whole grains, fruits, vegetables and low-fat dairy products and skimps on saturated fat and cholesterol can lower your blood pressure by up to 14 mm Hg. This eating plan is known as the Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension (DASH) diet. It isn't easy to change your eating habits, but with these tips, you can adopt a healthy diet: Keep a food diary. Writing down what you eat, even for just a week, can shed surprising light on your true eating habits. Monitor what you eat, how much, when and why. Consider boosting potassium. Potassium can lessen the effects of sodium on blood pressure. The best source of potassium is food, such as fruits and vegetables, rather than supplements. Talk to your doctor about the potassium level that's best for you. Be a smart shopper. Read food labels when you shop and stick to your healthy-eating plan when you're dining out, too. 4. Reduce sodium in your diet Even a small reduction in the sodium in your diet can reduce blood pressure by 2 to 8 mm Hg. The effect of sodium intake on blood pressure varies among groups of people. In general, limit sodium to less than 2,300 milligrams (mg) a day or less. However, a lower sodium intake — 1,500 mg a day or less — is appropriate for people with greater salt sensitivity, including: African-Americans Anyone age 51 or older Anyone diagnosed with high blood pressure, diabetes or chronic kidney disease To decrease sodium in your diet, consider these tips: Read food labels. If possible, choose low-sodium alternatives of the foods and beverages you normally buy. Eat fewer processed foods. Only a small amount of sodium occurs naturally in foods. Most sodium is added during processing. Don't add salt. Just 1 level teaspoon of salt has 2,300 mg of sodium. Use herbs or spices to add flavor to your food. Ease into it. If you don't feel you can drastically reduce the sodium in your diet suddenly, cut back gradually. Your palate will adjust over time. 5. Limit the amount of alcohol you drink Alcohol can be both good and bad for your health. In small amounts, it can potentially lower your blood pressure by 2 to 4 mm Hg. But that protective effect is lost if you drink too much alcohol — generally more than one drink a day for women and for men older than age 65, or more than two a day for men age 65 and younger. One drink equals 12 ounces of beer, five ounces of wine or 1.5 ounces of 80-proof liquor. Drinking more than moderate amounts of alcohol can actually raise blood pressure by several points. It can also reduce the effectiveness of blood pressure medications. 6. Quit smoking Each cigarette you smoke increases your blood pressure for many minutes after you finish. Quitting smoking helps your blood pressure return to normal.

♥ WARNING - High Blood Pressure Kills More Women Than Men!

05:54
My Favorite Formula For Lowering Blood Pressure Naturally: ►►http://drsam.co/yt/ProvenHBPFormula ======================================= ♥ WARNING - High Blood Pressure Kills More Women Than Men! ======================================= Most people think that “heart” conditions and high blood pressure is more of a “man’s” problem, but it’s actually the opposite! In fact, high blood pressure affects more women than men! Did you know that if you’re a woman, aside from smoking … your biggest risk factor for having heart problems is high blood pressure?... And this is because women have smaller blood vessels in the heart, making them more vulnerable to high blood pressure and inflammation of the blood vessels. In fact, the statistics are startling…. High blood pressure affects one in four women, and kills significantly more women than men: 59% of women compared to 44% of hypertensive men, according to American Heart Association’s 2016 statistics. By the way, your goal for healthy blood pressure levels should be 120/80 or lower. What Causes High Blood Pressure In Women? Pregnancy: The increased blood volume required to nurture a growing fetus—can potentially raise blood pressure to extremely high levels. For this reason, expectant mothers also should have blood pressure readings taken often. Also, hypertension can develop rapidly in the last three months of pregnancy. When this happens, a woman may need treatment—even after delivery. Menopause: Normal age-related hormonal declines, often cause a woman’s arteries to become less elastic and more constrictive, thus contributing to high blood pressure. Unfortunately, giving women synthetic hormones (estrogen and especially progesterone) makes this situation only worse. Metabolic Syndrome: Data from a five-year National Health and Nutrition Examination study of adults with hypertension revealed what causes hypertension in women: imbalance in cholesterol levels, high blood sugar levels and excess abdominal fat. These are typically associated with “metabolic syndrome”, which often leads to heart disease and diabetes. Pain Medications DOUBLES The Problem A report from the Harvard School of Medicine revealed that women taking painkillers such as acetaminophen (Tylenol) and ibuprofen (Advil and Motrin) increased their risk for high blood pressure by almost 100% That’s DOUBLE the rate! And this is because of the fluid retention and decreased kidney function due to these drugs. So, only take these drugs occasionally, as needed and definitely not daily or more than 3x weekly. By the way, aspirin does not cause hypertension, but it has its own set of negative side-effects. Synthetic Hormones Makes Thing Worse Synthetic hormone replacement therapy (HRT), such as medroxyprogesterone found in drugs like Progestin and Provera, can also intensify high blood pressure by causing blood vessels to constrict. Additionally, an increase in progesterone causes a decrease in estrogen, which is NOT what you want because estrogen tends help blood pressure in women. Ironically, higher estrogen levels in men increases blood pressure. 5 Best Way For Women To Protect Themselves From High Blood Pressure Manage your stress levels - sleep better, journal, relax and be more mindful of your feelings. “Don’t sweat the small stuff”. Lose unwanted fat. Eat better - more healthy fats, fish, fiber, vegetables, while decreasing carbs, sugars, alcohol and processed foods. Exercise regularly - walking and lifting weights are best, 3-4x weekly is plenty. Take natural herbs and vitamins that are clinically proven to help lower high blood pressure - such as Hawthorne Berry, Grape Seed, Celery Seed, Pomegranate and Lycopene extract… Along with Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium, D3 and B6. Remember, women really need to be careful with their blood pressure, especially if you’re over the age of 40 and are pre-menopausal or have gone through menopause. Sadly, ½ of these people don’t even know they have hypertension and less than 20% have this under control.3 However, the good news is that in a clinical study5, people who had the highest levels of serum magnesium, had a 48% lower risk of hypertension 69% lower risk of type 2 diabetes 42% lower risk for CAC, which is the hardening of your arteries. All very positive for your heart and overall health. Better Than A Drug? One type of drug prescribed for hypertension are “calcium channel blockers”. These are medicines which relax and widen blood vessels, therefore allowing the blood to flow through the blood vessels smoothly, lowering blood pressure. The good news is that magnesium acts like a calcium channel blocker, easing blood vessel flow and lowering blood pressure – naturally, without any synthetic drugs. It was found in a human clinical study6 of more than 8,500 people that a higher intake of magnesium may decrease the risk of high blood pressure. Where To Get Your Magnesium From FOODS As far as best “magnesium-rich” foods, most of it is greens and vegetables: Spinach Beet greens Collard greens Turnip greens Broccoli Brussels sprouts Kale Bok choy Romaine lettuce Raw seeds: Pumpkin, sesame and sunflower have the highest Raw nuts: Cashews, almonds and Brazil nuts are the best sources Fatty fish: Wild-caught Alaskan salmon and mackerel are the best sources Unfortunately, getting optimal magnesium levels can be difficult because most foods are depleted of vitamins and mineral. SUPPLEMENTS Obviously, taking a pill a lot easier and more efficient. Unfortunately, there are about 9 common forms of magnesium supplements, which can get very confusing. Plus, most supplements of magnesium are poorly absorbed. So What’s The Best Form? Over the years, I’ve tested many different forms and combinations and I’ve discovered the best is a combination of 4 different magnesium's, which are clinically proven for maximum absorption: TRAACS® Magnesium Glycinate Amino Acid Chelate Albion® Di-Magnesium Malate Magnesium Citrate ======================================== Thank you for watching.
