For more on gluten sensitivity: http://draxe.com/gluten-sensitivity-diet/?utm_campaign=Youtube-Sept-2014&utm_medium=social&utm_source=youtube&utm_term=gluten In this video, I’m going to talk about what gluten sensitivity is, symptoms, and side effects. A few of the warning signs that indicate you are gluten sensitive are digestive issues, food allergies, autoimmune disease, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, weight gain, joint pain, arthritis, brain inflammation, ADHD, autism, hypothyroidism, or hormone imbalance. Gluten is a protein found in wheat, barley, and rye that has been hybridized today, resulting in a new breed of gluten. This protein gets into your gut and causes intestinal inflammation, resulting in autoimmune disease and other problems. If you're gluten sensitive and are going gluten free, you can follow the GAPS diet, which supports your digestive system. In addition, taking supplements like L- Glutamine, digestive enzymes, and probiotics will help your body heal from gluten sensitivity. Following these tips you will notice an overall improvement in your gluten sensitivity symptoms! 3 Known Side Effects Of Eating Too Many Walnuts | Healthy Food

04:07
3 Known Side Effects Of Eating Too Many Walnuts | Healthy food As a type of tree nut, walnuts are a common food allergen. An allergic reaction may cause hives, redness, itchiness, nausea, sneezing, coughing, and stomach pain. More severe reactions might make it hard to breathe, so medical attention is needed. A handful of walnuts only has 2 grams of fiber, but overeating them with high-fiber foods may give you gas, diarrhea, and cramps. Their high calorie content may also cause weight gain if you generally eat a lot of calories. --- Please Subscribe My Channel: https://goo.gl/ji1WE3

Flax Seeds and Testosterone: Do Not Eat These Seeds...

04:29
Download my 100% free testosterone foods grocery list here - https://www.truthnutra.com/30foods Flax Seeds and Testosterone: Flax seeds have become strangely popular in the mainstream lately, mostly due to their omega-3 content. However, literally everyone overlooks hormonal health, in general, and therefore has missed the boat on the negative impact a specific compound in flaxseeds has on human endocrine balance. Let's talk about one of the side effects of flax seeds. This compound has an extremely powerful ability to lower human testosterone levels, and flax seeds contain them in an 800-fold amount over most other foods. Keep watching to find out what this compound is… Flaxseeds are incredibly dense in a compound known as lignans. They contain roughly 800x the amount of lignans as most other foods. Why is this a problem? Well, most people don’t realize this, but lignans are highly estrogenic. They’ve been shown to lower both free and total testosterone levels, as well as suppress the 5 alpha reductase enzyme activity. They increase production of SHBG, which is the protein that binds free testosterone, rendering it inactive. The studies done on flaxseeds make the overwhelming conclusion that flaxseeds and hormonal health are not exactly a match made in heaven. In fact, unless you’re a woman with excessive body hair growth, you’re going to want to stay far away from these pesky little estrogen-bombs. Flaxseeds have historically been used by medical researchers specifically to lower excess testosterone levels in women with a condition known as hirsutism, which is characterized by excessive facial hair growth. For example, this study demonstrated that daily consumption of flax seeds for 4 months annihilated total testosterone levels by 70% and free testosterone levels by 89%. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2752973/ In a similar study done on men, the subjects exhibited a not-as-extreme but still significant drop in total testosterone of 15% and free testosterone by 20%. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/11445478 Unless you’re specifically looking to biologically castrate yourself, flax seeds should probably not be a staple food. Once again, mainstream nutrition advice has failed to properly inspect the important, and potentially damaging effects a food can have on the human endocrine system before touting it as a “superfood” and if anything, this just highlights our need to remain vigilant before trusting surface-level advice from mass media outlets or traditionally-educated nutritionists who all learn from the same sources. With that in mind, I have a gift for you… All this conflicting advice around nutrition can be confusing for people, so I want to make things simple and straightforward. Must Know: Why You Need to Stay Away From These Vitamins

09:59
Must Know: Why You Need to Stay Away From These Vitamins Multivitamin and mineral supplements became available in the 1940s, and Americans actively use them ever since. Nowadays, millions of people use supplements in order to strengthen their health and avoid nutrient deficiencies. Most people take a balanced combination of essential vitamins and minerals in the form of a multivitamin, such as Centrum vitamins. Multivitamins accounted for 40 percent of all supplement purchases, which is $5.7 billion out of the $37 billion in supplement sales in 2014 alone. Centrum vitamins, by Pfizer, are the best-selling multivitamins in the country. Their produces is the biggest pharmaceutical company worldwide, which deals mainly in manufactured chemicals. Yet, the company is also known due to the numerous legal battles, frauds, and controversy. It was recently threatened to be sued over false claims about Centrum vitamins in 2012 by the consumer watchdog group Center for Science in the Public Interest. Eventually, the company had to pull claims about breast and colon health. Moreover, it lacks regulation, specificity, and even standards. Namely, the multivitamins ask for no set standards or levels. Yet, it does what all big corporations regularly do: it pays large sums of money for advertising their chemically and synthetically enhanced supplements which can, in fact, do more harm than good. Apparently, even though these multivitamins are advertised to boost immunity and kick your metabolism they actually contain multiple additives which can be harmful or toxic to your body. Centrum vitamins contain at least 3 preservatives and several color additives, along with many toxic and even carcinogenic chemicals and additives. Here is a list of their dangerous ingredients: -Calcium Carbonate — This compound is found in rocks, shells, and even pearls. It is sometimes used to raise calcium levels in the body; but has been related to strokes and heart disease, especially in the elderly. Studies have also linked it to heart issues and myocardial infarction. -Polyethylene Glycol — It is often used in the manufacturing of coal-burning plants, rocket fuel, and over-the-counter laxatives. It might lead to kidney damage, hives and other allergic reactions, esophageal bleeding, tears, and autism. In children, it might cause encopresis, which is a continuous leakage of semi-formed feces. -Hydrogenated Oil — Hydrogenated oils quickly become toxic when processed under extreme heat, atmospheres of pressure and injections of metals. Their consumption clogs the arteries, leading to massive heart and arterial issues, and also results in producing cholesterol to bandage artery walls which have been affected. Due to the vascular issues, it affects the brain and causes Alzheimer’s and ADHD. -Food Dye Yellow 6 — This is a toxic food dye which is a carcinogen and might result in allergies, tumors on the kidneys and testes, and chromosomal damage. It might also cause ADHD, hyperactivity, and restlessness. -GMO Corn Starch — It has multiple adverse effects on the body and affects the detoxifying organs such as the liver and kidneys, but also damages the spleen, heart, and adrenal glands. Its another side effect is Hepatorenal Toxicity, which leads to kidney failure and is typically fatal. -Titanium Dioxide — It has been found to be potentially carcinogenic to humans. It’s included in various products as a whitening agent, like in ink, paper, paints, and even cosmetics and toothpaste. Even though it has been previously considered to be safe by the FDA, it has been recently found to cause lung cancer in rats. What is even more disturbing is that the Centrum vitamins for children are even more dangerous, as they include the following hazardous additives: -Cupric Oxide — This copper mineral is known to be dangerous in Europe. It causes kidney disease and childhood cirrhosis, and it is also dangerous to the environment. -Artificial Sweeteners (Aspartame) — As soon as it is ingested, this carcinogenic sweetener is converted to formaldehyde and methanol, and causes 40 adverse side effects, including birth defects, ADD, cancer, lupus, multiple sclerosis and more. -Zinc Oxide — In Europe, it is considered to be harmful, and leads to diarrhea, constipation, upset stomach and more. -Lactose (Milk Sugar) — Lactose makes up 2-8 % of the milk by weight. Specific enzymes in the stomach break it down, leading to lactose intolerance, and symptoms like vomiting, diarrhea, bloating, cramping, upset stomach, and nausea. What Is Keto Rash?

Get Purified Biles Salts Here: https://shop.drberg.com/gallbladder-formula-regular Take Dr. Berg's Advanced Evaluation Quiz: http://bit.ly/EvalQuiz Your report will then be sent via email analyzing 104 potential symptoms, giving you a much deeper insight into the cause-effect relationship of your body issues. It's free and very enlightening. Dr. Berg talks about keto rash. When you release more fat than usual. Fat is the substance that stores all sorts of toxins. And if your liver or gallbladder is not releasing toxins in a regular manner, your body could back up with toxic slug causing a reaction in the skin. Hi guys its Dr. Berg, in this short video I want to discuss this thing called keto rash. Here you go in this ketogenic diet and you end up with this terrible rash. If you look this up there is not much information about this and it’s hard to know what it is and so people try all sorts of things and they would start eating more carbs. This is my theory about what it is, if you look at a rash it is usually itchy called pruritus. Itchiness is coming from the liver. High levels of histamines are dumped up in to the liver because when you switch over to ketogenic and or you are running on ketones, you are releasing tons of fat that is coming out through the liver and if you don’t consume enough vegetables you are going to actually have a fatty liver but you are dumping more fat and that fat holds a lot of stuff like chemicals and toxins. If you don’t have enough bile in your gallbladder and you do a ketogenic diet, you might not be able to release the toxins that are coming out with the fat in the proper matter and you are going to create a little bit of the immune reaction with the histamines. One of the purposes of bile is to break down fats but the other purpose is to eliminate toxins. The solution is to add purified bile salts, you can use my formula which is the gallbladder formula or you can just find purified bile salts but it will increase the flow of the bile to the liver and gallbladder so you will eliminate the toxins a lot better and reduce the rash reaction that is occurring. 🥜Why Peanuts Are Bad

03:37
Help Me, Help YOU… Get Healthier, Faster! 👉http://drsam.co/yt/AnswerThis Or watch the only 4 ways to build muscle: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X6ZSOu2CinM =============================================== 🥜Why Peanuts Are Bad =============================================== Recently, I did a video about the “Only 4 Ways To Build Muscle” … which was about building muscle, getting stronger and also losing fat. In that video I explained what to eat and I quickly mentioned how you should NOT eat peanuts. I’ve actually mentioned this in a couple of other videos. Well, I got lots of questions as to why this is and how can peanuts be bad for you, since they have good fat, lots of protein, vitamins and minerals. And this is a fair question and let me answer it quickly. To begin with, peanuts are not “nuts”, they are legumes and thus, part of the “bean” family. Most people don’t know this. As to why you should avoid peanuts, there are few important reasons. ALLERGIES To begin with, some people are deathly allergic to peanuts. For a small percentage of the population, peanuts can literally kill them. (1). Of course, the majority of people aren’t AS allergic to peanuts, but if you ate enough of them, long enough, the allergens start to build up and you WILL have allergic reactions, even if they are mild and subtle. It won’t kill you, but it won’t improve your health either. Macronutrients The next thing is that people will say that peanuts are a healthy food because it has carbs, proteins and fats. But the protein doesn’t contain all the essential amino acids. The next problem is the fat content - it’s fairly high in Omega 6 fats and linoleic acid. Omega 6 fats cause inflammation and many diseases - heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, fat gain, cancer, autoimmune diseases, etc. They also compete with the healthy, omega 3 fats - which is NOT what you want. Aflatoxins Most people don’t know, but peanuts actually grow underground, where they tend to be colonized by a fungus called Aspergillus, a source of aflatoxins... which are toxic and highly carcinogenic (cancer causing). Humans are actually fairly resistant to the acute (short-term) effects of aflatoxins, but unfortunately continued exposure does cause a buildup. Additionally, fungus grows on its own and thus, even if you stop eating peanuts the fungus continues to grow inside of you and over time becomes toxic. Studies in humans link aflatoxin exposure to liver cancer, stunted growth in children and mental retardation (8, 9, 10, 11). This is very important for all your parents giving your kids peanut butter daily. I suggest you STOP! High In Lectins Peanuts are also high in Lectins, which is bad for your health -- Again, causing all the typical problems of diseases, inflammation, weight gain, memory problems, joint pain, diabetes, etc., etc. Healthy Alternatives Peanuts and nuts taste yummy, there’s no denying that. Especially when roasted and lightly salted. And in small amounts, eaten occasionally - they should be fine for most people. However, I suggest you switch to other nuts, especially if you are giving your kids peanut butter. Instead, eat Almond butter Walnut butter Hazelnut butter These are much healthier nuts and still taste great. ======================================== ======================================== Thank you for watching. 5 Foods That Destroy Your Hormones and Skin

04:06
Once we leave the teenage years, we may think acne is a thing of the past. But later in life, an imbalance of hormones can shake things up and acne takes center stage again. An endocrine imbalance is the culprit responsible for triggering hormonal acne. Women in mid-cycle and/or right before their periods are easy prey. These are the two times a month when estrogen and testosterone spike. These two hormones can accumulate if not properly detoxed. And when estrogen dominates, the complexion is fertile ground where inflamed skin and acne can thrive. Luckily there is a natural solution that may provide relief. The first step is to pay attention to your diet. The food you ingest can disrupt your hormones which in turns, produces inflammation. But on the flip side, the right kinds of food can balance hormones and soothe your skin. In today’s video we’ll examine the foods which work for and against your hormones. Foods to Avoid 1. Soy Soy has been on the suspect list of instigating acne. If you think you are sensitive to soy, try eliminating it from your diet and see if your condition improves. It contains phytoestrogens which can create a hormonal imbalance. 2. Dairy Excess dairy consumption can contribute to a surplus of hormones that can lead to acne. Dairy is also a primary cause for leaky guy syndrome. 3. Gluten Like dairy, Gluten can disrupt hormones. It can create intestinal inflammation and produce a domino effect of health issues. 4. Caffeine Caffeine is a kick-starter for millions every morning. Yet it often comes with a tradeoff. It can take its toll on your skin’s immune response. A steady combination of coffee and tea can strip away many essential vitamins which are essential to maintaining a vibrant complexion. 5. Canola, Sunflower, Safflower and Vegetable Oil If you have acne-prone skin, put these oils on your radar as ones to avoid. They have certain nutrients that can ignite a fire storm on your complexion, especially during peak estrogen days. The Best Foods for Your Complexion 1. Avocados Avocados contain a substance that can bring hormone levels back under control. Adding avocados to your diet can be a natural defense system to ward off inflammation. 2. Turmeric Another spice you may already have in your kitchen cabinets is Turmeric. Besides its natural ability to reduce inflammation, pain and swelling, it’s also a remedy for your skin. 3. Chia Seeds One of the highest sources of omega-3’s in nature can be found in this gluten-free grain. These little marvels can stabilize blood sugar, improve insulin sensitivity and keep blood pressure spikes in check. 4. Cinnamon In your spice rack, you may already have a secret weapon. Cinnamon. This aromatic spice contains anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties that help regulate hormones. 5. Pomegranates Mood swings can be tempered by eating Pomegranates. They produce the same estrogens that female ovaries do. They also are rich in anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. -------------------------------------------------------- Disclaimer: The materials and the information contained on Natural Cures channel are provided for general and educational purposes only and do not constitute any legal, medical or other professional advice on any subject matter. 03:01
Are testosterone boosters safe? What are testosterone supplements side effects? http://www.biomerchbooster.com These obvious questions you should ask when you are going to take any kind of supplement or booster. If you are a male bodybuilder, and you want to build muscle quicker. Or you feel tired and lethargic more frequently, your concentration and attention span begins to drift, you begin forgetting everyday things, even names, your sex drive shifts into neutral – or worse! You might consider taking a testosterone booster. Doctors at Johns Hopkins University and Duke University Medical Center state: "We conclude that testosterone replacement improved sexual function, mental well-being, lean muscle mass and muscle strength. What Are Vitamin D Deficiency Symptoms?

06:05
For more info: https://draxe.com/vitamin-d-deficiency-symptoms/?utm_campaign=Youtube-Apr-2015&utm_medium=social&utm_source=youtube&utm_term=vitaminddeficiency In this video I’m going to talk about the benefits of vitamin D as well as symptoms of vitamin D deficiency. In certain studies, Americans has been found to be the #1 population in vitamin D deficiency. Some of the main symptoms of vitamin D deficiency are a weakened immune system, candida or bacterial overgrowth, emotional ups and downs, hormone imbalance, trouble putting on muscle or losing weight, weakened bones or teeth, cancer, heart disease, or diabetes. Vitamin D supports having a healthy immune response, digestive health, hormone balance, and more. The biggest causes of vitamin D deficiency are not getting enough sunlight, certain chemicals from plastic bottles (bpa), and toxicity. Try to get outside everyday for about 20-30 minutes of natural sunlight. Certain foods that are sources of vitamin D are wild caught fish, raw fermented milk, mushrooms, and eggs. However, there are small amounts in the food you eat. For a good supplement, I would recommend a high quality vitamin D supplement. You don’t want to take vitamin D2, but you do want to take vitamin D3. For supplementation, take about 2000-5000 IUs a day. However, if you have a severe deficiency, then for 1-2 months, you may take 5000 IUs twice daily. Lastly, you want to take your vitamin D3 with some form of fat like coconut oil or avocado to help absorption in your body. For more on vitamin d deficiency, you can check out this article: http://draxe.com/vitamin-d-deficiency-symptoms/ *This content is strictly the opinion of Dr. Josh Axe, and is for informational and educational purposes only. Is Peanut Butter Bad for You?

05:57
For more info: https://draxe.com/peanut-butter-nutrition-facts/?utm_campaign=Youtube-Jan-2015&utm_medium=social&utm_source=youtube&utm_term=peanutbutter Is peanut butter bad for you? The answer is yes and no. It depends on how much you consume, the variety of nut you’re eating, and what the rest of your diet looks like. To put it simply, peanut butter can be harmful because peanuts are high in omega-6 fats, which causes inflammation. We do not consume enough omega-3 fats, which reduce inflammation. Secondly, peanuts are grown on the ground and can develop mold, which can be a factor in a lot of kid’s allergy developments today. If you want to eat your peanut butter and still be healthy, here are some tips. When you’re buying peanuts, make sure you’re buying a certified organic brand, usually Valencia or Jungle peanuts, which are grown on bushes higher up from the ground, avoiding mold. Additionally, adding flax seed oil or fish oil supplements to your diet to increase your level of omega-3 fats is important. Consuming peanut butter can be part of a healthy diet if you’re consuming it with the right type of foods. Peanuts are one of the highest forms of plant-based proteins available today, as well. So, if you buy organic, jungle peanuts and you’re consuming a lot of omega-3 fats in your diet, then it can be healthy to consume peanut butter. However, the biggest problem with peanut butter today is that 99% of peanut butters contain hydrogenated oils, are non-organic, and people are consuming too many omega-6 fats. For this reason, peanut butter is not good for you and can cause weight gain and inflammation. If you want to learn more about inflammation, check out this article: http://draxe.com/turmeric-benefits/ Omega 3 fat article: http://draxe.com/omega-3-benefits-plus-top-10-omega-3-foods-list/ Chia seed article: http://draxe.com/ancient-superseed-chia-increases-energy-and-metabolism/ *This content is strictly the opinion of Dr. Josh Axe, and is for informational and educational purposes only. Bone broth Recipe: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fCBgNx_pUPk By now, you’ve probably at least heard about the trendy hot beverage known as bone broth. Many health experts and fans of this near magical elixir have been singing its praises, but it’s actually been considered an excellent healer in numerous cultures for centuries. If You’ve Never tried Bone-Broth, you should definitely give it a try to receive this amazing 6-benefits. 1.Bone-broth can help you look younger. Who doesn’t want to look younger? Unless you’re very young already, you can probably use a boost of youthfulness, and thanks to the high content of collagen in bone-broth, it can help make your skin look younger, and improve the appearance of your hair and nails too. Collagen helps to form tissues in the skin that make it stronger and smoother. Scientific research has shown that a higher intake of collagen is linked to improved hydration and skin barrier functions, and a reduction in signs of aging like fine-lines, wrinkles and sagging. 2.Better sleep. Experts say it’s due to the amino-acids in bone-broth which act like inhibitory neurotransmitters for the production of chemicals and hormones that are important for sleep.  Increasing glycine intake has been shown to help people who suffer from sleep problems get better rest as well as improve memory – that makes sense as when you’re well-rested, you can think clearer too. 3.Stronger bones and healthier joints. The phosphorus, magnesium, and calcium in the bones that are used to make bone-broth, seeps out into the liquid to provide you with the essential building blocks for healthy bones. Bone-broth also contains chondroitin sulfate, which has been shown to lower the risk of osteoarthritis. If you suffer from joint-pain, you probably know that taking glucosamine supplements can help, but bone-broth contains this important compound too, along with other nutrients that keep the joints healthy and pain-free. 4.An energy boost A boost of energy is something else most of us could use with our very busy schedules often leaving us drained by late-afternoon. As bone-broth is a great source of electrolytes, like potassium, magnesium, and sodium which help to sustain energy and are important for muscle, nerve, digestive and cognitive function. Many bone-broth fans swear by the boost of energy they get after consuming it. Some even claim it works better than coffee, without the side-effects. 5.Helps Detoxify the Liver and Digestive System. Consuming bone-broth is an effective way to boost your supply of the antioxidant glutathione, one of the body’s most powerful detoxifying agents. Glutathione helps the liver flush out excess chemicals, stored hormones and other waste. 6.Boosts Immunity. Bone-broth fasts can increase beneficial bacteria living in the gut, which are highly correlated with stronger immunity. Good-bacteria in the gut can actually turn on certain genes that help regulate inflammation and turn down numerous types of unwanted symptoms. Eating Nuts During Pregnancy May Reduce Babies' Allergy Risks

Eating Nuts During Pregnancy May Reduce Babies' Allergy Risks. Women who regularly eat tree nuts or peanuts during pregnancy may be less likely to give birth to babies who later develop nut allergies, a new study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association has found. More from CNN.com: The study, published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, is the first to demonstrate that a mother who eats nuts during pregnancy may help build up a baby's tolerance to them after birth, its lead author, Dr. Michael Young, told CNN. The effect seemed to be strongest in women who ate the most peanuts or tree nuts -- five or more servings per week, according to the study, which controlled for factors such as family history of nut allergies and other dietary practices. Peanut and tree nut allergies tend to overlap, according to the researchers. Earlier studies indicated that nut consumption during pregnancy either didn't have any effect or actually raised the risk of allergies in children. However, the authors of the latest study say those studies were based on less reliable data and conflict with more recent research suggesting that early exposure to nuts can reduce the risk of developing allergies to them. There is currently no formally recognized medical guidance for nut consumption during pregnancy or infancy. Eating Nuts During Pregnancy May Reduce Babies' Allergy Risks. CBD Oil Side Effects Warning (Do Not Buy CBD Until You See This)

01:45
3 simple tips to follow before buying: 1. Always check the CBD purity, it should be 50% and more. 2. Choose products made in the US or Canada. Due to strict regulations this is your quality guarantee. 3. Do not expect to purchase quality and safe to use CBD oil for pennies. High quality CBD oil should cost at least $45-$50. Choose another product if that amount puts you into an uncomfortable situation financially. Brands that I trust and recommend: 1. Verified CBD Oil (http://verifiedcbdoil.com). This is probably the oldest brand of CBD I know. Tons of success stories and quality I have tested myself - these are the reasons I have been recommending this brand to my friends and family for years. The only downside is that due to their recent TV "fame" they are often out of stock and can be hard to get. Official website: http://verifiedcbdoil.com Benefits and Side Effects of CBD Oil Cannabidiol, or CBD as it is commonly known, is a very interesting chemical. And it is responsible for many people changing their views on marijuana use for medicinal purposes. While everyone has heard of THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), not many are aware of CBD. The two chemicals are both contained in marijuana, but they serve very different purposes. While the THC in marijuana is will get you high, CBD is a chemical with many benefits from a medicinal point of view - and it does not have the same side effects on the body as THC. What are the Health Benefits of CBD Oil? The ingredient CBD has been used for many years to make several products. One of these products is CBD oil. According to many studies which have carried out on this product, there are many different health benefits associated with it. First and foremost, it can help people who are experiencing excessive nausea and vomiting due to chemotherapy or some other type of medical treatment. It is also great at reducing the seizures some people get on a regular basis. Another benefit of CBD oil is how it helps combat inflammation and neuro-degenerative disorders. It is also great for anxiety and depression sufferers. So if you are suffering from one of these conditions, you may want to talk to your physician about the possibility of getting on CBD oil for a few months. CBD oil also contain various o nutrients like carbohydrates, amino acids, vitamins such as vitamin B1, B2, B6, D and E, trace minerals such as calcium, iron zinc, magnesium potassium, and several other compounds required by the human body for healthy functioning, such as chlorophyll, carotene, ketones, glycosides, nitrogen-based compounds, etc.. Unlike THC, CBD oil doesn't make you high. The CBD in these this product will not make you feel the same as the THC does. This is because THC is a psychoactive chemical whereas CBD is not. It does not act in the same manner when it comes into contact with your brain's pathways. It does not interfere with your psychological or psychomotor functions either. For those who want a simpler explanation: CBD oil is 100% safe and won't get you high! Are there Any Side Effects of CBD Oil? Whereas CBD oil has been proven safe for human consumption, some researches done on it have identified a possibility of side effects in patients taking the oil. One study which was published in 1886 in the International Journal of Neuroscience showed that CBD oil could cause some mild side effects in patients with dystonia. These side effects include dry mouth, hypotension, sedation, psychomotor slowing, and lightheadedness. However, there are no side effects which have been reported when CBD is taken in high doses. As you can see, you should not worry when taking CBD oil as its side effects are very mild. Buy CBD oil today and experience the many benefits associated with it. Next generation allergy vaccines

02:41
The European Association of Research and Technology Organisations EARTO has awarded VTT an innovation prize for the technological development work behind allergy vaccine. VTT patented technology helps the human body to develop resistance to allergens. VTT's patents are based on application of gene technology to alter the structure of an allergen -- a protein causing allergy -- so that it will cause fewer allergic symptoms while remaining effective in desensitisation therapy.

Adrenal Fatigue Related Health Conditions

11:13
http://www.drlam.com/blog/adrenal-fatigue-related-health-conditions-2/2854/ - The normal stress response by the adrenal gland is to increase the blood sugar level. However, glucose release is slowed as the output of cortisol reduces during later stages of Adrenal Fatigue, such as what happens in adrenal exhaustion. - Hypoglycemia itself is a significant stress on the entire body, especially on the adrenal, so you have a vicious cycle that goes on. While this can be overcome by sugar fixes initially, in mild Adrenal Fatigue – and that’s why people take Coca-Cola, or Pepsi Cola, or pop drinks, as well as donuts or juices to give themselves that little boost, this is only a quick fix, and usually the symptoms will come back after only a short time, usually within one or two hours. - Hypoglycemia is also related to the autonomic nervous system dysfunction. Secondly, we have a musculoskeletal system breakdown. Now, collagen and protein are broken down in a catabolic state of function during Adrenal Fatigue. This can lead to chronic pain syndromes, joint pain, chronic fatigue, and fibromyalgia. - As cortisol goes up, one of the side effects of this hormone is the breakdown of protein, resulting in an overall net catabolic state, meaning the amount of buildup of the muscle is less than the amount of breakdown, so as a result, broken down muscles are not adequately replaced. Collagen is broken down without significant replenishment. Outwardly, wrinkles start to develop as premature aging sets in. Internally, organs and muscle breakdowns tends to lead to chronic muscle and joint pains of unknown origin, especially after strenuous exercise or heavy lifting. - Adrenal Fatigue therefore is often associated with poor ability to digest protein, as well as the gastrointestinal systems tend to slow down. This will only add to the musculoskeletal pain and syndromes. It should come, therefore, as no surprise that that secondary fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue are commonly associated with adrenal exhaustion. - Because Adrenal Fatigue can lead to insomnia, sleep disturbances, brain fog, anxiety and depression if the central nervous system is involved. Peripheral nervous system dysfunction is often associated with orthostatic hypertension, dizziness, lightheadedness, temperature intolerance, fainting spells, tingling and numbness sensation of extremities, as well as sweating disregulation. - Chronic lack of sleep is strongly associated with decreased immunity, as well, and impaired glucose intolerance, as well as the decreased alertness and concentration. Cortisol, DHEA, testosterone, and estrogen are key hormones produced by the adrenals, - Those with advanced Adrenal Fatigue are strongly associate with an increase in fear, anxiety, depression, as well as difficulty concentrating. - A lot of people also complain of brain fog, which is a mental state where the memory becomes clouded or unclear. The exact physiology is not clear, but it’s postulated that excessive metabolite buildup in the brain over time, due to poor clearance is a major factor. It brings up a point that many people try to do detoxification to get themselves better from Adrenal Fatigue, but improper detoxification can make the body worse, and make brain fog more decompensated, and also can even trigger a retoxification reaction, if not done carefully. - Oftentimes what happens during Adrenal Fatigue, is what’s responsible for many of the common symptoms, including heart palpitations, blood pressure irregularity, as well as sweating. - You can also have estrogen and progesterone imbalances leading to a continuum of estrogen dominance, such as PMS, endometriosis, PCOS, fibrocystic breast disease, breast cancer, as well as irregular menstrual cycles. Hormone imbalances can also include thyroid imbalances, which are very common, as you can see. Adrenal Fatigue is commonly associated with secondary hyperthyroidism, where the thyroid laboratory tests may be normal, but the person is clinically sub-functioning in terms of high thyroid, and can be considered hypothyroid. There can also be cortical hormone imbalances, such as aldosterone imbalances, leading to irregular blood pressure, as well as salt and fluid retention problems. - There could be androgen imbalances, including masculinization effects from testosterone, with symptoms such as seborrhea, dermatitis, acne, hirsutism, as well as velvety light brown to black markings, usually on the neck. In men, a low libido is often associated. - We have immune system dysfunctions with symptoms such as allergies. The weaker the adrenal, the stronger the effects of allergens because of the histamine release, and the less the cortisol is being secreted. Therefore, you have less anti-inflammatory response. Number two, you also have autoimmune disease. These become more prevalent, such as Hashimoto’s disease, as well as rheumatoid arthritis, because of the cortisol effect.

Why Did Your Doctor Put You on Steroids?

06:02
If you are on steroids, it means the cause of your condition hasn't been discovered. Find the cause. You may feel better on steroids but over time, destruction to your tissue occurs. Please Like, Share, and Subscribe! -Dr. Schmidt You have already taken the first step to better your health by watching my video! Next, I recommend that you join our Long Distance Patient Program so that you can get diet modification and supplement recommendations designed specifically for you by me or one of my fellow practitioners in our Ann Arbor, Michigan office. You have to be a patient of our office in order to receive supplements, per our distribution agreement with the producer of the Standard Process brand supplements. Becoming a Long Distance Patient as outlined below allows you that access. In order to be part of our online patient program, you would purchase an annual membership for $200. This membership includes an initial 30 minute phone appointment with me or one of our practitioners. At that time, the practitioner will make a recommendation to you for diet modifications, supplements and the quantities that you should take. After the phone call, you are able to order supplements for a year, as needed, directly from our website and our app. We will then promptly ship the supplements out to you. Follow up phone calls with your practitioner are $125 for a 20 minute phone/SKYPE appointment. If you would like to move forward and take advantage of this opportunity, please call: (734) 302-7575 or email intake@thenhcaa.com to schedule your phone appointment, and make the $200 payment. You can reach us by phone Monday through Saturday 9am-5pm EST. To learn more about our office and clinical practice, go to: http://thenutritionalhealingcenter.com Since not everyone is fortunate enough to live within driving distance of Ann Arbor, Michigan, and many feel that an telephone/online consultation is not enough to meet their clinical needs, I am happy to offer you our Long Distance Patient Travel Package. The package is comprised of a series of appointments with myself or another practitioner that are time sensitive, and a time allowance of 48-72 hours in our beautiful city is required. Not only are your health issues of concern thoroughly evaluated, but you receive a comprehensive full body evaluation, two different computerized cardiac health tests, a great deal of teaching and health education, and leave with a program of diet modification and supplement support that the practitioner is confident will improve your health and quality of life. This program can initiate your relationship with our clinic, and be followed up with telephone/online consultations, or it can be incorporated into your already existing program with our clinic to further enhance the program you already have in place. The cost for the Long Distance Travel Package is $560 and includes everything mentioned above. We also have a relationship with a lovely landmark hotel conveniently located less than 2 miles from our office, that offers a reduced nightly rate to our patients.
