For more on gluten sensitivity: http://draxe.com/gluten-sensitivity-diet/?utm_campaign=Youtube-Sept-2014&utm_medium=social&utm_source=youtube&utm_term=gluten In this video, I’m going to talk about what gluten sensitivity is, symptoms, and side effects. A few of the warning signs that indicate you are gluten sensitive are digestive issues, food allergies, autoimmune disease, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, weight gain, joint pain, arthritis, brain inflammation, ADHD, autism, hypothyroidism, or hormone imbalance. Gluten is a protein found in wheat, barley, and rye that has been hybridized today, resulting in a new breed of gluten. This protein gets into your gut and causes intestinal inflammation, resulting in autoimmune disease and other problems. If you're gluten sensitive and are going gluten free, you can follow the GAPS diet, which supports your digestive system. In addition, taking supplements like L- Glutamine, digestive enzymes, and probiotics will help your body heal from gluten sensitivity. Following these tips you will notice an overall improvement in your gluten sensitivity symptoms! 3 Known Side Effects Of Eating Too Many Walnuts | Healthy food As a type of tree nut, walnuts are a common food allergen. An allergic reaction may cause hives, redness, itchiness, nausea, sneezing, coughing, and stomach pain. More severe reactions might make it hard to breathe, so medical attention is needed. A handful of walnuts only has 2 grams of fiber, but overeating them with high-fiber foods may give you gas, diarrhea, and cramps. Their high calorie content may also cause weight gain if you generally eat a lot of calories. --- Please Subscribe My Channel: https://goo.gl/ji1WE3

5 Foods That Destroy Your Hormones and Skin

04:06
Once we leave the teenage years, we may think acne is a thing of the past. But later in life, an imbalance of hormones can shake things up and acne takes center stage again. An endocrine imbalance is the culprit responsible for triggering hormonal acne. Women in mid-cycle and/or right before their periods are easy prey. These are the two times a month when estrogen and testosterone spike. These two hormones can accumulate if not properly detoxed. And when estrogen dominates, the complexion is fertile ground where inflamed skin and acne can thrive. Luckily there is a natural solution that may provide relief. The first step is to pay attention to your diet. The food you ingest can disrupt your hormones which in turns, produces inflammation. But on the flip side, the right kinds of food can balance hormones and soothe your skin. In today’s video we’ll examine the foods which work for and against your hormones. Foods to Avoid 1. Soy Soy has been on the suspect list of instigating acne. If you think you are sensitive to soy, try eliminating it from your diet and see if your condition improves. It contains phytoestrogens which can create a hormonal imbalance. 2. Dairy Excess dairy consumption can contribute to a surplus of hormones that can lead to acne. Dairy is also a primary cause for leaky guy syndrome. 3. Gluten Like dairy, Gluten can disrupt hormones. It can create intestinal inflammation and produce a domino effect of health issues. 4. Caffeine Caffeine is a kick-starter for millions every morning. Yet it often comes with a tradeoff. It can take its toll on your skin’s immune response. A steady combination of coffee and tea can strip away many essential vitamins which are essential to maintaining a vibrant complexion. 5. Canola, Sunflower, Safflower and Vegetable Oil If you have acne-prone skin, put these oils on your radar as ones to avoid. They have certain nutrients that can ignite a fire storm on your complexion, especially during peak estrogen days. The Best Foods for Your Complexion 1. Avocados Avocados contain a substance that can bring hormone levels back under control. Adding avocados to your diet can be a natural defense system to ward off inflammation. 2. Turmeric Another spice you may already have in your kitchen cabinets is Turmeric. Besides its natural ability to reduce inflammation, pain and swelling, it’s also a remedy for your skin. 3. Chia Seeds One of the highest sources of omega-3’s in nature can be found in this gluten-free grain. These little marvels can stabilize blood sugar, improve insulin sensitivity and keep blood pressure spikes in check. 4. Cinnamon In your spice rack, you may already have a secret weapon. Cinnamon. This aromatic spice contains anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties that help regulate hormones. 5. Pomegranates Mood swings can be tempered by eating Pomegranates. They produce the same estrogens that female ovaries do. They also are rich in anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. -------------------------------------------------------- Disclaimer: The materials and the information contained on Natural Cures channel are provided for general and educational purposes only and do not constitute any legal, medical or other professional advice on any subject matter. 12 Ways Your Body Tries To Tell You That Your Liver Is Being Damaged

04:55
12 Ways Your Body Tries To Tell You That Your Liver Is Being Damaged The liver is the largest solid organ in your body. It is located in the right upper quadrant of your abdomen and partly protected by the ribs. You need your liver for many important bodily functions and cannot live without your liver. For this reason, you should know the early signs of liver damage and take care of your liver as much as you possibly can. There are more than a hundred different kinds of diseases of the liver. Each has its own set of symptoms. Some of these diseases include alcoholic liver disease, hepatitis, fatty liver disease, and cirrhosis of the liver. The early signs of liver disease tend to be easily overlooked and are non-specific, related to any number of different conditions. Here are some common early signs. 1. Upset Stomach You are likely to get nausea and vomiting. They can mimic other diseases, such as migraines, food poisoning, vertigo, motion sickness, early pregnancy, depression and vomiting. It can mimic kidney problems as well. Those who suffer from early liver damage often feel persistently nauseous, because the liver has a decreased ability to rid the body of toxins. The nausea can also be due to ongoing metabolism and changes in digestion. If you have these symptoms for several days and don’t know why, seek the attention of your doctor. 2. Fatigue and Overall Weakness One of the early and obvious signs of liver damage is constantly feeling tired and weak. When the liver is not in great condition, the body must work harder and you will need more rest. This is due to an increase in toxins in the bloodstream that can’t be cleared out because the liver can’t get rid of the toxins properly. If the symptoms persist, especially with other early signs of liver damage, seek medical advice as soon as you can. 3. Lack of Appetite This happens due to a lack of production of bile that helps digest fat in the diet. When food isn’t properly digested, it can lead to a lack of appetite and a severe loss of weight. See your doctor if you experience any of these symptoms for a long period of time. 4. Digestion Problems The liver is important in digestion because it makes bile that helps the nutrients be better processed and absorbed by the small intestines. If the liver is failing, you can develop an increase in indigestion and diarrhea. If the bile is not produced properly, you can also experience irritable bowel syndrome, fatty food intolerance, alcohol intolerance, abdominal bloating, constipation and gallstones. If this becomes severe, you need to seek the medical attention of a doctor. 5. Alterations in the Color of Urine If you think you are drinking enough but still have a dark color of your urine, this may be one of the early signs of liver damage. The urine may look brown, amber, or orange in color because of elevated levels of bilirubin in the bloodstream. The bilirubin is elevated because the liver cannot get rid of the bilirubin and it is excreted through the kidneys. Dark urine may also be due to dehydration, side effects of taking antibiotics, taking B vitamin supplements, urinary tract infections, enzyme deficiencies or kidney abnormalities. The doctor can help sort out the cause of dark urine. 6. Changes in Stool Coloration Because the bile is not made enough by a malfunctioning liver, the color of the stool changes. Instead of being brown, it can become pale yellow, clay colored, or gray in appearance. If this happens periodically, it is not dangerous, but if it happens often, seek the advice of your doctor to check out your liver. https://youtu.be/VOx8ikPmaos

It's probably safe to assume that at least one of your friends is obsessed with chia seeds . With everyone talking about how amazing they can be for you, it's easy to get carried away and not realize the side effects that chia seeds can have. Chia seeds, a superfood that dates back to the times of the Aztecs, are now enjoying a renaissance of classes. They are included in all the nutritional lists as a source rich in fiber, omega-3 fats, proteins, vitamins, and minerals. Of course, chia seeds are a great source of nutrition as part of a balanced diet and are also constantly marketed as an aid to losing weight and swallowed in large quantities by weight watchers, but may have too much good and this superfood It is not an exception. These are some of the side effects of chia seeds that you should keep in mind. Low blood pressure/bleeding Due to the large source of Omega-3 fatty acids in chia seeds, they can actually cause the blood to thin out. It could also cause your blood pressure to drop drastically if you are already facing that health problem. If you already have low blood pressure or if you are already taking prescription blood thinners, be sure to proceed with caution and ask your doctor if your intake of chia seeds is okay. Eating too many chia seeds can cause digestive problems Chia seeds are a good source of fiber, which provides 11 grams of fiber in each 1-ounce serving . Fiber is essential for your health, promoting regularity and supporting beneficial bacteria in your intestine, among other important roles. However, too much fiber can cause problems for some people. Excessive fiber intake can cause problems such as abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhea, bloating and gas. This can also occur when a high intake of fiber is combined with inadequate hydration since water is essential to help the fiber pass through the digestive system. In addition, people with inflammatory bowel diseases, such as ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease, may need to control their fiber intake and limit chia seeds during outbreaks. These chronic diseases cause inflammation and narrowing of the gastrointestinal tract, which can cause symptoms such as abdominal pain, bleeding, diarrhea and weight loss. Allergy An allergic reaction to chia seeds is extremely rare, but it is possible. If you are predisposed to allergies, you should be very careful when trying this food. Keep in mind that there are some recorded cases in which these seeds cross-reacted with other foods. Oregano, sesame, mustard, and thyme, in particular, can trigger a reaction. Potential effects on pregnant women Although the way chia seeds affect pregnant women is not fully understood, " most health authorities recommend pregnant and lactating women stay safe and avoid the use of chia seeds. until more research has been done. " While it may be uncertain if chia seeds affect pregnant women, it is probably best to omit the seeds for nine months. Eating chia seeds can be a choking hazard Although they are safe for most people, chia seeds can increase the risk of suffocation. So be sure to consume them carefully, especially if you have trouble swallowing. This greater risk is due to the fact that dry chia seeds swell and absorb between 10 and 12 times their weight in the liquid when exposed to water. These gelling properties can be useful when it comes to cooking or baking, but they have the potential to be unsafe since chia seeds can easily swell and lodge in the throat. A case study analyzed a 39-year-old man who had a dangerous incident with chia seeds when he ate a spoonful of dried seeds and then drank a glass of water.

What Is Keto Rash?

Get Purified Biles Salts Here: https://shop.drberg.com/gallbladder-f... Take Dr. Berg's Advanced Evaluation Quiz: http://bit.ly/EvalQuiz Your report will then be sent via email analyzing 104 potential symptoms, giving you a much deeper insight into the cause-effect relationship of your body issues. It's free and very enlightening. Dr. Berg talks about keto rash. When you release more fat than usual. Fat is the substance that stores all sorts of toxins. And if your liver or gallbladder is not releasing toxins in a regular manner, your body could back up with toxic slug causing a reaction in the skin. Hi guys its Dr. Berg, in this short video I want to discuss this thing called keto rash. Here you go in this ketogenic diet and you end up with this terrible rash. If you look this up there is not much information about this and it’s hard to know what it is and so people try all sorts of things and they would start eating more carbs. This is my theory about what it is, if you look at a rash it is usually itchy called pruritus. Itchiness is coming from the liver. High levels of histamines are dumped up in to the liver because when you switch over to ketogenic and or you are running on ketones, you are releasing tons of fat that is coming out through the liver and if you don’t consume enough vegetables you are going to actually have a fatty liver but you are dumping more fat and that fat holds a lot of stuff like chemicals and toxins. If you don’t have enough bile in your gallbladder and you do a ketogenic diet, you might not be able to release the toxins that are coming out with the fat in the proper matter and you are going to create a little bit of the immune reaction with the histamines. One of the purposes of bile is to break down fats but the other purpose is to eliminate toxins. The solution is to add purified bile salts, you can use my formula which is the gallbladder formula or you can just find purified bile salts but it will increase the flow of the bile to the liver and gallbladder so you will eliminate the toxins a lot better and reduce the rash reaction that is occurring. To learn more about asthma and testosterone, please visit: https://www.testosterone.me/effects-testosterone-asthma-prevalence-among-men-women This video covers the discovery that women may suffer from asthma more than men because they do not produce as much testosterone as men. How this may cause lung inflammation is discussed in the video. It is well-known that women produce less testosterone than men and probably will never need testosterone injections as they get older, as some men do. Is this a possible case FOR testosterone injections for women?

🥜Why Peanuts Are Bad

03:37
Help Me, Help YOU… Get Healthier, Faster! 👉http://drsam.co/yt/AnswerThis Or watch the only 4 ways to build muscle: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X6ZSOu2CinM =============================================== 🥜Why Peanuts Are Bad =============================================== Recently, I did a video about the “Only 4 Ways To Build Muscle” … which was about building muscle, getting stronger and also losing fat. In that video I explained what to eat and I quickly mentioned how you should NOT eat peanuts. I’ve actually mentioned this in a couple of other videos. Well, I got lots of questions as to why this is and how can peanuts be bad for you, since they have good fat, lots of protein, vitamins and minerals. And this is a fair question and let me answer it quickly. To begin with, peanuts are not “nuts”, they are legumes and thus, part of the “bean” family. Most people don’t know this. As to why you should avoid peanuts, there are few important reasons. ALLERGIES To begin with, some people are deathly allergic to peanuts. For a small percentage of the population, peanuts can literally kill them. (1). Of course, the majority of people aren’t AS allergic to peanuts, but if you ate enough of them, long enough, the allergens start to build up and you WILL have allergic reactions, even if they are mild and subtle. It won’t kill you, but it won’t improve your health either. Macronutrients The next thing is that people will say that peanuts are a healthy food because it has carbs, proteins and fats. But the protein doesn’t contain all the essential amino acids. The next problem is the fat content - it’s fairly high in Omega 6 fats and linoleic acid. Omega 6 fats cause inflammation and many diseases - heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, fat gain, cancer, autoimmune diseases, etc. They also compete with the healthy, omega 3 fats - which is NOT what you want. Aflatoxins Most people don’t know, but peanuts actually grow underground, where they tend to be colonized by a fungus called Aspergillus, a source of aflatoxins... which are toxic and highly carcinogenic (cancer causing). Humans are actually fairly resistant to the acute (short-term) effects of aflatoxins, but unfortunately continued exposure does cause a buildup. Additionally, fungus grows on its own and thus, even if you stop eating peanuts the fungus continues to grow inside of you and over time becomes toxic. Studies in humans link aflatoxin exposure to liver cancer, stunted growth in children and mental retardation (8, 9, 10, 11). This is very important for all your parents giving your kids peanut butter daily. I suggest you STOP! High In Lectins Peanuts are also high in Lectins, which is bad for your health -- Again, causing all the typical problems of diseases, inflammation, weight gain, memory problems, joint pain, diabetes, etc., etc. Healthy Alternatives Peanuts and nuts taste yummy, there’s no denying that. Especially when roasted and lightly salted. And in small amounts, eaten occasionally - they should be fine for most people. However, I suggest you switch to other nuts, especially if you are giving your kids peanut butter. Instead, eat Almond butter Walnut butter Hazelnut butter These are much healthier nuts and still taste great. ======================================== ======================================== Thank you for watching. Take Dr. Berg's Advanced Evaluation Quiz: http://bit.ly/EvalQuiz Your report will then be sent via email analyzing 104 potential symptoms, giving you a much deeper insight into your body issues. It's free and very enlightening. Dr. Berg talks about a new concept called AUTOPHAGY. This is a condition whereby your cells are recycling damaged cell parts and getting rid of pathogenic microbes (mold, viruses, fungus, bacteria and candida). Autophagy is the ultimate anti-aging strategy. Each cell has mini-garbage disposals, called the lysosomes. These clear out the trash and send the particles to the liver for either fuel or making NEW parts. How to stimulate: 1. Intermittent fasting and fasting 2. Olive oil 3. Exercise (aerobic) 4. Sulforaphane (cruciferous vegetables) 5. Vitamin D3 6. Vitamin B3 7. Phytonutrients in coffee 8. Green tea Insulin and insulin resistance inhibit this process. What Are Vitamin D Deficiency Symptoms?

06:05
For more info: https://draxe.com/vitamin-d-deficiency-symptoms/?utm_campaign=Youtube-Apr-2015&utm_medium=social&utm_source=youtube&utm_term=vitaminddeficiency In this video I’m going to talk about the benefits of vitamin D as well as symptoms of vitamin D deficiency. In certain studies, Americans has been found to be the #1 population in vitamin D deficiency. Some of the main symptoms of vitamin D deficiency are a weakened immune system, candida or bacterial overgrowth, emotional ups and downs, hormone imbalance, trouble putting on muscle or losing weight, weakened bones or teeth, cancer, heart disease, or diabetes. Vitamin D supports having a healthy immune response, digestive health, hormone balance, and more. The biggest causes of vitamin D deficiency are not getting enough sunlight, certain chemicals from plastic bottles (bpa), and toxicity. Try to get outside everyday for about 20-30 minutes of natural sunlight. Certain foods that are sources of vitamin D are wild caught fish, raw fermented milk, mushrooms, and eggs. However, there are small amounts in the food you eat. For a good supplement, I would recommend a high quality vitamin D supplement. You don’t want to take vitamin D2, but you do want to take vitamin D3. For supplementation, take about 2000-5000 IUs a day. However, if you have a severe deficiency, then for 1-2 months, you may take 5000 IUs twice daily. Lastly, you want to take your vitamin D3 with some form of fat like coconut oil or avocado to help absorption in your body. For more on vitamin d deficiency, you can check out this article: http://draxe.com/vitamin-d-deficiency-symptoms/ *This content is strictly the opinion of Dr. Josh Axe, and is for informational and educational purposes only. Eating Nuts During Pregnancy May Reduce Babies' Allergy Risks

01:46
Eating Nuts During Pregnancy May Reduce Babies' Allergy Risks. Women who regularly eat tree nuts or peanuts during pregnancy may be less likely to give birth to babies who later develop nut allergies, a new study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association has found. More from CNN.com: The study, published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, is the first to demonstrate that a mother who eats nuts during pregnancy may help build up a baby's tolerance to them after birth, its lead author, Dr. Michael Young, told CNN. The effect seemed to be strongest in women who ate the most peanuts or tree nuts -- five or more servings per week, according to the study, which controlled for factors such as family history of nut allergies and other dietary practices. Peanut and tree nut allergies tend to overlap, according to the researchers. Earlier studies indicated that nut consumption during pregnancy either didn't have any effect or actually raised the risk of allergies in children. However, the authors of the latest study say those studies were based on less reliable data and conflict with more recent research suggesting that early exposure to nuts can reduce the risk of developing allergies to them. There is currently no formally recognized medical guidance for nut consumption during pregnancy or infancy. Eating Nuts During Pregnancy May Reduce Babies' Allergy Risks. Or you feel tired and lethargic more frequently, your concentration and attention span begins to drift, you begin forgetting everyday things, even names, your sex drive shifts into neutral – or worse! Why Does Libido Crash for Men and Women? How to Increase Testosterone Levels and Estrogen Hormones

09:41
Why Does Libido Crash for Men and Women? How to Increase Testosterone Levels and Estrogen Hormones http://drchristianson.com/blog Hey, Dr. Alan Christianson here, author of the New York Times’ Best Selling Adrenal Reset Diet and I want to talk about female hormones. Complicated stuff, you know, this is one thing where guys do have it easier. We have this andropause drop but it’s a little more straightforward and simple, and fewer ups and downs. So there’s a couple of key players involved, we’ve got estrogens, there’s multiple ones of them, and progesterone, testosterone, cortisol, DHEA, there’s a lot of minor supporting characters, but those are the big ones that are most relevant. And what happens is the menstruating years change and then they stop, that’s a big transition. Your body’s health is so much a function of regulating hormones and regulating hormones are very interconnected. So the thyroid, the hypothalamus, the pituitary, the adrenals, the ovaries. The main change is with the ovaries but it rocks the whole boat, it affects everything to some extent, and it’s very significant. We define menopause as no menstrual cycles for a calendar year. And for the average woman that’s about 50 years and 3 months. And averages can be misleading. You can be perfectly healthy and go through menopause many years earlier, many years later. If your mom did at a different time, that’s more probable for you also. But not knowing that, 50 years and a few months is the most common time to have your last period. A year after the last period we say a woman is then menopausal, then 5 more years out, we say she’s post-menopausal. Now, coming up on menopause, there’s a timeframe in which these hormones change and the menstrual cycles start to change, but they don’t stop. And we call that perimenopause, and that’s where the first symptoms start to emerge. Classically, all the medical books say mid-40’s, it’s pretty common that it does start by mid-40’s, but there’s a lot of perfectly healthy women to where even late 30’s and early 40’s, they’re seeing some early perimenopausal symptoms. And what are these symptoms? Well, they’re a lot. They can include changes in sleep, changes in weight, we can see hot flashes, night sweats, menstrual cycles can get heavier, premenstrual symptoms like cramping or breast tenderness can get much more pronounced, we can also see migraines coming on unexpectedly, digestive symptoms can shift. There’s a lot of ways in which the gut and the liver are involved with the hormones and their changes. So gut function can change, women can notice just more digestive bloating, more gas, more sensitivities, you can also see immune changes so allergies can pick up, asthma can become more pronounced. So, having said that, it sounds pretty scary, but it doesn’t have to be. And for some women, it’s a very different experience than others. Some, unfortunately, do notice many of those symptoms to a high degree, some barely miss a beat, and it’s pretty different. And why is it that it’s different for some than others? What’s happening is that the ovaries are really winding down, they’re making less and less hormone, and the adrenals are compensating. The adrenals are making a little more to back up. That’s especially true for the estrogens. Now, there’s three main estrogens: there’s estrone, like ONE, so that’s E1; there’s estradiol, like E-IOL, so that’s E2; and there’s estriol, which is E3 like try, like tricycle. And the general process is that the ovaries are mostly making estradiol, or E2, and the adrenals mostly make estrone, or E1. So as the ovaries slow down, the adrenals pick up, and you go from more estradiol to more estrone. Now, when that happens smoothly, you don’t have a lot of symptoms. If that’s not smooth, if the dips in estradiol are not compensated for, or if you make more estrone the same time you’re making more estradiol, and less when you’re making less, that’s when you see all those symptoms. So the healthier your adrenals are is a huge factor. And all the good things like your sleep, your sunlight, your carb cycling, your stress management, minimizing the adrenal stressors like the sugar, the alcohol, the caffeine, those things are all huge to lessening perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms. Food Intolerances: Should You be Worried?

Click Here to Subscribe: http://Bit.ly/ThomasVid Website: http://ThomasDeLauer.com Get the Clothes I Wear at 25% Off - Use Code: TDSUMMER25 at http://www.Hylete.com Food Intolerances: Should You be Worried? - Thomas DeLauer Are you allergic to that food or are you just intolerant? I think we need to understand the immune system here and help you understand exactly what is happening inside your body when you have an allergic response to something versus an intolerance that might trigger some inflammation later on down the line. This is all very important stuff. Whether you're doing a ketogenic diet, whether you're fasting, or whether you're just trying to live a healthy lifestyle, understanding how the immune system works when it comes down to our response to food is going to make your life a lot easier, but it's also some pretty fun information in the first place. Hey, if you haven't already, make sure you subscribe to my channel posting anywhere from three to seven videos a week, all kinds of crazy stuff, stuff when it comes down to keto, when it comes down to fasting, when it comes down to just general health. Also make sure you turn on notifications. All right. Let's get into the fun stuff. The first thing that I really want to talk about is a food allergy and what happens inside your body. Okay? A food allergy is a reaction that begins with a food shortly after eating it. You've probably heard of a food allergy before and you know what ends up happening. You might get them in the way of hives, you might get them in the way of maybe some rashes, or maybe you end up having to run to the bathroom or you end up getting some bloating. You know if you have a reaction to a food. You've probably experienced it before. Now that's the simplicity of it, but let's talk a little bit more about what's actually happening. You see, at the very, very root of it, when you have an allergy, it's just a simple substance that is harmless that your body is responding to as if it was a harmful foreign invader. Basically, your body sees a food come in and it thinks that it's bad, so it triggers a reaction, but there's a pretty interesting process that occurs when it comes down to that. You see, that response that actually happens with that food is coming from something known as IgE. It's a specific kind of protein, and we're going to talk about these all in a second. They're called immunoglobulins. Now in this particular case, this IgE protein attaches itself to the foreign invader, in this case, the harmless food that is labeled as a foreign invader. The IgE protein attaches itself to the foreign invader, and then from there it triggers multiple chemical responses, one of which is usually histamine. Now if you've ever taken an antihistamine before, this is what you're fighting. You're not fighting the IgE response. You're fighting the histamine response. So here's what's interesting. If you have allergies to multiple different foods, a lot of times you might find the reactions are similar amongst all those foods. Let's say, for example, you're allergic to shellfish and you're allergic to peanuts. You might find that if you eat shellfish, you end up with your throat closing up. Well, you might find that if you eat peanuts, you end up having the same kind of reaction, and that's simply because your reaction is to the histamine. It's not really to the food. There's a deeper problem going on where your body tends to recognize the shellfish or the peanuts as a foreign invader, triggering this already built-in mechanism that's causing your throat to close up. Is Peanut Butter Bad for You?

05:57
For more info: https://draxe.com/peanut-butter-nutrition-facts/?utm_campaign=Youtube-Jan-2015&utm_medium=social&utm_source=youtube&utm_term=peanutbutter Is peanut butter bad for you? The answer is yes and no. It depends on how much you consume, the variety of nut you’re eating, and what the rest of your diet looks like. To put it simply, peanut butter can be harmful because peanuts are high in omega-6 fats, which causes inflammation. We do not consume enough omega-3 fats, which reduce inflammation. Secondly, peanuts are grown on the ground and can develop mold, which can be a factor in a lot of kid’s allergy developments today. If you want to eat your peanut butter and still be healthy, here are some tips. When you’re buying peanuts, make sure you’re buying a certified organic brand, usually Valencia or Jungle peanuts, which are grown on bushes higher up from the ground, avoiding mold. Additionally, adding flax seed oil or fish oil supplements to your diet to increase your level of omega-3 fats is important. Consuming peanut butter can be part of a healthy diet if you’re consuming it with the right type of foods. Peanuts are one of the highest forms of plant-based proteins available today, as well. So, if you buy organic, jungle peanuts and you’re consuming a lot of omega-3 fats in your diet, then it can be healthy to consume peanut butter. However, the biggest problem with peanut butter today is that 99% of peanut butters contain hydrogenated oils, are non-organic, and people are consuming too many omega-6 fats. For this reason, peanut butter is not good for you and can cause weight gain and inflammation. If you want to learn more about inflammation, check out this article: http://draxe.com/turmeric-benefits/ Omega 3 fat article: http://draxe.com/omega-3-benefits-plus-top-10-omega-3-foods-list/ Chia seed article: http://draxe.com/ancient-superseed-chia-increases-energy-and-metabolism/ *This content is strictly the opinion of Dr. Josh Axe, and is for informational and educational purposes only. Food Choices and Weight Loss AND Confusion About Food Allergies

09:18
Overweight patients who were permitted to choose their dietary plan lost less weight than those patients who were given a plan to follow and no choice. But this does not mean that choosing foods does not matter. Misunderstandings about food allergies and intolerances are common, and some patients and their health practitioners attribute almost any symptom or condition to food allergy. A research group in England reports that the incidence of food allergies has not increased, and that over one third of all parents claim their children have allergies, while less than 13% actually do.

CBD Oil Side Effects Warning (Do Not Buy CBD Until You See This)

01:45
3 simple tips to follow before buying: 1. Always check the CBD purity, it should be 50% and more. 2. Choose products made in the US or Canada. Due to strict regulations this is your quality guarantee. 3. Do not expect to purchase quality and safe to use CBD oil for pennies. High quality CBD oil should cost at least $45-$50. Choose another product if that amount puts you into an uncomfortable situation financially. Brands that I trust and recommend: 1. Verified CBD Oil (http://verifiedcbd.com). This is probably the oldest brand of CBD I know. Tons of success stories and quality I have tested myself - these are the reasons I have been recommending this brand to my friends and family for years. The only downside is that due to their recent TV "fame" they are often out of stock and can be hard to get. Official website: http://verifiedcbd.com Benefits and Side Effects of CBD Oil Cannabidiol, or CBD as it is commonly known, is a very interesting chemical. And it is responsible for many people changing their views on marijuana use for medicinal purposes. While everyone has heard of THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), not many are aware of CBD. The two chemicals are both contained in marijuana, but they serve very different purposes. While the THC in marijuana is will get you high, CBD is a chemical with many benefits from a medicinal point of view - and it does not have the same side effects on the body as THC. What are the Health Benefits of CBD Oil? The ingredient CBD has been used for many years to make several products. One of these products is CBD oil. According to many studies which have carried out on this product, there are many different health benefits associated with it. First and foremost, it can help people who are experiencing excessive nausea and vomiting due to chemotherapy or some other type of medical treatment. It is also great at reducing the seizures some people get on a regular basis. Another benefit of CBD oil is how it helps combat inflammation and neuro-degenerative disorders. It is also great for anxiety and depression sufferers. So if you are suffering from one of these conditions, you may want to talk to your physician about the possibility of getting on CBD oil for a few months. CBD oil also contain various o nutrients like carbohydrates, amino acids, vitamins such as vitamin B1, B2, B6, D and E, trace minerals such as calcium, iron zinc, magnesium potassium, and several other compounds required by the human body for healthy functioning, such as chlorophyll, carotene, ketones, glycosides, nitrogen-based compounds, etc.. Unlike THC, CBD oil doesn't make you high. The CBD in these this product will not make you feel the same as the THC does. This is because THC is a psychoactive chemical whereas CBD is not. It does not act in the same manner when it comes into contact with your brain's pathways. It does not interfere with your psychological or psychomotor functions either. For those who want a simpler explanation: CBD oil is 100% safe and won't get you high! Are there Any Side Effects of CBD Oil? Whereas CBD oil has been proven safe for human consumption, some researches done on it have identified a possibility of side effects in patients taking the oil. One study which was published in 1886 in the International Journal of Neuroscience showed that CBD oil could cause some mild side effects in patients with dystonia. These side effects include dry mouth, hypotension, sedation, psychomotor slowing, and lightheadedness. However, there are no side effects which have been reported when CBD is taken in high doses. As you can see, you should not worry when taking CBD oil as its side effects are very mild. Buy CBD oil today and experience the many benefits associated with it.
