► 5 Worst High Cholesterol Foods You Must Avoid [Clinically Proven]

05:39
See how my parents lowered their cholesterol by 30 pts in 30 days - no diets or drugs: ►►►http://drsam.co/yt/StartLoweringYourCholesterolNaturally =============================== 5 Worst High Cholesterol Foods You Must Avoid [Clinically Proven] =============================== Cholesterol has many benefits and it’s definitely NOT your “enemy”. In fact, “low” cholesterol is just as bad as “high” cholesterol levels. However, there are certain foods that are really bad for you and can quickly increase your “bad” cholesterol levels and dramatically increase your risk for heart disease, a heart attack or stroke. Under this video I’ve got a special bonus video about how you can quickly lower your cholesterol levels in less than 30 days, naturally - without changing your diet or exercising. So make sure you take a look... However, let’s first start with the 5 worsts, clinically proven - “high cholesterol” foods that you must avoid! Dairy I’ve been saying this for over 2 decades - Milk is for babies and cow milk is for baby cows! Additionally, 99% of dairy products are pasteurized, which kills any benefits milk could have. Not to mention, the toxins, hormones and drugs these animals are given are highly concentrated in the milk - which goes inside of YOU! All of these factors, plus the saturated fat inside milk, increases your cholesterol and stresses your liver. It doesn’t matter if it’s whole, low or nonfat dairy, it’s all the same. Unfortunately, this also includes two of my favorite foods, ice cream and cheese! Fast Foods It doesn’t matter if it’s a burger, tacos, french fries, pizza or anything else - they’re all high in carbohydrates, hydrogenated and saturated fats, using unhealthy and toxic proteins. It’s cheap food. It may be easy and good for your wallet, but it’s bad for your health and cholesterol levels and you’ll pay the price later in life. Animal Protein The saturated fats and “marble fat” found in meat, pork, poultry and shell-fish is horrible for your health and cholesterol levels. I’ve noticed even grass-fed meat and free-range poultry can still cause high cholesterol in some of my patients, especially the “sensitive” ones. Limit your intake and focus more on vegetable proteins and fish - especially wild-caught salmon. Eggs Eggs can be good or bad. All the cholesterol and fat is located in the egg YOLK, which is why most “experts” say you should only consume egg whites. However, most of the nutrients, antioxidants and half the essential amino acids (protein) are also found in the yolk. The problem is when you COOK the yolk - such as hard-boiled, scrambled and fried eggs. The heat oxidizes the egg and damages both the structure of the protein and fat. So the healthiest way to eat eggs is raw or lightly cooked, so the yolk is still runny. Don’t fry it with butter or vegetable fats. And make sure it’s organic, free-range eggs. Baked Foods/Carbs (Snacks Too) Baked foods such as muffins, cakes, breads, donuts, croissants, rolls, cookies, danishes, scones, pie, etc… The types of foods most people eat in the morning when they’re in a rush, or with their coffee or at work as a snack… These are all bad because they contain hydrogenated and saturated fats, as well as dairy. Not to mention, they’re high in simple carbohydrates and sugars. “Bad” fats increase cholesterol. “Bad” fats + carbs/sugar REALLY increase your cholesterol and lead to numerous health issues. The combination is super unhealthy. Under this same category -- “Snack Foods” such as chips, pretzels, crackers and similar items are almost as bad as these bakes foods. 10 Warning Signs Your Heart Isn't Working Properly

09:25
How to Prevent Heart Disease. About 610,000 people die from heart disease each year in the U.S. alone. There are tons of factors that can cause a person to develop heart problems, but most of them come down to poor lifestyle choices. Your body gives you warning signs early on so that you can catch an illness in its early stages or even prevent it altogether and save your life. Here are 10 of the most common red flags that indicate bad heart health. #heartproblems #healthyheart #bodysigns A cough that won't quit 1:38 A persistent cough can be a symptom of all kinds of health issues, and cardiovascular disease is one of them. For instance, a chronic cough that produces a pinkish bloody liquid is very common in people with heart failure. Despite what it sounds like, heart failure doesn't mean that the heart completely stops beating. It just means that a person’s heart isn’t pumping blood as well as it should be. As a result, the body doesn't get enough oxygen since it’s carried to all the tissues by the blood. Nausea and loss of appetite 3:07 A lot of heart disease patients show a lack of appetite, nausea, or both, even if they've had just a couple bites of food. The reason for that is built-up fluid around the liver and intestines that interferes with proper digestion. These symptoms are usually accompanied by abdominal pain, upset stomach, or feeling bloated. In fact, abdominal cramps that come and go in short spurts are extremely common right before a heart attack. Your skin becomes paler or takes on a bluish tint 5:28 Being naturally pale doesn’t necessarily mean you have a heart condition. But sudden paleness can be a result of reduced blood flow due to a heart that’s not pumping blood as effectively as it should be. Shock, which can be caused by any condition that prevents the blood in your body from circulating properly, is the main reason why people who are suffering from a heart attack or heart failure turn pale all of a sudden. Chronic or sudden fatigue 7:02 Fatigue can be one of the main symptoms indicating an impending heart attack. Women are more likely to experience heart-related fatigue than men, with 70% of female heart attack patients reporting that they’d felt extremely tired before their episode. Physical or mental activity isn't the reason for such exhaustion, and it increases by the end of the day if it’s due to a failing heart. It’s really hard for this symptom to go unnoticed. Sometimes it's exhausting just to perform even the simplest tasks, like making the bed or taking a shower. Music: The 126ers - Darkness of My Sun Density & Time - City of Jewels https://www.youtube.com/audiolibrary/music TIMESTAMPS 10. Pain that spreads to the arm 1:01 9. A cough that won't quit 1:38 8. Swollen legs, ankles, and feet 2:25 7. Nausea and loss of appetite 3:07 6. Extreme levels of anxiety 3:47 5. Lightheadedness or fainting 4:26 4. Your skin becomes paler or takes on a bluish tint 5:28 3. Skin rashes or unusual spots 6:20 2. Chronic or sudden fatigue 7:02 1. Increased perspiration 7:45 SUMMARY -If their heart isn’t working properly, a lot of men feel pain in their left arm, while women experience the same pain in either or both arms. -A persistent cough can be a symptom of all kinds of health issues, and cardiovascular disease is one of them. -When your heart isn’t pumping enough blood through the body, fluid from your blood vessels leaks into surrounding tissues. Your lower extremities are the most affected simply due to gravity. -A lot of heart disease patients show a lack of appetite, nausea, or both, even if they've had just a couple bites of food. -People who suffer from extreme anxiety from a very early age or most of their life are more prone to developing coronary heart disease. -Feeling lightheaded and experiencing temporary loss of consciousness, also known in the scientific community as “syncope”, is super common among heart patients. -Sudden paleness can be a result of reduced blood flow due to a heart that’s not pumping blood as effectively as it should be. -People with eczema were found to have a 48% chance of suffering from high blood pressure and a 29% possibility of having high cholesterol. -Sometimes it's exhausting just to perform even the simplest tasks, like making the bed or taking a shower before a heart attack. -People experience flu-like symptoms, have clammy skin, and sweat regardless of the air temperature or physical exertion. Everything You Know About Cholesterol Is Wrong - Audio Article

10:37
Article At A Glance: The traditional view of cholesterol and heart disease is backwards. New research shows that cholesterol seems to be a symptom of heart disease, not a cause. High levels of low-density lipoprotein (LDL), traditionally called “bad cholesterol,” is actually a good thing, especially if you’re on a high-fat, low-carb diet. Inflammation is what damages arterial walls and contributes to cardiovascular problems. Cholesterol is the repair molecule that comes in and tries to fix the damage. You should be more concerned about inflammation, not high cholesterol. Listen to this audio article for 5 ways to decrease your inflammation, improve your arteries, and boost your performance.

Is Coffee Bad for You?

05:11
For more info: https://draxe.com/coffee-nutrition-facts/?utm_campaign=Youtube-Jan-2015&utm_medium=social&utm_source=youtube&utm_term=coffee One of the most common questions I’ve been getting recently is, “Is coffee bad for you?” The answer is, yes … and no. Coffee is beneficial because it contains massive amounts of antioxidants, which help slow the aging process and protect you from free radical damage. Coffee also helps stimulate the liver and increases circulation, helping blood flow to the brain. Coffee can be harmful in some ways because of the amount of caffeine it contains. The caffeine in coffee can overstimulate the body, burn out your adrenal glands, and overtax your body. About 80% of people in the world will struggle with thyroid problems or fatigue issues. For this group, I wouldn’t recommend coffee because it will burn out your adrenal glands. However, if you’re generally healthy, then drinking coffee in moderate amounts can be fine, and even good for your health. I wouldn’t recommend drinking coffee past lunch time because it can affect your sleep cycle that night. Depending on the condition of your body, if you’re suffering from an autoimmune disease, coffee can make your disease worse. If you’re pretty healthy, looking for a pick-me-up, or looking for more antioxidants, then coffee can provide you these benefits. When picking out your coffee beans, I would recommend choosing all natural, organic coffee because it’s one of the most highly sprayed plants in the world. Lastly, if you’re looking for a great substitute for coffee, I would suggest drinking matcha green tea because it has great benefits and one-third the amount of caffeine. *This content is strictly the opinion of Dr. Josh Axe, and is for informational and educational purposes only. Why Meat Is Bad For You- In 60 Seconds

01:30
We have been told that animal flesh is an essential part of a healthy diet, but meat consumption has been associated with almost all the major diseases. Meat is high in fat, saturated fat and cholesterol, which will increase the risk of heart disease and can cause other serious health problems like diabetes. It is high in animal-protein, which is far too acidic for the human body and has been linked to kidney disease, cancer and osteoporosis. Most meat also contains antibiotics and growth hormones, like oestrogen and testosterone, which can promote cancer growth. And fish is often contaminated with mercury, which is toxic, and can cause brain damage, and may also contribute to atrial fibrillation and fatal heart attack risk. Fortunately, there is no need to consume meat or other animal products, and a wholefoods, plant-based diet can provide all the essential nutrients for long-term health. Lab rats were given cocaine until they became addicted to it. - Sugar is often linked to the development of numerous lung conditions, so lowering sugar intake results in weakening asthma symptoms. - Studies have shown that sugar hinders such activities as learning and memorizing things. - A study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition suggests that giving up sugar may result in your acne disappearing. Sugar is inflammatory, and inflammation is known as a cause of acne. - People who eat too much sugar have a much higher risk of having a heart attack. - High sugar intake raises levels of bad cholesterol and blood fats that can clog your blood vessels, leading to severe heart conditions that can be a huge threat to your life. - Studies found that people, who eat very little sugar or none at all, are rarely diagnosed with depression. - You will be very active throughout the day and ready to sleep when the bedtime comes. Your day/night cycle will be more naturally balanced. - When you eat too much glucose, high insulin resistance develops. It means that sugar can’t get into your cells and can get stuck in the bloodstream. - Pancreatic cancer is often linked to high sugar intake. However, the results of the studies haven’t been entirely consistent; it’s better not to take the risk on this one. - Sugar also affects the health of your eyes. Fluctuations of insulin and glucose levels lead to vessel damage and decrease blood supply to your eyes. - When you eat a lot of sugar, especially fructose, you are very likely to overeat. The pancreas is forced to produce more insulin, so other hormones that regulate metabolism, digestion, and weight are neglected. - Your immune system is seriously affected by consumption of large amounts of sugar. You are protected from bacteria and viruses by white blood cells. - Stop eating sugar and spending money on doctors, dentists, those expensive acne concealers and sweet food and drinks that only harm you. Is Meat Good or Bad for you?

09:08
“Dr. Hyman, I see so many conflicting reports about meat,” begins this week’s house call question. “Some say it can be part of a healthy diet. Others declare it is the root cause of disease - including heart disease, cancer and diabetes. I have friends who completely avoid it and other friends of mine who embrace meat as an everyday staple. What’s the truth about meat?” I understand your confusion, especially with the conflicting, sometimes misleading information out there. Whether meat is good or bad depends on with whom you are talking. Paleo enthusiasts say meat is essential to longevity. Vegans will tell you to avoid it at all costs. The World Health Organization (WHO) recently stated processed meat and bacon are carcinogenic and red meat is most likely, as well.

Is Dairy Bad for You? 6 Facts About Dairy for Your Health

06:42
To support our channel and level up your health, check out: Our Fast Weight Loss Course: http://thehealthnerds.com/the-science-of-fast-weight-loss-course Our Better Health Basics Course: http://thehealthnerds.com/food-health-happiness Like us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/thehealthnerds/ So what are dairy products? Dairy products are food produced from the milk of mammals Butter, cheese, yogurt, sour cream, ice cream, milk, and whey protein are the most common examples of dairy products. EGGS ARE NOT DAIRY Eggs come from chickens and are a bird– therefore are not dairy. Now let’s look at 6 facts and studies about dairy for your health. Fact #1. 65-75% of People in the World Are Lactose Intolerant. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lactose_intolerance We’ve only been consuming diary for around 7,500 years starting in Northern Europe. Since modern humans have been around for roughly 200,000 years, we can see that dairy consumption is a relatively new thing to our species. This is why certain parts of Africa and East Asia are up to 95% lactose intolerant. http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0002822300001620 Some of you may develop severe acne while others may just feel a little gassey after consuming dairy. Fact #2. There’s Lots of Nutrition in Dairy Products A single cup of milk contains 30% of your RDA in Calcium 24% of your RDA in Vitamin D 26% of you RDA in Riboflavin And has plenty of potassium, protein, vitamin B12, and various other nutrients your body needs. http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/dairy-and-egg-products/69/2 There’s no denying that dairy provides a unique source of nutrients important to our body. Fact #3. Dairy is Associated with Acne Dairy increases the production mTORC1. This increases the bodies sebum production and sizes of sebaceous glands which increases your risk of acne. https://nutritionandmetabolism.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/1743-7075-9-74 http://www.karger.com/Article/FullText/325580 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3141390/ Fact #4. Not All Dairy Seems to Be Equal Fermented dairy products like yogurt and keifer contain probiotics which are excellent for your gut microbiome. Also, the quality of the cow’s life and what it’s fed effects the nutrition of the dairy product produced. Pasture raised grass fed cows have more Omega 3s and have up to 500% more CLA in their products. http://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0082429 http://www.csuchico.edu/grassfedbeef/research/health-benefits.shtml Not shockingly happy cows leading happy lives produce better dairy products. Fact #5. There’s A Lot of Sugar Content in Dairy Products Dairy contains a naturally occurring sugar called lactose that is in EVERY dairy product you consume. Fact #6. Dairy’s increases IGF-1 IGF-1 (or Insulin-like Growth Factor), is statistically increased from the consumption of dairy. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2715202/ IGF-1 production increases your risk of acne and developing cancer. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15562834 That being said, not all IGF-1 is bad. For instance, it has clear benefits to those of you trying to build muscle and gain strength. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2439518/ Why are there lots of recent studies out there praising dairy? Dalla dolla bill yall The diary industry alone spent 6.4 million dollars lobbying last year. Food for thought. Is Dairy Bad for You? It depends on the person. If you’re lactose intolerant, suffer with acne, or have any reason you think your body doesn’t process dairy perfectly - I would avoid it. However, it if you really enjoy it as a source of nutrition in your diet, and don’t suffer from the side effects. It’s ok to have. Which leads to the next question… Do you need dairy in your diet? Absolutely not. While diary does have lots of important nutrition like calcium, protein, and Vitamin B12, you can easily get those from other sources. Leafy greens, lean meats, and whole foods have all those nutrients WITHOUT all the sugar or hormone increases dairy. I personally don’t consume dairy for this reason. Does Dairy Help You Lose Weight? No. Weight loss is about having two things working correctly. Eating the Right Amount of Calories AND Having Properly Functioning Hormones. Dairy provides no advantage to losing weight and if you have an intolerance could impede some weight loss progress. What are the best kinds of dairy to consume? If you’re going to get your dairy on, Low-fat unflavored greek yogurt, keifer, and grass fed whey protein are the best. If you’re going to drink milk, make sure it’s organic. What kind of dairy should you never consume? Anything non-organic I’d avoid. Because dairy is already shown to raise IGF-1, avoiding any extra chemicals pumped into cows is a good idea.

10 Foods You Should Never Eat

10:45
We know some products are really dangerous for our health, and other products are good for us as they are healthy. It turns out it’s not so simple and some of the most promoted and popular foods can, in fact, harm you. Never eat these 10 dangerous foods for the sake of your own health and the health of your family. Even if you see the juice labels “not from concentrate” or “100% pure”, don't let this fool you. Juice, after being squeezed from different fruits, is kept in huge vacuum-sealed tanks where it can sit for up to a year before being packaged! And by that time, the juice has lost all its flavor, which is why manufacturers have to add artificial flavoring to make it taste fruity again. In most cases, cereals are loaded with refined carbohydrates and sugar. Even if the label assures you that it's fat-free and whole grain, check the list of ingredients. You'll most likely see that the product is full of sugar. Despite common belief, most yogurts don't contain probiotic bacteria since the process of pasteurization kills all these microorganisms. When consumed, trans-fats in ice-cream can cause high cholesterol, stroke, heart disease, and even cancer. Ice cream is also loaded with sugar, artificial flavors, and synthetic preservatives. And if it’s pink, purple, or red, it’s most likely been colored with cochineal extract or carmine, additives which can cause bad allergic reactions. Popcorn has some genetically modified ingredients as well as taste-boosting chemicals and additives. This leads to health problems such as heart attacks, digestive issues, allergies, skin rashes, breathing problems, and the depressing list goes on. Even more, popcorn is extremely caloric. Music: Vibe Mountain - Great Hope The 126ers - Reversed Eclipse Rondo Brothers - Yellow Gold Kevin MacLeod - Jay Jay Silent Partner - Pink Lemonade https://www.youtube.com/audiolibrary/music TIMESTAMPS Fruit juices 0:37 Energy bars 1:42 Cereal 2:31 Margarine 3:21 Low-fat yogurt 4:11 Ice cream 5:01 Eggs 6:07 Microwave popcorn 7:09 Sugar-free candy 8:32 Diet soda 9:26 SUMMARY -Store-bought juices may contain some real fruit, but most of their content is water, sugar, and artificial flavoring. -Protein bars and energy bars alike are usually processed products containing sugar, artificial flavors and sweeteners. -Breakfast cereals typically contain a teeny tiny amount of whole grains, which allows producers to mark their product as healthy, but they also contain unhealthy sugar. -Margarine is typically made from industrial vegetable oils hydrogenated to become solid, a process that significantly increases the oils’ trans-fat content. -Manufacturers load “low-fat” yogurts with sugar to make up for the lack of taste usually provided by the natural fats. -Instead of pure milk or cream, manufacturers use cheaper hydrogenated fats such as palm- or coconut oil to produce ice-cream. These oils, when heated, become nothing more than trans-fats. -One egg contains as much cholesterol as a big greasy burger. -Microwave popcorn’s almost always lined with the same toxic substance you can find in Teflon pans. -If candy doesn’t contain sugar, it contains artificial sweeteners such as aspartame, sucralose, and saccharine. These substances are chemically processed and may cause some serious side effects. -Artificial sweeteners in diet soda can easily lead to weight gain as they trigger the production of insulin, which makes your body store fat. Here are 15 food products that can take care of your heart and prevent heart diseases. Our heart is one of the most important organs, but, surprisingly, we take care of it the least, loading it every day with stress and unhealthy diets. In this video, you will get familiar with 15 products that perform all these activities! Some of them might surprise you with their health benefits! Watch till the end - as a bonus, you will find a recipe for a special drink for healthy blood vessels. And remember to press the like button in appreciation of our work! Is Soy Bad for You?

05:26
For more info: https://draxe.com/is-soy-bad-for-you/?utm_campaign=Youtube-Feb-2015&utm_medium=social&utm_source=youtube&utm_term=soy A common question I’ve received recently is, “Is soy bad for you?” The answer is, yes, the majority of the time. It all depends on the form you’re buying it in. Ninety-five percent of the soy out there today is bad for you. Soy was a different type of soy a long time ago versus the kind of soy we eat today. Today, processed soy contains phytoestrogens, which are estrogen-mimikers in the body. If you’re a male consuming soy, it will give you feminine characteristics or if you’re a female consuming soy, it puts you at risk for breast cancer and hormone imbalance disorders. Additionally 90% of soy today is genetically modified, which kills off the good bacteria in your gut, known as probiotics. Because of the phytoestrogens and GMOs, soy can actually be extremely harmful for you. This includes soy protein, soy milk, or any other soy product. On the other hand, soy can be good for you if it’s in an organic, fermented soy form. This type of soy, also known as Natto, is loaded with probiotics, it’s non-GMO, and high in vitamin K2. The “KETO” Diet (GOOD OR BAD)

08:19
Pick your meal plan here - http://athleanx.com/x/my-workouts Subscribe to this channel here - http://bit.ly/2b0coMW The Keto Diet is a popular method of eating that is used when people want to burn fat and lose weight. In this video, I’m going to review my thoughts on the sustainability of this eating plan and help you to decide whether it is right for you. You will have to evaluate what your short and long term goals are for getting ripped and I will help you to do that. First it is important to understand where the ketogenic diet comes from. It is actually an old school diet approach that has been around for a long time. The concept is for you to dramatically switch the proportions of macronutrients that make up your daily caloric intake to shift the body from relying on glucose for its primary fuel source to ketones. Glucose from carbohydrates is the number one preferred source of fuel for our muscles and brains. In fact, there are certain areas of the brain where glucose is the only source of fuel that can be utilized to provide peak functioning. When you follow a keto diet, you cut your carb intake down to 5% or less of your total daily calories. All of the carbs that you do eat come from green leafy vegetables while great care is taken to avoid starches like rice, potatoes, pasta, oatmeal, beans, etc. The bulk of your diet comes from fats and proteins. This means that when you are following a ketogenic diet that you are relying on lots of meats, fish, eggs, nuts, seeds, heavy cream, oils, etc. Even healthy foods like fruit are excluded. Foods rich in fiber would also be excluded if they fall in the starchier category named already. So the idea is to gradually make your body rely on ketones for fuel. While this may be a more efficient energy source it definitely does not come without some repercussions. The biggest of which is the depletion of your body’s stores of glycogen. Glycogen is the stored form of glucose and is kept inside your muscles primarily and broken down for energy when training. If your glycogen levels are depleted it becomes very hard to train intensely. Even if you do find a way to increase your energy and intensity to train hard, it often results in an increase in cortisol as this presents an increased stress to the body due to the insufficient fuel depots. Both the increase in cortisol and the decreased glycogen can significantly and negatively impact your body’s ability to preserve lean muscle let alone build new muscle tissue. Many will say that they lose lots of fat when on a ketogenic diet. It is true that you will see rapid weight loss when following a keto diet (making it a perfect option for those that need to fit into a certain outfit and time isn’t on your side). That said, fat loss is a minimal part of the equation. The reason you are losing lots of weight but not necessarily fat is that along with the glycogen depletion comes a lot of lost water. When carbohydrates are minimized, the hydro portion or water is lost as well. This is why what appears to be many lost pounds on the scale when following a keto diet doesn’t necessarily mean permanent loss. Along those same lines, the very fact that a ketogenic diet is based on deprivation and near exclusion of dietary carbohydrates often leads to this being a solution that is not sustainable. The real question you have to ask yourself if whether you can maintain whatever diet you follow for life. I believe in long term, permanent weight loss solutions that let you lose body fat while still allowing you to build muscle. If you are looking for a meal plan that allows you to do both and is the same exact one that I use to stay ripped year round, head to http://athleanx.com and get the ATHLEAN-X Training Systems. What Will Happen If You Start Eating Oats Every Day

10:07
Doctors and nutritionists highly recommend making oatmeal a part of your diet and having it as your healthy morning meal. The secret is simple: good-quality environmentally-friendly oats help you feel and look better on the inside and out. Oats have some unique properties thanks to the wide variety of vitamins and minerals they contain. Zinc helps cleanse the skin and remove toxins and other harmful compounds. Iron is one of the most important elements for the nutrition and saturation of moisture in skin cells. Magnesium promotes blood circulation and noticeable skin cell renewal. While protein is extremely important, your body also demands carbohydrates and fats, both of which you can find in oatmeal. Oats are also rich in antioxidants that help alleviate itching, inflammation, and high blood pressure. The slow carbohydrates found in oatmeal help curb your appetite and maintain normal blood sugar levels. All those nutrients in oats not only boost your metabolism but also prevent the accumulation of fat and toxins in the body. Thanks to the antioxidants present in oatmeal, the probability of damage to the walls of blood vessels by free radicals is reduced significantly. If you find it boring to just have oatmeal for breakfast every day, you’ll love the recipes we have put together to help you turn a boring oatmeal breakfast into something way more flavorful. Music: Mint Chocolate 2a - Vibe Mountain https://www.youtube.com/audiolibrary/music TIMESTAMPS Your skin will look better. 0:51 Your muscles will get much-needed protein. 1:48 You’ll get a boost of antioxidants. 2:31 You'll be full of energy. 3:19 You'll lose weight. 4:19 Your cholesterol will decrease. 5:00 You'll have a lower risk of developing heart disease. 5:40 You'll get rid of digestive problems. 6:00 Oatmeal recipes: Apple pie oatmeal 6:50 Oatmeal raisin cookies 7:43 Almond butter-banana oatmeal 8:55 SUMMARY -Oatmeal is ideal for treating inflammatory conditions, like eczema, dermatitis, and skin rashes. High Cholesterol Symptoms – 8 Warning Signs of High Cholesterol You Should Not Ignore

05:40
High Cholesterol is a waxy substance that's found in the fats in your blood. High cholesterol basically has no symptoms at all but in most of people high cholesterol symptoms are seen. Your body needs cholesterol to continue building healthy cells, cholesterol is essential to produce hormones, vitamin D, and substances that help you digest foods. Symptoms of high cholesterol vary person to person. Cholesterol is carried through your bloodstream by carriers made of fat (lipid) and proteins called lipoproteins. Healthy cholesterol levels in the body can protect against heart attack and stroke. However, as the saying goes too much of a good thing is bad; similarly, having high cholesterol can increase your risk of heart disease. Here are some early and alarming Signs of High Cholesterol You Should Not Ignore. What causes high cholesterol? Your liver produces cholesterol, but you also get cholesterol from food. Eating too many foods that are high in fat can increase your cholesterol level. Being overweight and inactive also will lead to high cholesterol. If you are overweight, you most likely have a higher level of triglycerides. If you never exercise and aren’t active in general, it can lower your HDL (good cholesterol).

💪The Most Powerful Testosterone Boosting Food - Clinically Proven

05:27
How to instantly increases testosterone, naturally - without side-effects: 👉http://drsam.co/yt/More-Testosterone How to lower high cholesterol, naturally - no drugs: 👉 http://drsam.co/yt/Lower-Cholesterol Or watch this proven natural alternative to Viagra: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=297yrrlyT4Q Refferences: 1. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22037012 2. http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/0026049565900028 3. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23021013 4. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/8120521 =============================================== 💪The Most Powerful Testosterone Boosting Food - Clinically Proven =============================================== So a little while ago I did a video about the “4 Clinically Proven Ways To Increase Your Testosterone Levels, Naturally!” In fact, when I don’t eat this one food for a few days, I notice that my morning erections are less and sometimes, they don’t even happen Emotionally, I’m not as happy or as driven in life I also notice I’m not as muscular AND, even my memory isn’t as good. It’s all minor initially …. but over time, it becomes more noticeable because the minute I add this ONE food back into my diet - it’s like WOW… My morning erections and sex drive is super powerful again … especially when I add in some specific herbs, vitamins and supplements… which I’ll tell you about in a minute. And today you’ll discover exactly What this one food is What’s the best kind to buy How to prepare it correctly How much to eat When it’s the best time to eat it. And all of this will only cost you about a dollar or two a day! Okay, so without any further delay - this super, testosterone-boosting food is: WHOLE EGGS! And yes, I said whole eggs, with the yolk! Egg whites are for losers. Nature made the perfect protein because the egg contains all the essential amino acids - half are in the white and the other have in the yolk. THAT’S why you need to have the entire egg. However, it’s not the “protein” that’s important for increasing your testosterone - it’s the CHOLESTEROL found in the yolk! And no, this doesn’t mean you should then have only the yolks - you need the entire egg. And before I tell you why the cholesterol is so important for testosterone production - I want to first stop and tell anyone listening who is thinking “wait a minute, isn’t this going to raise my cholesterol? Isn’t cholesterol bad for your health?” The answer is that yes, eggs do raise cholesterol - but it’s the good, HDL cholesterol!1,2 So, that’s the first myth that I want to expose. The second is that “high” blood cholesterol is not due to the cholesterol you eat from your diet. This is because 80% of cholesterol is made INTERNALLY, by your liver.1,2 Unfortunately, as we age, as you liver becomes weaker and you have negative changes in your hormones due to aging, your body and liver isn’t as efficient for getting rid of excess cholesterol and that’s why there’s an increase. Remember, cholesterol is good for your health. EVERY cell in your body requires cholesterol to function properly. And, this is especially important for testosterone production. This is also why taking cholesterol lowering “statin” drugs causes lowered libido Muscle loss and weakness Depression Memory loss And other health ailments such as diabetes, high blood pressure, alzheimer's, etc. So if you do have high cholesterol - eating eggs isn’t the problem WHEN it’s done correctly and that’s what I’ll tell you in a minute. However, in the description area below this video, I have a link for a simple and 20 year proven solution for lowering high cholesterol naturally - without drugs or even a change in your diet. But you can get that info at the end of this video. Eggs and Testosterone Levels Okay, so getting back to why eggs and cholesterol is so important for testosterone production. First, cholesterol has a similar 4-ring structure to testosterone. And, testosterone is also produced from cholesterol. And the best time have eggs is before bed because most of your testosterone is produced during sleep. So your body will now have enough “fuel” from the cholesterol from the eggs, to maximize production of testosterone while you’re sleeping -- assuming all of your hormones are functioning correctly. The best kind of eggs to have are “pastured” eggs… You want to have about 2-3 eggs a day, again before bed would be the best time. I have 4 or more eggs myself. Do the eggs at night and take specific “testosterone boosting herbs” in the morning and you’ll be set. ======================================== ======================================== Thank you for watching. Dietary Salt Recommendations Don't Line Up with Recent Evidence

04:42
Salty foods are delicious, but for decades we've been told that sodium in our diets is a bad thing. Recent studies suggest that while limiting salt intake is probably a good idea for people with high blood pressure, it probably isn't helpful for people who don't have blood pressure issues. In fact, an extremely low salt diet may even be more harmful than a more standard intake. What'll Happen to You If You Start Eating 3 Eggs a Day?

09:37
Eggs have been getting a bad rap in the health and fitness community because they are associated with cholesterol and weight gain. Others say they may trigger a heart attack. But you might be missing more benefits than you realized. Bright Side will crack the myths behind eggs, especially the egg yolks and let you know what will happen if you eat 3 eggs a day. TIMESTAMPS: What an egg contains 1:02 Eggs keep you full and help with weight loss 3:44 Eggs improve eye health 4:16 Eggs keep your bones healthy 4:54 Eggs prevent iron deficiency 5:17 Eggs help with brain development in infants and fetuses 5:42 How to choose the right egg 6:35 What will happen if you eat 3 eggs a day 8:11 #eggs #eggdiet #weightloss Music: https://www.youtube.com/audiolibrary/music SUMMARY: - Eggs have been getting a bad rap in the health and fitness community because they are associated with cholesterol and weight gain. Others say they may trigger a heart attack, and people who want to lose weight usually remove eggs from their diet. But what if you tried to eat 3 eggs a day? You might be missing more benefits than you realized. - Egg contain calories, protein, healthy fats, folate, calcium, zinc, phosphorus, selenium, and vitamins A, B5, B12, B2, D, E, K, and B6. They also contain omega-3 fatty acids and dietary cholesterol. - A large egg contains about 6 g of high-quality protein, which may help you eat less for several hours after a meal. As a result, this helps you lose weight. - Egg yolks contain lutein, which helps reduce the risk of age-related macular degeneration and cataracts. It contains zeaxanthin, which protects you from the sun’s harmful UV rays. - Egg yolks improve bone metabolism and prevent the risk of osteoporosis. They are also a source of iron. - The yolks can also help to prevent birth defects during pregnancy. Vitamin B is important for the development of the spinal cord and fetal nervous system. It also helps prevent breast cancer, according to a study. - There are 4 types of eggs, and they are organized based on where the hen is raised and fed. Brown and white eggs have the same nutritional value according to the USDA (who debunked all previous myths on this matter). - A study from the Department of Nutritional Sciences at the University of Connecticut revealed that a person who consumes 3 eggs a day may experience more of an increase in good cholesterol and decrease in bad cholesterol than someone who eats the same amount of egg substitute. This is the question that the video covers. Books like wheat belly have enhanced the popularity of gluten free diets, but due to their very rapid increasing popularity, such diets have redeemed the status of "fad." Nutrition is always complicated, as the human body is - this topic is no different. I covered some of the reasons why cutting out gluten should evoke weight loss and improve health, especially gut health and conditions like irritable bowel syndrome, but there are actually a couple more reasons to avoid gluten not mentioned here. A PDF with the transcript and sources can be found here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/16851328 ________ ★Correction: Please disregard the table shown at 4:09 as it doesn't actually present a significant difference in muscle & liver lipids in the control and gluten free mice. Based on the other findings in the study, the point that gluten could exacerbate insulin resistance, diabetes and fatty liver still stands. (The study suggests that gluten results in metabolic alterations in lipid and glucose metabolism in GF group instead reduction of lipid absorption.) We all know an apple a day keeps the doctor away, and now you can add an egg to that prescription. According to a new study from British medical journal "Heart," consuming one egg every day could lower the risk of death from cardiovascular disease by 18%. The new study, conducted on almost half a million adults in China, suggests a healthy appetite for eggs is not a bad thing. We all know an apple a day keeps the doctor away, and now you can add an egg to that prescription. According to a new study from British medical journal “Heart,” consumingone egg everyday could lower the risk of death from cardiovascular disease by 18%.Many in Taiwan still believe eggs are full of cholesterol and therefore unhealthy. But the new study, conducted on almost half a million adults in China, suggests a healthy appetite for eggs is not a bad thing. The shell is cracked and the egg spills out. Taiwanese people love eggs, and now they’ve got even more reason to eat them – a new medical study suggests that eating one a day can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. There was a time when eating too many eggs was considered a dangerous path to high cholesterol. But the new BMJ study --conducted over five years, and looking at 460,000 Chinese adults -- also found that eating more eggs was associated with a lower risk of haemorrhagic stroke.Dr. Lin Wei-wenTaiwan Adventist Hospital Cardiovascular CenterWe can see that there is this benefit. But there is still some debate over the principles. We would still not encourage you to eat large quantities of eggs as a way to prevent strokes or cardiovascular disease. We would suggest that you eat about three or four a week. This Taiwanese doctor has acknowledged the benefits of eggs, saying they are rich in protein, vitamins and lutein. But he says it’s best to eat them boiled, and he doesn’t recommend eating them every single day.

Heart Disease • The blood vessel starts developing plaque that build up with cholesterol, LDL (Low Density Lipoprotein), calcium. There’s a huge focus on cholesterol but doesn’t have any problem with protein or calcium even though calcium makes up this plaque. Before the plaque develops, there’s always something that causes it and that is usually an inflammation and damage in the artery wall of the heart from infection, free iron, oxidant, high sugar, etc. • Coronary Artery Calcium Test – The best test for heart health and is way more accurate in detecting heat disease by testing the calcification. Cancer 1. Damage to Mitochondria from free radical or oxidants and all things called carcinogens 2. Shift to different metabolism – sugar, glutamine 3. Cancer follows areas of inflammation Alzheimer’s • Amyloid Plaquing – It is a type of protein that comes from a damage to the brain, infection, inflammation, chemicals and oxidation. The body is trying to heal, protect or patch something up. Autoimmune Disease • The body is developing antibodies. The body’s own immune system is attacking its own organs and glands and there’s inflammation as a result from the immune war that creates a collateral damage. • There’s always a stress event that occurs right before a person develops autoimmune disease. 6 Key Things to Prevent These Conditions: 1. Eat foods that has protective factors 2. Keep Stress Low 3. Keep Sugar Low 4. Keep Key Vitamins High 5. Intermittent Fasting 6. Gut Health Hey guys today we're going to talk about the common threads between the real big healthcare problems out there. Heart disease, cancer, alzheimer's, autoimmune diseases, I've talked a lot about diabetes, we'll touch on that a little bit and there's other ones but these are the main ones. Let's first talk about heart disease, what happens in the blood vessel of someone with heart disease is they start developing plaque and the plaque is built up with cholesterol and the person usually has a high LDL and that's called bad cholesterol supposedly bad cholesterol. But in reality LDL is low-density lipoprotein. It has cholesterol in it but this is a protein and there's this huge focus on cholesterol but not any problem with protein. If we take a look at a plaques, it's composed of cholesterol, calcium and proteins. But people don't say to avoid protein and they don't tell you to avoid calcium either, right? Even though calcium makes up this plaque, they really target this thing called cholesterol. Now, the thing you need to know is before this piece of plaque develops there's always something that starts it. And it's usually some inflammatory situation going on, there's some type of damage in wall of the artery in the heart and then it starts to build up and one of the best test to do for the heart is called a coronary artery calcium test. Coronary artery calcium test is way more accurate in detecting heart disease than LDL or cholesterol or anything because they're look at calcification.
