Year-Round Allergies? It Could Be Mold

02:49
Does it seem like your allergies are year-round, inside or out? The problem could be within your home. Dr. Josh Orway says the coughing, sneezing and runny nose beyond spring and fall could mean the problem is in your home. How to reduce the presence of mold: ƒ‚‚‚ Close windows at night when mold spores outside tend to be at their highest. ƒ‚‚‚ Wear a mask that covers the mouth and nose when doing yard work such as raking leaves, mowing the lawn or working with compost. ƒ‚‚‚ Avoid going outdoors immediately after a rainstorm, in foggy or damp weather, or when the published mold count is high. ƒ‚‚‚ Eliminate sources of dampness in basements including pipe leaks or groundwater seepage. ƒ‚‚‚ Use dehumidifiers in any area that smells musty or damp and keep humidity levels below 50 percent. ƒ‚‚‚ Use air conditioning with a high-efficiency particulate air filter attachment that will help trap mold. ƒ‚‚‚ Change filters on a furnace and air conditioner regularly. ƒ‚‚‚ Properly ventilate bathrooms especially while using a shower or bath. ƒ‚‚‚ Avoid carpet in bathrooms and basements. ƒ‚‚‚ Dispose of old newspapers, books or magazines. How Allergies Work Animation - Why Allergic Reactions Occur Video - Symptoms Sneezing Treatment

02:27
Allergies: Allergens like pollen are nothing more than foreign plant antigens. The stimulus for sneezing gets triggered when allergens first enter the nasal tissue. Pollen allergens encounter the plasma cells in the nose, which respond by producing antibodies. These antibodies attach to mast cells, which are white blood cells containing the chemical histamine. As more antibodies are produced, they cause the mast cells to release histamine. Histamine then produces allergy symptoms. A stuffy and runny nose, sneezing and watery eyes help to remove the invading pollen. Medications called antihistamines may be used to help alleviate severe allergy symptoms. Music Source: Is That You or Are You You by Chris Zabriskie is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution license (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/) Source: http://chriszabriskie.com/reappear/ Artist: http://chriszabriskie.com/ Heredity, environmental conditions, number and type of exposures and emotional factors can indicate a predisposition to allergies. Allergies often bring to mind sneezing, a runny nose or watery eyes. While these are symptoms of some types of allergic disease, it’s important to understand that an allergic reaction is actually a result of a chain reaction that begins in your genes and is expressed by your immune system. What is happening inside your body when you have an allergic reaction? The Immune System Your immune system controls how your body defends itself. For instance, if you have an allergy to pollen, your immune system identifies pollen as an invader or allergen. Your immune system overreacts by producing antibodies called Immunoglobulin E (IgE). These antibodies travel to cells that release chemicals, causing an allergic reaction. This reaction usually causes symptoms in the nose, lungs, throat, sinuses, ears, lining of the stomach or on the skin. Each type of IgE has specific "radar" for each type of allergen. That's why some people are only allergic to cat dander (they only have the IgE antibodies specific to cat dander); while others have allergic reactions to multiple allergens because they have many more types of IgE antibodies. An allergy is a reaction by your immune system to something that does not bother most other people. People who have allergies often are sensitive to more than one thing. Substances that often cause reactions are Pollen Dust mites Mold spores Pet dander Food Insect stings Medicines Normally, your immune system fights germs. It is your body's defense system. In most allergic reactions, however, it is responding to a false alarm. Genes and the environment probably both play a role. Allergies can cause a variety of symptoms such as a runny nose, sneezing, itching, rashes, swelling, or asthma. Allergies can range from minor to severe. Anaphylaxis is a severe reaction that can be life-threatening. Doctors use skin and blood tests to diagnose allergies. Treatments include medicines, allergy shots, and avoiding the substances that cause the reactions. Allergies An allergy is an immune response or reaction to substances that are usually not harmful. Causes Allergies are very common. Both genes and environment play a role. If both your parents have allergies, there is a good chance that you have them, too. The immune system normally protects the body against harmful substances, such as bacteria and viruses. It also reacts to foreign substances called allergens. These are usually harmless and in most people do not cause a problem. Allergic reactions In a person with allergies, the immune response is oversensitive. When it recognizes an allergen, the immune system launches a response. Chemicals such as histamines are released. These chemicals cause allergy symptoms. Allergic reaction can be provoked by skin contact with poison plants, chemicals and animal scratches, as well as by insect stings. Ingesting or inhaling substances like pollen, animal dander, molds and mildew, dust, nuts and shellfish, may also cause allergic reaction. Medications such as penicillin and other antibiotics are also to be taken with care, to assure an allergic reflex is not triggered. The immune system normally responds to harmful substances such as bacteria, viruses and toxins by producing symptoms such as runny nose and congestion, post-nasal drip and sore throat, and itchy ears and eyes. An allergic reaction can produce the same symptoms in response to substances that are generally harmless, like dust, dander or pollen. The sensitized immune system produces antibodies to these allergens, which cause chemicals called histamines to be released into the bloodstream, causing itching, swelling of affected tissues, mucus production, hives, rashes, and other symptoms. Symptoms vary in severity from person to person.

For more info: https://draxe.com/parasite-cleanse-top-5-treatments-naturally-2/?utm_campaign=Youtube-May-2012&utm_medium=social&utm_source=youtube&utm_term=parasites I would estimate that 50% or more of all Americans carry or have carried parasites. They can be picked up from many sources, but most people get them from eating pork or travelling to countries where clean water isn't widely available. Parasites can cause fatigue, digestive issues, and other health problems. I explain how I would fight off parasites in my body through good diet, supplements and cleansing. Supplements: 1. A broad spectrum anti-microbial, anti-yeast, and anti-parasitic formula designed to regain and maintain a healthy gastrointestinal environment 2. A tincture of black walnut, wormwood, olive leaf, garlic I recommend consuming these supplements for 2 weeks, taking 1 week off, and consuming them again for 2 more weeks. Diet: 1. To kill off bad bacteria and fungus, which parasites live off of, eliminate all sugar and grains and limit fruit intake. Consume organic meats, vegetables, nuts, and seeds. a. Breakfast: coconut smoothie with coconut milk, chia seeds, and protein powder b. Lunch: large vegetable salad c. Dinner: meat and double serving of vegetables 2. Pumpkin Seeds: #1 foods to kill off parasites -Eat 1 c. per day -Try my spicy roasted pumpkin seeds: https://draxe.com/recipe/spicy-pumpkin-seeds/ -Consume pumpkin seed oil Additional Recommendations: -Colonics: 1 per week for 3 weeks while on a 2-4 week parasite cleanse -Follow this protocol very strictly for one month. LATEX ALLERGY Symptoms, Causes & Treatments

04:40
LATEX ALLERGY Symptoms, Causes & Treatments OVERVIEW Latex allergy is a reaction to certain proteins found in natural rubber latex, a product made from the rubber tree. If you have a latex allergy, your body mistakes latex for a harmful substance. Latex allergy may cause itchy skin and hives or even anaphylaxis, a potentially life-threatening condition that can cause throat swelling and severe difficulty breathing. Your doctor can determine if you have a latex allergy or if you're at risk of developing a latex allergy. Understanding latex allergy and knowing common sources of latex can help you prevent allergic reactions. SYMPTOMS If you're allergic to latex, you're likely to have symptoms after touching latex rubber products, such as gloves or balloons. You can also have symptoms if you breathe in latex particles that are released into the air when someone removes latex gloves. Latex allergy symptoms range from mild to severe. A reaction depends on how sensitive you are to latex and the amount of latex you touch or inhale. Your reaction can become worse with each additional latex exposure. Mild symptoms Mild latex allergy symptoms include: • Itching. • Skin redness. • Hives or rash More-severe symptoms These include: • Sneezing. • Runny nose. • Itchy, watery eyes. • Scratchy throat. • Difficulty breathing. • Wheezing. • Cough. Life-threatening symptoms: Anaphylaxis The most serious allergic reaction to latex is anaphylaxis, which can be deadly. An anaphylactic reaction develops immediately after latex exposure in highly sensitive people, but it rarely happens the first time you're exposed. Signs and symptoms of anaphylaxis include: • Difficulty breathing. • Hives or swelling. • Nausea and vomiting. • Wheezing. • Drop in blood pressure. • Dizziness. • Loss of consciousness. • Confusion. • Rapid or weak pulse. CAUSES In a latex allergy, your immune system identifies latex as a harmful substance and triggers certain antibodies to fight it off. The next time you're exposed to latex, these antibodies tell your immune system to release histamine and other chemicals into your bloodstream, producing a range of allergy signs and symptoms. The more times you are exposed to latex, the more strongly your immune system is likely to respond. This is called sensitization. Latex allergy can occur in these ways: • Direct contact. The most common cause of latex allergy involves touching latex-containing products, including latex gloves, condoms and balloons. • Inhalation. Latex products, especially gloves, release latex particles, which you can breathe in when they become airborne. The amount of airborne latex from gloves differs greatly depending on the brand of glove used. TREATMENTS Although medications are available to reduce the symptoms of latex allergy, there is no cure. The only way to prevent a latex allergic reaction is to avoid products that contain latex. Despite your best efforts to avoid latex, you may come into contact with it. If you've had a severe allergic reaction to latex, you may need to carry injectable epinephrine with you at all times. If you have an anaphylactic reaction, you will need to go to the emergency room for an immediate injection of adrenaline (epinephrine). For less severe reactions, your doctor may prescribe antihistamines or corticosteroids, which you can take after exposure to latex to control your reaction and help relieve discomfort.

BEST TOP 3 HERBS TO CLEANSE YOUR LUNGS OF DUST, MOLD, BACTERIA AND CHEMICALS

05:02
★ Like us on FACEBOOK: https://goo.gl/QmGQVT Before we start with this article, I would like to say a few words about the lungs! According to the experts, the lungs are definitely one of the hardest-working organs in the body. And, in average, a person breathes in and out between 12 and 20 times every single minute, to bring new oxygen into the body and to exhale carbon dioxide along with other waste products. And while the body can get along for a while without food or water, it cannot go more than a few minutes without air. So it is imperative to the health of the whole body to have a pair of lungs that are healthy and in good shape. And, you should also know that there are many things that can cause problems for our respiratory organs, such as: allergies, asthma, harmful organisms, and even inhalation of various pollutants. These are the most common symptoms of respiratory problems: chest congestion, difficulty breathing and irritated nasal or throat passages. If you, or someone you’re close to, has experienced these symptoms, you know they can be very disruptive. Ladies and gentlemen, remember – herbal therapy is one way to ensure this. Read on to find out more about some of the herbs which are best for cleansing the lungs and supporting the respiratory system. And, one more thing – these herbs are naturally rich in carvacrol, flavonoids, and terpenes; all of which are natural decongestants and antihistamines. 1. Oregano Oregano is awesome! How this works – well, when pollen, dust, mold, chemicals, fungus, and bacteria are invading your body, it releases a chemical called histamine which causes a reaction similar to allergic reactions — nasal congestion, increased mucous production, and sneezing. Histamine reducing herbs like oregano aid in counteracting histamine and may help reduce these reactions. Oregano also contains rosmarinic acid. A recent study, conducted by group of researchers, has discovered that rosmarinic acid reduces fluid buildup and even swelling during an allergy attack, making it a natural histamine-reducing compound. And, you should also know that oregano contains calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, potassium, vitamins A and C, and niacin. Although these components don’t directly impact upper respiratory problems, all of them are required by the systems within the body, including the immune system. Adequate vitamin and mineral intake is paramount for maintaining a healthy body that can fight off problems, such as upper respiratory issues, before they start. (2) 2. Eucalyptus I really think that we all know about the health benefits of eucalyptus oil. The eucalyptus oil has powerful anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, decongestant, deodorant, antiseptic, antibacterial, stimulating, and other medicinal properties. Eucalyptus essential oil is effective for treating a number of respiratory problems including cold, cough, runny nose, sore throat, asthma, nasal congestion, bronchitis and sinusitis. Eucalyptus oil is antibacterial, anti fungal, antimicrobial, antiviral, anti-inflammatory and decongestant in nature, which makes it a good ingredient in many medicines that treat respiratory problems. A recent study shows its usefulness in treating non-bacterial sinusitis. And yes, one more thing – gargles of eucalyptus oil mixed with warm water are consistently effective in treating sore throats. (3) 3. Lungwort First of all, you should know that lungwort has two broad areas of use. The one that provides its name is its use in the treatment of coughs and bronchitis, especially where associated with upper respiratory catarrh. For lung conditions, this herb may be used with White Horehound, Coltsfoot or Lobelia. The recommended dosage: Infusion: pour a cup of boiling water onto l-2 teaspoonful of the dried herb and leave to infuse for l0-l5 minutes. This should be drunk three times a day. Tincture: take l-4ml of the tincture three times a day: Please Subscribe To Our Channel And Also Share It With Your Friends Thank You:

Eczema and Allergies - Why It's Important to Treat the Root Cause

05:42
Allergies and Eczema: why it’s important to treat the cause, not just symptoms More people are understanding why treating the root cause of health problems is much more powerful and effective, than just treating the symptoms. It’s actually very important not to mask symptoms. Because symptoms are a part of your body’s communication, to tell you that something is wrong. When the body is out of balance, symptoms arise to get your attention. These symptoms need to be respected and listened to, rather than be suppressed, as unfortunately some medications do. Eczema is a great example of that. In conventional medicine, many times the symptom of eczema is suppressed using steroid medication. Of course it’s understandable why someone would want a red, uncomfortable, and itchy rash to go away. A steroid medication usually does that, but often times, as soon as you stop using it, the rash comes back. However, if the CAUSE is addressed, it leads to a more permanent healing. While there is a genetic susceptibility to eczema and allergies, environmental factors plays a great role in its development. Naturopathic Doctors refer to this as the “total load,” in that a cumulative effect of stress (mental emotional, physical), continual exposure to the allergens, a weak immune system, poor digestion, alcohol, smoking and chemical pollutants can overwhelm the immune system and eventually lead to the allergy cascade. Treatment therefore involves reduction of these factors. Part of this reduction involves addressing food sensitivities, which is on the rise. The most common food allergies are dairy, gluten, eggs, That said, there may be other foods that could be triggering eczema. There are a few specialized lab companies that test for IgG delayed food sensitivities. Identifying these can provide a great deal of information to those with chronic lingering symptoms besides eczema, such as IBS, constipation, diarrhea, fatigue, acne, and chronic inflammation. Another method, which is the gold standard, is called the Allergy Elimination Diet. This involves complete avoidance of all the suspected food allergens for at least 2 weeks followed by their re-introduction, one at a time. Should certain symptoms such as eczema dissipate upon elimination, this alone is a sign that there are food allergies involved. And should the symptom return upon re-introduction of that food, complete avoidance of that food is recommended. Allergy Elimination Diet is a powerful way to make the connection between how particular foods affect the individual’s energy and overall health. Also keep your home free of chemicals, mold and dust, and use hypoallergenic products. Finally, I have found homeopathy to be very effective in the treatment of eczema and seasonal allergies. Homeopathy’s effectiveness is dependent upon the selection of the correct remedy based on the individual’s constitution. Homeopathy is safe for babies, pregnant and breastfeeding mothers, and does not have side effects like certain antihistamines or decongestants. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dc-fDlQTdzU&feature=youtu.be http://www.harmonyhealingclinic.com/ Dr. Lena Kian (408) 730-0700

Hypersensitivity Pneumonitis & Mold Exposure

03:40
Hypersensitivity pneumonitis, also known as HP, is a kind of lung inflammation that occurs in people who develop immune system sensitization (similar to an allergy) to inhaled organic dust. It can sometimes be mistaken for pneumonia, but it does not get better with antibiotics for infection. HP has been referred to as Bird breeder's lung and Mushroom picker's disease in specific occupations with a risk of HP from biological dusts. HP has been documented in workers in buildings with mold and bacteria contaminated air-conditioners, and contaminated ductwork and filters. This lung disease can also occurred in people who work or spend time in water-damaged buildings with roof leaks, plumbing leaks, poorly draining condensation pans and high indoor relative humidity. HP may develop following either short-term or long-term exposure to molds. Symptoms of HP can vary. Some people have shortness of breath, cough, muscle aches, chills, fever, night sweats and profound fatigue. These symptoms usually first appear 2 to 9 hours after exposure and last for 1 to 3 days. Other affected people may have progressive shortness of breath and cough, as well as weight loss. Work-relatedness may only become apparent over long holidays if symptoms resolve and then recur on a person's return to work. With continued exposure, the persistent lung inflammation of both kinds of symptoms can lead to scarring and permanent damage. The slow progression of symptoms and the persistence of symptoms away from work may result in delayed recognition of work-related lung disease by both workers and physicians. HP is not contagious and is due to a person's immune system reaction to inhaled microorganisms, whether dead or alive. It is possible for workers to have both dampness-related HP and asthma at the same time. Additionally, workplaces that have workers with HP may also have workers with building-related asthma. These are just a few things to know about hypersensitivity pneumonitis and exposure to mold. Spring Allergies in Naperville

01:01
Spring is in the air and it may cause you to sneeze. Itchy eyes, sneezing and a runny nose are the most common culprits of springtime allergies. As mold and pollen numbers rise so does the likelyhood of allergies affecting you. While it’s hard to stay inside when the weather is so nice, limiting your exposure to pollen can help reduce your symptoms. And for the days that you need a little more help, there are plenty of medications available. “There are a lot of allergy fighting medications available over the counter now a days and they are all equally as good,” said Dr. Riddhi Pakrasi an Internal Medical Physician at Edward Elmhurst Health. Taking a shower before bed can also help ease the symptoms of spring allergies. Naperville News 17’s Natalie Vitale Reports.

How can I reduce indoor mold allergens?

00:38
Mold and mildew are actually fungi--types of plants that grow in dark, moist conditions. To reduce mold allergens you can limit carpets and cloth furniture, they can absorb moisture and encourage the growth of mold. You should also check for leaks around plumbing fixtures and clean any moldy surfaces. Mold likes to grow in moist air, so if you have problems with dampness in your basement or elsewhere in your home, you may want to consider using a dehumidifier to lower the humidity in your home to below 50 percent. --- Asthma Answers at a Click was developed to supplement and reinforce the asthma education provided by your physician, not as a replacement for medical care and advice. Affordable Ways to Seek Allergy Relief | http://mybestwellbeing.com/recommends/asthmaandallergies Do you suffer from allergies? If you do, are you looking for affordable ways to seek allergy relief? If you are, you will want to continue reading on. Below, a few easy and affordable steps that you can take to reduce your allergy symptoms are outlined. If you have good health insurance, you will want to visit your doctor. He or she cannot only provide you with prescription medication, but he or she may also be able to provide you with additional tips. These tips may include other natural and easy ways that you can go about seeking relief. Management tips, including how you can learn to live with allergies, may also be discussed by your doctor. Those with adequate health insurance, often find this approach easy and affordable. If you do not have health insurance and if you cannot afford a visit to the doctor, you will want to examine over-the-counter products that are designed to provide relief to those suffering from allergies. Over-the-counter products are often much cheaper than getting a prescription without insurance. For the best level of success and relief, you will want to research online or ask those that you know for information on which over-the-counter products work the best. Seeking recommendations or reading ratings and reviews online is a great way to save money. Of course, be sure to read all warning labels before trying an over-the-counter allergy relief product. Another natural and easy way to seek allergy relief is by removing yourself from the source of your problems or at least limiting your exposure. For example, if you are allergic to pets and if you are a pet owner, consider seeing if a friend or family member can take your pet for you. If you do not want to take this approach or if you cannot find a good home for your pet, limit the contact that you have with them, especially indoors. Keep all pets off furniture as much as possible and keep them out of your bedroom. Clean your home as much as possible. There are some individuals who are allergic to mold and large amount of dust. If are one of those individuals, you may find it difficult to clean your home. One tip involves cleaning your home as much as possible. This is a great way to limit the dust that accumulates in your home. Although not necessarily affordable, you may also want to consider using a professional housecleaner. In keeping with professional help, if you suffer from mold and mildew allergies, consider calling on a professional mold remover. Although not cheap, it is the best way to seek relief and your home may also increase in value. If this expense is too much, consider limiting the amount of time you spend in your basement or other areas where mold is present. Green tea is another easy and natural way to seek relief from allergies. Some teas have natural antihistamines in them. These are a great way and affordable way to seek relief. Even teas without natural antihistamines in them can help, as tea is known for it calming affect. The comfort and calmness provided may be welcomed with open arms by those suffering from severe allergy symptoms. As you likely already know, allergies come in a number of different formats and those suffering from allergies often have different symptoms. If you suffer from hives, oatmeal should be used. Oatmeal should be prepared with one cup of boiling water. Wait a few minutes, around thirty minutes, and then strain. The remaining liquid can be applied to the skin and hives. A small paper towel or cotton ball will work. As you can see, there are a number of affordable ways that you can go about seeking relief from many common allergy symptoms. If you suffer from allergies, you are encouraged to give the above mentioned approaches a try. You have nothing to lose by doing so, as most of the above mentioned steps are easy and affordable to take. This presentation contains images that were used under a Creative Commons License. Food allergies seem more common now than ever. Are we just hearing about them more because of better awareness, or are they really more common? We have reliable data about celiac disease: it’s four times as common now than it was a half century ago. I suspect the same is true of other food intolerances and of food allergies. Your best weapons? The egg yolks and liver that have disappeared from our diets during this timeframe, and avoiding unnecessary use of over-the-counter anti-inflammatories. All Natural Asthma Cure Found!

06:32
This video is about the new asthma cure that was recently discovered by someone who had suffered from asthma for over thirty years. Until they discovered that you can cure not only asthma, but all of it's symptoms as well, using these simple homemade treatments that are not only safe, effective and all natural, but all the ingredients that you'll need to start using this proven treatment can be found at any grocery store.  If you do have asthma, you simply need to check out this guide that shows you how to easily cure yourself for life. Imagine finally being completely free of asthma attacks and all of the constant asthma symptoms like coughing, wheezing and shortness of breath permanently. Learn the safe, natural and effective methods that big companies don't want you to know about. Transcript: Hey YouTube, I'm Ryan, and I've suffered from not only asthma attacks, but constant asthma symptoms ever since I was a kid. Not only did I live with my inhaler like it was my best friend, I wasn't able to play sports, exercise or travel and spent most of my time indoors, all due to my chronic asthma. As far as symptoms go, I had them all. I suffered from shortness of breath, coughing, wheezing, constant runny nose, itchy eyes, and blocked sinuses, just to name a few. I also had severe asthma attacks caused by dust, pollen, allergies, mold, almost everything in the book. Over the past twenty something years I've spent I don't know how much on inhalers, asthma control medications, over the counter treatments and doctor's visits. Not only did I have to have an inhaler on me at all times ever since I was 14, but eventually I had to go on long term routine asthma control medications as well. And eventually, all of those prescription medications started to cost hundreds of dollars every month. I did everything that could to keep myself free of asthma and all of it's symptoms, to no avail. Sometimes it would seem to get a little better for a while, then it would come back worse then before. I even broke a rib due to an asthma induced coughing fit on a camping trip. I had finally had enough and started to try to learn everything I could about asthma and it's causes and I learned that all the modern medical establishment is concerned with is treating the symptoms of asthma, not the many different causes. Did you know that even your diet can cause severe asthma attacks?! Most people never realize this and end up blaming their asthma attacks on something else. Just a few of the more commonly known asthma triggers are allergic inflammations, pollutants, pollens, molds, dust, exercise, chemical cleaners, aspirin sensitivity, smoke and even stress. Plus, there are many more triggers that most people would never even think of, that are not only causing their asthma attacks, but also their long term constant asthma symptoms, keeping them feeling like garbage. They don't even know that they could be free of them for life, if they only made a few simple changes to their daily lives. Modern medicine has really only one answer to combating asthma attacks: a bronchodilator (or inhaler). As far as chronic asthma symptoms go, common medical treatments only ever try to treat asthma from three different angles. First they normally try anti-inflammatory drugs to fight the inflammation in your airways, then they'll move on to beta-agonists to stimulate relaxation in the your lungs and bronchials. Finally, they move on to antimuscarinics to block the receptors that are irritated and release histamine (which causes swelling). SIDE EFFECTS The medical establishment rarely focuses on the many causes of asthma attacks and symptoms that most people are unaware of, which are now being proven to be very significant, by cutting edge university studies. I learned from reading case study after case study that the big pharmaceutical companies pushing asthma medications don't care at all about curing asthma, or any other disease for that matter, they only care about making you dependent on their drugs, so you have to buy them year after year and make them millions. Why would they tell you that if you only changed your lifestyle with a few simple tweaks and bought a few different things at your grocery store, you can be completely free of any asthma attacks and all of your asthma symptoms for life? After that camping trip when I broke a rib from an asthma induced coughing fit, I was so sick of traditional treatments, that I started to look for any natural treatment options available. I read countless books and medical journals, and spent months online researching anything that might rid me of my asthma once and for all. I tried it all, crazy diets, herbs and herbal medicines, yoga, meditation, you name it, I tried it. I kept researching, for hours a night, just looking for anything that might work. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HYbdBHVOA2Q
