Green, yellow or brown Phlegm: What does it mean?
Green, yellow or brown Phlegm: What does it mean? Phlegm is a type of mucus that is produced in the lungs and nearby lower respiratory tract airways. This kind of mucus has a crucial role in preventing germs and materials from entering the airways and lungs and potentially causing an infection. Other areas of the body, including the upper respiratory tract (nose, mouth and throat), and gastrointestinal tract (gut), also secrete mucus. Typically, mucus is clear and thin and not noticeable at all. When someone gets sick with a cold or an infection, the mucus can become thickened and change color. In this video, we take a look at the various colors that mucus or phlegm can be, and what these mean for a person's health. We also examine different textures of phlegm and explain what a person can do if their phlegm changes. Colors of phlegm: The color of phlegm can give a lot of information about the possibility of what is going on with the lungs and other organs of the respiratory system.

What Your Mucus Says About Your Health
How much mucus is normal, and how much is too much? What does its color tell you about your health? No matter how gross it may seem, the mucus produced in your nostrils can tell you a lot about your health. This secretion contains proteins, anti-bodies, water, and even diluted salts. In fact, our body can produce up to 1.5 liters of mucus a day. Its main goal is to keep our nostrils lubricated, moistening the air we breathe in, and capturing the dust and other substances that might be floating in the air we breathe. When mucus changes colors, it may be a sign as something in your body isn’t right. Even though doctors don't normally analyze the color of mucus, it can give you some helpful tips about what's going on in your body. 9 Things Your Snot Says About Your Health
9. Clear and runny If you have clear and runny nasal mucus, that means you’re healthy. This type of mucus helps you get rid of pollutants and dust. It contains proteins and antibodies that fight the viruses and bacteria that may enter your nostrils. But sometimes it can be a sign of an allergy, especially if your nose is itchy and you’re sneezing. 8. Clear and thick This type of mucus (a.k.a. snot) is said to be a sign of a chronic allergy. It clogs up your nose, and you may even have swollen nasal tissues. Going to an otolaryngologist and/or an allergist doctor may solve your problem. 7. White This little dude appears when you have a common cold — the white color is due to loss of moisture inside your nose, which makes the mucus go white and “cloudy” in color. 6. Yellow You’d better get yourself some rest and lots of liquids if you notice that the color of your boogers has become yellow. It’s a definite sign of the common cold. The yellow tint is due to the dead white blood cells that are fighting the virus — they get into your mucus once they are done with their primal function. 5. Green Green boogers are totally your friend in fighting that cold. They are a sign that your system is doing its best to get rid of the infection. However, if the symptoms last longer than 10 days, visit a doctor as it may be a bacterial infection. 4. Pink or red Pink may be a pretty color, but it is definitely not a good sign. It either means you’ve been injured (for example, a broken nose) or you have been blowing your nose too hard. Either way, visit a doctor if the blood flow does not stop after half an hour or you decided that there is too much of it. Also, if a toddler experiences a nosebleed like that, visit your pediatrician immediately. 3. Brown Meet Mr. Snot. Mr. Brown Snot appears when old blood in your system dries out or if you have inhaled dirt. Cleaning your nostrils with a seawater spray may help in this case. 2. Almost black If you do not smoke marijuana or cigarettes, then having almost black snot or boogers may point to a fungal infection in your system. 1. Sticky, stinky, and discolored Mr. Sticky Stinky is most likely a sign of chronic sinusitis. The nonstop swelling of your nasal/throat tissues produces too much mucus, resulting in this type of snot. It’s recommended that you see an ENT doctor if antibiotics or other treatments for infections/viruses do not work. ------------------------------------------------- If you want to remove a content that you own on my channel please e-mail me (meg.moh.elyas@gmail.com) ASAP, I will respond within 24 hours or less. 10 Symptoms of Pneumonia
10 Symptoms of Pneumonia Pneumonia is a pulmonary condition in which there is inflammation of the alveoli, i.e. the microscopic air sacs in the lungs. Infection by microorganisms (viruses and bacteria of different kinds in most cases), intake of certain drugs, and autoimmune diseases are all potential causes for one contracting this condition. It can affect just about anyone, from infants and children to adults and the elderly. The incidence of death due to pneumonia is highest among the elderly, many of whom succumb to it. Depending on the cause of the infection, pneumonia can be treated effectively as long as it is diagnosed in time. Thus, it is crucial to be aware of the various symptoms of this condition so that if they do manifest, one can seek medical advice and begin treatment. Here is a list of 10 symptoms associated with pneumonia. 1. Fever Most pneumonia patients do contract fever at some point in time during their illness. The fever may be mild or high, depending upon which microorganism is responsible for pneumonia. If the fever is low, over-the-counter medication may in itself be enough to provide relief. In more mild cases, it usually takes two to three days of medication—be it over-the-counter or prescription drugs–to completely subside. If the patient’s temperature exceeds 102 degrees Fahrenheit, consulting a doctor as soon as possible is recommended. 2. Chills Those who have a temperature due to pneumonia also tend to suffer from chills. In cases where the infection is severe, and fever is high, the chills produce an almost violent shuddering in the patient. Keeping the body covered in full clothes and blankets also does not provide much relief. However, if medication is taken timely, the shaking chills are among the first symptoms to disappear. Nonetheless, fever accompanied by chills indicates that the infection is more than mild and thus, self-medication is not a wise option. 3. Cough Another classic symptom of pneumonia is a cough, which may or may not be dry (not producing phlegm). In most cases, coughing is the earliest sign to make an appearance and can last for several days after the course of medication is complete. In cases where phlegm is present, yellowish or green mucus is coughed up. In rare, severe cases, patients may even cough up blood. If the latter scenario occurs, medical help must be sought immediately. If a cough is mild or moderate, cough medicines should be avoided for they decrease the mucus removal that coughing contributes to achieving. 4. Labored Breathing When there is inflammation of the alveoli in pneumonia, their gas-exchanging functionality is naturally compromised. The alveoli are unable to extract sufficient oxygen from the air, which thus produces the feeling of breathlessness. Many times, when shortness of breath is observed in a patient, his or her condition is misdiagnosed as bronchitis, which produces similar symptoms but requires different treatment. When the shortness of breath doesn’t go away, the doctor may then recommend a chest x-ray, which is one of the few definitive ways of distinguishing pneumonia from bronchitis. 5. Chest Pain A very common symptom of pneumonia is chest pain. It usually manifests as either a sharp, stabbing pain or a dull ache, either of which occurs when the patient is inhaling or exhaling. Medically, this is termed “pleuritic chest pain,” which primarily denotes that the linings (pleura) surrounding the lungs are inflamed. When the infection spreads to the pleura, they rub against each other during breathing, thus causing the chest pain. It is typically localized either on the right or left side of the chest, depending upon the site of pneumonia. What is HYPEROXIA? What does HYPEROXIA mean? HYPEROXIA meaning, definition & explanation
What is HYPEROXIA? What does HYPEROXIA mean? HYPEROXIA meaning - HYPEROXIA pronunciation - HYPEROXIA definition - HYPEROXIA explanation - How to pronounce HYPEROXIA? SUBSCRIBE to our Google Earth flights channel - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC6UuCPh7GrXznZi0Hz2YQnQ Source: Wikipedia.org article, adapted under https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/ license. Hyperoxia occurs when cells, tissues and organs are exposed to an excess supply of oxygen (O2) or higher than normal partial pressure of oxygen. In medicine, it refers to excess oxygen in the lungs or other body tissues, which can be caused by breathing air or oxygen at pressures greater than normal atmospheric pressure. This kind of hyperoxia can lead to oxygen toxicity, caused from the harmful effects of breathing molecular oxygen at elevated partial pressures. Hyperoxia differs from hypoxia in that hyperoxia refers to a state in which oxygen supply is too much, whereas hypoxia refers to the state in which oxygen supply is insufficient. Oxygen supplementation is common in the treatment of hypoxemia, an abnormally low level of oxygen in the blood. Hypoxemia can further cause tissue hypoxia as blood is not supplying sufficient oxygen to the rest of the body's tissues and organs, resulting in the need for further supplementation of oxygen. It is estimated that the annual need for supplemental oxygen is around 800,000 individuals with a cost of 1.8 billion dollars. In the environment, it refers to excess oxygen in a body of water or other habitat. Associated with hyperoxia is an increased level of reactive oxygen species (ROS), which are chemically reactive molecules containing oxygen. These oxygen containing molecules can damage lipids, proteins, and nucleic acids, and react with surrounding biological tissues. The human body has naturally occurring antioxidants to combat reactive molecules, but the protective antioxidant defenses can become depleted by abundant reactive oxygen species, resulting in oxidation of the tissues and organs. The symptoms produced from breathing high concentrations of oxygen for extended periods have been studied in a variety of animals, such as frogs, turtles, pigeons, mice, rats, guinea pigs, cats, dogs and monkeys. The majority of these studies reported the occurrence of irritation, congestion and edema of the lungs, and even death following prolonged exposures. The supplementation of oxygen can lead to oxygen toxicity, also known as oxygen toxicity syndrome, oxygen intoxication, and oxygen poisoning. There are two main types of oxygen toxicity: central nervous system toxicity (CNS), and pulmonary and ocular toxicity. Temporary exposure to high partial pressures of oxygen at greater than atmospheric pressure can lead to central nervous system toxicity (CNS). An early but serious sign of CNS oxygen toxicity is a grand-mal seizure, also known as a generalized tonic-clonic seizure. This type of seizure consists of a loss of consciousness and violent muscle contractions. Signs and symptoms of oxygen toxicity are usually prevalent, but there are no standard warning signs that a seizure is about to ensue. The convulsion caused by oxygen toxicity does not lead to hypoxia, a side effect common to most seizures, because the body has an excess amount of oxygen when the convulsion begins. The seizures can lead to drowning, however, if the convulsion is suffered by a diver still in the water. Prolonged exposure to higher oxygen levels at atmospheric pressure can lead to pulmonary and ocular toxicity. Symptoms of oxygen toxicity may include disorientation, respiratory problems, or myopia. Prolonged exposure to higher than normal partial pressures of oxygen can result in oxidative damage to cell membranes. Signs of pulmonary (lung) oxygen toxicity begin with slight irritation in the trachea. A mild cough usually ensues, followed by greater irritation and a worse cough until breathing becomes quite painful and the cough becomes uncontrollable. If supplementation of oxygen is continued, the individual will notice tightness in the chest, difficulty breathing, shortness of breath, and if exposure is continued, fatality due to lack of oxygen.....

How To Treat Phlegm? What Causes Mucus
Welcome back to our You Tube channel today here in this video we will tell about HOW TO TREAT PHLEGM. Phlegm is a thick, sticky stuff that hangs around in the back of your throat when you are sick. Phlegm can be quite unbearable and embarrassing when stuck in your throat and very painful for everyone. In this video, Dr. Artour Rakhimov addresses the question about causes of excessive mucus and how to cure phlegm production. When people have respiratory systems conditions, they produce a lot of more phlegm or mucus. The sources of mucus can be very different. For some people, it can be from nasal congestion. Other people can have it produced from their lungs. While for others it is from an infection or diet. Dr. Artour Rakhimov has interesting experiences from observing his students that start to improve their body- oxygen levels. The students perform a daily do it- yourself body – oxygen test. Healthy numbers for the test are about 40 seconds and over. Soviet doctors did these tests on over half a million people. When Dr, Artour Rakhimov’s students begin the breathing retraining journey, they start with very low numbers from 10 o 20 seconds. People at these numbers have very frequent infections. When mucus is a green or yellow colour it, means the body already defeated bacteria in the body and is getting rid of it. Dr. Artour Rakhimov had students that mentioned they had mucus that was clear in colour. If these students had already improved their body – oxygen test, then the cause would relates to lactose or casein. Some of these people may just take out the milk from their diet and this helps them. Others remove all dairy products to eliminate all casein out of the diet. Sour cream and especially butter are safer dairy products. Also, taking out dairy products reduces calcium intake from the diet. Bronchitis symptoms - causes and treatments (Part 1)
Bronchitis symptoms - causes and treatments. Bronchitis is an infection of the main airways of the lungs or bronchi, causing them to become irritated and inflamed. The main symptom is a cough, which may bring up yellow-grey mucus (or phlegm). Bronchitis may also cause a sore throat and wheezing. Why do I have bronchitis? The bronchi are the main airways in your lungs, which branch off on either side of your windpipe (or trachea). They lead to smaller and smaller airways inside your lungs, known as bronchioles. The walls of the bronchi produce mucus to trap dust and other particles that could otherwise cause irritation. Most cases of acute bronchitis develop when an infection causes the bronchi to become irritated and inflamed, which causes them to produce more mucus than usual. Your body tries to shift this extra mucus through coughing. Smoking is the most common cause of chronic bronchitis. Over time, tobacco smoke can cause permanent damage to the bronchi, causing them to become inflamed. The main symptom of bronchitis is a hacking cough. It is likely that your cough will bring up thick yellow-grey mucus (or phlegm), although this does not always happen. Other symptoms of bronchitis are similar to those of other infections, such as the common cold or sinusitis, and may include: 1. sore throat. 2. headache. 3. runny, or, blocked nose. 4. aches, and pains. 5. tiredness. If you have bronchitis, your cough may last for several weeks after other symptoms have gone. You may also find that the continual coughing makes your chest and stomach muscles sore. Some people may experience shortness of breath or wheezing, due to inflamed airways. However, this is more common with long-term (or chronic) bronchitis. Causes of Bronchitis. The bronchitis infection can be caused by either a virus or bacteria, although viral bronchitis is much more common. In most cases, bronchitis is caused by the same viruses that cause the common cold or flu. The virus is contained in the millions of tiny droplets that come out of the nose and mouth when someone coughs or sneezes. These droplets typically spread about 1m They hang suspended in the air for a while, then land on surfaces where the virus can survive for up to 24 hours. Anyone who touches these surfaces can spread the virus further by touching something else. Everyday items at home and in public places, such as door handles and keyboards, may have traces of the virus on them. People usually become infected by picking up the virus on their hands from contaminated objects, and then placing their hands near their nose or mouth. It is also possible to breathe in the virus if it is suspended in airborne droplets. Breathing in irritant substances Bronchitis can also be triggered by breathing in irritant substances, such as smog, chemicals in household products or tobacco smoke. Smoking is the main cause of long-term (or chronic) bronchitis, and it can affect people who inhale second-hand smoke, as well as smokers themselves. Occupational exposure You may also be at risk of bronchitis and other forms of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or ussualy called as C O P D if you are often exposed to materials that can damage your lungs, such as: 1.grain dust 2. textiles (or fabric fibres) 3. ammonia 4. strong acids 5. chlorine This is sometimes referred to as "occupational bronchitis", and usually eases once you are no longer exposed to the irritant substance. Bronchitis Treatment Most cases of bronchitis do not require treatment, and the symptoms can be easily managed at home. There is no cure for chronic bronchitis, but healthy living will help. In particular, you should stop smoking, if you smoke. Managing symptoms at home If you have bronchitis: 1. get plenty of rest. 2. drink lots of fluids. this helps prevent dehydration and thins the mucus in your lungs, making it easier to cough up. 3. treat headaches, fever, and aches, and pains with paracetamol, or, ibuprofen . although ibuprofen is not recommended if you have asthma , There is little evidence that cough medicines work . The Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency has recommended that over the counter, cough medicines should not be given to children under the age of six. As an alternative to an over-the-counter cough medicine. (Bronchitis Home remedies) 1. try making your own mixture of honey and lemon, which can help soothe a sore throat and ease your cough. 2. Stop smoking. If you smoke, you should stop immediately. Smoking aggravates bronchitis and increases your risk of developing a long-term (chronic) condition. Stopping smoking while you have bronchitis can also be the perfect opportunity to quit altogether. 3. Antibiotics Although treatment from a general practitioner or GP is rarely necessary, there may be times when you should see one – read more about when to see your GP.

10 Signs and Symptoms of Bronchitis
10 Signs and Symptoms of Bronchitis Bronchitis is caused due to inflammation of the mucous membranes of the lungs. These membranes line the bronchial passage. When they are irritated, they grow thicker. This restricts the narrow airways in the lungs, causing coughing. The coughing may be accompanied by phlegm and/or breathlessness. Bronchitis has two varieties: acute and chronic. Acute bronchitis lasts for anywhere between one to three weeks, after which most symptoms disappear. Chronic bronchitis, on the other hand, lasts for at least three months and keeps occurring for a minimum of two years. The latter condition is serious for it tends to impede routine functioning in severe cases. With both acute and chronic bronchitis, the symptoms are very similar. There are some typical signs and symptoms of this condition. If these appear, consult a physician immediately. 1. Coughing Spells. The most defining symptom of bronchitis is continual coughing spells. The coughs are usually short and weak, but they regularly occur. They are caused by the constriction of the bronchial passage. This constriction is caused by the irritation and swelling of mucous membranes. In many cases, those with bronchitis do not seek medical help initially. In most cases, bronchitis goes away naturally, and doctors prescribe rest, fluids and mild cough medicines. However, if it is more serious, it’s better if a doctor finds it earlier. This reduces the possibility of contracting chronic bronchitis. 2. Phlegm. In typical cases, a hacking cough is accompanied by phlegm production. The phlegm usually begins to appear after 24 to 48 hours since the onset of coughing. It may be white, yellow or green. However, in very severe cases, it may be streaked with red blood. If you see red blood, immediately seek medical attention, as this could be a sign of tuberculosis or another serious condition. However, in most cases, cough with phlegm is better as it lessens the discomfort. A dry cough calls for the prescription of cough suppressants to prevent disruption of sleep. 3. Chest Discomfort. Those with bronchitis often complain of discomfort in the chest region, especially those with chronic bronchitis. Some experience constriction and heaviness, while others feel pain below the breastbone on taking deep breaths. In case of acute bronchitis, doctors usually recommend anti-inflammatory painkillers that are prescribed for common colds and cough. In case of chronic bronchitis, suitable medication for long-term relief and stability is prescribed to relieve the pain. 4. Wheezing. A common symptom of both acute and chronic bronchitis, wheezing is a whistling sound on exhaling. It is the constriction of the airways that causes this sound and although alarming, it subsides as the coughing spells do. In severe cases, however, wheezing occurs in tandem with breathlessness, signaling much swelling of the mucus membranes. In such cases, doctors recommend using inhaled bronchodilators for relief. Those with chronic bronchitis are alerted of aggravation of their condition when wheezing begins. They carry inhalers at all times, in case of an emergency. 5. Breathlessness. Those with bronchitis may also experience breathlessness. This usually occurs during more severe cases of acute bronchitis and when chronic bronchitis becomes aggravated. Exertion and incessant coughing spells mostly precede the onset of breathlessness. When this begins to happen, doctors typically recommend the usage of inhaled bronchodilators, which clear the airways immediately. This allows an adequate supply of oxygen to reach the lungs. Those with severe bronchial disease should always have an inhaler nearby. What is SEROUS FLUID? What does SEROUS FLUID mean? SEROUS FLUID meaning, definition & explanation
What is SEROUS FLUID? What does SEROUS FLUID mean? SEROUS FLUID meaning - SEROUS FLUID definition - SEROUS FLUID explanation. SUBSCRIBE to our Google Earth flights channel - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC6UuCPh7GrXznZi0Hz2YQnQ Source: Wikipedia.org article, adapted under https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/ license. In physiology, the term serous fluid or serosal fluid (originating from the Medieval Latin word serosus, from Latin serum) is any of various body fluids resembling serum, that are typically pale yellow and transparent and of a benign nature. The fluid fills the inside of body cavities. Serous fluid originates from serous glands, with secretions enriched with proteins and water. Serous fluid may also originate from mixed glands, which contain both mucous and serous cells. A common trait of serous fluids is their role in assisting digestion, excretion, and respiration. In medical fields, especially cytopathology, serous fluid is a synonym for effusion fluids from various body cavities. Examples of effusion fluid are pleural effusion and pericardial effusion. There are many causes of effusions which include involvement of the cavity by cancer. Cancer in a serous cavity is called a serous carcinoma. Cytopathology evaluation is recommended to evaluate the causes of effusions in these cavities. Saliva consists of mucus and serous fluid; the serous fluid contains the enzyme amylase, which is important for the digestion of carbohydrates. Minor salivary glands of von Ebner present on the tongue secrete the lipase. The parotid gland produces purely serous saliva. The other major salivary glands produce mixed (serous and mucus) saliva. Another type of serous fluid is secreted by the serous membranes (serosa), two-layered membranes which line the body cavities. Serous membrane fluid collects on microvilli on the outer layer and acts as a lubricant and reduces friction from muscle movement. This can be seen in the lungs, with the pleural cavity. Blood serum is the component of blood that is neither a blood cell, nor a clotting factor. Blood serum and blood plasma are similar, but serum does not contain any clotting factors, such as fibrinogen, prothrombin, thromboplastin, calcium and many others. Serum includes all proteins not used in coagulation (clotting), and all the electrolytes, antibodies, antigens, hormones, and any exogenous substances, like drugs and microorganisms.

In the spring we thought it was eczema and would flair up if he was outside and got hot. About 6 weeks ago it showed up and never went away. Grew bigger, tried coconut oil, seemed to irritate it, tried geranium essential oil with Shea butter.. it increased irritation Took him in to see pediatrician because it become oozy. I would like to breastfeed as long as possible, but I'd also like to detox as soon as possible. What are my options? Also, my daughter has had health problems. She had meningitis at 1 week old, was hospitalized for 1 month, and on LOVENOX blood thinner for 2-3 months after. She has recovered from all very well and seems to be a healthy, strong, smart baby. She is being monitored for hydrocephalus (which is currently not causing her any problems or any urgency to do surgery.) Would you recommend her to take the detox or be seen as a patient?” 01:12:40 – “HELLO doctor from Fresno ca. My case is strange I developed a dvt and it went undiagnosed for 4 months. It permanently destroyed the valves in my veins causing venous reflux and it's debilitating. I can't sit or stand because my blood pools in my leg. Doctors say I should be on elequis ( blood thinner ) for life because it was idiopathic and has no known cause. I feel like there's a solution to this that these doctors dont know. But if you leave it in the jar for a day, then it turns cloudy and there is visible sediment and sometimes spiral mucous on the bottom of the bottle…So would Dr. Morse say it proves kidneys are slightly filtering as it needs time to settle to the bottom to be visible?” 01:21:05 – “I read the book of Dr Morse and I want to ask a question please. I inhaled asbestos fibres... is there any way I can clean it from my lungs? It's known that the body doesn't break it down. Please your help! (Im not a native speaker so if you can write to me in a fine English). Thank u so much for your answer.” 01:24:54 – Modro –“ I think my question is more to help educate others….can you please talk about the prevalence of parasites in patients who are suffering with autoimmune diseases such as fibromyalgia and lupus? It seems once the immune system is unhealthy that these nasty critters take over. I don’t think many doctors know about this, but at least three (including my dentist, endo, and a neurologist) are open to some of these ideas. My endo was surprised as he was the 1st dr I saw when I had symptoms last year, but thought that it made sense. I was treated with diatomaceous earth (meh…but it worked!) I know that there are other herbal treatments as well. Can you also discuss the plusses and minuses of the treatments and how to identify which organism is causing the issue? My practitioner uses Applied kinesiology.” 01:41:34 – Frances – “I am doing the Grape detox, as I have lung cancer. I read the original Brandt grape cure last night. I am a little concerned as she wants me to drink water 12 hours at night then grape mush in the day. She is saying if you don't drink the water you can feed the cancer cells. Can you please tell me what you think about this as I am stressed out thinking I am causing more problems for myself.” 01:45:09 – Debra – “About 3 months ago I started on the all raw diet and took 4 weeks of the detox supplements. I stopped using my antidepressants and estrogen patches. I began using the patches about 20 years ago after a total hysterectomy. I'm feeling great except the hot flashes are terrible. I hoped after awhile they would lessen, but I'm having them almost hourly. The patch, Vivelle, is plant based estrogen, so I'm wondering if I should just start using them again? Is there an herbal supplement that would be healthier than using the patch?”

15 Cancer Symptoms Men Ignore
15 Cancer Symptoms Men Ignore You eat pretty well (some days) and get regular exercise (most days). But if you’re like a lot of men, a trip to the doctor isn't on your to-do list. That can be bad if it means you brush off early signs of cancer. One of the best ways to fight the disease is to catch it in the early stages, when it’s more treatable. The problem is that the warning signs for many kinds of cancer can seem pretty mild. Take a look at these 15 signs and symptoms. Some are linked more strongly to cancer than others, but all are worth knowing about -- and even talking over with your doctor. 1. Problems When You Pee Many men have some problems peeing as they get older, like: -A need to pee more often, especially at night -Dribbling, leaking, or an urgent need to go -Trouble starting to pee, or a weak stream -A burning sensation when they pee An enlarged prostate gland usually causes these symptoms, but so can prostate cancer. See your doctor to check on the cause of the problem. He’ll give you an exam to look for an enlarged prostate, and he may talk to you about a blood test (called a PSA test) for prostate cancer. 2. Changes in Your Testicles "If you notice a lump, heaviness, or any other change in your testicle, never delay having it looked at," says Herbert Lepor, MD, urology chairman at New York University Langone Medical Center. "Unlike prostate cancer, which grows slowly, testicular cancer can take off overnight." Your doctor will look for any problems with a physical exam, blood tests, and an ultrasound of your scrotum. 3. Blood in Your Pee or Stool These can be among the first signs of cancer of the bladder, kidneys, or colon. It's a good idea to see your doctor for any bleeding that’s not normal, even if you don't have other symptoms, Lepor says. Although you're more likely to have a problem that's not cancer, like hemorrhoids or a urinary infection, it's important to find and treat the cause. 4. Skin Changes When you notice a change in the size, shape, or color of a mole or other spot on your skin, see your doctor as soon as you can. Spots that are new or look different are top signs of skin cancer. You’ll need an exam and perhaps a biopsy, which means doctors remove a small piece of tissue for testing. With skin cancer, you don't want to wait, says Marleen Meyers, MD, an oncologist at NYU Perlmutter Cancer Center. 5. Changes in Lymph Nodes Tenderness of swelling in your lymph nodes, the small bean-shaped glands found in your neck, armpits, and other places, often signal that something's going on in your body. Usually, it means your immune system is fighting a sore throat or cold, but certain cancers can also trigger the changes. Have your doctor check any swelling or tenderness that doesn't get better in 2 to 4 weeks, Meyers says. 6. Trouble Swallowing Some people have trouble swallowing from time to time. But if your problems don’t go away and you’re also losing weight or vomiting, your doctor may want to check you for throat or stomach cancer. He’ll start with a throat exam and barium X-ray. During a barium test, you drink a special liquid that makes your throat stand out on the X-ray. 7. Heartburn You can take care of most cases of heartburn with changes to your diet, drinking habits, and stress levels. If that doesn’t help, ask your doctor to look into your symptoms. Heartburn that doesn't go away or gets worse could mean stomach or throat cancer. Heartburn can also lead to a condition called Barrett's esophagus, which occurs when stomach acid damages the lining of esophagus. While it is rare, Barrett’s can make you more susceptible to developing throat cancer. 8. Mouth Changes If you smoke or chew tobacco, you have a higher risk of mouth cancer. Keep an eye out for white, red, gray or yellow patches inside your mouth or on your lips. You could also develop a canker sore that looks like an ulcer with a crater in it. Talk to your doctor or dentist about tests and treatments. 9. Weight Loss Without Trying Pants fitting a little looser? If you haven’t changed your diet or exercise habits, it could mean that stress or a thyroid problem is taking a toll. But losing 10 pounds or more without trying isn’t normal. Although most unintended weight loss is not cancer, it’s one of the signs of cancer of the pancreas, stomach, or lungs. Your doctor can find out more with blood tests and tools that make detailed pictures of the inside of your body, like a CT or PET scan. 10. Fever 11. Breast Changes 12. Fatigue 13. Cough 14. Pain 15. KILL YOUR COLD NATURALLY - This really works.
NAC http://amzn.to/2Cy4zZG SINUPRET http://amzn.to/2sK6RVS QUERCETIN http://amzn.to/2C9onqK GRAPE SEED http://amzn.to/2BDU7mG Thanks for watching KILL YOUR COLD NATURALLY. Here's my story: I used to get sick a lot. If I was around someone with the flu or a cold, I would catch it. Even worse, while those around me would get over their illness in a reasonable amount of time, mine would linger. I would be the person with the cough that took a long time to go away. I would be the person who’s cold turned into a sinus infection. I would be the one prescribed antibiotics. It was not pleasant. It greatly interfered with the quality of my life. One day, I ran into a friend who said she once had similar issues. She said that she took natural supplements that greatly reduced the duration of her colds, the flu and sinus infections. Best yet, she said that she rarely got sick anymore. Sick of being sick, I took her advice and purchased the supplements. After several months of taking them, I can honestly say that they have really helped. I get sick a lot less and the severity of the colds that I do get, have been greatly reduced. So what did she recommend and why did it work? After some research, I think I have the answers. This information may also benefit you. First, she recommended the following supplements: NAC SINUPRET QUERCETIN and GRAPE SEED EXTRACT So let’s go over each one of these and explain its benefit. 1. NAC (N-acetylcysteine) - NAC is known as the Cold and Flu Shield. It is an amino acid. It helps the body fight damaging free radicals and stimulates other antioxidants in the body to do their work. It can help you fight colds and flus and protects your lungs from complications like bronchitis. It also reduces the buildup of mucus (working like a natural cough medicine). 2. SINUPRET - SINUPRET is an extract that contains a combination of 5 plants (Cowslip, Yellow Gentian, Black Elder, Common Sorrel and Vervain). Basically, it loosens thick mucus, opens the nose and helps to drain the mucus. This allows you to breathe freely. It also helps relieve tension headaches. 3. QUERCETIN (\ ˈkwər-sə-tən) - QUERCETIN is a plant pigment found in foods like blueberries and red wine. It is an antioxidant with antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties. 4. GRAPE SEED EXTRACT - GRAPE SEED EXTRACT naturally comes from grapes. It reduces sinus inflammation by reducing the body’s production of histamine (a compound that causes allergy symptoms). For me, the combination of these supplements have improved the quality of my life because I am sick less often and when I do get sick, the symptoms are less severe and the duration is much shorter. In no way am I recommending not going to the doctor if you are sick. If you need to go, go. I am also not saying to avoid prescribed meds like antibiotics when you need them. That would be foolish. Always use common sense. If you chose to try out these supplements, please let me know in the comments below if they worked for you. If you know of other supplements that help fight colds and the flu, please also comment below. Your advice may help others. Q&A - 466 - Colon Removed, Lightheaded, Throat Blister/Ulcer.
12:21 – I was rushed to hospital for emergency surgery to have my entire colon removed. It was absolutely decimated and not able to be saved after months and months on fruit berries melons and Dr. Morse’s herbs. My surgeon said in 20 years she has never seen a colon so inflamed, thick, and found 3 small perforations protected by mucous… 40:10 - Okay, so it's kind of a long story but I'll be as brief as I can. My issues started in June of 2016. I'd start getting very nervous and afraid at traffic lights. I had never had any issues like the before. I felt helpless and didn't want to be the first car to stop at a major intersection. Then shortly after that, whenever I'd try to play basketball with my Nephew, I'd get lightheaded after about 15-20 minutes of playing. Then I'd have to sit down. After sitting I would be fine. These symptoms lasted until about September of 2016. They went away for about 8 months. They returned near June of this year and haven't left since. This time I'm bothered when I'm shopping. I'm not afraid of intersections anymore. When I'm shopping at a place like walmart, I get lightheaded, almost as if I'm going to faint then I have to hold on to my cart and leave the store. I'm bothered when I tilt my head certain ways, when I make sudden movements I'll get dizzy from time to time… 01:09:43 – Cara - I was born with brown eyes but I always had a dark yellow patch on the bottom of my right iris, and a smaller one, almost invisible in my left iris. My mum also has hazle eyes, but she has a larger patch, which is green, as well as my dad ect. I found out about subliminal audio a while ago and since I started it my patch as become larger and of a light greenish yellow. I recently started drinking more water as well as eating helthier and it has helped. Since I do not want to stop eating pizza, pasta, meat and all of that but want to lighten my eye color, what do you suggest? 01:13:36 – Gabrielle - I was a very sickly child, loaded with processed crap, antibiotics & antidepressants from the time I was 7. This severly damaged my digestive system, brain, adrenals etc. I have been practicing cellular detoxification using fruit & herbs for three years now. That time has consisted of herbal protocals, high fat low carb raw diet - mostly fruit & fruit juice, extended periods of juice & dry fasting etc. My lymph is moving & kidneys filter most of the time… 01:27:09 – Tyler - Hello Dr Morse I’m Tyler, 18 years old and have been watching videos of You and Dr Debi for a couple years now and someday hope to be one of your students as I have started saving for your classes as well as the plant based nutrition class from Cornell My goal is to get to the point of me being able to help people get to wellville as I have witnessed the super negative side effects of pharmaceuticals and how brainwashed people are into thinking they cure and not realizing they only suppress My question is what type of jobs can I exactly get with the type of certificates I’m aiming to get? Since the medical community is so blinded from the positive results of a whole plant based diet, I assume it would be kinda hard to get a job at a hospital as a nutritionist or even a doctors office 01:33:40 – Rytis - Please do a video on a topic "Organic fruits vs conventionally grown fruits" 01:38:10 – Ali - I would like to have some insight on which herbs and tenctures that i should order to fight chronic throat blister/ulcer and herpes type2. 01:43:18 – Brittainy - Hello Dr. Robert Morse and staff! My name is Brittainy. I'm currently checking out your YouTube channel and I'm loving the information. I plan to become a member Friday, that's when my payday is. I am a patient who is suffering from hepatitis b and my liver isn't doing well. Please respond, I would like more information about the help that is provided by you and you're staff 01:49:24 – Levi - Recently I am 100% raw, doing crazy amounts of citrus (up to 10 pounds of grapefruits JUICED a day). Tons and tons of herbal teas (up to a gallon or more) and using stuff like Psyllium and clays to pull on my GI tract. I also have 1 herb salad a day usually with soaked Sesame seeds or soaked almonds with some olive oil. I am also on a low dose of adrenal glandulars (been for a while now) and a parathyroid glandular. But I am feeling so low Dr Morse. I start thinking about dark matters of life and nihilistic thoughts. I feel lost. Why is this not working? I need it to so bad. I feel like I need to talk to you and you're one of the only people that can help me. 2:01:35 – Marion - How can I get my hair on my head and my eyebrows to grow back? My hair is thin and fine and I have lost a lot of it. My eyebrows are thin and sparse as well. I'm 58 years old and female small frame about 25 lbs overweight. I have Psoriasis, but I have it reduced to minimal amount on my elbows, biceps, knees and ears. I'm in menopause.

Bowel cancer symptoms: What does your stool say about you?
Bowel cancer causes 16,000 deaths a year, making it the second biggest cancer killer in the UK behind lung cancer.Every 30 minutes, another person in the UK dies from the disease, accounting for 10 percent of all cancer deaths.A staggering 41,000 bowel cancer cases are diagnosed each year in the UK.This equates to a diagnosis every 15 minutes, with one in 14 men and one in 19 women likely to develop the condition in their lifetime.Up to 95 percent of bowel cancer cases could be treated with no complications if diagnosed early, according to Ramsay Health Care UK.But fewer than 10 percent of people diagnosed at the latest stage of bowel cancer will survive for more than five years.Knowledge of the early signs of the condition can lead to more early diagnoses and prevent unnecessary deaths.Unfortunately, the stigma related to the main symptom of bowel cancer – blood in your stools – often means that people are too embarrassed to go to their GP.According to a survey conducted by Ramsay Health Care of 1,000 people, only 21.8 percent would visit their doctor the first time they noticed blood in their stools.Almost one third of people would wait at least a week before consulting a doctor and, most shockingly, nearly 10 percent said they wouldn’t consult a doctor at all. Bowel cancer risk factors Mon, April 3, 2017 Bowel cancer: Here are the risk factors of the disease to be aware of. Play slideshow Bowel cancer risk factors Most often, if blood in your stools is bright, fresh blood, the bleeding is cause by an anal tear or piles.Blood from higher up the bowel goes dark red or black and can make your stools look like tar. This type of bleeding can be a sign of bowel cancer.A change in bowel habit lasting a few weeks or more, especially looser or runny stools, could also be a sign of the cancer.Bowel Cancer Consultant Ash Gupta detailed the symptoms to look out for. “If changes in your bowel habits persist for more than three weeks, or if you have noticed blood in your stools, consult your doctor immediately. These are the key signs that people, especially over-50s who are at most risk, should regularly check for.”Additional, lesser-known symptoms include weight loss, abdominal pains or abdominal lumps. “These are symptoms that many people fail to recognise,” he added.“If you do notice bleeding in your stools or persistent loose stools or increased frequency of stools, a camera test called colonoscopy or sometimes even just a limited study called flexible sigmoidoscopy may be required to diagnose and even treat early polyps at the same time.”To reduce your risk of diagnosis, Cancer Research UK advises increasing your intake of fish, whole grains, fruit and vegetables. It warns against having too much red meat, sugar, fried foods or alcohol in your diet. One woman, who statistically “shouldn’t have had bowel cancer”, was diagnosed with the condition at 35 years old. She described her symptoms on ITV’s Lorraine.“I thought, for about five months, I h

Originated in Asia more than 4,000 years ago, migrating to Persia and the Mediterranean before Spanish explorers brought them to the United States. In China, apricots were once called "moons of the faithful" and were thought to enhance women's fertility. 2. Fresh apricots are available year-round throughout North America. From May through August, varieties mainly come from California and Washington. The rest of the year they're likely from South America. 3.The Hunzas, a small group of people living in the Himalayas and who are said to have an average lifespan of 120 years, have a fondness for eating apricot pits. Fresh and dried apricots also form part of their diet. 4.The oil extracted from the apricot seed is marketed as bitter almond oil. 5. A dried apricot is a very good source of energy, being 40% sugar. Dried apricots were among the foods eaten by astronauts during the Apollo missions in the 1960’s and 1970’s. 6.Cross-breeding plums and apricots have resulted in the development of new fruits such as plumcots, consisting of equal parts of plums and apricots; apriums, which are mostly apricots; and pluots, which are mostly plums. 7. Already well-known in Greece in 60 BC, apricots were transported to Europe by Greeks who called them “golden eggs of the sun.”  8. Good source of vitamin C, known to ward off vision problems, promote healthy skin and mucous membranes, protect against lung and mouth cancers, and provide even more free radical-scavenging activity in your body. Flavonoids such as lutein and beta cryptoxanthins have such a high degree of benefits that they can actually help slow and even prevent age-related debilities and disease.  9. Although the season to harvest apricots is from May to August, National Apricot Day is January 9th. 10. They come from the same family or group called 'stone fruits', similar to cherries, plums and nectarines. They all contain an inedible seed in their center. 11. Apricots can be halved and filled with cream cheese and nuts and served as an appetizer. Apricots can also be used as a topping or a sweet ingredient in salads. 12. Other complimentary pairings include honey, egg custards, seafood such as scallops and prawns, lavender, lemon, orange, cardamon, pistachio, cayenne, pepitas, mascarpone, burrata, chevre, vanilla, white chocolate, yogurt, hazelnut and olive oil. Apricots can be added to cakes, muffins and cookies and be made into ice cream and gelato. 13. In America, the first apricot tree was first shipped to Virginia in 1720, but orchards in the Spanish missions of California circa 1790 showed how such a climate can proliferate this fruit. 14. Consumin two or three servings of apricots in a day has proved to be beneficial in preventing age-related Macular Degeneration. 15. California is the leading producer of apricots but in the world, Turkey is number one. 16. Look for apricots that are orange-gold in color. If the apricots are pale yellow or tinged with green, they’re not ripe. Avoid any that are wrinkled or severely bruised. 17.Today, apricots' primary commercial operations are in the Mediterranean and Middle East, with off-season offerings from South America or New Zealand.  18. Because apricots contain the mineral zinc, it is said that consuming them can sharpen your thinking by 15%. 19. Apricots may be considered the most nutritious of the fruits, as they contain less than 20 calories a piece and are almost entirely fat free. 20. The fact is, apricot seeds contain cyanide, and a wrong dose, depending on other factors completely unrelated to this alone, can be fatal.

5 chứng bệnh nguy hiểm dễ mắc khi trời lạnh
5 chứng bệnh nguy hiểm dễ mắc khi trời lạnh. Trời lạnh khiến cơ thể tiêu tốn nhiều năng lượng, sức đề kháng giảm, vân vân, những người thể trạng yếu, chưa kịp thích nghi thời tiết, rất dễ bị nhiễm bệnh. Đợt không khí lạnh mạnh tràn về đột ngột, khiến Bắc Bộ chìm trong mưa rét, nhiệt độ phổ biến 14 đến 15 độ C. Theo các chuyên gia Cục Y tế dự phòng (Bộ Y tế), trời lạnh khiến cơ thể tiêu tốn nhiều năng lượng, sức đề kháng giảm, vân vân, những người thể trạng yếu, chưa kịp thích nghi thời tiết, rất dễ bị nhiễm bệnh. Bác sĩ Duy Anh, (Phòng khám Bệnh viện E, Hà Nội), sẽ tư vấn cách phòng tránh một số bệnh dễ mắc khi trời lạnh. 1.
